The staff are very attentive and friendly, the service is very fast and the food is delicious.

I ordered a burger combo for pickup and tried to use a coupon the guy said it was a coupon for another combo for free. He then tried to charge me for the second burger rather than giving me a minute to even think about what I was going to do. He was quite rude to me and I walked right out without buying anything

I ordered the beef cheddar mushroom melt combo. The fries were good. The burger was good but there was no cheddar. There was no cheese whatsoever. Its literally the name.

Wow shockingly bad, I honestly dont understand how this place will stay open...with cheaper and better options in the neighbourhood. Lets start... The burger quality was terrible, the patty was thicker but the quality itself is on par with A&W, but otherwise so sloppy and basically NO flavour, like literally cheap fast food quality burgers ...BUT THE KICKER? THEY SELL THEM FOR 23$ A COMBO!!!..the fries were undercooked, pale and squishy... the burger is so sloppy with the veggies just piled on unevenly and fall out of the burger when you pick it up... like you would expect from cheap fast food. The bun was actually cold... And yet they charge you for gourmet burger prices...if you want to pay good money just go to actualy gourmet places like big wheel burger, which is =better for cheaper but better yet just go to crush burger which is the best burger in Langford IMO but yet somehow also cheaper.

It was a great meal for the 1st time we eat and dine. Big juicy and tasty burgers!

We were so excited the langford fat burger was open again, sadly after our experience tonight we will not be going back. They sold out of chicken fingers and did not inform us until after we paid and then they couldn t refund on our card and provided cash. We got burgers and fries to go, after the 5min drive home. We found our burgers cold. The buns were cold and not toasted, burger Patti was cold and needed to be reheated. The burger was soggy and the meat was too pink. Our fries were cold not crispy and were clearly not fresh. For the cost of your burgers, I expected more.

We decided to give it a second shot. We were disappointed again. Burgers are bland. Soooo much shredded lettuce. Patties had a weird texture to them. The milk shake though, that was sooooo good. Doubt we ll go back.

Its probably time to move aside and let another shop open at this location. You have been closed for like 6 months wasting prime real estate in our city. Someone else could open here and serve our community.

No information about if or when it will reopen. this has been by far my favorite burger place for years but it really seems like they dont care about their customers since they cannot be bothered to give us any information. BOOOOOO FARBURGER!!!!!

The food here is beyond delicious, but I don t think its fair how they try to charge a dollar for sweet and sour sauce to my 10 year old sister in a 2oz cup yet I can get a 4oz of ketchup for free.

A few weeks ago my wife and I put a take away order. When we got home the burger I purchased was pink inside and my wifes order wasnt at all what she ordered. Fast forward a few weeks; I ordered a chicken burger and waited approx 35-40minutes for the takeout order. Turns out they had forgotten my order in the window and was handed to me cold. I asked for them to remake it. Awful customer service.

Please choose somewhere else to eat if you re debating right now. Don t waste your money here. If you choose to eat here and you re thinking of the boneless wings, fries, or onion rings please don t. They have 0 clue of how to make sauce and can t fry fries or onion rings to save their lives. Everything came undercooked. Their honey garlic, asian sesame, sweet teriyaki, and hot sauce are all somehow overpoweringly gingery & vinegary which made them inedible. We rarely can t finish food, but this was disgusting. Had higher hopes for this place.

Horrible experience. We ordered two burgers with deep fried pickles, boneless bites, yam fries and curly fries. We live two minutes away, and when we got home everything was cold, soggy, tasteless, and the curly fries were half broken circles so pale they were almost white. We called to have the food remade and they said they would not do it. So we took the food back to the store. We were met by the manager who who told us he could give us 50% off our next order. After much debate the manager called his superior and gave us a refund for the sides and a coupon for one burger instead of refunding for the boneless bites. The manager said to me over and over that deep fried foods go soggy and cold. I ve been working in restaurants for 15 years and I understand this concept. He was very rude to me and my partner. He was basically laughing at us. He told me the only way he would give a refund is if the meat were raw and I got sick. On our way out, he had the audacity to tell us that next time we should dine in, so the food stays hot. The quality of the food and the customer care was like nothing I have ever seen in my life at Hospitality business. Will never go back and would not recommend.

First time pick up in stote, ordered on line (pre-paid) usually Door Dash or Skip. Called the Langford location because they accidentally gave the wrong burger. Ordered the 1/3 burger and got the 1/4 burger hubby knows the difference as he orders from there all the time. Lady told me she packed the bag her self and we got the 1/3 (basically called me liar) Foods good customer service Gave me a store credit (which I will NOT be using) Told me I had the make them aware of the store credit prior to ordering (which is policy for most restaurants... I get it) but ya.... NO THANKS.

Great spot. Super fresh food with big portions and reasonable prices make for a great value. Try their chicken strips and curly fries for sure and their chicken sandwich deal is great.

Fried pickles are good but grilled chicken burger was soggy and bland, couldn t eat it it was so unappetizing.

New review: ordered in this evening after a rough week, and it was very close to close. Im sorry to have been that last minute customer, I certainly know what that is like. But still, am disheartened by what my partner and I received. Our drinks were sideways in the tray, milkshake leaking, the poor delivery driver probably got it all in his car. The napkins were stapled together, the Ketchup packets stapled, and a very obviously mouldy bun. Clearly deliberately sabotaged. Please remind your employees that customers are just hungry human beings, let me know you have, and Ill gladly delete this new review. Thank you. (not looking for freebies, just some restored faith in humanity). Previous review, 3 years ago: Excellent service, especially considering how new the location is. I think the price is fair considering the quantity and quality of food you get for the price. I recommend here!

Ordered online. The burger order was completely wrong. We asked for specific things to be removed, everything we asked for was still on the burger (so we were actually not able to eat it). The fries were COLD, like tasted rubbery cold. Very disappointed.

Had to laugh. Went to fat burger at Belmont market tonight. Was there at 8:30. We started to order she asked is this to stay or go I say stay she then say sorry we close in 30 minutes so it has to be to go. I looked at her confused and say so you re telling me it will take 30 minutes to get our food she s like no it will take about 15 minutes that only gives you ten minutes. Hmmm I say will that s 25 minutes but ok. Then we said we will go somewhere we re wanted and we left. Talk about no care to their customers. I ve eaten here before and in and out in 30 minutes so really this was a silly excuse they gave me.

Always love our local proper burger joint in Langford!! Fast, friendly and clean a much better option then the regular same old fast food. With a delicious vegetarian option, it has something for everyone in my family!

Some of the best burgers I have ever had. If fat burger could sponsor me, I would eat there once a week for life. This place has great food. Usually a burger comes with fries, the fries are decent. Nothing out of the ordinary, however you do go there for the burgers.

Absolutely delicious! I got the original fat burger with Swiss and bacon and deep fried pickles and it made me smile with every bite. My mango shake tasted so great, with real milk and fruit, just like when I was a kid.

Just had a Hawaiian Cheeseburger. The flavor is amazing! The staff is very friendly and passionate about customer service, which is rare to see in a fast food restaurant. We will come back again for another flavour hunt!

Genuinely the most horrendous fast food experience I have ever encountered. (I have eaten a lot of fast food, trust me.) It was so bad, that I ended up throwing up in a parking lot with my partner getting sick after 2 small bites. My immediate impression was that the meat was not beef, almost tasted like dog or ground pork. It was riddled with bones, as if the animal had been processed in a meatgrinder. Just drenched in sauce, toppings were slopped on all over the place and tasted like they had been sitting for a week in refrigeration. The fries were cold, wet, and stale. 100% these fries had been sitting the entire day, as they had no fresh taste whatsoever. Thats just the food. When I went to pay, I ordered a combo that included a milkshake. I asked multiple times that this shake would be included with the combo, to suprisingly increasingly aggressive responses, where the woman (I assume it was the manager) sidestepped my question close to 5 times, sometimes pretending she didnt speak english. Eventually I just gave up and said Id pay for the milkshake separately. Without informing me, she charged me an extra fee on top of the milkshake for it being a premium flavor which was not advertised, and it cost about 12$ for a MEDIUM shake advertised as included with the combo. Which thank God I got because it masked the absolutely disgusting taste of the food. Waited 25 minutes for our food while the employees literally stood around talking. The owners of this business clearly have money, as theres enough TVs in this greaser joint to supply a large Mall. Clearly the priority is not quality at this location. But it is to draw you in and get your money with the Fatburger logo! I love Fatburger. Dont eat here. Save yourself the agony and go to another location.

Laughing at your customers after you screw up the order is not professional. There is only one employee who can do the till, and the language barrier is an serious issue. If you mess up an order thenext customer shouldnt catch you whispering and laughing. Fix the order. And I had to order something g different because ge did not understand my order of honey garlic chicken thenders

The menu price is different from the actual amount charged. Ask the waiter that the menu has not been updated?

Dont eat here. The wait was too long and the burger was so damn messy. The so called poutine was horrible, so gross. At $27 for a burger, drink and poutine, there is so many other places that do, so much better. Not to mention I had to visit the restroom shortly after a few bites about half the burger and just a couple bites of their so called poutine. Just gross. Do yourself a favor and look to eat elsewhere.

Fat burger delivers some of the best burgers I ve ever had. They never fail to satisfy. Fries come in generous portions. Staff are super nice and helpful. Will definitely be returning on a regular basis.

Wow. Got the Double Kingburger with free onion rings in it because Im fat and let me tell you... this burger was hella thicc and juicy just how I like it. Plus it has over 62 grams of PROTEIN (hello gains). The poutine was LOADED with cheese and the pieces of chicken were tender and perfectly crisp on the outside. My husband and I are upset that we hadnt discovered this place sooner because we wasted time/money trying out other burger joints in town that are way more expensive and not even half as good. Do yourself a favour please and eat here if you want to feel satisfied and happy.

My boyfriend suggested Fat Burger one day last year. I m mostly vegetarian, health food conscious and a foodie. I never eat in Fast Food restaurants, so I was sceptical. Wow! I was impressed. Fatburgers are fresh, juicy and delicious. There isn t a restaurant in town that can do a better burger. Even some of the most expensive Farm to Table restaurants fail miserably with their burgers. They simply don t start out with fresh meat and they over-cook the patties. All the fancy sauces do little for a previously frozen, overcooked, dry hamburger patty. Since that day, I ve become a regular. Fatburger consistently provides the same exceptional quality. Their fries are great too. They are always cooked to perfection, never stale, oily or too crunchy. The staff is friendly and fast. Thank you.

I had high hopes my partner suggested here, we are both vegetarians and came to try the impossible burger, when ordering we were met with a incredibly rude lady who did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. When we got our food we both noticed there was bacon on one of the meals, my partner went back in and asked nicely to be replaced and the lady at the front again argued with him and basically insinuated he was stupid, manager was very nice about the situation and replaced the meal. Extremely disappointed with the customer service of the girl serving up front.

Been here twice now and both times were great. The place is very clean and well lit. Had about a 5 minute wait to order on the second visit. Food came out hot and the milkshake was very tasty too. Staff were nice and polite, helped my son figure out what he wanted which was pretty cool. It is a bit pricey but you do get bang for your buck and will beat clown food any day of the week, best believe overall a great time and great food. This afternoon I got a Breakfast BLT that was amazing! Also love the Impossible burger, their side caesars, onion rings, poutine and of course fries. Best crew in town, hands down!

After eating at the high point Fatburger in Abbotsford ,I saw Fatburger Langford on the way to Victoria. We stopped and I headed in to get two burgers. Entered at 553 pm. There was 1 table of two people and skip dishes guy waiting to the side. I ordered my burgers 34 dollars and change on my visa. I then wait,waited,waited, now was 621 I had seen 5 skip the dishes guys come and go each waiting also less then 5 minutes. 623 I see the same skip dishes guy come again for second visit. 627 I get up go counter and ask to just refund my visa. She says it s coming right now. She talks to another girl who looks around order for Jason order for Jason. I see a girl then throwing my burger literally together. I said just want be reimbursed on my visa I gotta go. A guy comes over and says coming now and just stands there staring at the girls. I say been half hour for two burgers. He goes no it s been long pause long pause well whatever. That s the answer well whatever. Really?? They tell me cant refund it, I ask for manager and they both then tell me only cash refund. No idea why if I payed visa can t get it back on visa but sure sounds great. This takes another 5 minutes at the counter and girl comes with a bag .,no thanks I will just take my money and waste of my holiday time and waste of my gas running for 45 in the truck with my girlfriend and dog and chalk up Victoria service is definitely not service. I hope this is not things to come of Victoria hospitality. I mean two burgers come on Fatburger can do better then that. Perhaps teach time management cause certainly plenty of staff there seven people working. Before this post I read some reviews and really wish I had but just wanted a juicy fatburger and seems this is not just me.

Have had in the past and it was great! However the food quality has come down to 0 in my last 3-4 visits. All the food is Oily and deep fried with old oil. I cannot recommend at all anymore.

Ordered the Impossible Fatburger with no red onions. Unfortunately it came with loads and loads of sweet green hot dog relish. Ruined the burger all I could taste was that super sweet relish. Was gone from the location when I ate. Yuck.

Ordered through door dash. 2 orders of curly fries were so overseasoned and salty they were inedible and I love salt. Tried to call and no answer multiple times.

I just ordered from fatburger langford and there was a bite out of my burger. I wish I could give zero stars. That was really nasty of them.

Good for the first time there

Both of us got sick on two burgers that we purchased on the long weekend and it was terrible. I wont go back there again.

Went there with the wife a few times and then she pointed out we spend almost as much getting takeout from McDonalds... well never go to McDonalds again (also, Fatburger doesnt give me a hangover like fast food:)

My husband and I are very angry with how we were treated tonight. Talk about a double standard!! We stopped in for a bite, we both ordered a burger... mediocre at best! We both ordered a beer with our meal. We asked if we had a QR code to have a beer. We were told we can eat but no beer. A girl came in with no mask & was served, was not told to put a mask on. We asked why that was and they told us she was a regular. My husband was so angry he could not eat and asked for a refund . The girl called someone and said we would have to wait for 10 min. We left and will never be back!!!

This place is so much better than the competition for basically the same price
