Slowest subway. Worst time to go is at 11 am they should have two people on for lunch 🥪
If you get the foot long cookie… ask for a spoon. It’s just warm cookie dough and chocolate chips, not a cookie. Some like cookie dough, but it would’ve been nice to know before I paid for it.
Please don't fill the multiple skip the dishes orders before the clients lined up infront of you, we took the time to come to the Subway and should be served ahead of the online orders
I ordered a sub and they asked if I would like lettuce on it. I said yes, but I looked and the lettuce they were putting on the sub was brown. I asked if they have any fresh lettuce in the back because all the lettuce in the container they have is brown, and she looked at me and continued to put the brown lettuce on my sub. Proper customer service needs to be taught to the staff here. It was unsettling that I had to eat the sub with brown lettuce on it, as according to them it was just fine that way.
I can’t believe I’m riding a review for a Subway sandwich shop. However, this is THE best Subway I’ve ever been too. The staff here ALWAYS take great care when they put my order together. When I ask for just a little mustard and a little mayonnaise, they actually take great care to make sure they don’t slather it everywhere.
Hands down best subway. This is almost a different shop then the others, I'd be hard pressed to call this subway. The employees here are amazing and it seems the young gentleman who is always there is the one who taught everyone. Amazing service amazing sandwich. Other subways can learn a lot. This is the only one I will go too and they always get a tip.
Weds July 21,2:39 am. I just had this younger Asian guy make the most amazing subway sub I’ve ever had. He’s truly a Sandwich artist. They’d be smart to keep this guy again. Will DEFINITELY stop here again instead of the subway I was going to for lunch. It’s even further out of the way, but the vegetables were so fresh and the effort that went into my sub was appreciated.
Always love ordering from this subway location through delivery apps. Love the notes I get with my order. Always friendly. I specifically choose this location when ordering.
Showed up at 9:33pm and was turned away even though online showed it was open til 10pm

Tandin is the most incredible sandwich artist I have ever seen at any Subway restaurant. You truely have to see this guy in action. Makes a masterpiece everytime.

Got an order and its missing veggies, theres little to no lettuce or spinach on the sandwich. Called to talk to them about it and they wont answer the phone and the answering machine is completely full.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I go out of my way anywhere I am in Victoria to go to this subway and this subway only. LOL My sandwich is made PERFECT everytime, right down to the perfect stacking method LOL, and the customer service is refreshing in comparison to most other subways. They always appear joyful and talkitive while insuring your sandwich is made EXACTLY how youd like it at the same time! Great job! Thank you!
Sept 17th 2021. 1 pm : Wish there were more star to give. We were visiting landford and went to grab sandwiches for lunch. Had an extremely good experience. Calmness and politeness is what we need nowadays.. and they had all of this. Sandwiches were pretty loaded and awesome. ThankYou! All the Best!

Staff were nice enough and the food was fresh. However we were charged for extra vegetables which was unusual and made this visit more expensive than usual.
