Front counter completely ignored. 5 cars through drive-thru (seen on camera) before even acknowledged, no greeting or “be with you shortly”, staff looked at me and just ignored me. I understand drive-thru needs to move quickly, however, counter should be just as important. (Lake Cowichan location)
I’m a regular at this BAD location. They try to “beat” the clock timer that they have in the drive thru. This pressure makes them do bad work. Never do they get an order correct. No exaggeration they screw up 7 out of ten simple orders. Or they make you pull up front for the rest of your order claiming there are other customers behind you as if you are not a customer. Then they take 15-20 minutes (I’ve timed them) to bring out your small tea because they are too stupid to know how to heat water. Worst location in Canada. Refuse to pull up front. Wait in the drive thru for your order and taste it in front of them because it WILL BE WRONG. Otherwise they just waste your time. #tims #timhortons #worstserviceever
I was ordering my food when a manager (blonde hair - older looking) started yelling at the two workers who were helping me. “YOU BETTER FIGURE OUT THE TILL BY THE END OF THE DAY” being extremely rude to these two young kids just learning the till. I found it very rude and inappropriate as they were just learning. She could have at least helped them out as it was not even busy and I was the only one in line. Give the kids a break!
My wife found blood on the bathroom floor a few weeks back. I understand they don't have time to clean everything perfectly but the state of this restaurant will always remain the same. Been going here for years. Manager needs to be changed, not staff. Got my wifey and I a cool drink and craveable which were nice. Drinks weren't full and buns are always extremely rock hard. Some summers they'll have flies enjoying themselves in the donut cabinet.
This location is dirty. I won't be back. From the front glass doors and windows, the floors, the cash register area, the washrooms, just not clean at all! It makes me wonder uncomfortably about what the cleanliness standards are inthe kitchen. Please invest in a cleaning company to sanitize your and clean thecustomer areas and then a daily and hourly program to maintain it.
Staff don't seem to have any sense of urgency; the drive through was flying but the in-store speed of service was abysmal. The drive through attendant actually noticed that the in-store line wasn't moving as fast as her drive-through and came over to ask the guy ahead of me if he'd been served. She served him and then went back to the drive through, leaving me to wait for another five minutes before I'd had enough. I actively wanted to give them my money but they were apparently too busy to be bothered. While I'd love to provide some sort of rating for the food, I can't as I wasn't able to purchase any. There's two main problems with how *every* Tim Hortons runs, and this specific store exemplifies both: 1) cashiers should NEVER, FOR *ANY* REASON be responsible for anything other than cash while there is someone waiting to be served (and yes, this means there should be a dedicated drinks runner), and 2) if a staff member has to move more than two or three feet to get any of the items they require to do their job, the store layout is grossly inefficient.
This location has been consistent for the quality and speed of service. The service is usually good but this specific visit was exceptional. The person in the window (Nicole) was very confident, a great communicator, genuinely friendly and offered a similar donut as the one I wanted was sold out. We also tried the new Chicken Parmesan Flatbread Pizza. It was actually very good for "fast food"! Would definitely try the other flatbread offerings.
This Tims should probably be replaced with a different restaurant. Wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes to find out it’s cash only! Why is there never a sign at the beginning of the drive thru saying their interact is down…. Again. Nobody working there is happy, it’s very obvious. The owner needs to step in
Best Tim Hortons I have ever been too. Fresh, well put together food and fast and friendly service!
Worst Tim Hortons the women started repeating my order back to me before I was even done speaking even after I asked for them to stir my coffee she just works the cup around in her hand before she gives it to me what a joke all the syrup was still sitting at the bottom do yourself a favour make ur own coffee at home
It was a training day. Patience was required. In the end, it all worked out just fine Food
Very bad customer service
Incompetent staff.25 min for order.lost my order. Timmys such a disappointment again
It was ok, but thair was a sr. worker talking to a neither worker it was so loud and trying to correcting the worker that it did not feel right how that worker was treated
Make good consistent coffee, staff can be a little odd but hey! It s Lake Cowichan so all is good and friendly
We love everything about tim Hortons. The location in Lake Cowichen was amazing
No blame to the workers but this is a very poorly managed Tim Hortons. The drive thru was busy so I went inside. Waited over 10 minutes for any of the 8 workers to come to the window. My coffee was also so burnt that I just dumped it out and went somewhere else. They consistently make mistakes on my orders every time I have gone there. I really just want my usual expected experience that I would get at any other Tim Hortons.
Very expensive
Good
Avoid at all cost life is too short to explain all reasons why
In line at counter for 20 min, 18 cars served throught drive through. 7 peaple served at the counter, 3 peaple work the drive through, 1 working the counter.
You have to be kidding, the door was opened at 5:30 am and not 1 table was washed, nevermind wiped. Food particles were on every window sill and kicked to the side. The windows in front was smired with food and could not see through it. I must say, Ill never go there again. My fruit explosion was tossed out because something else was in it. Avoid this tims, not worth the trip.
Grabbed coffee and doughnuts to go. Both were fresh and delicious.
We were given the wrong pastry (jalapeno instead of herb and garlic) as they were the wrong way around in the tray which we told the server after the mix up. She rolled her eyes at us, said nothing and went to get another for us. Our coffees were 1 vanilla latte and 1 medium latte, the lids were put onto the wrong cups .. these things we could have overlooked but when watching the servers go about their business afterwards we saw the same young server wiping her mouth and her nose with her hands several times then not washing them in-between going into the cabinet to get pastries and donuts for people! The drive through window also knocked someones order onto the floor then picked it back up and put it into the bag and served it to somebody! Disgusting! Someone needs to check this location for health violations!
This time hortons is terrible. Its always the same person working the front counter and they seem angry about life all the time. They are rude and ignore any friendly greeting and follow with what do you want? . They mess up your order 9/10 times. Sometimes they completely forget items. And when you ask them to fix it they get mad and argue with you. The interior is dirty, they clearly never wipe the tables or dust near the windows. There are the same crumbs and spills every time I go in there. Awful customer service. Awful atmosphere. Awful food. Im done with this location.
Slow, miserable staff. Consistently terrible service. God help u if u decide to go inside and theres more then 2 people in line
been here a few times going inside and there is always a wait or things missing, lady at the front makes you feel like its your issue that they cant multi task. i dont know if they need more people working?? seems like they have enough yet things dont flow - expect a wait when coming here.
How in the world is this location still run by that woman. I was inside last week and she was swearing so loud at the customer in drive through I could hear her inside the lobby, this is the manager! Another time I went and the drive thru window was open and cash register wide open anyone could reach in and grab it, again the manager was on window. She treats staff horribly the way she speaks to them blows my mind. Not to mention the countless wrong orders. I dont understand why this behavior is allowed. Maybe they would retain staff better without such hostility from a manager. If I get the same generic response I tried to submit a complain through the app it does not work..
if there was a way to leave a review with no stars i would because there was rat poo in the farmers wrap and blonde short hair in the sausage and egg english muffin the month before
A Tim Hortons is a Tim Hortons. This particular location has a family feeling and is never busy. Sometimes the drive thru can be a little slow, sure, but the restaurant is clean and friendly.
I ve been here many times and it is one of the best TH i ve been in out of many
This is probably the worst Tim Hortons location in the entire country. Stopped for breakfast for some rock hard dry crumbing bagels that will probably take weeks to properly digest . If I could give a minus 500 star rating, I would.
Very friendly staff.
Aint open at 5 am fyi
We actually made the effort to get out of the car and go in to the restaurant: evidently this is a mistake. Stood at the counter while the three or four staff worked the drive thru window, occasionally glancing in my direction, but still no contact. Counted twelve vehicles go past drive thru window, still being ignored. Was joined by other customers, still nothing. Had an older person in Tim s attire come in from outside and assured us that they would be with us in a sec. Five minutes later I loudly asked if we have to go to drive thru to order anything and was told I ll be right with you . Stood there again for a few minutes, and gave up and left. Have the decency to lock the doors if you don t want walk ins.
The service is unbelievably slow and if you have a dual lane drive through, you may want to learn how to use it so the one lane doesnt get multiple orders taken while the other car sits at the speaker waiting to be taken. Will not return to this tims.
I come to this Tim hortons religiously and something is always wrong, I continuously ask for no egg on every breakfast sandwich but always get egg, but today was the last straw with me getting a loaded bowl and the longest hair in it possible was there, worse tims on the island honestly. If you re thinking of going here just go to the Duncan one instead.
This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location. The service is incredibly slow and the order accuracy is quite poor. As for Chrissy on the speaker at the drive through, you need to stop calling everyone babe. Last I checked you worked at a coffee house, not a speakeasy. Show some professionalism.
The young woman with freckles and young man with a beard were incredibly helpful and kind. The POS machine was acting funny and they were quite apologetic and were trying their best to help figure it out. They made me feel like I was a valued customer. However, the older woman working the drive through was berating them for everything. She even started to get upset at the young man for double checking that we had our coffees. She made them and didnt say anything. What a miserable woman, she shouldnt work in customer service. Her treatment of her coworkers ruined my morning.
This is the worst Tim Hortons on the face of the planet. Restaurant brands international should investigate into the management of this location. Rotten from the top down.
It s quite a quiet place to work online since most activity is through the drive/thru when I ve been there.
I ordered two bacon biscuits. I got two bacon english muffins. I was in a hurry, s didnt complain to the server. But screwing up the order is typical these days.
Definitely one of the most inefficient Tim s on Vancouver Island. If you want service do NOT do inside. Go through the drive through. That seems to be the entire focus. If you go inside you ll likely be waiting much longer had you just driven through. Mobile orders? Forget about it it will not be made when you walk in and you re going to have to ask for it and likely they will be oblivious. I know a lot of businesses are struggling with staffing issues but this Tim s has always been this way. Get your coffee in Duncan unless you have lots of time and patience!
Agreed that this is probably one of the worst Tims Ive ever been into, not that I have high expectations when I go into Tims but this one was pretty shameful. It was visibly dirty inside (and outside) and the kids working there looked like they were either high or had no idea what they were doing, or how they even got to work that day. The tables outside hadnt been wiped off in who knows how long. To top it off our order was wrong, we got shorted on the timbits and I had to remind the guy about our drinks lol, and we were the only ones there. Clearly the staff do not care. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting - not even close to meeting basic hygienic standards. Avoid if at all possible!
Terrible management
Good food, quick collection and friendly staff!
Sadly, this place is not good. They never check for mobile orders so my orders are never even started when I get there. They are perpetually out of menu items and the selection of donuts and timbits is especially limited. I dont blame the employees because they are friendly enough.
Best customer service from babe Krissy!
My recent visit to Tim Hortons was delightful, and I feel compelled to share my experience. This place has a unique charm, thanks to the kind and fantastic staff who go above and beyond despite the challenges they face. Walking in, I couldn t help but notice that they seemed a bit short-staffed, a common sight these days in the fast-food industry. However, what truly stood out was their unwavering dedication to providing excellent service. It was as if they were on a mission to ensure every customer left with a smile. Their enthusiasm was contagious, making the atmosphere all the more inviting. Now, let s talk about the selection. Tim Hortons never disappoints in this department. Whether you re a coffee connoisseur, a fan of sweet treats like donuts, or craving a hearty sandwich, this place has it all. The variety is mind-boggling, and it s a testament to their commitment to catering to diverse tastes. In essence, Tim Hortons isn t just a fast-food joint; it s a sanctuary for those seeking a warm and welcoming environment, a place where the quality of service transcends the challenges. I left feeling content, knowing there are still places where dedication and kindness shine through, no matter the circumstances. Kudos to Tim Hortons and their incredible team for making my day brighter! Vegetarian options: They have some things but not too much. Enough to be able to bring your vegetarian cousin. Parking: Easily accessible and close to the door. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and the staff is great.
Great service
The Tim Hortons in Lake Cowichan is bar none, the worst Tims Ive ever been in! Rotten tomatoes and lettuce on our Breakfast Belts, biscuits so stale that they were actually crunchy and even the coffee was terrible. There was a lovely lady at the drive thru, on a positive note.
His name was Alex, or as I like to call him, Sleepyhead Stanley. I went into your establishment today to satisfy the grumble in my stomach. I ordered a chicken wrap and a small coffee, simple enough I thought. Well, I must ve been sorely mistaken when the cashier with dark bags under his eyes told me about how sleep deprived he was, and if he messes up my wrap that is why. I was definitely taken aback by this statement and instantly regretted my selection. I wondered how badly could he possibly screw up that he had to warn me at the cash register? I feared I would look into the restaurant and find him taking a nap, possibly using my soft tortilla as a blanket. Perhaps I would open my wrap and find something that only could be described politely as toilet brownies. I almost considered just leaving the establishment all together as maybe it would ve been too horrible and traumatic for me to witness. In the end the wrap was made correctly (as far as I knew) and was actually pretty tasty. Thanks Alex, for the heads up. I hope you sleep well tonight.
Team member who takes your Drive thru order was very friendly, but the team member that gives you your order very unfriendly. Donuts seemed like day old, very dry
Alex... this is definitely the worst tims on Vancouver island but this alex guy really just tops it off never seen anybody be so disrespectful towards customers and slow today i waited for my chesse bagel for around 15 minutes before i had to remind alex who was obviously higher then a kite about how ive been waiting for my chesse bagel for over 15 minutes.
This Tim Hortons sucks every time I go inside it is so slow and seem to mess my order up. this worker named Alex makes weird and creepy jokes. It s obvious he s stoned.do better
They do not clean their ice cap machine properly so whenever you get any kind of ice cap it tastes absolutely horrible most times.
Went today to pick up a large and small chili. Got charged accordingly. Got home and I was given 2 small chilis. Why can they not get it right?
I, myself , dont go to Tim Hortons. My husband does. He likes the . I am gluten-free, not by choice, and I am made to feel like I dont matter. So many people are gluten-free and Tim Hortons is making no effort to reach out.
The worst Tim hortons in the country!! By far!
How can you not enjoy Tims hot chocolate! Customer service was very friendly!
Always good
Dark roast 2 cream. They didnt screw it up. :)
Meh
Jessica was great.. excellent customer service ..Chrissy is always a delight with her morning babe greeting... love it
Always good !
1/2 hour wait for a wrap.and coffee. Completely incompetent. Tons of staff working as well
Was the dirtiest Tim Hortons I have ever seen, took 25 mins to get my order, got the order everything was ice cold, the toasted bagel was not toasted, what a waste of 30$
The worst dark roast ever. Even with the cream and sugar on the side. I have thrown out the most full coffees after visiting this location. Wont waste any more money here!
Some people should never be in customer service. Went there this past Tuesday and the older woman on drive thru was just miserable. Never greeted me at the window when I said hello. Barked the price at me and shoved the debit machine out the window and didnt bother to look at me. Then took the machine away and gave me partially the wrong order (realized this when I got home). When I tried to say good bye she never so much as even acknowledged me and walked away. The hashbrowns was cold, the bagels werent hot or toasted enough, and with that attitude, I can guarantee you that I wont return. Such a shame because it used to be better.
Quick hot delicious food
It was great drive-thru is fast and friendly staff
Always feels like visiting friends!
Im inclined to agree with previous review comments, the service is shockingly bad, with that being said theres one employee at this location who is exceptionally awesome at her job she is so super nice both in person and on the speaker taking orders.
Good
Probably the worst Tims on the island, and even then, thats a low bar.
Had a great experience today, even though they were incredibly busy I was still greeted with a smile and my order was quick and perfect for how busy it was
Worst Tims on the island, its been like this for years. Time to wake up and find a proper manager thats concerned with customer service.
It s never open
didnt have my bagle
The most miserable staff I have ever seen.
Always busy but fairly quick
No hours posted on the door for the changes about 530 open not 5. Waited over 20min for them to open, they then served people that got to the drivethru next to me when I pulled up first. Then when I ordered the steak on biscuit, the buscuit was stale and not even toasted. This isnt the first time I have gotten bad service. I go almost every morning and if the manager makes my coffe I have to throw out the lid because her handcream sticks so much and she wont wear gloves. I should have just gone to Duncan where I know I will get good service.
I dont know why, but their stuff is always dry to rock hard, we have had this happen with bagels biscuits and donuts here. Im not sure if there being left out to long of what but 4 in 5 visits we get stale stuff, now we barely go anymore because of it.
I always like Tim Hortons. Washrooms always clean, prices very reasonable and a good variety of foods depending how hungry we are after long bike ride
Makes my morning better. Great staff.
Its not that good, always get orders wrong, stale bread with the soup. And the staff really dont care.
Chilly was good
Consistently can not get order correct.
Great thank you, visited to drop off printed application for 2021 Cowichan Lakw Chamber Memberdhip...great service..got a tea to go.
Such bad service never anything right ever. Poor management who doesn t care and cuts corners all the time.Staff is nice though. Have ordered so much from this store hoping that this time it is made right but never happens. Not going to waste money anymore. So sad that they are still allowed to remain open. Take a look into it corporate your wasting your money.
Timmys yum
It was a good experience.
Stale chocolate dip donuts, every time, left overs from the previous day Im sure. This is at 9: am pretty much any day of the week.
Typical Tims considering the times we live in. Covid protocol in place. Expect slower service because of this. If youre expecting anything different dont bother going.
Always fresh
Great staff and the place looks very clean
Got order wrong. Self seems frequent for any location I visit.
Pulled in at 10pm tonight... The doors were locked the lights inside are on and someone cleaning but didnt come to the door. Decided ok fine Ill go through the drive thru... That had cones out cutting off BOTH lanes guess they are closed? Maybe they should post the hours online since it CLEARLY ISNT 24 HRS as it says online. Phoned them and no one picked up went straight to an answering machine even as I could clearly see the employee through the window while I phoned in the parking lot... Dont waste your time at this joint!!!!
Short staffed store. Long lineups and waits for both drive thru and takeout
The wait was way too long, The person at the till told me I could only order a drink and when I said I needed almond milk because I have a dairy allergy she said do you need it . All I wanted was a farmers wrap today and they told me they don t have any eggs, cheese, hashbrowns, sausage when it s literally breakfast and that I couldn t wait for my rap I simply cannot order it. Worst Tim Hortons I ve ever been to a highly do not recommend going here zero out of 10
Tim Hortons has to worst tasting coffee I have ever had. Some times I forget how bad and try it again because there is limited options in small towns. Nothing specifically against this store, it was really busy but the service was good.
Im glad there iz a tim Hortons near me
Closes early. have only been able to eat here once or twice. Average Tim Hortons experience.
cleanest Tim Hortons Ive been too in years. keep up the good work guys.
I get Cowichan is a small town... But we came there a few times at respectful times throughout the day and was closed -_-
Meh
Fast and friendly service
An early morning favorite
The Lake Cowichan Tim Hortons has the worst management. I spend my summers at Lake Cowichan this summer has the most inconsistent hours. Sometimes only the drive thru would be open, other times the sit in is open, other times is completely closed. They will most likely blame covid but I go to Tom Hortons ALL the time in Duncan and Victoria, many different ones. The Lake Cowichan is the only one operating on very inconsistent hours. You have no idea when it will be open. You drive there and take your chances. No way to run a business. I was there last night a Wednesday at 7:00 pm and it was closed completely. Unacceptable.
I ve been there 3 times now and every experience has been a disaster. First time they forgot both of my bottled waters and when I came back in to get them they made me wait over 8 minutes (to hand me the bottles ) the second time they were overall very rude and it took them way too much time to make my order when there was only 3 other ppl in the store. And the third time they completely messed up the girl in front of me s order and got mad at her over it!
Tims. What can you say
Oct. 8th, 11:15 am. We place an order at the drive thru for turkey bacon buns to take home for lunch. The first bite into mine there was a 6-8 darker coloured hair in my mouth! I realize they were probably short staffed but good hygiene is important when handling food.
Never had such poor service at a Time Hortons before! The person who worked drive through this morning was so rude. We got to the window and presented a free 10pc timbits from a kids hockey tournament and she ripped the coupon out of my girlfriends hand and when my girlfriend asked for a receipt for our order she got ignored. We got meals and we were missing food. We paid extra for extra meat and never got it and we were missing hash browns after we left. We have never been so rushed through. Horrible customer service! Definately wont be going back!
Good coffee and apple cookies
Its Tims..... was better before they changed coffee. The staff is pretty great so Ill still give 3 stars
How you confuse 1 honey dip with A pack of 20!!! They always always get wrong the order plus a really bad attitude
Was so looking forward to the espresso latte but my first sip, already part way to Duncan, was so burnt tasting from both the coffee and the milk. Had to throw it our but got another at the Duncan store and it was fine. Paid another $2 but combined still a reasonable deal for a large latte.
Slow, and my coffee wasnt stirred.
Went downhill after the Americans bought them out
Good Timmies with friendly staff
A regular Tim Hortons
The front counter staff show no respect to dining customers. Extremely slow service at all times. Front counter staff is too busy doing prep for the night and other cleaning duties, putting off serving staff.
Fast, friendly service. Great food
Good.
Staff are awsome.... alot of customers are impatient and boarding rude
Absolutely horrible if I could choose negative stars thats what they would get. Ordered grilled chicken wrap, sorry no grilled chicken. Ordered egg wrap with bacon it comes with no egg! Sorry we are out of eggs but we gave you extra bacon! So I get a wrap with bacon, oh and the cheese I asked them not to put on! Needless to say it ended up being no charge but still......
Efficient reasonably priced
The manager and majority of employees are super friendly and good. But somehow this is the slowest Tims I have ever been to. I wait up to 15 minutes sometimes. Ive stood and watched 6 ppl make eye contact and then completely ignore me. They keep the coffee pots at the back counter so the cashier has to go back and forth...firstly, there should be 2 ppl on the till at all times. I taking orders and handling money and one doing the order. I dont want the same person touching money all day then touching things i put in my mouth. Not once have I seen any one wash their hands or sanitize between cash and coffee. Certain ladies are super lazy and rude. They really have no business being in the service industry. While I realize the drive through is busy, Ive seen maybe 6 or 7 things that I would do differently to heighten efficiency. The manager is awesome and super quick but it kind of seems like noone pays attention. They are not a team and it shows. Speed and accuracy of service are important. Ive seen people just leave the store because they are tired of waiting....also, the bagels are always really stale and never properly toasted. So many things could be done differently. I still love the ppl and I realize we are on island time...but come on.
Very friendly and prompt service.
Like most Tim Hortons but seams to run out of certain items quicker then other Tims Ive been to.
My partner and I moved out here around September and we have had nothing but AMAZING service at this timmies!! We always get a LRG TT, and a french vanilla or hot chocolate with espresso. Our dog LOVES to visit his girlfriends and get his timbit treat. They are so quick, food always comes out great. Heck one time I guess the FV machine was low, We came back to grab another drink (Cody did for me) and were given both a free FV and Hot chocolate due to the little hiccup. By far THE BEST TIMMIES I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. Love these ladies (&gents)
Just once I d like to go there and get what I ordered
I have my breakfast at Tim Hortons every day and the service is always with a smile and the food is always good.
Fast friendly service, great products
I honestly dont know bout this Tim Hortons...went there yesterday early evening. Wanted use washroom b4 ordering and there was a couiple in ladies washroom having sex...like WTH ...the guy came out & we waited like ten minutesz and she opens door & says use the mens washroom...druggies...I tried telling staff but they didnt listen & didnt bother ordering anything there...so went country grocer & walked by Timmies again and the broad was still in the bathroom smh....Thanks Timmies I wont be going there anymore. I gave benefit of doubt & went back today 1-07-¹9 & got a French vanilla instead a hot chocolate with whip cream...omg I cant drink coffee, makes me sick ...got my bacon biscuit right this time but not my drink
Its Timmies!
Just what youd expect from a Tims
I waited TEN mins for my order, for them just to forget about me... And then make the wrong thing!! Then when I got the SECOND order it didnt have the egg in it...
Good selection now!
Fries were so dried out had to throw away couldnt eat
My mom is manager
Coffee
OMG I have no idea why Canadians love Timmys. The food we ate in Canada was pretty good except for this place.
So I never had my hashbrown just thrown in bag with my order, although she took time wrap other ppls hash brown, seriously.. disappointment after disappointment & yet I go back...not any more & I also seen a fly flying around in their baked goods out front counter, nasty.
I was handed birth of our iced caps covered in liquid on the outside. The first was smeared with the actual drink and the second was covered in what looked like cream. The staff were friendly but I dont think its too much to ask that they wipe off the cup before handing it to the customer. Nobody wants a sopping iced Capp mess in their hands.
Slow but friendly.
Out of soy milk, out of ketchup, woman up front dropped my iced coffee, spilled it all over the lid and the sides, serves it to me anyway, without any kind of apology, or bothering to wipe up the mess. They were rude and clearly dont care about their job. Id rather drive the 30 mins it takes to get to Duncan just to get a coffee than go back there. Would NOT recommend.
Everything was great sevice food cleanliness. 5 star for sure !!!!
Chrissy is the best. Most friendly drive thru person ever !
Mess up order 8/10 times.
Order two items. They get it wrong 3 times. Just a typical drive thru at tims.
Pretty simple afternoon coffee with a friend hot chocolate and a couple smile cookies . Garbage and recycling basically overflowing and tables littered with crumbs and wrappers for previous customers typical used to it.
Service poor waiting time much to long for no line up
Great coffee and bagels
No variety, ran out of several items we asked for and it was only lunch time. A terribly Timmies
Poor service only had a few Donuts available
This Tim Hortons is my hype team. Always friendly, and after all this time, always know what Im ordering!
Really enjoyed this Tims especially after being in the bush for a while.
Commercial is bias to single moms and says nothing about single dads.....shame.
Good
