Ordered online and paid for extra broccoli. Walked in to restaurant and staff member was cleaning grill at back and did not acknowledge me or the other customwr in walked in with. I said Excuse me . And was completely ignored. Found my own order on counter.

Super nice people , I actually jus came back , I almost took with me one of the guys car keys from when I met him outside and sat in his car I felt so bad when after talking for like ten minutes with them while leaving with my food he asked me for the car keys , omgggg they weren t angry about it at all as I didn t know myself I had them still in my pocket !!! Why I put them there idk , but yeah apologies guys ! The store is literally 3 MINUTES away from my house I d never do something like that :) I guess car guy kinda dumb mistake The food was fire !!!!

I really wanted to eat here, because I love wok food. It was a total disappointment! Nothing tasted like a wok, the vegetables were raw, the kids noodles only tasted of teriyaki sauce and ginger. We were not able to eat them. The boy who served us had no intention of doing so and seemed eager, even though the place was empty. I was not looking forward to returning and would not recommend it.

Ordered spicy noodle box with chicken. Waited an extra 20 min (45+ min in total)for my order to be ready. Bowl was 98% noodles, no sauce and smelled foul. Will not order again. Do not recommend. Food

Always been a big fan and would give 5 stars but not today I got butter chicken and got three tiny triangles of naan. Thats nowhere near enough. Honestly even a full piece of 4 would be better but three tiny pieces doesnt cut it. I mean its bread

Ordered a pad Thai with chicken and tofu. Was quite delicious. For under 20$ was quite filling and hit the spot.

Maybe I was just super hungry, but the spicy peanut with chicken and mild/medium was perfection! It could also have been that I had it in a nice for here bowl instead of a takeout box, similar to how drinks just taste better somehow when theyre not from a thick-walled plastic vessel. Helpful and patient staff too, for when you just cant decide.

They just play loud songs in night and do t even care if theirs customer standing it was so cruel like they are ignoring their customers. Just playing so loud songs not even noticing their is someone standing and wiating for the food for so long. Need to fix this kind of attitude towards customer

The butter chicken at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, with its creamy texture and flavorful spices. And lets not forget about their peanut butter - it was really really really superb. But what really stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They greeted us with big smiles, took the time to explain the menu, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I want to like Noodlebox, really. My partner s favourite dish is the spicy peanut noodle, and he loves it every time. I also want to clarify I have been to other Noodlebox locations and have enjoyed the dishes I ve had there. This seems to be a consistent issue with this specific location. I tried one dish (with the previous management) and about halfway down the noodles were burnt. Completely black, smelled strongly, burnt. It would be unmistakeable when cooking it. Awful experience, but at my partner s encouragement we gave it another try with the new management. I was so excited for the shoyu ramen. What I got was underwhelming, to say the least. I ordered Mild/Medium, it s incredibly spicy and has visible red pepper flakes everywhere. The noodles are very overcooked and mushy, and other than being spicy there s barely any flavour. To their credit, the spring roll I ordered was delicious. I will definitely be back, in search of a dish I can hopefully make a staple for my order.

Food was sub par. Ordered 4 dishes and nothing stood out .We ordered Broccoli and beef , more like broccoli stems and some beef , sweet and sour pork was terrible just dried pork no sauce . Won t be ordering from there again .

I ve ate at Noodlebox many times at a bunch of other locations across the lower mainland and Victoria. This one just doesn t know how to cook a vegetable. Ordered here twice 2 months apart and both times the broccoli and all the other vegetables were pretty much mush. Terrible. Would never eat at this location again.

So salty. So saucy. This was supposed to be crispy chicken with peanut sauce but its swimming in sauce. I was expecting some fresh crunchy bean sprouts and broccoli but I couldnt finish it because it was dripping and salty yet somehow, so bland. The only thing it tasted of was salt, no peanut, no curry. Id love for them to work on this because this spot has great potential

I love Noodle Box, but this is the second time in a row, and both times at the Willoughby location, where I ordered a spicy peanut bowl with a chicken breast, and theres next to no chicken in there at all. Like I swear they chopped up one and split it between the four bowls I ordered. I need protein as I lift weights, and when I spend $20 on a bowl and it says it comes with a chicken breast, well I shouldnt have to supplement my meal with a protein shake. I will not return to this location as they are clearly ripping me off.

I have given noodle box a try a handful of times and it s just not good food. It s a smart concept for a business but they use poor quality ingredients un like similar chains like chipotle who uses fresh ingredients. How does fresh cooked ginger beef and chicken come out soggy every time? Cause it s processed garbage. The veggies are always rock solid and has zero flavour to it. Good customer service at this location besides that this chain sucks.

The worst flavor!

Ive always wanted to try this place and finally gave it a shot today. I ordered the Thai Style Chow Mein Box with the hot level of spicy and it was absolutely amazing!! Exactly what I expected for the spiciness!! It was a lil bit too salty for me tho but it was fine and I loved it. Will definitely come back & try another menu :)

I ve been to this restaurant today and it was excellent. It s under new management now and the staff is so good, polite and so helpful. Food is great and different from before. And it s the only place in that area which is open till 11 pm everyday. I would 100% recommend to all of the people to try it atleast one time but got to give one warning you ll be obsessed with this place

We came in about 15 minutes from the closing time ( I know I know I hate being that person but we were craving noodle box) usually any restaurants staff would be visibly displeased but the staff here happily greeted us and took our order! The cashier went above and beyond and even had some helpful recommendations overall I had a great experience and the food was delicious plus they are open till 11 which is great!!!

New management has been a total game changer. Flavour is 100 times better than what it used to be. I love that the hours of operation have been extended. My new favourite go to spot.. loved the spicy peanut and butter tofu box - both the boxes were super delicious

My go-to is their black bean & garlic bowl with zucchini noodles. Service is quick and portions are perfect. A little overly saucy but still tastes quite good. Would recommend! Vegetarian options: Zucchini noodles and tofu!

Ordered through the DoorDash, they have problems with adding the protein. I paid extra $2-3 per plate and all we received was 2 grape size chicken pieces one plate did not have any in it we also went there in person once, we were missing the protein as well, but I thought may be they forgot by mistake, but now I see they always have an issue with that. If you order to go, I suggest checking the protein in your plate as you pay extra for it

Actually a big fan of Noodlebox as a chain. The only complaint I d have is some dishes are DRENCHED in sauce and some are almost flavorless - although ordered with the same regular sauce amount

The new management that took over a month ago is a refreshing change. Service and food was great. Vish was very accommodating despite it being mostly a takeout type of restaurant. Highly recommend giving it another shot if you weren t happy with the food/service a few months back.

My husband and I gave noodlebox another shot (first one was elsewhere and we weren t satisfied) and glad we did because it tasted better than we remembered. My husband had the ginger beef and I almost swapped with him but mine was just as good. They re under new management and Vish was super hospitable during our visit. Glad we can get our noodle fix so close!

Dudes were cool, food was good. Came after buying bacon eggs and hotsauce, forgot a bag and they just handed me one so my walk back to the car parked on the other end of the strip wasn t a hazard.

Manny at the till provided better service than most restaurants I ve been to. He was smiling and super polite the whole time, came over as we were eating to ask how the food was, and brought back some crispy onions as he said they would taste great with my dish. Cannot thank Manny enough for how well he treated us!

Generally I have enjoyed my food here, but yesterday was a pretty terrible experience. I really like spicy food, so I ordered mine hot. It was too much, even for me. My wife ordered hers medium. She likes a bit of spice, but not too much. It was almost as spicy as mine. We were both starving, so we ate them anyway, and both regretted it this morning. As I said, everything else about it is good, but apparently they are incapable of measuring spice levels.

I came in with my girlfriend for dinner, it was our first time trying Noodlebox and it wont be the last! The food was crazy good and the portions were more than enough to fill us up, also,the gentleman taking our order was kind enough to make some suggestions on the popular dishes and we were very satisfied with our final decision! 10/10

I have been going to quite a few Noodlebox locations throughout the Lower Mainland during the last several years and the food and the service at this Willoughby restaurant was by far the best I have had. I gave only 4 stars for the atmosphere as I was only one of two dine in customers. However, in saying that there were several take out and delivery orders being serviced. This is a gem of a place. Do not hesitate to dine in or order. My spend was mid $20 s inclusive of a 20% tip.

I ordered two meals and requested my food medium for spice level as I like some spice. I couldn t eat one of meals as the spice level was insanely hot. One meal was medium as requested the other was not. Totally inconsistent with the level of spice. Because of this, I will NOT be going back.

I was pretty disappointed to see my pad Thai order. I paid extra for prawns and crispy tofu I used to work in the kitchen before so I can tell that the prawns used looked like they were recently frozen and still had freezer burn marks on the prawns and were sautéed for my order it tasted extremely fishy too so I had to stop eating it was very unappetizing and the crispy tofu I paid extra for was not worth the cost, it was cut so small and barely any in my bowl and looked like the size of a dime! The veggies looked like they were the last veggies in the portion bin and looked so old sigh I just won t be returning which is unfortunate since I work nearby and my old work location had a noodle box as well which was amazing so not sure what happened here I had to throw my $23 box away and disappointed because I was so excited to eat my lunch for today!

Noodlebox has undergone a change in management recently. It is open all 7 days of the week, and the perfect pick me up on a cold fall/winter evening. They offer mouthwatering noodle boxes and bowls filled with delicious healthy vegetables and curries with varying spice levels, all with protein and various noodles of your choice! A comfy place to stop in for a family evening, or if youre in a hurry, great for takeout too! Do try this delicious addition to the Langley area, you wont be sorry! We ordered a pick up of Thai style chow mein and Pad thai noodle. Sadly, this location did not satisfy us as my husband told me that he was not welcomed by the staff. When he walked in, he had to ask if the store was closed already. And the foods we ordered.. both were asked for medium hot. However, they were extremely spicy and also SALTY that we were forced ourselves to eat but couldn t even finish half of them. I liked the other location in langley so went to try this one near our house but I don t think I would come back to this one

My 1st time there. I ordered Pad Thai. When I go to counter to pick it up I realized I forgot to leave out a veggie I dont like. I ask them to re-do one and as it was my fault, I told them I would pay for it, of course. When they brought it to me, they refused to take a payment for the 2nd one. I had the medium hot Thai style chow mein box. It was delicious and I was very tempted to get another, its that good.

I had lunch here yesterday. Let me tell you, food was amazing and Vishwas gave an excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I had really good experience at this location today. What looked like the manager/owner was super friendly and attentive to customers needs. The spicy peanut noodle box needs some improvement ( more flavor/ peanut sauce) compared to what I had at other locations but overall great experience. I want to give this location 5 stars because they are trying super hard as new owners.

Food is solid. I frequently eat at Noodlebox but this location is painfully slow and staff is not well trained. Hopefully time will help this location

We had an excellent first experience here. The second was below par, but they were quick to correct it, cooking new boxes for us without question, and they were delicious. They also provided a small appetizer free of charge. Wonderful service.

Hopefully they will read reviews and make improvements. Food was dry, too much carry powder in the sauce and no salt at all

I was excited about this location opening. However my first order turned out to be under cooked noodles in a watery peanut sauce with very minimal veggies. Disappointed, but hope these comments can help improve the food!

Good location, great service, and excellent food. Went to this location twice & we tried the... -Teriyaki box (with chicken) -Fried rice (with steak) -Pad Thai (with chicken) Service was fast & all the staff were friendly. The Teriyaki box was our favourite and would rate it 10/10. Would order the fried rice again, was 8.5/10. Both the chicken and steak were good protein choices. We would return here and would recommend it to others. Note: mild was still spicy, but we learned that you can order no spice and this made it perfect for us.

Second time ordering food and both were wrong. The second time I got 2 Crispy Chicken Box and both came without chicken. Also ordered without peanuts but they got it wrong as well.

too expensive, and it tastes nothing like chinese food. i got the black bean noodles and they taste nothing like authentic black bean dishes . boxes feed 2, but the veggies are raw and you have to pay extra for meat.. . what a joke lol.

I have ordered chicken pad thai 4 times because its my favorite thing to eat . The first time it was absolutely amazing. Fresh , cooned perfectly , amazing sauce . The second time was below average . The third time it was alittle better but not much . The fourth time which was 20 minutes ago is terrible . Its actually inedible. Everything is burnt , i didnt even need to taste it to know how terrible it is . Just looking at it and smelling it was bad enough . How you feel its ok to box it up is beyond me . Mistakes happen , throw it out and start over but honestly you cant think that is ok to serve . I just paid full amount plus a generous tip but i feel completely taken advantage of . This is terrible

Worst noodles I have EVER had! I ordered the terriaki bowl and the sauce was gross and the veggies we still rock hard! They also messed up our order and instead of waiting 5 minutes like the cashier said, we had to wait 35 minutes! They didnt even apologize. He said that we gave you two spring rolls for the screw up. Wow two tiny spring rolls. Just dont go here! It was our first and definitely our last time!

Came in yesterday for some lunch with a friend. Food was sooo good, I followed the guys recommendations on a couple changes to my dish. Had to order a second time it was so tasty. Somehow managed to polish off both dishes they were great and quite large in portion size as well. Delicious food from the cook and friendly service up front. Will have to come back for more again.

It is fairly new restaurant in Willoughby town center area. Their menu is fairly fun and lots of interesting thing to try. I ordered teriyaki noodle hot. It was spicy enough but good enough to open up your sinus. It s was a bit greasy , but I didn t mind it. The only thing I didn t like was the speed of getting to your order ready considering this is a fast food restaurant they should be able to do it in the faster time but the girl from the front desk brought the food to us and she did check on us to see if everything is OK which is not the norm with a fast food restaurant so I m not sure if it is considered a restaurant or fast food restaurant? My wait time was about 10 min Vegetarian options: It s all comes Without meat. You can add meat to it Parking: Parking on the side road and there is a under ground parking as well Kid-friendliness: They have kids size meal

No vegetables, no sauce whatsoever. We paid for extra mushrooms but have only found one piece so far, really bland and not enjoyable. Wouldn t reccomend to someone else and wouldn t order again

The menu is great but the bare hands and grabbing foot freely for my wasted money for dinner thanks but no thanks wad a bad idea

Recently just put a bad review on my other account about this place, but I take it back. One of the members from their team quickly got back to me and we resolved the issue as I got a free complimentary meal. They explained to me why my food was so bland and etc, highly recommend this place as they have nice and friendly staff and good food!

Super friendly service!

Ordered Thai noodle box( with jasmine rice) . the jasmine rice had no taste or flavor whatsoever. The chicken was stale and tasteless. Other than some peanuts, couldnt taste anything Thai in it. And so much broccoli stems, there was hardly room for anything else in that box. The black-bean garlic noodle box was pretty much a similar story. No garlic or black bean flavor. Stale chicken and broccoli stems in every bite. Never visiting this place again , ever ... Complete waste of money, find some place else for your noodle cravings...

Easy App order ! Friendly on time service. Pick up order meal was very tasty. Generous meal portion size was hot when I arrived home.

Tasteless and undercooked jasmine rice with full of broccoli stems and flour flavored chicken. The worst thing is that I can only taste saltiness. Not worth it even a dollar. Staffs were friendly though.

Worst experience at a noodle box. I have eaten at other locations and this spot just doesn t hit the mark. Tonight I ordered the ginger beef box with jasmine rice and nothing tasted how it normally should compared to other locations. The flavour was off, the beef was soggy, tasted very salty, and overall was very disappointing. Very unfortunate paying $16+ for a meal to not be able to eat. Hopefully they can figure things out and improve.

Great food of course but what makes this location stand out is their staff, especially Theresa for her incredible customer service! (And the kitchen staff) These employees went above and beyond by staying open late to let me order since their website hours weren t updated yet, which I m sure not every employee would have done. 5/5 experience

I have been going there quite frequently since it opened in Willoughby town centre. I have been very pleased and satisfied with this noodle box location. The food has been very good and consistent. The manager and the staff run a very efficient and organized operation. And especially Youssef and Kyleah. They are fantastic! Overall very pleased
