One of the cleanest tims we've been too..both dining area and washroom. Fairly staffed too (atleast the time we visited). Some donuts were overly glazed in my opinion...like you can barely see the real color of the donut so I did not get one. My drink was missing the espresso shot but after approaching the one who made it, she made it right. So overall experience was still good.
Enjoyed my coffee and wrap at this time hortans . Service is always Good . Moreover, best experience with Jot she is great and help me to know about more sandwiches and wraps . Overall, great Service but Jot .
I had a lovely experience at this Tim Hortons the other day specifically with Jot. She was very personable, efficient, and kind. I was having a rough day but the interaction with her made me leave Tim Hortons feeling better. Sometimes the smallest things can turn a bad day into good. Thank you Jot. I will be back.
Asked for a steak and cheese biscuit and was told by the lady “we don’t sell them anymore” i explained that its advertised right there on the menu in which i had a response of “it doesn’t matter if its on the menu, its not on my computer” another lady then helped and explained that you need to add the steak as an extra which the total then came to $7+ instead of $5.49.. clearly not right either.. the attitude i received wasn’t pleasant and may i suggest better training on the tills for your staff would be a step forward.
I love visiting this Tims location every morning! Super friendly staff. My steeped tea is the perfect temperature and my dog loves her plain timbit. I have been to various Tim Horton locations across BC and Alberta and no one else even compares. Five Gold Stars!
If you ever need your Timmy’s hot, fast and with a smile this is the one to go too! Where others have taken several steps back this one is by far the best one I’ve been to around the Victoria area. You barely get in the door and theyre greeting you and taking your order with minimal waiting time for your order. Just the way they all use to be!!! Staff is excellent, management is just as good and you can tell that their service is taught from the top down! Tim Hortons has been through some things in general but this one, this one stands tall!
Naman, Kristy, Abby, Tim, etc. They all seem to remember me and my order, which is so nice and relaxing. It feels much more personable than other Tim Hortons and I'll usually go to this spot over the other locations even if it ends up being out of the way for a given trip. My partner tells me often that only Naman/this location knows how to make her Chai Tea Latte just right. I usually leave in a better mood and it's because of their kindness that keeps me as a regular.
Oct 13, 2022: Went to Tim Hortons at Goldstream.. BAD service and rude staff.A Phillipino lady named DATSHI or something like that spoke rudely when I told her there is a Fly in there Bagel and Doughnut case. It is supposed to be fly free. But she said your order is packed before you see the Fly.. what does that mean!! My order... I am trying to tell you that you have a Fly in your locked glass case and you packed my order while it was there and All I got is we packed your order before you see it. My goodness .. I have pictures of that time with the Fly.. proof.. Will never go there

Good morning, I just got home from your Goldstream drive-through location. I had ordered 2 maple bacon egg sandwich meals. There were no hash browns with the order. :( Expensive order, having got the gentleman behind me order. The girl at the window had been given coffee with lid not secured, causing it to spill all over my hand and my car inside and out. She was very apologetic but NOT a good start to my morning. I was not given receipt but this happened just after 10 am. Judy Halpenny
They must be putting crack in my iced caps because they have the best tasting iced caps out of all the locations. Staff is friendly and welcoming as usual. Highly recommend this over all other locations.
We ate in two different locations. One was good - staff was polite and prompt. The second one was terrible. Staff messed up our order(that happens) but they were very rude about it.

We often come to this Tims as we are headed out of town, the service is usually good. Today the guy taking our order had us repeat several times and still misheard. We could hear all the talking in the background making it frustrating for us to order. When we got yo the window we could see about 5 or 6 people standing around the area talking and not very busy. Then what my husband had order we were told when.we got to the window, was not available
Visited on May 09, orded two of the new pizzas. The individual FAILED to change his gloves food safe practice touching the screen to enter are order and procedding to prep food. The pizza for $8 is not worth it considering the following: tasteless, portion size and quality. Save your $8 and dont risk your HEALTH.
Wow, poor attitude from the lady on the intercom, thought everyone is entitled to a bad day however.....upon reaching the drive through window the woman there was absolutely ignorant! I asked for my reciept and she refused. I insisted. She then was mouthy to me demanding to know why I needed it. Ummm, no of your damn business! The attitude was beyond bad day. Will not be back. EVER. Absolute cluster.

All Tim Hortons cant get our simple order right. Were never going back to any locations theyre all bad at getting our order right.
Had to take a dump and its annoying how I have to go to the counter when they have a long line up to use the washroom. Whats worse is the washroom has no lock or divider... So any employee can walk in on you if youre taking a dump. The washroom was in a disgusting state also... I had to leave the washroom when I walked in because I couldnt use it because of the poor state it was in. I had to take a dump bad too. This is so annoying since I was on a work lunch break needing to find another washroom. As a tradesmen when there arent proper washrooms provided this makes me furious that were in such a poor quality state as a city that we cant provide proper public washrooms that are maintained to our workers or people supporting businesses like Tim Hortons. The franchise owner as criminal not providing clean washrooms for patrons.
Well I ordered a bagel and sat around for about 15 mins to watch the lady who was making my bagel (brandy) answer her ever so important snapchats and ended up going to the back with her eyes glued to her phone. Customer service here is absolutely terrible I will not be returning to this Tim hortons.

Tim Horton is alway busy all the time but the staff works so hard for customers coming from drive-thru and dine-in or take-out and is friendly. I enjoy and have a good time although sometimes I have to wait for a while.

There have been a lot of times I have been given the wrong order at this location (goldsteam). Being allergic to meat I always insist on a meat free meal when ordering, still I have got bacon in my wraps. This is highly unacceptable and very disappointing. I can understand the rush and flow of orders during peak time but at least pay attention when handling allergic alert order.
Worst experience. They don t how to treat customers & serve coffee. Not value for money
Tim Hortons. Goldstream I asked for English muffin, two of them with sausage and bacon on both of them. The only gave me sausage on both if I did not know I would have to say so fast business has gone downhill. It used to be really good.
Food was uncooked and had to order smoothie multiple times to get it
Jinwon is so inconsistent. When Jagi asked for a slip in the cup and told me to run away, he gave me a thumbs up with two fingers and didnt even say ins. Im a very low level person.

Donut was a bit old, cashier was rude, place was overcrowded & loud.
Everytime I order from this location they dont give me straws with my drinks. Like how TF am I gonna drink an iced capp with no straw, if your going to a tims just dont go to this one they have only 2 competent workers and are more then likely gonna get ur order wrong... (Edit) 2 minutes later I opend my breakfast sandwich and they managed to make it on a biscut when I asked for a English muffin. Wow.

It is hit or miss, often around peak morning hours during the week I would recommend drive through. Otherwise you will be standing in line a while. Food
On all the occasions I ve bought anything in that location they got my order right perhaps 5 times. While I m sitting here and observing other people picking up their orders half of them didn t get what they ordered either. What a waste of time, money and food. Food
They dont clean their iced capp machines, and do not give proper portions in wraps or sandwiches. Found a solid piece of wood? in my bacon farmers wrap. They have rude staff, who half of the time will ignore or mess up half of your order. This Tims is a disappointment, go to any other one in Victoria. do not even try to order delivery from this location, as you will not get what you asked for. This location is only viable between 5 am - 10 am, when they have their only competent staff on. Would not recommend.
They never open on time in the morning particularly on Sundays.
Terrible experience. One person working in the front, missing items from my order and staff are incredibly rude. Particularly the girl working August 31st at around 10 at the front counter. She was touching the till and cash and then grabbing donuts and pastries without using gloves or hand washing. I love Tim s but this is the worst location I ve ever been to.

If the owners cannot spend $500.00 to fix the mens bathroom, I am going to take my business somewhere else. It has not been fixed for almost 2 months. I will not support a business that cannot or will fix there washrooms. Whats interesting is I received an email from Tim Hortons saying not to place a review on the business. And to call a 1(800) number. I have complained to the manager several time. And his response to me is its not his problem. I will support a local business that does not have any concern for there customers.
The atmosphere has thrown me off a few times. I am sure that is due to my energy that day. However, if its the staffs vibrations?!?! I suggest the managers start paying their employees more. This would improve their expressions and make the interactions feel more genuine. Im not saying the staff are not wonderful. They are!! Only want to point out that the vibration seems kind of down or monotone on occasion. They sometimes can not hear me, so I end up having to shout at the audio box while being shouted at. This is constructive criticism, and I say it with love, light, enlightenment, positive affirmations, and hugs that heal. I believe a pay increase is necessary for all staff. That will lift the vibration up and make the atmosphere more comfortable.

This is the most ridiculous Tim Hortons Ive ever been to...they wont fill the napkin dispenser they wanna hand you 1 or two napkins that theyve man handled then you ask to use the bathroom after you eat and they give you the third degree. Never again. Avoid this place at all costs if theyre pinching pennies on napkins you know theyre not too funny with expiration dates etc.
We rolled up to the window and didn t say anything for 2 mins and the person who took our order is not very nice. But Kyle saved our experience.

I go here probably too often for my own good. However, whenever I go which is around the same time in the morning we re greeted by Marie at the window she s always so kind and makes it a very personable experience.

Probably one of the worst run Tims around! So un-organized, and they are constantly out of items. And heaven forbid you go inside, you just end up being ignored by the 4 kids working the drive thru without even an acknowledgment that someone will be right with you! Tired of waiting 5 minutes for a donut :/

Its Tims...... quality has slipped last couple years but I still spend money here. Im not adding that this is one of the worst run tim hortons on the island. My last three orders have been wrong, so I call in to let them know the mistake, they say no problem come back and we will replace. When I go back to get it replaced, Im basically called a thief and liar. But eventually get my replacement food and guess what!! they forgot to put turkey on a turkey bacon club!!! Ridiculous. I phone back again, and the recommendation is to use a different tim hortons.
Service and food quality had been going downhill since the company was bought out by the American conglomerate, Burger King. Pity. With the removal of our favorite food items from their menu, our patronage has dropped as well. Vegetarian options: There are no longer any vegetarian options available for meals, although they have added plant milks as an option which is a plus.
