This pizza hut was once consistent and delicious, not sure what happened but it sure went downhill recently. Truly disappointed.

Poor quality and food is over cooked. I won t order stuffed pizza again. Disappointed experience

Im not one to shame much but this location decided to not fulfill my order that I placed a week in advance for a school and had no communication with. I had had this happen in the past once with them and second time Im just not going to do business with them anymore. I showed up hoping that they would still just of done it but no luck. I ended up going to another business last min that helped me out. I dont recommend using this located personally.

CROOKS! went in to order the 5 buck deal for my kids and got three medium 2 topping pizzas. One I paid the normal, outrageous price for, and the other 2 were SUPPOSED to be 5 bucks each. Apparently extra cheese is NOT considered a topping. Okay fine, TELL ME and I will order something else. They did not tell me and proceeded to slide in a 4 DOLLAR charge for extra cheese on a medium pizza. A whole block of pizza mozzarella at wholesale price is like 8 bucks. I called them on it and the manager dude did not even apologize for the misunderstanding. Fast Food and Chain Food retail in Canada is going to CRAP. The current owners only hire family, do not care about customer service, and work diligently to SCREW over their customers. I will not ever return to PIZZA HUT on GOLDSTREAM in LANGFORD, BC. They have lost my business forever.

When I called into this location. I waited on hold for 25 minutes. Ended up just driving the 10 minute drive to the location to Order. My food, was greeted with attitude. And the food is unfairly priced for a fast food location.

Don t know what happen these new owners don t know what they are doing. Never answer the phone. And on top of it they are always closed

Pizza a little greasy but boneless wings were great.

Showed up, no one greeted us, when finally some did acknowledge us they served people who walked in several minutes after us. Pizza was disappointing, been to other franchise stores that were so much better.

One piece entirely missing cheese

You ve got to be kidding. All the pepperoni in the corners? Extremely disappointed by this laziness.

Always closing early.

Always delicious. App works perfectly and the screen with the queue in-store is spot on (down to the second.) Vegetarian options: We order the veggie lovers with bbq sauce. Parking: Huge parking lot.

I ordered delivery from this location and when my family and I began eating we immediately found hair in the food. I tried to call numerous times to reach the establishment that made the food, however I kept being connected with their customer service and then everytime they tried to connect the call to this location I was disconnected or hung up on. After finally reaching someone who took my complaint, I was told to expect a call back to sort out a replacement or reimbursement of the cost of the food but never heard anything. We moved into this area recently and have ordered from here a few times but after this last incident, we wont be returning.

Absolute insane ordering experience. Tried to reorder the same order from the day before and was given a different total for the same food. It was hard to communicate due to heavy accent and poor phone connection. I was very polite the whole time and spoke to two different people, yet i couldnt believe it took 20 minute to get the order right, which ended up being 7 dollars less than the original price.. Super frustrating wasting my time trying to order food

Always nice especially with promotional items

First time in this store. The cashier was super friendly. She said ten minutes but I knew it d be 15. Exactly 15 minutes after paying it was in my hands. Large Hawaiian disappeared quickly at home.

The young lady who took the order was very pleasant and receptive to good humour, she was the only positive thing about this experience. After placing the pick up order, I was told 15 minutes, seemed kinda quick, but I am not a cook of raw pizza. We collected the order and headed home to devour our hard earned treat. Only to discover that the order was indeed, incorrect. Tried to call several times to no avail. Needless to say it was poorly made, items were missing and rather lack of toppings, just enough to cover the surface!! To blunt, it was terrible and simply a bad pizza. Should have had MOD Pizza!! Also, it says I gave it 2stars, however that is incorrect, I barely deserves 1!!!

Hopefully you dont leave dinner too late cause they will be closed at 5pm, nearly 4 times a week for about a month now they will just randomly close at 5. Absolutely absurd

I had to throw out all the cinnamon rolls as they added hot sauce on it .

I order pizza almost after every two weeks from here, but last couple of orders are really bad, sometimes they put too much sauce and sometimes very little veggies. Sometimes you have to call 9-10 times to make an order. Today i asked for some chilly flakes packs and they gave me some hand sanitizer packets instead of chilly flakes. now time to looke for other pizza shop.

DO NOT even order from this place!!! I phoned and the staff was incredibly rude .I then phoned Dominos and the staff was cooperative and there was absolutely no issues ordering my food. No wonder the rating was so poor for this place!!! When I asked for the email or phone number for head office of Pizza Hut the staff hung up .great service lol

Despite the business updating their house to 11pm closing time 1 week prior to this review, they are closed to catch up on orders at 9:15pm on a Tuesday night. Last 4 tines I have tried ordering from this location Ive been in for a walk-in order at 10:35 pm one time, and they said they were closed/unable to take my order. I walked to a different pizza business that closed at 11 aswell, arrived at 10:50 and they took my order no problem. And you cant contact the store anymore, just a call center where they simply take the order but are in a different city.

My favorite pizza place

Consistently late deliveries and when you call to inquire they will put you on hold pick up the phone and put you on hold again and again without a word. The delivery driver who delivered my food today called as I chose contactless delivery and curtly said pizza in your driveway food is at your front door and that was it. Service not so good. Was originally going to give 2 stars but after the delivery driver I dropped it to one.

The pizzas that came from Pizza Hut today were sloppily made. There were sections that were missing topping. The medium pizzas had wide crusts and it felt like every expense was spared on toppings. The delivery however was very fast. Record time. (Note: in the months since I made this initial posting, giving it 2 stars, Ive had some excellent pizzas from this location. They have been consistently well done.)

I love this place for to-go pizza when i am in Langford. The average wait is 15mins-20 for 2 Large Pizza. The only pizza that I eat the crust guilt-free..really good and value for money.. location has lots of other stores and parking so you can kill some time while waiting..

Delivery was quick, but I was really taken aback by the driver. He scolded me for using my international number (us) for the contact info and told me it costs them extra to communicate with me. Proceeded to grill me on why I thought that was okay... I was polite and honestly told him I didnt think about it because why tf would pizza hut, an international franchise, not have a plan in place for contacting their customers and falling back on their delivery drivers personal cell plans without any kind of reimbursement? He then curtly asked So, what are you gonna do next time? Obviously not order from this store again.

Ordered a my box online and came at the pick up time. They told me it would be 10 min more. Then after 15 min waiting another worker asked what I m waiting for. I told her and turns out they had not even started making it. So what s the point in ordering something online if it s not even going to be made. It was the same as me walking in and ordering then waiting ..actually worse because I waited the first 10 min for nothing and during that time it was not even being made. Horrible!

Ordered 2 pizzas from this place and ya Im not going to order here again. When we got our pizzas they were cold and not really cooked fully through. After eating two pieces I found a long black hair under my second piece. What a way to ruin your hunger for pizza. Its getting harder and harder trying to find a good place to get pizza from around here. Buyer beware.

Pizza Hut Langford generally very consistent with quality, quantity, and selection. I use them consistently as well. I order custom pizzas and they have the choices I like on my pizza. Good customer service

Ordered delivery, pizza arrived not fully cooked and the brownies were the same and stuck to the pan they deliver it in. Would not recommend.

Called at 10:26pm and was told they were out of everything, so no go for an order. Pretty bad service on there end, because they didnt even ask what I wanted. I will not even try this location again. I have to give a star to write this review, but if I could give zero stars, that would be the start and end of this review. So sad, REALLY.

Meh, its pizza. Staff doesnt cut the pizza all the way through or properly for that matter. The staff was friendly when I picked up my order. But besides that I dont feel like the pizza was made with love. More like slapped together.

The pizza in Langford is the best by far

Pizza Huts website for ordering did not work for us....like 6 times after it took my credit card info the page froze, over and over. Therefore I called the Langford Pizza Hut to order offline and was told it would cost another 6-7$ because it was an online deal. The lady that takes the online orders barely spoke english and we didnt get what we ordered and believe me after so many attempts we knew exactly what we wanted. The grossed pizza arrived two hours later without toppings and a disgusting thick uncooked crust, and no toppings!! Never again! Absolutely sad service as well when we called back. She said well our site is working. We order online all the time therefore I take it as an insult and especially because her english was unfit to be answering the phone. Cheers.....will pass this on so nobody else has to pay that expensive price for bad service and absolute garbage that may or may not even be fit for human consumption.

Worst location with worst customer service. Ordered online through app, took my payment but automatically placed an order for tomorrow as the store was closed. This is so frustrating that it didn t say anything that food I ordered now will deliver tomorrow. I called store and they don t even listen.

I find the hours of service lacking closes by 10pm most times it is frustrating to order there any time after 9.

Delicious pizza and fantastic deals. I recommend the Triple Treat Box as it is a great deal for the money and comes with a full meal including dessert. I very much recommend getting the stuffed crust.

Over the years Ive had so many orders from them and its always been 50/50... 50% of the time my order is wrong or cold, 50% of the time its right and hot. Really depends on whos working that day. Ive seen drivers forget items and realize they have when theyre halfway here (many times) and theyve had to drive back, making the pizza cold. Would highly recommend going elsewhere

Got food poisoning

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Website would not work for ordering, once I got to checkout all I got was an error code. So I try calling them. No answer. I call the general number which connects me to their store, line disconnects after 4 minutes of ringing. It s almost as if they are trying to drive away business.

Good food but your website ordering is broken and your store closed before 5pm today. Too much BS trying to buy food from this location, will no longer attempt it and take my business somewhere where i am not left disappointed all the time as I have been since mpving to langford 2 months ago.

Usually decent service given the fact thats its a fast food pizza place but extremely dissatisfied that there was no indication of your store being closed. It took me 20 mins go figure it out by trying to order online and calling in over and over. Seems like every week its something new

They don t pick up their phone....

So I had a busy Sunday with no time to cook for myself, about 10pm I go to this location, because its Pizza Hut, you cant go wrong. Actually you can, I saw the Walk in Deal poster on the door, square 1 topping pizza, feeds 2-3 people for 8.90 , sounded like a good deal to me. I bring home the food and when I open the box I see, a square of burnt bread, topped with less then 20% of cheese, dry sauce and roasted pepperonis on top Safe to say Im taking my business to Dominos from now on.

I got a medium pepperoni pizza from here and I was missing quite a bit of cheese so I took it back and the fellow in the store said to me that there s less cheese on the pepperoni pizzas seems a little bs to me

Ordered online at 9:00pm, estimated time of delivery was 9:45 pm, came and passed. Looked at hours online. Looked at other reviews. They probably saw the order and decided they didnt want to do the delivery. Despicable. Idk who manages this place or owns it, but Im surprised its even still in business!

This is a very sad representative of the pizza hut chain. Poor quality control and skimpy on sauce and toppings. Not worth youre money.

I ve been going to this location for many years & usually happy with the food & service. The last 2 times has been not good food wise. Service is very fast. In the past month I have ordered twice 2 personal pan pizzas. The first time the pizzas were very overdone but didn t taste burnt. Quite dry but still tasted like Pizza Hut pizza. This last time the pizzas went into the garbage with only a few bites out of each one. Both were all dough...very thick dough, very little toppings & only on part of the pizzas, dry sauce & very overdone. Totally not edible. Won t be going back which is unfortunate as this was one of 2 places that I get pizza. Guess i ll be driving to Metchosin more often for pizza now.

Used to love pizza hut but now I try to avoid it because of the amount of grease left on the bottom of the pizza and then transferred it to my hands. The service is fast here and the staff is friendly but pizza is still greasy just like our home location in Toronto. Cut out the massive amount of spray on the pizza pan or get accustom to losing business

Just ordered 2 medium pizzas and cheesy garlic bread. 2 times now I have ordered this and both times am very disappointed pizza is undercooked soggy uncooked dough. Toppings were good. Garlic bread was just warm bread with melted cheese no crisp to it at all no brown grilled marks on It. How does that happen twice in a row pizza hut has sure gone down hill or maybe its the cook u dunno.

Ordered a medium pizza and boneless bites cost me over $45!!! I wish I could post a pic of the pizza I received as it was definitely not worth $20!! I called and the lady was rude and only offered me a $10 discount on my next order! I am very disappointed as I have ordered numerous times from this location.

They fixed an error that actually turned out to be mine with smiles and no hassle. The store is always clean and service quick and friendly!

I would describe this location as reliable, which is maybe the best thing an impulse buy pizza place like Pizza Hut can be.

The guy at the till was completely rude and incompetent,he could barely speak English so I m not surprised he couldn t understand English, he wrote my number down wrong and blamed me for giving the wrong number, I then asked why they didn t buzz my unit number at the front door as they have delivered pizza a couple times this month to this address, by far the worst customer service I ve ever experienced from any pizza place, never going back that s for sure

Almost 20 dollars for a 12 inch pizza, which basically serves one, seriously? I can go to Milestones and get an entree for that, which is made of infinitely better ingredients and tastes infinitely better. Infinitely.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE doesnt have options for bags so you have to take hot food dishes out with your hands no offers for a pizza box or anything....Almost lost the order in my hands walking to the car....TERRIBLE
