We had our birthday dinner at liberty kitchen last night, and the staff went above and beyond! Our waitress was so helpful, and the manager was lovely and extremely accommodating. The food, the drinks, the entire vibe was immaculate. I recommend this place for date night, big groups, small groups or just dining solo at the bar. AMAZING LIBERTY. Thank you so much

We come here monthly for the truffle spaghetti, and it has grown to be our favourite restaurant! The staff are always so kind and attentive, they are always so quick (even on busy nights) and the one time out of many visits we had a (very small) problem with our order (we just got brought out one incorrect meal) they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Forever coming back!

Good pizza, great crust. Service is pretty quick and they have better mixed drinks than most box restaurants.

Another excellent date night with my gf and we enjoyed our tasty plates. The lasagna is always flavoured with the proper amount of tomatoes to make it awesome and the classic margarita pizza is always delicious. What a fabulous room to admire while having dinner. The courteous bar is always attentive to our needs and Liam the mgr was friendly, professional and engaging with us. I wish they could provide the traditional Parmesan fresh grated cheese they grate at the table on top of your pasta like the high end Italian restaurant vs the side order of Parmesan cheese but it was still very appetizing. Always love the drinks ! Fun night overall and looking forward to return.

The food is great, especially the pasta. I only gave a 3 star for atmosphere because it gets very loud in the restaurant. If you want it quiet, go early. Summer is great with the glass dividers open

Its tough to eat out with serious food sensitivities. Liberty Kitchen, from servers to food, is awesome! A great pizza and very knowledgeable staff who go out of their way to ensure I feel safe and can enjoy my meal without concern. Dietary restrictions: The GF crust has a crisp edge and good chew. The dairy free cheese option is just enough to ensure a cheese like experience without being gluey.

I ordered pick up for the first time and all the staff that helped me were very accommodating. They helped me make sure my order was fresh even though I messed up my travel time. The atmosphere seemed pleasant clean and fun and I felt very taken care of. Thank you!

Fancy music, not too loud though. But fits ! Delicious pasta sauce (one of the best ones besides my wifes homemade one). A little small portion though, but enough. Pretty and very nice waitresses, and definitely worth coming back (and I live close to Edmonton :) ). Absolutely recommended !!!!

An initial problem with our take-out order was spectacularly resolved by Jessica at the Belmont Liberty Kitchen location. Jessica resolved the problem and made our day in the process! We were visiting Langford/Victoria area from Regina, and while we ve never eaten at the Liberty Kitchen that opened up two blocks from our home in Regina earlier this year, Jessica s concern for good service at the Belmont restaurant absolutely ensures that we ll be frequenting the location in Regina. Thank you so much Jessica!!!

Prices are high and noise level was even higher. Im not usually bothered by excessive noise but we sat out in the patio type area and it was horrible. Hard to carry on a conversation and I have no idea why the music was on adding to the noise, but you could not hear it except for lulls in noise levels. When we sat down it was not that busy but was still surprisingly noisy! Food was good although expensive $26 for a Salmon Poke Bowl makes for an expensive lunch (but good and felt healthy eating it).

This review can be temporary, we group of friends coming every weekend from last 2.5 years and nachos was our favorite item in menu , but sadly we found that has been change . Please bring that back .. its a suggestion always add new items but don t replace old one . Thanks overall this place is Gem :)

I have not always been a pizza person. I enjoyed American style pizza when I had them. I have never been the fan of pizza with a thin dough. The pizza here made me understand why Italians hate Americans. The best pizza I have had in my life.

Kylie was amazing gave the best service since I have been in. She was very attentive and had lots of knowledge of the menu .

Everything was great. The only thing we found was that in the patio area the noise from other guest tables made it difficult to enjoy our dinner conversation.

Tried the new Italian beef sandwich and s&p wings. Wings, as they have been before, were good. The sandwich was a disappointment. If it was indeed made with braised beef which means it was made with a cheaper cut of beef that was braised for tendernous, then it should have been a very full sandwich which,unfortunately, it definitely was not. Very disappointing.

Menu needs work - dry, stale, not creative - would be better as regular appis - cheap and cheerful - this menu is trying to be something its not. We decided to stop by this place for some Happy Hour. I enjoyed the vibrant and cool atmosphere at Liberty Kitchen Belmont. They have an excellent patio! Our server provided excellent service. We got their Liberty Nachos, which were delicious. The Fancy Tomato Sandwich, served with garlic parm wedges on the side, was also tasty! If youre in the area and looking for some wonderful food and cocktails for happy hour, I highly recommend this spot.

Liberty used to be one of my favorites, but every time we go, our fave dinner salad gets smaller and sadder, and the prices keep going up! This last time it was the size of a side salad and has things thrown in that are not part of the salad and looked as tho they had run out of ingredients and just started tossing random things in Please bring back our beloved Thai chicken salad in its original form

Was ok. Went for a lunch with my wife, had to share the space with a table of 5 d-bag realtors who were flexing at max volume the whole time. Of course dude sitting directly behind my wife needed to sit about 2 feet back from the table so she had no space at all. That, coupled with the fact these guys were beer fueled and feeling great had them operating at max volume. Service was ok, though one person sat us, another brought waters, the waitress came and took orders, which were delivered by another person again. Main server popped in 2 seconds behind food delivery person to see if everything was ok, which we would naturally say yes, since it all just arrived and delivery person hasnt even cleared the area. Didnt see server again until it was time to ask for the bill, which came in record time. The food was alright, nothing special though. It was bar food served in what would have been a very pleasant Enviro if it werent wrecked by the previously mentioned table full of realtor d-bags who polluted their environment with a noise level that reminded me of beer fueled college jocks. Previous visits were much nicer.

Classy and very modern. Open for two years. The restaurant has a glass annex area for seating, summer patio, seated pizza bar over looking the kitchen, or booths nested into the main restaurant area. The menu looks simple with a focus on Italian and North American burger and fries. Staff are pleasant. Pricy. Modern and tasty. Great food presentation. Spicy chicken, tokyo bowl, fancy tomato sandwich, and delax burger. Excellent presentation, so delicious.

Was very loud, but lively. Food was average. My salmon was way very ovwrcooked and dry,portions for the bowls were small. PiZa looked like the beat deal Dietary restrictions: Able to change moat things to suit the customer. It might be helpful to use a gluten free soy in the tokyo bowl for those that cannot have gluten? Just an idea.

Had the tempura shrimp appetizer and two of us who had it for lunch agreed that not only was the shrimp in tiny bits, but covered in greasy, undercooked tempura as well as unattractive. The white plate with no imaginative colour in the dish was underwhelming. Another person had a salad that was the size of a side salad for $$$$. Wont be back...

I didnt eat so I cant comment but the atmosphere was fantastic. So airy and stylish. I had a delicious drink for a reasonable price. I didnt love our waitress though. She was a bit brisk and seemed irritated at our existence. But all in all Im happy to have this beautiful place to gather with friends.

Scammers. This place scammed me. I noticed when I got home they over charged me and I believe on purpose. I ordered a burger for $22.5, and two liberty lagers $6 each. My bill was over $43 dollars and I gave a %15 tip. My bill ended up being over $49. The staff here are scum who scam customers. I have no doubt that dude did that on purpose. I phoned this place twice and no answer. If I saw this loser tried to scam me I would of tipped zero. I want my money back. I dont support places who do business by ripping off their customers. Scum bags

The wife and I were not expecting much from this place. However, we were greeted politely, and treated kindly as well as respectfully. I did walk in with a Starbucks coffee, and they werent rude about it at all. Just kindly grabbed me a cup for my coffee (most places tell you to throw it out). I had the Crunchy Tai Chicken Salad, and the wife had the Sausage Feast pizza. Both meals were timely delivered, delicious, and cooked with expertise. The chicken wasnt too hot, the lettuce wasnt soggy, the pizza wasnt greasy, and the ranch dip was amazing. Im not even a ranch fan, in fact I despise it. But this stuff was so frickin good! If youre ever in Langford and want to eat out, but dont want to have anything greasy, this is the place for you. My wife and I werent discriminated either, which is a huge plus for us 6/5

I was at Liberty kitchen for lunch after egg hunt this weekend. Atmosphere is okay and staff was friendly. I ordered kale salad and got a lettuce one. I asked waitress if she understands me well while I made order and she said yes, she mentioned that mistake was made by kitchen. I said okay I understand (salad was 2 out of 5). At the and they still charged me for the kale salad. I was upset about it because I don t like when other people treat me like that. Even I pointed on that mistake they simply ignored me. So I made a conclusion that it s okay for that place to trick their costumers.

A little expensive, but you can tell why. Its a very new building with a great interior and atmosphere. If it were any cheaper Id be going here all the time to hang out and eat. The food is above average and you can watch them make the pizzas which is nice.

Amazing food! We had Mozza sticks, chicken parm, and Calabrian spicy chicken burger with garlic wedges. The food was 10/10! My wife had a watermelon mint drink and she said it was amazing. Only hiccup was the pop was flat, I asked for them to bring me a bottle or can instead and they delivered! Only complaint was that the music was very loud that it felt like my wife and I were yelling across the table to have a convo. Will be back.

Liberty Kitchen does it all well. Our server, Kylie, was fantastic! The Thai Chicken salad was delicious & fresh. The blackened chicken was perfect and the dressing should be bottled and sold. I wasnt familiar with the wine selection & Kylie brought me a small taster of her favorite white, which I lovely, so I had a nice glass of Clos Soleil. We had the Black Forrest cake in a jar & the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. My friends 7 year old son just wanted ice cream of his own and they gracious brought him a little scoop of vanilla ice cream with a bit of chocolate drizzle. The whole experience was top notch!

Ive driven by Liberty Kitchen a hundred times...yesterday I took my wife and a friend for lunch...to sum it up...beautiful, uplifting atmosphere, smiling and friendly staff, and delicious handmade pizza...a diverse menu, great coffee...we will be going back to Liberty Kitchen very soon!

Went here with friends after going to Xmas bazaar. Friends were from Vancouver. All staff were very very very excellent. My wife even booked a party for staff in January at Liberty Kitchen From.husband Harv aka happy grinch. Ps waitresses all rock 12/10 Vegetarian options: They accomodated my wife who was vegan and friends that were dairy free. I had pasta which was DELICIOUS

Went here for a delayed anniversary supper the other evening, they were attentive to my allergies and offered various options to accommodations for the meal. In the end I had a perogie pizza with a few changes. I had the rhubarb lemonade to drink and loved the tartness of it. My partner had the Poke Bowl and said it had the perfect amount of heat. Really enjoyed the food! Went with my family for the first time, and my son and I had the pizza, which was fantastic! I ordered the Truffle mushroom, and he had the Margherita. The server pointed out the happy-hour specials, which was appreciated! My mom had the roasted tomato soup, which she liked, and my sister had the parmesan wedges, also very good. Everything was exceptional and will be going back for sure! :)

I recently stumbled upon liberty kitchen with modest expectations, but let me tell you, I was blown away. The ambience, a mix of sports bar vibes, was surprisingly enjoyable. The servers were attentive, and I couldnt help but notice that everyone working there was remarkably attractive. Now, lets talk about the food I opted for the chicken sandwich, and it was hands down one of the best Ive ever had. The perfect balance of flavors and a generous serving. To top it off, the side Caesar salad was a delightful surprise, featuring bacon, hard-boiled egg, and fresh croutons that elevated the dish. Liberty kitchen exceeded my expectations in every way, and I cant wait to go back for another round of delicious surprises. Highly recommended for a satisfying and unexpectedly impressive dining experience.

Love the crispy cauliflower with Calabrian chilli sauce! I ve had it twice in the restaurant and once by delivery. I was so impressed with the dish when delivered, it was still crispy! I also had the salmon dinner which was excellent. Definitely a place I ll be dining again, great addition to Langford. Really appreciate the single stall bathrooms so added privacy.

Way better than I anticipated! I expected an average restaurant meal but ended up blown away by how good my pasta was. It was Friday night and very busy so we say at the pizza bar and enjoyed watching the kitchen staff work. I will definitely return :)

Tried calling as a courtesy because both phone and website say they dont take reservations on Saturdays, to let them know we were going to show up that day with 10 peolpe, at which point I was told that it would be unlikely we would get seated because they already had reservations for a group of 10 and a group of 16. Soooo do you or dont you take reservations.

Went here on my Birthday and the ambiance was striking. Here s the good and the bad. Busy night and lots of people around, The server seemed a bit rude at first for no apparent reasons. Wouldn t let us order from the happy hour starting at 9 pm when we arrived at 8:57, maybe it is normal, maybe it is not. All upside from here, The food arrived quick, maybe 10-15 mins wait, The food tasted excellent. We had the triple mushroom pie(Pizza), Nachos and the parmesan fries, The quantity was enough for the 3 of us. ( I eat a ton) I was full. I would say the best were Nachos, followed by the Fries and then the Pizza, I love mushrooms but for some reason the pizza did not hit the home for me, But my girlfriend loved it so I would say just my opinion in how I would rate it. There are lots of Bathroom stalls, all private and separate which I loved, It can be pricey but We just spent over $50 for the 3 of us and enjoyed the food so much so it was money well spent. I did get a free birthday small cupcake too. Would for sure visit once again. Maybe open a restaurant too lol. Vegetarian options: Good ones available!

I just wanted others to see what you get for the Pan Roasted Organic Salmon. My 15 year old daughter ordered it after playing a hockey game and was famished. She was so disappointed after spending that much on a meal ($32) in which she was still quite hungry after eating. There are 3 ravioli there in case you cant see it clearly. Also my partner ordered a pizza and they only have cheese in splotches We had a table of 5 and it took 1.5 hours after leaving our name at 6:30pm on a Saturday evening to give you an idea of timing. We were sat in the corner of the glass wall area which has a nasty draft! (So bad the receipt wouldnt stay on our table!).

Cant go wrong here.

Big group of 10, had a table ready when we arrived, staff attentive, informative, great personalities, and food was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant. Kid-friendliness: It was our Grand daughters 11 birthday and Hostess and Waitress both made a point of wishing her Happy Birthday and made her feel good.

Insane fried chicken sandwich. Recommend. Unfortunately prices only affordable to ppl that bring in 6 figured.

Recently came here for a Christmas party and was very impressed. The food was amazing the drinks were awesome and the service was excellent. It was very busy and I loved the layout. 10/10 would be back

The food is somewhat consistent and decent. Don t go expecting good service, the whole staff acts like it s their first week. They have no idea how to deliver food without auctioning it off and acting annoyed when you don t know what everyone at your table of 10 ordered. Didn t seem like there was any management around providing support to the under trained servers. You re rushed out if you don t order multiple drinks, and you re not offered dessert. We all love dessert.

Ever since they opened this place me and my friends&family we ve been going there , staff is always right there for you , and the Floor& Kitchen Managers they welcome you with great service and amazing food , see you all again

They need to turn the heat on. The summer patio season ended in August. My teeth are chattering in this restaurant. I would leave but we have a gift card
