Worst food I ve ever had. Wasn t expecting amazing but the chicken burger wasn t cooked through (it was gummy and gross) and the nachos were so bland. Next day I woke up with food poisoning. Not surprised. Service and atmosphere weren t bad.

My dad and I come to this pub regularly. Great environment and very friendly.

Really good service, great beer selection and great food. Good place to go for good quality wings!

Awful service they dont want to work

The place is a great local hidden gem. You wouldn t expect good food but it totally is! My grandma and I have been coming here for about a year now and it never disappoints. I would definitely recommend!

While a little tight it has friendly attentive staff a decent pub type menu. Perfect for a quick bite before or after a workout or game

Taylor was absolutely amazing! Fit our larger party in with ease and was an absolute delight the entire time!!

Had my go to for new restaurants - a clubhouse sandwich. It was excellent. Nice sauce on it.

Asked the server if we could play darts and they would save our table and food. They said it would be no problem. 5 min later our food was thrown out and a new group was at our table. They comped only one of our appies and we waited awkwardly for 20 minutes to pay our bill. Yikes. ** Update: I was charged twice on my credit card for my meal.

The chicken tacos had zero flavor. They came with chicken and pasty guacamole. They threw parsley on top, but no cilantro, no spices and hardly any taste at all. When we complained the waitress said the manager would come over, but he never showed up. Worst taco ever.

I visited with my family today honestly i will not complain about food but service was very poor look like the server was not interested in taking order or serving food to us . I am sorry but we will never go their again i feel bad in front of family

Absolutely repulsive food. The bartender was VAPING while serving us indoors. So overpriced it s embarrassing. No refills on pop. Honestly how is it even still open.

Overpriced!!!! No refills on pop which I was not told about !!! I asked for a Caesar instead of fries with my chicken strips and was not told that an extra 3 dollars were going to be added to our bill . 24 dollars for chicken strips and a Caesar salad is ridiculous! I won t return again ! The waitress looked annoyed with me when I told her I wouldn t have ordered a refill if I knew I was going to be charged another $4! Pure greed and gauging customers. I would have given more stars for service if the server told the truth !

Terribly loud because of the lanes next door. Asked mgmt if they could close the door so we could hear and they brushed us off. Not a good place to watch sports , wont hear a thing. Mgmt treated us like children and they were disrespectful to their staff. Red flags for this place. Bartender was only good thing about this place because he at least apologized.

Great place for a beer after a hockey game, mini golf or bowling, all of which are right beside.

Made a reservation with seat request well in advance of the SBowl. When I arrived, they couldnt find my reservation, even though I should my email confirmation. Then they tried to sit me at the bar. Sad!

The food is good, but it s definitely not worth what they charge! 18.00 $ for a poutine, was super good. But come on, woulda wanted it fed to me for that price

Server rang in and brought out the incorrect drink after confirming the correct order. I had to go up to ask about my drink after waiting 15 minutes and seeing it on the bar. Took 55 minutes for our food order to be taken at which point we just ordered appetizers as we were running out of time before we had to leave.

Pretty cool i guess, needs to fix the charger station at our table though my phone died trying to place a trade and the power bar at our table for devices to charge was full of sand. The menus not great not terrible just sparce and wierd options.

Soda drinks are not endless, but that didnt really matter. Food was good and very filling. Service really good. Air conditioned!

Wednesday around 6:30, not real busy at the restaurant. We were told to have a seat anywhere. We did and was never approached by a waitress.. .we left and went down the way a bit to whitespot and was sat and served right away. Dont bother.

Food was burnt and took so long to come the patio space is nice but anything other than overpriced drinks here is not worth coming.

Sat outside at the patio. Service was bad. Took 15-20 minutes to take our drink order 40 minutes to bring drinks to the table. Never came back to take our food order.

The Patio is HUGE and so are the portions! I love Sun and my partner loves shade- our server found us the table that suits our needs. Because of the size of Patio and the bar inside makes the drinks, it takes a couple extra minutes to receive drinks. But the location is awesome, as I drink a Bowldog!

We thought the food was good, service was good.I was disappointed in the cleanliness of our table.I asked for it to be cleaned she sprayed something on the table made it worse. Before the food came i asked another waitress if she could clean our table again.I think your staff needs a lesson on how to properly clean a table.

Great space, great potential, possibly the worst service I have ever witnessed. We live close by and walk here often, just watched 4 groups of people leave after know one acknowledged their existence. This is not a new trend.

My wife and I had lunch and we were not thrilled. Fish and chips were $20 for one piece of cod. It was ok. Beef kabobs were so chewy they were sent back. Very disappointed that the ice tea was not bottomless. We were fully refunded for the kabobs. The salad was great.

The food is really tasty and fresh. Ate there a few times. Tried their summer salad, pizza, tacos and few other food items - enjoyed all of them. The big patio has a great selection of sitting and even some games for kids/adults to play. Would definitely recommend to visit.

Great place to stop for a pint. Great happy hour for beer, wine and highballs. Love the patio awesome place to go and hang out and play some beanbag toss. If you go u must try the summer salad and prawn skewers they are the best!!

The staff, food and patio setting are top notch. We just discovered this gem and can see us returning with friends...lots of space for larger gatherings. We loved that children are welcomed. There is a cute little play area for them to hang. Just go!!

Great place to hang out with the family

Horrible service, always at least three waitresses standing around twiddling their thumbs while you sit in a nearly empty restaurant with no service. It took 20 minutes to get asked if wed like a drink we asked for water and 2 beers on tap waited half an hour and they didnt bring us anything the tap was broken so they just never came back. The next time I went we were served raw chicken wings and had to ask to get them off the bill and my bf ended up with salmonella poisoning. Do not recommend eating here as Ive heard many people have had food come out raw and it is not good. Also do not recommend drinking anything but beer, cider or pop/juice/water as their mix drinks are awful. I have tried multiple times to give this place a chance and have been disappointed every time

Wish the patio was open year round we ve been out on the patio 2x and loved it but guess it does still get some winter here tho right lol seriously tho the food is scrumptious the prices are reasonable and the staff have always been great indoors and out love it

I gave this a 4 star instead of a 5 star, nice place but they really need to change up the flag outside.

Had some beers and wings in the sun on the patio. I dont love drinking out of plastic, but the patio has nice wooden furniture and the wings were crispy, hot and deliciously sauced. Good service too. Made for a lovely afternoon.

Love the atmosphere theyve created, thats 5stars for sure but the portions are small for the price, also no refills,.... A bit pricy for what you get. Well give it another try in the future

Their attached Patio 37 is a fantastic option with a water Park for the kids to play while the parents enjoy some relaxing, cold beverages.

Great spot, friendly staff, dont order food. The outdoor patio is great, splash park for the kids, fun little cabanas. Service is friendly but a bit slow. The food is bad. The only burger on the outdoor menu, the smash burger was VERY overdone, and the only toppings on a very dry burger were burnt onions and mostly melted away cheese. There was no tomato, letuce or sauce of any kind, it was suuuuuper dry and flavourless. It is also $12 and comes with (rather bizarrely) potato salad that the server immediately recommended I change for fries (no mention of the $3 upcharge for these - $3 FOR FRIES with a burger). The fries, as far as I can tell are just the breaded ones that Costco sells, also not very good. My wife got a caprese salad ($16) that was a beefsteak tomato sliced with sliced mozarella and a drizzle of balsamic. It was small, had no basil (required for the salad to be called a caprese salad) and underwhelming. The kids meals, chicken strips and mac and cheese, were good and $9.99. The strips were flavourfull although the fries were still a let down. The mac and cheese was good as well. The drinks were cold though and lots of fun slushies for the kids. If this place put some work into its food menu and started putting out options to support the more premium prices they are charging, it could be epic. We spent over $100 for food (mostly left uneaten) and drinks. Our server was lovely and comped my beer after I let her know the burger was a disaster.

Just an overall bad experience at Patio 37. Service was incredibly slow, many tables were visibly frustrated theyd been seated for 15-20 mins and nobody had checked on them. Food was bad and overpriced. Drink order was wrong. Never checked on, no refills of water on a 30 degree day. My meal came a good 20 minutes after the rest of the tables meals. By that point they were all done and ready to leave. The lone bright spot was the friendly hostess.

We visited the patio today and were very disappointed with the food and the service. We looked up the menu online but did not realize there was a different (very limited) menu for the patio. The kids meal was delicious but we did not get the cupcake advertised. My pizza and my husbands burger came out almost 20 minutes apart. I ordered the margherita pizza which had way too much sauce, big blobs of thick mozzarella and no basil. My husband ordered the smash burger and was disappointed with the lack of flavor and no fresh toppings (lettuce/tomato/pickle) or condiments...just cheese and fried onions. It is served with potato salad and the server did not bring a fork and did not come back to check on us. It was a super hot day and the cabana offered little shade, and our drinks were empty for quite some time before we finally just asked for the bill so we could leave.

Edited: Pretty darn good food! Went in person for the first time (have done a ton of pick up and Skip the past year) to redeem a coupon to retry to Caprese salad after a not so great experience and no follow up from the previous staff member I spoke with and it was excellent! Great atmosphere, friendly and efficient service and I truly appreciated a chance to try the Caprese again. Huge thank you to Trevor and staff in house yesterday!

We spend thousands a month on several different restaurants. We have found our new favorite!! They have everything we look for to order and the food was amazing!! Even when the fries were cold they were still delicious . We will be ordering from them for now on!!

Good food, a little pricey

I have never complained about service before.I really am not hard to please. Last night we wanted a few drinks before we went bowling so we sat down here. There was only 1 other table at the time we waited and no one came to get our order. About 15 mins had passed and still no one had come and there is still only 1 other table. There was 2 girls sweeping the floor one on the broom and the other on the dust pan. My friend went to get someone to come serve us we finally got our drink ordered. Another table had just sat down. About another 15 mins had past and still no drinks I looked over and the new table that just sat down had drinks already. Waited another 5-10 mins and still no drinks so I went to ask if they had them and they had been forgotten on the counter. They were brought over and even forgot some of them. Not happy with this bad service especially when there is only 2 other tables one of them coming in after us.

Pretty bad when they figure that the Handicap parking is thier own personal parking space.

Pitiful...horrible money grabbing owners...woukd not go back
