Always a great selection of toppings, fast service and good pricing.

We used to love this place but have noticed it has been declining. The person who was making our pizza handled cash at the register and did not change his gloves afterwards and continued making pizzas with the same dirty gloves. ANND we saw 2 mice running along the rafters of the ceiling. The place was dirty and the trash was over flowing.

I used to be a weekly visitor but since my last experience, I wont be going back. New management or ownership changed the whole vibe of this place.

Editing my 5 star review with a 3 star review. The new guy doesn t know how to spread sauce on a pizza base. This used to be the best pizza place, new management should be cautious before people start to abandon the place

Service with a scowl... grumpy female staff appear not to enjoy their job much. No hello, thank you or have a nice day. Appeared annoyed to put toppings on the pizza. Food was good but grumpy employees definitely doesnt create a good atmosphere

Beautiful store, big interior with many seating options. Prices arent too unreasonable for what you get. The servers arent rude p exactly although they always seen like theyre in a rush and do not want to be helping customers.

Like a Subway but with pizza. And beer. Im usually suspicious of make-your-own restaurants, but the pizza was really good. I recommend the Mikes Hot Honey sauce for a sweet and spicy touch.

My favorite place for thin crust pizza. It is like subway where you select your toppings and they build your pie while you watch.

Stopped in here for lunch today, the service we received was unparalleled. Over the last 4 years, the service in restaurants has fallen short for many places. This was not the case at Mod Pizza. Shalome who served us was the MOST helpful and welcoming. We were thoroughly impressed. And the food tasted so good! We will be back.

I ve had takeout from MOD in Belmont Market a couple times now and been very happy with it. This was the first time in person and it was even better. On top of the Pizza just being fantastic the two guys working were so friendly and professional it made a great experience even better. Great Pizza and even better customer service!

Love their pizza. So fresh and endless toppings! Think of it as a Subway but for pizza and you only pay 1 price! The pizza comes out fresh and not greasy like other pizza places. This is my favorite pizza place to go to! Vegetarian options: Lots of ingredients to choose from. Salad options as well. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust and cauliflower crust available (which contains eggs) Parking: It is in the Belmont plaza. Tons of parking all over!

My buddy got something liked to call the meat master he said it like 20 times, he just wouldnt stop talking about his meat master, meat master this meat master that. Tried it it was heat 20/10 i approve of the meat master.

Decent pizza, tons of space to sit. Great for families with kids (especially the picky eaters). Service was lackluster and the lemonade was alright, but not as great as other reviews have raved about.

Best pizza EVER- you create what you want. So many toppings, fresh herbs, fresh roasted garlic, savoury and delicious array of sauces and various drizzle options as well. Fantastic friendly staff. Joany created masterpieces of art that surpassed any pizza I have ever had. Very clean restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and amazing outdoor patio with shade options.

I do enjoy the pizzas and the peppy employees are often a treat, however its way over priced. Yesterday, I bought a salad and a small pizza and it was $40. Like a salad should not be $18 that is absolutely ridiculous--especially for a rather mediocre salad. The pizza was also okay but not worth the price I paid.

I ve had my veggie pizza here twice! Best part is you can have as many toppings on it. As a vegetarian it s a limitation sometimes with the kind of toppings available, but with Mod, they have ample choices - mushrooms, spinach, arugula, roasted bell peppers and all. Delicious sauces on the base and the thin crusts are amazing. The speed of the order processing is definitely worth a mention! They re super quick My go to place for pizza in Langford! Went in to try for the first time. Took one look at the bins and counter where they construct the pizzas and it looked so filthy and disgusting that we left. Just couldnt even think of trying anything from those slop troughs!

SLOW pizza. Came in on March 16 at 6:50 and walked out at 7:25 without any order being placed. They stopped taking in-person orders while completing many online orders while 10 people were in line. By the time I was near the front, they stopped again to complete online orders. I walked out. These workers are doing the best they can but they re drowning in orders. Management needs to step up and limit online orders during peak times.

I really wanted my pizza to be delicious. It was pizza #228, a take-out megacrust for Graham. I was there around 4:30 and ordered a pizza to go. Second time at MOD, last time was a few years ago. I watched the pizza cook make three regular pizzas before mine. Those three crusts, already prepared, looked dried out and had no stretch left when being prepped for sauce and toppings. So, hoping for something better, I asked for a mega crust. The first one taken off the stack of prepared crusts was rejected by another pizza cook who said it was too small, so my chap used the second one from the stack. It looked stale and dried out , and had no stretch. When I got home and opened the box, I had a good look at the bottom of the crust. Quite well done, but some creases were uncooked. I had a slice and discovered that if someone makes you a pizza with a stale, dried out and dead crust, you get a stale, dried out and dead pizza. And salty. Whats with the salt? The crust was a failure. I fault the kitchen. It is obvious to me that a number of crusts had been prepared in advance, formed on their specialized machine, placed on perforated pizza pans, and left, uncovered in their warm kitchen, becoming the stale, dried out and dead things that were being served up. I watched a pizza cook prep a crust from scratch for an order placed a few minutes after mine. That crust had stretch. I gave my experience two stars in the hope management would read my review. To be fair, the toppings, cheese and sauce were okay. Overall? Unsatifsactory, probably wont return.

Im a picky pizza eater! Not just any pizza will impress me. These pizzas certainly didnt. We tried the Meat Lover and the Dominic with thin crust. These were sadly lacking toppings. Plan on one pizza per person otherwise you will go hungry. Best idea - order elsewhere

I love MOD and I believe they have the best value pizza with unlimited toppings. Pizza is always great and mostly all young staff seem happy to work there and it must be a super fun job! Time to time I see the store manager (at least he looks like a manager) and he is such a happy person and I understand why his store is organized and great :)

Pizza is pretty decent. The service can be lackluster at times. The prices are super fair and lots of quality toppings that you get to choose from.

The BEST customer service. Not a bad price for the portions! A little bit pricey and if it was just a little cheaper I would be here like everyday. However the food is amazing the ice is crushed ice which is amazing plus the pizza is incredible. You gotta eat here.

You pick a crust and then tell them which toppings to put on it. Just like in a sandwich shop. So many to choose from. I loved my pizza. I had two different kinds of sauce on mine. Spinach, roasted garlic, bacon, mushrooms, pineapple, feta. And a lot of things I didnt choose this time. Friendly people, nice atmosphere. Very nice stuff

Yummy! I got the Calexico with spicy Carribean sauce and corn. The service was speedy and the pizza was just the right level of spice. Excited to try them again, what a cool addition to Langford!

As a loyal customer, I am very happy with the pizza quality and your nice staff, however today I felt mistreated by one curly guy from the staff because I was one of the last customer to arrive to the restaurant at 830 I believe so.. He did not want to add the veggies that I always ask for, bad attitude (not MOD at all).. he also threw the credit machine over the desk to me... Such a bad experience.... I know this experience could be an exception because Jim and his team always have provided an excellent service, but not today

The ambience was nice. there was a variety of toppings for vegetarians and it can be customized by taking of the meat from the pizza/ pocketpie. Blueberry Lemonade was classic. Service was good. My daughters enjoyed Tristan pizza and the cheese pocket pie with blueberry Lemonade. Vegetarian options: all veggies available can be added as toppings with no extra cost.

I just wanted to take the time to write a review and leave some feedback. I started a few weeks back with a friend going to the Belmont Market mods pizza every Thursday. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome by all the staff. The store is always clean well stocked and ready to go. I am trying to eat healthier so Elliott helped me out by making me an amazing huge salad bowl size Casear salad. He then made sure the sauce was layered and took the extra time to make sure I had all the ingredients necessary and had great suggestions as well. The second time I came in they remembered us and knew exactly what I wanted but I asked to see if we could make it healthier once again Elliott was happy to step up and give amazing suggestions. I have continued to come weekly and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. It is rare you have the pleasure of being made feel welcome these days let alone have yourself be remembered. I can not recommend this location enough bring your friends your family everyone you will not be disappointed. Vegetarian options: They have a Cauliflower pizza dough option lots of veggies available. As well as lots of delicious salad options. Dietary restrictions: They have a great selection to fit most all eating lifestyles and dietary restrictions. The drink options include pop and lemonades. Parking: The location is great there has always been parking available. Kid-friendliness: You create your own pizza so the kids can put what they want on it. Very good thin crust pizza done in a specialized pizza oven. Make your own or choose from one of their many options. Made in front of you and cooked quickly to perfection. Also get a dipping sauce if you want. Interior clean and nice. Staff friendly. Had the sausage and mushroom and a meat lovers. Very good.

We were able to customize our pizza to how we like it, and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and our whole family had a lovely time. Vegetarian options: Because you can customize your pizza, it can be totally vegetarian.

I got an original mod size pizza crust and it was built by a lovely worker there. Then when it finished cooking I asked for a drink after getting sauces and Skye was super helpful and so kind! Id reccomend going there in a heartbeat. Very chill place and kind staff all around. Thank you Skye!

I ve been here countless times, historically, it s been a great place to visit and recommend. However, unfortunately the past few visits my girlfriend & I have been helped by a guy who disrespectfully goes out of his way to pretend he s too cool and demonstrates how little he cares. It puts a damper on the visit. We used to be excited to visit MOD, unfortunately I think we ll be finding somewhere else to make our regular stop, we d rather not be reminded of middle school when we go out for Pizza.

They need to focus more

This place serves some of the most delicious pizza I have ever had. It is also so fresh! Customize the pizza by building it piece by piece from the crust, sauce, to the cheese and toppings. You can also select one of the pre-made designs for your pizza. The line moves fairly quick, the price is right, and the service is excellent. I was surprised at the speed of the entire ordering experience. Love it here!
