Tim Hortons in Langford

Shouldnt be accepting mobile orders if the store isnt actually open. Creates unnecessary stress for workers and pisses off customers when they get to the door and its locked. Everything worked out in the end, but management needs to get on that

Service is a bit slow

I like the convenience of this Timmys, but your Steeped Tea seriously needs to be more like Tea. Its like drinking very watered-down milk. There is no taste of tea at all.

Worst Tim Hortons Ive ever had the displeasure of visiting. The owner, April, is horrible. And whoever is in charge of payroll constantly underpays workers and doesnt give them what they are owed.

Today my husband was placing an order from drive thru and I was suggesting him what to order but the tim employee talking the order had a bad attitude. She was rude. I was talking to my partner and she told me to let the driver speak where as I wasn t even talking to her. She needs to have patience.

Awful service. Trainee left on her own had no idea what to do. The final straw was when I ordered a medium Decaf orange pekoe tea with 2milk and twice they filled it with coffee instead of hot water!!! It had the tea bag in it 3rd time they put cream in instead of milk at which point I gave up. Use to really like this location shame its got so bad

Worst Tim hortons in Victoria, anytime I try and order from them on doordash as well, they take my order then cancel it immediately, taking my money and making me go through the refund process, instead of simply just not accepting the order, if you work at this Tim hortons I hope you get fired so they can clean it up

Maybe look into hiring people that are over the age of 18 and don t have attitudes when I have to call for service from the front.

I am Mexican and I am in a group of Mexicans where there are more than 1,000 people who live in Victoria Langford Colwood and other parts and specifically there is a woman who works in Langford timhortons McAllen and she has done it with me even shouting fakers cos that is not specifically anything professional and other people resolving the same treatment if we have said in the group that we would not go to that timhortosn again until they run it, being like that with all of us, we have reported it and there is no response

Every time I order a breakfast bagel sandwich from this location - the bagel is always burnt. It s not appetizing when every bite you take, you can t taste anything but the burnt flavor. Do better bc it s quite consistent. Had this throw this one completely out.

The food was wrong, the staff were rude. I wont be recommending them ever. I used to frequent this location. In the past 6bmonths there service and attitude have fallen from excellent to poor. It reflects on management poorly.

Update: The service here is awesome once again and am happy to change my review to better reflect this change. Horrible experience today, I was served by ioan, who happened to be trippin balls and laughing behind the counter. My daughter wanted a farmers wrap, and ioan said she would ask the guy to make it, but all she did was walk towards the food prep area and turn around and come back without saying anything to anyone. She came back to the cash register, laughed, and said anything else. So I said I thought you were going to ask someone to make it, and she said I did and laughed again..I told her I watched what she did and that she didnt talk to anyone and all she did was laugh again. I grew frustrated with her, paid, and walked away to the food area. The gentleman making our wraps apologized for her actions, and even he said he believed she was on drugs and wasnt sure what to do about her. The staff here do work hard and are normally very nice. Today, I know it was a one-off and doubt I will have this type of reception again. Parking: If the lot is full, hit the drive thru

The food is burned and not edible. I have to return it. Server re-make one and throw to the counter like a garbage.

Possibly one of the worst tim Hortons Ive been to. They consistently mess up on my order. Ive even had them hand me the wrong order and when Ive gone back for a replacement, they still gave me the wrong item. If this wasnt the most convenient Tims on my current route for work Id happily support a different one. Make sure that even if youre only getting a drink you check!

Waited for a while to have my order taken and then denied my food once, and as I left, rude remarks were made about the situation.

Hands down worst tim hortons i ve been to. Can t even count how many times my order has been wrong. Tried calling all weekend about my messed up order on friday still nothing. Went in twice today to get it fixed and still got it wrong very unhappy will not be coming back.

I really try not to be over critical about public washrooms but the the state of the one at this location was the grossest Ive ever seen at a Tims by far. The sign about cleaning on the bathroom door must be a joke as I vomited in my mouth while entering. It was so bad I will never return to this location.

This is my favourite Tim hortons in town and I have written some bad reviews about other ones the staff here in the morning does a good job of balancing being quick but not making you feel rushed they are very pleasant the lady that often works in the morning is always cheerful on the speaker it is refreshing after being other fast food places were you get attitude just for showing up I come here most morning for my coffee now

Ordered a ham and cheddar sandwich last night in the drive through. Worst sub ever. Bun was burnt and stale. One bite and I tossed it. You have to do better Tim s.

Stopped by this location as it is near my home, wanted to try the new pizzas, I was there shortly after 5:45 to be told they weren t available because they were cleaning the ovens . Seriously, who cleans ovens in a restaurant at dinner time? It also seemed they were understaffed and no one looked happy to be there. Every time I ve stopped here there have been issues with availability of menu items. So disappointing, I will definitely be calling to speak to the manager or to the franchise owner.

Recently getting all my orders wrong, and new hires are infuriatingly slow.

The week end morning manager shes indian shes grampy everyday she served burn bagel and treated customer un profesional ,if she got too much on her plate and cant handle things you better quit rather than passing you bad behavior to customer.

Says the hours are 24 hours, but the workers decide when they close the doors... says its only because 1 person is working.. but I seen a few people inside. Update the hours if this location is not 24 hours or open when you are suppose to be open.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Drive through window server cursed at me. They keep putting my dogs plain timbit right into the chocolate on top of a lava cookie. Chocolate is toxic to dogs. They shouldnt be putting anything right into the chocolate on the top of this cookie, let alone Timbits that are for a dog. Very disappointed. Will not be returning. Filed a complaint with the corporate office as well. **Update the owner emailed me back and excused the employees behaviour and blamed it on the covid pandemic. Basically said the employees actions were an acceptable way to speak to a customer. Ive never been so disappointed. Never have an issue at this location, I walk in Michelle knows my order, we have a quick chat about recent Netflix shows. Michelle is a great employee, and then I am on my way to work. She always makes sure I have what I need before I leave. Not sure why others are dumping on this place, beats having to pay $8.00 daily for a Starbucks latte, tip included. Robert

Waited at the till for 5mins the manager and the drive threw person was just standing there talking one even made eye contact with me and continued goofing around, time has gone so down hill this spot should just be another Starbucks haha

Dirty loud the staff does what they can with what they have

Seating has been patched and needs replacing. Decor is outdated and dark. The seating area was busy but tables were available. Parking: Shared parking with Save On Foods grocery store.

Ordered a BLT and was handed the sandwich. When I opened it, it had no B or T just lettuce. When I came back inside I was told they had no bacon or tomato. Probably something I should have been told before trying to pawn it off. Thanks for the bun with lettuce.

Timmies just isnt the Timmies it used to be. The drive through is insanely quick but make sure you check your bag before leaving the window.

The bench seats arent just torn they are shredded! The donuts are gross. Tim Hortons has become an insult to Canadians. From what it was like twenty years ago when the donuts were made in the shops, and someone went around refilling your coffee, to shipping in half cooked donuts, changing the coffee, with no refills. This is what happens when a company cares more about shareholders then the customers. Quality and customers should always come first. The sad part is using Canadian peoples loyalty to get away with lowering quality to the bare minimum!

Terrible !! They used soured chunky cream in my coffee 3 times this month. Be sure to check yours before leaving. There should be some accountability.

Service is lousy. Bought a cauliflower soup. Was not told until every other thing was ready they dont have soup. Took ages to get to that point and get a refund. They serve all the drive through customers first.

Very frustrated. I ordered an XL double double coffee. That is two creams, two sugars. Simple, right? You d think! But no. Not at this Tim Hortons. Went to take a sip of my morning coffee and got a mouth full of black bitterness. I do not understand how such a simple order could have been messed up. I went through the drive through and order some pastries and told them to heat it up. When checked it was cold. I parked my vehicle and went in the store and asked them to heat those pastries. But the attitude of the lady who was heating them was Unbelievable. Listen lady we are not getting stuff for free. We are paying for it

Edit: my partner just went through the drive thru and asked for assorted Timbits. More than half plan is not assorted. Just went, they messed up my order, and the fact is, this the norm. I go to Tim Hortons so rarely these days because I know that I will be disappointed. I really hope you guys get it together one of these days, before everyone gives up on you. Im guessing from the incredibly poor staff performance that you dont pay your employees at all well and that if they are any good, they leave. Id rather pay a bit more and have better service (ie get what I ordered)

The food was lovely, and the customer service was supreme. Quickly served food, and the cashier covered me when I was short around 50 cents. If your looking for some tasty fast food, Tim Hortons is your place!

My food was missed by the staff and the employee who took my order clearly at the time was designated to cashier noticed and went and made it for me personally and made sure the changes I asked to it were applied and actually put extra whip topping on my drink as i asked ! Was very impressed

I have been trying to get a powdered jelly donut for 2 months. Every time I go, they are out of them.

This is a lovely family Tim Hortons and in my opinion the best in quality and service in Victoria! Roopak is the most kind and efficient employee they have. There are other nice ones but Ioana wasnt the kindest when it was busy. The bathrooms are usually alright but do need to be cleaned more and the trash is always full to the brim when I come in. Aside from those the service is always great from Roopak and he does diligent work to make sure the customer is happy!

Went for a chocolate and bites but I just had like 10 cash so I wanted to pay with that instead of my card. So I ask for my items and the cashier has gloves, I paid and he gave me my order: 1. He didnt change his gloves so that means he took my donuts with the same gloves that touched thw money. 2. My chocolate didnt had a hand band so it was hot for me and they just have them in the back I guess. 3. When I opened the bites, they look like someone just bite them, like half-size. 4. My chocolate was 3/4 of the cup filled. So sad I throw them because I dont know if someone literally bite them, and because of the bacterias from the cashier.

For some unknown reason twice in a row now, when I ordered a large triple triple in the drive thru, it doesnt even taste like coffee, but more like slightly flavoured hot water. Also, they arent making it a triple triple, but a regular. This wasnt always the case, like a few weeks ago, it was fine and I looked forward to it. But now I wont even go there, because I just know its gonna be a waste of money, and I will end up going to a different timmies location on my way to work. I hope it gets resolved soon, cheers!

This Tim Hortons is consistently bad. There ice Capps are practically water. Also, the staff do not get properly trained I ordered an Ice Capp with almond milk and was given one made with cream after I double checked to make sure it was made with almond milk I was reassured it was. It clearly was not by the taste and my stomach ache. Good service and food is rare from this location

We were 2nd in the line up. The person in front of us gave up after waiting for possibly a long time. 1 staff working storefront (making drinks for an order), 1 at food cart, 1 at DT. Those 3 guys stood at the food cart station, stared and waited as another staff arrived and signed in. Clearly none of the 3 wanted to help us.The one who just arrived took his time to put on gloves before he attended to us. He was called out by the person manning the food cart to help us. The one who helped us was fairly new to the job because he was trying to tell us that hotchoco and french vanilla comes from the machine and so he could not add milk. Explained to him how he should do it (having worked at a Tims before). None of the 3 told him that the espresso machine was being cleaned so i had to wait extra 4mins for my drink. Another person ordered something that the new guy didnt know they were out of. It was not a busy time but none of them was able to check the washrooms (cant even describe it).

I used to love this location But they are inconsistent when fulfilling orders. 8/10 times they forget to add sugar or cream They no longer let customers order through the app They advertise that they open for business at 5 am but they rarely open in time I have waited up to 15 minutes after 5 am before I gave up and left This was a 5 star rating before but now if I could give them less than 1 star I would Huge disappointment!!

Staff was sooo nice.

Slowest staff in any industry I have ever seen. Litterally 2 guys standing for 15 minutes watching one guy make sandwiches and he spends half the time staring at the screen with a dumbfounded look on his face. Absolutely atrocious. I m amazed the manager isn t even trying to get them to work at even a moderate speed.

Best coffee in town

If you are a steeped tea drinker I would not suggest this location. I stopped going here months ago because 9/10 times my tea has zero flavour. More like water with cream and sugar in it. Every other location makes it perfectly. Not sure what they struggle with. Went back there today to give them another chance because its a more convenient location. Big cup of water, not tea. Very unfortunate start to my day. It sucks too because the lady who is always on the intercom for the drivethru is AMAZING. Best order taker ever.

I wanted a breakfast wrap but I was told theres no egg and was offered a sausage and bacon farmers wrap I said No and my sister in law who paid they gave her the wrong drink and put way too much strawberries in the drink it was very extra sweet ucky but luckily the manager did fix her drink

This location is brutal! went is for a quick bite to eat, and ordered a coffee, breakfast sandwich, and muffin. Breakfast sandwich was ready right away, coffee on the other hand took a long time. Enough time for me to watch a drive thru order (5 minutes after I ordered) 2 boxes of muffin get picked and cleaned out. Only ones left had nuts in them that I dont eat. Offered me items that cost less than the muffin, had to walk out. I guess you really dont get what you pay for as I didnt get anything and they got my money. Maybe they should pick the items out of the pastry case when the order is 1st put in so the customer get what they pay for.

Bathrooms were disgusting, place smells like chlorine and they said they were closed when it was only 9:30pm when I went in

So we got to this Tims location at 12;15 pm today, the screen only showed the breakfast menu, I ask the girl should this not show the lunch menu, she said yes it is not working, I ask what kind of soup do you have, she said I am not sure but the soup is not ready and we dont know when it will be ready, I ordered a BLT Bagel, I got an egg with sausage, I ask for a chocolate milk and her answer we are out of bit, I saidni give up, I cannot believe this place is actually in business. Everytime I go to get a coffee because I live a few minutes down the road I like getting 3 creams and 4 Sugar. EVERY SINGLE TIME it doesn t taste like there s any cream or sugar in my coffee and it s bland. I like sweet coffee and it s never sweet everytime I go.

This place is nastyyyy, super rude and unhappy staff, messed up my order and were not happy about fixing it, on top of that there was disgustingly dead and rotting lettuce on my sandwich. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 extra minutes to go to any other location.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Cannot use the excuse of the lettuce was wilted and gross because of the sauce/how warm everything else was in the wrap within 30 seconds of it being made and sitting down. I m a chief so I know how food works. I know this is tim Hortons but you shouldn t be serving literal rotten food to people and the people who work here are extremely rude as well. My husband also got a sandwich which they had messed up on and we re very clearly upset he asked for it to be made right We ordered; chipotle steak loaded wrap, two BLT s with cheddar and a bacon grilled cheese. Everything that had lettuce on it was rotten, you can get people sick from this. Do better.

The coffee is watered down for dark roast and is often none made not available..I just returned the 2 coffees with complaint and received 2 replacement also very weak coffee. Goldstream is much better coffee friendlier staff .I tried this location several more times asking for darkroast and got watered down weak coffee. I will make sure to tell friends and family not to visit this location terrible service I contacted head office they cant do anything about complaints, I went into this Tims to complain and got nowhere manager told me I could go to a different Tims horrible customer service from manager at Mc. Callum I have never been contacted back with a solution

Went to have some soup or chili, and they were sold out completely, and a lot of the tables that were empty hadn t been cleaned. The garbage was overflowing and my sandwich look like it was just thrown together.

I love Timmys. And love the food. However staff making the food are a little bit busy, overwhelmed and cranky. I just left Timmys after ordering a double toasted everything bagel, crispy chicken sandwich and breakfast wrap (& pastries ) at 11:50am Friday December 15th. Theres confusion on whose food is what and to who when the girl making the food calls out your order. It would be best for Timmys to follow how Starbucks does it and takes your name down so that people are not standing around grabbing the wrong food as it just happened with me because the guy next to me also ordered the toasted bagel. My 3 food items were sitting in a bag with no announcement of the contents as I stood literally 2 feet away. I stood there confused as what is to who ?? THEN I get the the stare-down of evil-eye and get lost! (Wait for it, I will probably receive an automatic response from a template stating please contact our guests care team with the website address, which will be useless and a waste of my time)

If you wanna someone to ruin your day, just go ahead use the drive-through.

Everytime I try to use the app to make a mobile order this is never available

They are apparently not actually 24/7. Google claims the business confirmed they were a few days ago. But I showed up at 10:03pm today (Wednesday) and they were closed. Despite having a sign on the door that said that despite inside being closed the drive through was open 24/7. I talked to a worker through the door and asked about it and she said the cones were across because the drive through closes at 10. I said it s not open 24/7 like the sign says? And she said no they were closing up.

Slower than slow service. Yes, I know they are short staffed like everyone else, but even an acknowledgement that they know youre there waiting in line would be nice....perhaps Ill be right with you!...but no, nothing. Then when you finally get asked what youd like, they have no idea how to ring it through and fumble through, and then, this is the clincher, they bag up your order without using the wax paper to handle the food items that they are placing in the bag and use the same gloved hand that handled putting the cream refill into the machine and handling money. Is foodsafe not a requirement any longer? Not impressed.

They serve me steak and egg sandwich very cold. I had to return it. The next was not much better.

I love my morning tea from Timmy s. I order in advance using their mobile app and pick it up in the drive thru. I would give them 5 stars but the last two time I have come for tea, it has been lukewarm. It is very disappointing to get something unsatisfactory in the drive thru because I m usually in a hurry and I can t go back to get it rectified.

Just had my order delivered and was almost 20 minutes late with no text or update about being late, the Tims app wasnt showing the tracking for my delivery and now that it is here my order is wrong! I paid for double cheese and got none, asked for no tomato but has tomatos, I also asked for chipotle sauce and got none. I never complain about this stuff but Im getting really tired of all the screw ups and will be finding a new location.

Its tims what can I say hmm. Donuts are either soggy or stale from sitting out too long and the coffee is often burnt, Staff are unfriendly, rude and take way too long to serve even some of the most simple orders. If you hate your job that much get some ambition and go get a better job. Food safety inspectors should check this place out. I have the feeling this tims leaves their products on the shelf until its sold not until they expire. I believe new batches of baked goods should be made new every few hours and coffee every 15 - 30 mins.. questionable service here. And wear a hair net you sasquatch.

Just stopped in through the drive through. Got a Chicken bacon wrap. I am a regular points collector, visitor to various Tims in the lower mainland. Visiting Victoria for a tournament. When I got to open my wrap half of it was missing. There was half the usual chicken. Not impressed. Check your stuff before you drive away

The last two times I have been here, I was forced to wait 10-15 min for my order, even tho the shop was not busy AT ALL. The first time wasn t entirely their fault, they said my order never showed in the screen, but the customer service here is non existent. This second time, the worker here did not once glance in my direction or imply that she was going to take my order soon. all I wanted was a 20 pack timbits

The coffee I had tasted like its been sitting overnight and smelled like it too. The farmers wrap was disgustingly eggy and overcooked. All eggs are fowl, but these were Truly foul! My dog even turned her nose up at them. The staff were nice and polite, but I cant get that smell out of my nose to give it more then one star.

Not a regular at this shop but my daughter is. I had a sandwich which was okay and my daughter had some food and drink, each of which were wrong but being Timmys, she enjoyed it just the same. They are clearly going through some staffing issues and the crew is very young but they are polite and they do try. Hats off to this particular franchise location for accommodating various, impromptu tailgating parties with old timers who bring their own chairs, young ones in their souped up cars and more. Took a bad COVID situation and made the most of it. Part of the community.

Not once i have found this tim open at night when i got off from work at 11:30pm. If this location is not open 24 hrs just update it on maps. Two stars because every other times that i have visited the location, the staff seemed lovely.

Asked for no cheese. They put cheese on it. Got home and threw it out.

Cold and old snackers, service without effort to make customers happy

Just went in to purchase a bunch of gift cards. The person helping me, Elijah- was friendly, calm, cool and patient as he helped me out. The line grew long as my order was large, and some of the people waiting were rude and impatient. A very big out to Elijah and his coworkers who despite the rudeness of the impatient people in line, handled the situation with utmost professionalism!

Random arguing with your customer because you dont know you have chipotle mayo on your menu?! I asked for a side of this as I always do (at least 10 times before) and the girl argued with me that they dont have it. Then a secfoel grabbed it and rudely THREW it in my bag asnf said there you go! With attitude. Sorry If you are stressed but this is not the way to talk to customers. RUDE
