Boston Pizza in Langford

I am so disappointed, I ordered delivery especially for 8.30pm as I was out until then. (Massage so phone off) 8:10 1st text arrive saying cant deliver as no response Santiago may cancel.order. next text still no réponse order may get canceled. 8.20 im frantically texting leave at the door. 8:30 I call boston pizza Santiago just walked through the door with said pizza!!! Theres a reason I ordered for 8.30!!!!

Ordered the classic lasagna and got a third of a container with some noodles a splash of sauce and a trickle of cheese!!! What am I! A farm animal getting slop in a pen? What a waste of money. Don t order here. It used to be good but not anymore.

Good food had takeout this time was ready on time hot and fresh! Great staff very friendly and courteous.

We did a take out order. Each of the adult meals was missing something, one of which was cheese we paid extra for to add. The beef dip jus didn t have a secured lid and poured all over the car. Thankfully the kids meals came as expected. When we called, the response was what do you want us to do about it? We went back to get the jus for the beer dip, and when we went to ask for a refund on the extra paid for the cheese the front of house walked away.

Ok, this was our second time going in as our first was HORRIFIC! Omg, this was a whole different place, and Im so glad that they brought someone in to change things up!!!!!!!! The food was outstanding, and the staff were super friendly, attentive, and on the ball. Honestly, they have really made massive changes in the right direction. We will definitely be back again as everything was delicious! Way to go, Boston Pizza Langford, you guys are really stepping up for your customers from the kitchen to the servers!

I accidentally tipped $277 on a $34 bill (I have no idea how)! They called me when I was about a block away to tell me of my huge mistake. I am very appreciative of their catch and their honesty! Good job and thank you so much BP!

Went to the Boston pizza in langford. Sorry to say . Food was very good. Service not good at all. Our appy plate and two side plates never taken away. Never got refill on coffee. Wasnt ask if wanted second cocktail. The service was not good . The server came with bill and cleared our table , then stood there waiting for payment. Like Boston Pizza, just not that one.

Not a place I would frequent again too expensive and food wasnt that great. Plus air conditioning or fans made it ver cold. I am a spaghetti and meatballs guys but these meatballs didnt make it. Toomuch soya and breadcrumbs. Didnt even taste like meatballs.

Decent food. Regular family fare. One complaint was when I asked for a highchair I was repeatedly asked if I was sure if I didnt want a booster seat. First off, do not assume you know what anyones childs needs are nor what they require. Secondly my granddaughter is 1!!! Kid-friendliness: Asked for highchair and was asked if I was sure I didnt want a booster...yeah pretty sure the one year.old needs highchair.

Would give zero stars if possible. We ordered a pasta and 2 quesadillas. I ordered a 30$ pasta and the Alfredo was absolutely disgusting, it tasted like it was from a jar and even worse from an expired jar. I had two bites and I couldnt eat anymore. I tried to give it to my husband who will literally eat anything and he was just as disgusted by it as I was. I also upgraded my toast to cheese toast for $4.59 but the toast arrived with no cheese. My husband ordered two quesadillas, they were edible but cold. Each quesadilla is supposed to come with one sour cream each and one salsa each but we were only provided with one sour cream and one salsa for both orders. That was especially disappointing because the only item out of the order that was edible was missing the condiments that are necessary to go with them. I can say with certainly this was absolute the worst meal I have had in my entire life. NEVER have I had a meal that was so disgusting that I couldnt eat any of it or my husband, the man who will eat literally everything had one penne noodle and refused to eat anymore of it. The entire pasta went straight into the garbage. The only thing I was able to eat was the garlic toast and again I paid $4.59 to add cheese but was sent garlic toast with no cheese. I NEVER leave reviews but this was just too horrible not to.

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. Had our food delivered last night, our entire meal was wrong, items missing. Asked for a pop did not get our pop, asked for chicken strips tossed in hot sauce, did not get it tossed in hot sauce. Got there burger asked for extra cheese, and bacon paid extra for this. I did not get this. I have a mustered allergy, stated this in our order and it had mustered all threw out the burger. This is not the first time we have gotten our orders wrong or straight up didnt get all of our order. Will not be ordering from here again!

Pizza tastes like cardboard

Absolutely disgusting. How the F do you justify $40 for a large pizza that is complete trash? Hey, let s add a tip and tax, $55 for garbage. O yah, a pound of wings for $20 that are 8 nasty twigs that in no way come close to a pound. Wake up Boston pizza. Food

Main reason for coming is Boston Pizza has the best gluten free pizza crust of anywhere. First time we had it was takeout and we had to call back to double check it was actually gluten free, because it didnt taste like it. Dietary restrictions: See comments re:gluten free

We had great service. Friendly waitress. Good delivery was quick. Drink refills were great. The only minor problem I had was my pizza was a bit burnt on top. The peppers were black.

Pasta was ok. $20+ dollars for a baked pasta on pasta night does not seem like a great deal.

Ordered through SKIP. The meal came within 40 mins hot and fresh. They charged me for a cheese toast but gave me regular. Was delicious regardless. Absolutely love the smokey mountain meatballs.

Not at all a good service, server Robby was soo rude. Gave very bad expression when we were done paying. Was rushing us while we were eating. We were still eating and cane with take out boxes. Not good service will not recommend to visit this place at all.

Robby was incredible!!!! Amazing service and always has a smile on his face!! I will return only when he is working and I always look forward to seeing him! He is a hard worker and knows the menu front to back and is very helpful!

Placed an order with you guys. It was 3 separate orders. It was placed in the same bag but all 3 were pressed together spilling the pasta sauce everywhere to the point the pastas no longer had sauce in them.

Went to the restaurant today at 11:00AM as stated on their website. Door was locked. No opening hours stickers on the door... Waited in the car for over 1/2 hour, so by 11:35 went to check the door, still closed. We left. We will not be back. Obviously cannot respect business hours. Wasted my time.

horrible service, my food arrived after 40 minutes and was the wrong thing. an hour and a half later and i get my food in a takeout bag while i sat beside my partner and they ate. my partner didn t get his drink he ordered and the table that walked in after us got their food and bill before us. we will never eat at this boston pizza again. HUGE disappointment, left feeling extremely dissatisfied and hungry

Great food. Somersby cider available was so nice to see. We had to find staff to get ourselves seated, so that was odd. I had time to use washroom while waiting for the hostess. Probably just a one off but its why the 3 stars for service

I ordered from here for the first time, I havent ordered from a Boston Pizza since I used to live up in Duncan and the food was delicious, especially the pizza I ordered my favorite Pepperoni, and had the all-meat bites coated in honey garlic sauce Im definitely ordering from here again in the future

It is a nice place for hanging out. Pizza, pasta, wings, and a bar make it a good option for the neighborhood, as many restaurants close early in the afternoon, Boston Pizza is open until 12 am on weekends. The staff is friendly but my only complain is that the place is kind of dark, compared to others..

Unfortunately yesterday our server had the propensity to throw food and drink on the table. Passing meal by another nearly hitting them with it, slamming drinks on the table and leaving (literally). He came and asked how things were after we got our meals and ran off before one could ask for another drink. We waited over 30 min once we were done for him to come by our table so we could as for togo containers. He needs proper training on good and attentive service. The restaurant wasnt that busy. We didnt leave a tip... Sorry kitchen as the food was very good. I wanted to tell the hostess but couldnt find her... To owner... Place was really dead. Ordered a coffee. Server said it was fresh then when i couldnt stomach it she said fresh an hour ago. Food was cold and lazily prepared. I couldnt eat my meteor pizza as it was really cold and cardboard like. Wife had the beef dip. She couldnt eat it either. Manager comped us most of the meal and away we went. I get your a chain but I doubt that corporate worked so hard for BP langford to produce what was served.

Weve never had a bad experience at this location. Staff are always friendly and service has always been prompt. Food tastes great.

Maddy server was awesome and friendly. she came by to check on how we do and if we needed anything quite a few times. thanx, Maddy NEXT VISIT: my friend ordered a Boston brute with onion rings, i ordered the Boston brute with fries also but im ALLERGIC to onions. no problems as i made a note of it, said the server. after the first bite, im like W0W onions! the kitchen mixed up the 2 brutes. im like the cook is trying to kill me with onions im NEVER heading back to the Langford location.

Been enjoying Boston pizza for decades. Got my favorite delivered last night. It was missing some of the toppings I ordered and was completely tasteless. It didnt even have much sauce. Wont be ordering from things location again.

Family friendly restaraunt on one side and the other is a nice sports bar for viewing the game and having drinks with friends! Personally I love their fries here and pizza. They have a fair amount of food options, they carry Pepsi items for drinks and more. Alcohol they have more than I anticipated which is nice for variety purposes. There is an outside area and I believe they bring out or have tall heaters for cooler evenings. They have bathrooms and everything is wheelchair accessible. Would reccomend the pizza, fries and Thai bites!

I usually love Boston Pizza and have great service, however, last night we took my daughter for her grade 5 graduation dinner and holy the service was absolutely horrendous.. well just our server was. Her attitude was if she didnt want to be there and when my brother asked her what types of dipping sauces they have for his fries all she could give us was... I dont know ...shrugs shoulders, Caesar ? we dont really have anything fancy... meanwhile she could have offered the Sriracha mayo or even some gravy as an option....we got no Cutlery the entire time... when she brought us our mini plates she slammed them on the table... and walked away. drinks took forever... when we got our drinks about 5 to 10 minutes went by and my daughter never got her lemonade ...we had to ask for it, food was sub par if that...it wasnt even really that good, barely any sauce on the pizzas and the spaghetti ...everything was basically flavorless ...my brother said his ribs were disgusting. Im surprised because the food is usually very excellent, especially the pizza.. but this time it was not . When we also got our food our server asked us if we needed anything else, which was cutlery...then she literally asked us how many we needed... so we counted the amount of people at our table and told her.. she never split the bill the way we told her to split the bill when it came to paying.. and we even told her how many to go boxes we needed .... then she proceeded to count how many boxes we needed..... almost mimicking my brother with the cutlery but pointing at plates . the other lady that helped us in between was phenomenal, very polite, Smiley Etc . This girl literally did a half a$$ job, if that. It was awful, and Im usually not one to write reviews or even complain for that matter. Im surprised she even works there. We were still pretty generous with our tips but if this restaurant has low tips coming in, which is shared between the rest of the staff ...shes the reason why. I wish I could give the service zero Stars.

We went to Boston pizza today and the service was absolutely horrendous or maybe I should say our server was. She was acting like if she didnt want to be there. When we asked her what was the happy hour price on Monday, she said just a couple of dollars on item and just left the table. She came back to our table asking if we were finally really ready to order in a very unfriendly way. She brought the dishes but not what we ordered. We told her that we ordered chicken tacos and she just said no, you said club house. All this in a really rude way assuming that she couldnt be wrong. We had to insist to get what we ordered. We asked for bacon as an add-on in our burger. It was on the bill but not in the burger... This was probably one of the worst experience we had in a restaurant. I cant understand how someone like our waitress could still be working in the hospitality industry. No need to say that we didnt give any tip. If you have the choice, go somewhere else it will surely be better.

The best show of the worst service ever. The food was not good, with an add missing in the plate but not on the bill! We heard the staff shouting After a mistake. Trying to have lunch in this place was a disaster.

The interior of the restaurant looks great. The service was slow with not much followup from serving staff. Food was still good.

I ordered a full rack of ribs , when I got home I realized that I had been duped, I was only given a half rack. When I called and spoke to management I was treated by an extremely understanding young woman, she cleared up the mistake and replaced the missing portion as well as as all the fixings. What could have been a very bad evening, turned into a pleasant experience thanks to the manager doing an amazing job. Bravo.

Always a good meal

Terrible experience. We picked Boston Pizza because I had a gift card. The dining area had maybe 3-4 tables of people, and the lounge had two tables including us. There were at least 4-5 servers, but once we got our food we got no service for the rest of the night. No follow-up on how our food was (we wanted parmesan cheese for the pasta), no refills of our drinks, and no one to take away our plates. Eventually we got the attention of a different server, and asked for our bills, and separate bills. She brought the bill, all together. We told her again, we wanted separate bills. Her response was Cant you just put the amount you each want to pay into the machine? At that point we asked for a manager, but I dont know if the next person we got was one. We simply paid our separated bills (which were not separated correctly) and left. I didnt even bother trying to use my gift card, was too frustrated to spend another minute in there. I generally dont leave negative reviews (go see my other ones), but this was just ridiculous.

Staff rude and dismissive. Our last visit was very disappointing. We always sit in the bar area so we know what to expect. Unfortunately we asked that the extremely loud tv be turned down a touch so we didnt have to yell across the table at each other. We were made to feel very uncomfortable by a customer seated at the bar as well as a bartender who decided the friend of hers at the bar had more pull than customers in that section, they turned the tv up even louder. They wanted us to change table and eat in the restaurant section. There was zero reason for a fellow customer to pipe up and the staff side with her. Very unprofessional and left a bad taste in our mouths. We wont return. We already had our drinks and food ordered otherwise we would have left this very uncomfortable situation.

Just stopped in for dinner with my daughter after a long day at work and finding out there was no power at home. All the staff super friendly and everyone worked together like a well oiled machine. It was so nice seeing how they were helping each other out.

I ve been to this location several times for lunch. Boston Pizza used to be known for good food but not anymore. At least not at this location. Each time the food has been less than enjoyable and the restaurant less than clean. And this is at the beginning of their service. For the overpriced menu I expect better. I won t be back.

6 of us went on a busy Sunday evening. The restaurant were short staffed but you would never have known. The whole team came together and ran the place. Everyone was polite and never rushed us. Great experience at Langford Boston Pizza.

Celebrated granddaughters 5th birthday, 4 of us in total. We all had spaghetti and meatballs, my daughters pasta was still raw and was lacking sauce and all of our meals had frozen meatballs. The waitress apologized and brought the manager over. The manager pretty much laughed it off, and made no attempt of a apologize. She even said perfect and I pointed out that this isnt perfect and than she said sorry. They charged us the full amount for the meals and didnt offer any dessert for my granddaughter,s birthday. Not impressed at all.

Efficient and awesome staff. They messed up my pizza so gave me a free one to take home. My only complaint, however, is that the sausage wasnt cooked enough for my tastes. When I come here next, Ill ask for my pizza well done.

Came here for lunch, our server was great and very friendly. Unfortunately by the time we got our food the pizza was cold and no one had checked up on us so we proceeded to eat our lunch. The pizza still tasted great though and the Thai bites we enjoyed very much! By the time she came back and asked us how the food was we explained that it was cold. She was very nice and expressed she was sorry about that and she would take the pizza off the bill. We would still come back and eat here!

Service was friendly and quick. The meal was a challenge for quality, not the usual BPs experience.

My boyfriend and I came in on Sunday March 13 around 7pm and sat in the bar. Our male server (not sure his name) was super attentive and just all around a pleasure to be served by. He was decently busy but constantly being attentive to not only his guests in the bar but also the servers that needed drinks as well. Very impressed and would come back anytime time he was working

Sat down with a family of five. We had to prompt the staff to be served after 15-18 mins. The restaurant was nowhere near full capacity! Over priced not so great tasting fountain drinks. Tastes like flat vanilla soda. The medium pizza is crazily priced !! Came with the kids before an event After 30 mins of waiting for food, we just left will never return!

Dined on the Sports Bar side of the restaurant and enjoyed friendly service. The calamari was pretty good although a fairly small portion (but thats food costs these days). Pizza crust was a little on the toasty side but you cant beat Boston Pizza sauce. Still my fave pizza ever.

Cold food dirty utensils and poor service

A remarkably apathetic effort by the kitchen and staff. Trademark medium rare pizza, all out of three primary items, undersized portions not representative of the images in the menu.. inadequate service. Family of six and even the 4 year old was confused with the low quality. No one willing to be an ambassador at this location We still tipped well as a farewell to the franchise. Couldn t wait to leave.

I really enjoyed the place the staff is friendly i went for lunch with my son the service was fast and cause i cant have carbs i asked if they could wrap my burger in lettuce they did it for me was really good and their calliflower crust is good

Came in for wings for the first time cant see me coming back, my family sat down and it was about 20 minutes before we got served. When that finally happened the order wasnt correct. I could understand if the place was busy but there were only about 6 tables.

Waited almost an hour for lunch , only 4 tables occupied in the whole restaurant . Once we got our food we could tell it had been cooked and just sat for a while . Kids meal came with 10 French fries . For 8.00 we couldn t Believe the small portion . Pizza was good . Salad was disappointing , comparable to a grocery store bag salad just add dressing We most likely will not return . Hopefully just a bad day for BP lounge . As this used to be one of our go to spots .

Been there 2 times before this and left early both times because of terrible service, ordered a pizza today it said it would be delivered at 6:30, pizza showed up almost an hour late, was cold and didn t even taste like Boston pizza usually does, will not be giving that store another try, oh ya and I paid 16 dollars for 7 little chicken wings

Waited 10 minutes after getting seated for our server to come by. After that we waited 15 minutes for beer that was not cold. Absolutely ridiculous, we have had the worst service here twice. Cant recommend this boston pizza to anyone.

After getting excited when told about the outdoor patio being pet friendly several weeks ago, we were delighted to walk there with our Yorkie to enjoy eating out instead of always ordering in. After several visits there over the past several weeks with our pet...we arrived today (Aug 1st) to be greeted by a sign on the door that the patio is NOT pet friendly....which was confirmed by the hostess. So off we went to Browns Socialhouse , where we had a lovely dinner, great service...and where our little well behaved Yorkie was welcomed by the manager and staff.

Love eating here because of the whole package. Well trained staff, fresh salads and good food. I always get a jug of water because I drink lots of water for health reasons. Some restaurants wont serve water in a jug. Really appreciate that Boston Pizza does that. Good on your team!

The food was delicious but the service was not up to par. Came in an hr before closing with only one other booth of patrons eating at the moment. Waitress was slow on getting our order and even slower bringing the bill and drink refills were not the same as we first ordered. Disappointing for a large restaurant franchise.

Computer glitch caused delay

Very slow service. The restaurant was practically empty, just 4-5 families, but it took a while to get our order in, my husband asked for extra tomatoes and onions in his pasta dish, there were none added but yet we were charged for them. My salad was good though the chicken was a bit dry. When we decided to get dessert it took over 10 minutes to get a slice of cake and a coffee/tea.

I was greeted right away and seated. I ordered some pasta which took way to long to get. Coffee was hot as the pasta but tasted off . The server was polite and nice but the waiting game was way too long. Not to mention there were very few people in the restaurant. The reviews are not wrong.

Dinner took WAY too long to get. Place might have been half full, lots of empty seats and it took almost an hour to get 4 pizzas and a wrap. Both the food and the bill had things wrong and the kids desserts were missed, even though we asked about them.

Forgot part of my pick up order. Called and they wouldnt deliver it. Made me walk back with my baby to pick up my cold forgotten food. Wouldn t offer anything up for my time/inconvenience besides refunding the single item they forgot.

Got there just before noon only one more couple in the place. Server was nice and polite. Order pizza and cactus cut potatoes, pizza was just warm and the cactus cut potatoes slightly overdone. Both tasted reheated. Mention it to the server and she offered to make another pizza but we said no thanks as having just finished the half marathon in Victoria we were very hungry. On the positive note the Corona was nice and cold. I dont think well visit that location again.

Picked up lunch for myself and coworkers today: When calling - the staff had next to no knowledge of the products they were offering to the point of suggesting I google the menu. Was told twenty-five minutes until order completion and showed up that many minutes later. I was presented my lukewarm pizza and wings. Large pizza toppings are VERY scared of the edge of the pizza; the small and the large size have about the same amount of toppings. The wings were meh and those along with my appetite saved a star for this reflection. I would have taken the L and moved on like I do ninety-five percent of the time had it not been for the sour cream on the perogy or more specifically it s absence. This is the straw that broke the camels back and the primary reason this review was born to our world.

Good Please and good food

This place is absolutely stupid. I ordered food at 4, to be delivered at 515. Im not allowed to pay over the phone. Fine. 530, no ones here so I call. The girl puts me on hold evrytime I ask a question. Completely brain dumb. Comes back and said yhe foods almost ready but the driver wont be back so your food will be 2 hours late. No discount. I canceled thr order and will never call this joke of a restaurant

Ask the manager for a container togo and was told that would cost me 1.50 Charged 4 dollars extra for baked pasta Food

After all these years can you really not afford to fix the sign

Boston Pizza has gone downhill rapidly Im not sure if its management or if its just the fact that it has a bunch of terrible people working there at the moment but we were there for an hour and a half waiting and waiting and waiting for everything that we ask for and for things that we shouldnt have had to ask for and the food quite frankly was terrible Im a big fan of Boston pizza Ive been going there for many years successfully but now I find its a sinking ship and somebody better do something about it
