Domino's Pizza in Langford

My pizza profile disappeared after switching to a new phone. Lost 160 points. Called head office, and they cant even find my profile. Ive been feeding workers on our property with the Millstream location, and even that was a disaster. Ordered delivery for 12 pm, and it shows up at 1230. One of the workers had to leave hungry. I asked the driver why so late. She stated she had to feed the sheriff first. I didnt order from Dominos for two years because of the exact same thing. I stated that the head office needs to fix this, or Im going to walk for good. Not a single call, text, or email from anyone. This customer is saying goodbye for good.

Well we tried dominos a few times and last night was the last time we will ever order from them. We ordered 2 pastas and they were literally smaller than a microwave dinner. Not only that but the delivery guy got lost across town, when we literally live around the corner from dominos. It took the guy an hour and a half to find our house. He called , his accent was so strong I couldn t understand anything he said. So I had to text him my address cause he couldn t understand me saying my street name. We literally live across the street practically from the dominos we ordered from, when I ordered the lady said my address so I m literally dumbfounded how the guy could get lost across town. After an hour and a half our food was so cold. Never ever again. What a waste of 30$. We literally had to go make food because the pastas were so small. When you order food, you re not supposed to have to go make dinner after.

Decently priced pizza with good promos

Delivery was extremely fast. I couldnt believe how fast they made it and got it to me, but to be honest, the pizza was really lacking. There was a lot of crust, not much sauce and overall it was low on every topping added.

Was waiting for pizza on a Saturday night, it was super busy but the production crew was enthusiastic and efficient. Spent some time watching the lady throwing pizzas up in the air and singing, her high spirits was great! This location is always a cheap and cheerful solution for dinner and get together.

Ready on time. Ordered 5 pizzas for 330pm. I was walking in the door at 329 and the last pizza was being pulled out of the oven. Sooo good. Parking: Tight.

This is one of the only places that delivers into the highlands. Have never had a problem with this location, always speedy with quality service. The staff is great so leave a tip even if youre picking up.

WOULDNT RECCOMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY the Indian manager accused me of being someone I m not and after 5 minutes of him trying to tell me who I am he finally makes my pasta but no he didn t put any noodles in there he filled it with onions and gave me it I ve never experienced such ignorant employees anywhere in my life #sendthismanbacktoindia

Prep time was quick for pick up and the food was delicious as always. Dominos always follows instructions for cooking and toppings (it s one of the main reasons we love them) When we arrived to pick up, my husband entered the store to pay and he said all the staff members were friendly and willing to assist. Have been ordering pizzas from dominos for years. I like the variety of crusts now to switch up the pizza instead of switching toppings. All around decent pizzas majority of the time

Honestly this place gets my order wrong 9 times out of 10 and the pizza is almost always undercooked with raw dough in the center. Not to mention customer service is nonexistent at this location. So frustrating, would be nice to be able to order without any problems.

I usually have no complaints with Dominos on Millstream, so this was quite surprising. I decided to order the 2 pizzas for $8.99 each, and its true, you do get what you pay for! The pizza has large bubbles on it, with a little bit of sauce and barely any topping per slice! The manager was friendly and did offer to replace them, or put a credit on my account, because of my experience I decided to opt out on the suggestion.

This was so bad. I was visiting my parents and they hadnt ordered pizza in a long time so when they asked how dominos was I said it was way better then in the past. You proved me wrong. The sauce was non existent, and dough was incredibly inconsistent. Extra thick on one slice then paper thin on another. Just ordered pizza hut for the first time in who knows how long, just to compare . Atleast they are consistent on sauce toppings and dough, though its garbage. Recommend anyone looking a for a chain pizza place, go with panago. Theyve been the most consistent and better tasting.

Great pizza on a budget for those classic You guys want pizza? Dominos?? type of nights. I never order w/o a coupon code though. Best when consumed immediately, once its cold its meh. Although, Reheating it in a toaster oven @ 400F for 5 and a half mins makes it as close as it can get when fresh in terms of goodness. Im telling you, two small 2-topping pizzas for $7.49/each is amazing value today.

I love dominoes. I got no complaints. They always have decent specials. But the consistency at this location is just nonexistent. One time itll be freaking amazing. The next time itll have no toppings barely, the next time its all dough, then its amazing again. Theres just no consistency. Just seems to be whoevers working thats what the standard is. Ive ordered extra cheese once and it came with so much cheese we all started laughing because we couldnt even eat the pizza. My previous address was near view Royal and the AlderSmith location had the same pizza no matter when I ordered it. Kind of sucks that one out of three times Its just a complete miss at this location.

They would not deliver and they are about a 5 minute drive from my location just because I am a few feet past where where they stop delivering. I even offered them an extra $40. The gentleman said that theyd ask the driver and then the driver refused. And to boot I begin with keeping him my address because Ive been through this before with pizza places at a time. And he let me go through the whole order before informing me that they couldnt do the delivery. Horrible If you website states delivery then deliver

pizza is so so, but ok. my problem today is the offer of all pizzas 50% off, apparently you must choose a specific coupon to get 50% off, if by mistake you dont click on this coupon you dont get 50% off, kind of gives you the impression that they know some will not pick the correct coupon, kind of a bait and switch. so anyway it would have very easy to setup their page so that all orders online would 50% off period! last time i ever order dominos, staff are good, company are corporate slimeballs. anyone who wants a good pizza with no nonsense? call Mad Greeks!!

We ordered delivery and got pizzas, wings, cheesy bread and cookies. Joanne did a fantastic job making everything. All of our specifications for each item were followed. And it was one of the best quality of food we ve gotten there. (They re usually great! Tonight they were fantastic!) Would recommend 100% to anyone we know.

I have been ordering the same pizza for years and today received two very soggy pizzas and was told it was due to the type of pizza crust I ordered. They had quality checked a soggy pizza and still sent it out the door. Very disappointing.

Sorry, the first order is the last one. First time order from this store as I wanted to give my friends a treat but the order took around 1.5hr to arrive?? When I asked the driver why it took so long as it usually takes around 20mins to arrive when I order from other locations. The driver told that they were short of drivers. If that s the case it s fine, but no apologies, the order tracker on their website apparently shows that the production time took up 80mins and there was no estimated arrival time when I ordered on their website. Can you imagine that? And the pizzas were slightly over baked and no favorite crust thin option for selection as well, sadly.

Usually like this place but I guess now they are cutting specialty chicken in half... 12 piece actually means 6 cut in half.

This is a great place for pizza, my only complaint is with the girl who took my order Emily, I told her twice what my order is and she still got it wrong, she has an attitude of I dont want to be here, I asked her a question and she just turned around walked away and mumbled something..... Not a very efficient franchise location. Half the time my orders are incorrect or the staff do not follow the special instructions. Pretty unimpressed and disappointed. Could improve on their customer service as well.

Just ordered, a pizza with extra cheese. Wheres the extra cheese? So disappointing. Alfredo chicken pasta was okay, but a little sauce would be good. Chicken tenders are good though. Might think twice before I order from these guys again.

Placed our order ahead of time and picked it up. Pizza was done on time, the only wait was the small line waiting to get their food. Only 2 customers maximum while inside. The parking lot is brutal with about 5 spaces to choose from and impatient skip the dishes drivers driving all crazy. Food was hot and tasted great when we got home.

This is a clean place with good staff. delivery is a little bit slow but it is ok. the reason that I didnt give them a 5 star is personal. You will find this place a five star if you are a fan on Dominos :)

I always fall in love with the mango habanero wings. Same with the lava cakes and cheese bread. He loves half jalapenos on Hawaiian (my favorite) we add mushrooms and onions.. two happy people.. one happy man... And woman with my lava cake! The drivers always show up in masks.. we love and appreciate the effort showing they respect the Covid protocols! I fell in love with the locally owned and operated sticker. During these times we have to stay strong as a community. Will always be back for the wings and cakes yum...

Pizzas made on time. Very organized establishment, especially during covid times.

Rarely will they get youre delivery order right and never pay for the EXTRA portions for anything, they dont bother adding the extra you pay for. If you call in they will drive the missing items back to you in another 30 mins so credit where credit is due... but they bat below a 70% average. And avoid the bread sticks, more like bread flats. Crusty flat and crunchy with a stale taste.

I recommend this branch. Helpful staff, and quick service as expected. Hours of operation are very good for night orders. Prices are competitive and good value for your money.

Always good pizaa but thin crust and regular crust is almost always the samee thickness, it drives me nuts. Regular crust should be at least one finger thick !!

Ordered a pizza for delivery with clear instructions for the driver to buzz my unit number. Waited over an hour and had to call them to find out the driver just left the pizza in front of the apartment building without buzzing/notifying me it was here. Nice work Dominos..... big fat boo coming your way Like.... at least try..?

Dont try to order from here if you live more than 5 minutes away (you know, outside of walking range so delivery makes sense). They used to deliver further and just increase the delivery charge slightly but now they outright refuse. Id say awful service but it was non-existent. Guess were having Pizza Hut tonight.

Reliably quick at takeout service. Owner seems to genuinely care about customer experience. Delivery can be on the slower side, but that is likely because of the demand. online coupons and pickup make this a solid choice.
