I ordered waffles with my family today as usual. We live around here and every time we visit the mall here, we get bubble tea or waffles with my family. A little kid who looked like 10 to 13 was working as a casher. Looks like he's the son of a cafe owner here. I don't know if it's legally possible for young kids to work. After ordering the waffle, I was eating it sitting on a chair in front of the café and asked for a cup because I needed a drinkable cup, and a child who works as a casher called an adult next to him, but she said I could pay it with a very firm look on her face. Before I paid, I felt terrible about her expression. I tipped it, and I hated the look on her face so much that I wanted to retrieve it. It's a place I always visit, but I won't be visiting anymore. My family doesn't go to places with poor service, no matter how attractive they are. I'm sorry I've experienced this. Do not respond with that look to customers who have purchased your food. Or, remove the tipping bin.
As other reviews have indicated, the chicken rice at this location was significantly inferior to other establishments. The reason for this disparity is unclear, as this franchise typically maintains a central kitchen to ensure consistency in taste and quality across all stores. Won’t be back.
Very very very bad service. Order hainanese chicken with rice and the chicken was cold straight out of freezer. It’s so cold that my laps could feel it when I was eating. Chicken is also super dry. Very bad service and rude chef

Bought some chicken laksa and the chicken taste awful like being cooked a day ago and missing waffle in the order . My wife ordered chicken have throw away in garbage , very bad taste not even close to hianan chicken . Their chicken portion a lot . Hope they see this review and can improve the quality .
This is a very decent cafe style restaurant. I love their classic salty chicken nugget combo and laksa soup. The tastes are fantastic. This little cafe added points to whole Langley city for Asian community👏 Their combo set comes with a drink and add 1.99$ you get a fresh crispy bubble waffle. Highly recommend to try their dishes if you come to Willowbrook mall. Will be back again!
A very satisfying dining experience. The meals all come with drinks, and you can add-on a bubble waffle for $1.99. Great value! The HK milk tea and lemon tea are really good, when ordered less sweet. The dry noodle dish would be a pass for me next time (it was below average), but the noodle soup dishes (laksa in particular), hainanese chicken, and salty chicken nuggets are all good. There is very minimal seating at the restaurant. They have maybe 2 tables of 4. There are some chairs/benches just outside the restaurant (in the mall), but even that's taken most of the time.
The meal was worth the price, my favourite being the laksa noodles, you get a big portions of meat, veggies and noodles for just $15.99, plus a drink (milk tea is highly recommended), and for another $1.99 you can get a bubble waffle which tastes amazing;)
Its a nice little shop. The owner is very nice. But the shop is too small and there are so many people that it cant seat. There is basically no service. You have to serve the food and take out the trash by yourself. The advantage is that the taste is very good. If you need takeout, you can consider eating in the shop. Its too crowded. no service

I have never tasted Hainanese chicken rice that tastes so bad.
The waiter didnt smile the whole time when I was buying the meal. I said thank you three times and the other person didnt say a single polite word. The experience is not good.

Worst service today, she was dragging herself around acting like we were a huge inconvenience. Took forever to make the bubble waffles and handed to me like I had wronged her in a past life.
First time visiting and it was not a great experience. It took around what almost was 10 minutes to order, and the worker was all over the place so it was a bit confusing. Also the food quality is alright but I had the rice rolls and they were swimming in some sauce which was just too rich tasting, I will not be in a rush to come back.
Im not really a waffle person, but after trying some of theirs made me change my mind. Also the noodle soups are very good
Worst Hainan chicken ever. This isnt even 1% taste like the real Hainan chicken at all. This is just some cooked chicken with soy sauce with awful flavor. It was my big mistake to bought a whole chicken for the first try. After a few bite, I just had to throw the whole thing away. Its so gross. Ive had Hainan chicken in another bubble waffle in Burnaby, and it taste better than this. If you are a new customer seeking for good Hainan chicken. Go try Prata-man Express in Richmond

Enjoyed the food, service on the other hand - Woman at the cashier was extremely rude, putting her finger in my face. I ordered 3 meals but only received 2 sets of cutlery and when I asked for one more set, she rolled her eyes at me.
Order was ready faster than expected and food was great!

Food was packed well. But some of the other locations have better tasting food. Overall though, theres nowhere else in Langley where you can get really great bubble waffle, HK style milk tea or coffee or iced lemon tea! Definitely satisfied my Asian cravings!

Was sort of inconsistent when they first opened. But after a few weeks, they have it tasting the same/similar like all the other locations. However, for the noodle soup, they use spinach and not cabbage.
Yummy Hk milk tea! On the sweeter side so I get less sweet. The workers were very helpful
Egg Waffles yyds This restaurant really has the largest portions among all the egg waffles I have ever eaten. The food is still served very quickly and the service is also very good.
The egg waffles are delicious, unlike other egg waffles that are mostly hollow.
Always offer delicious and affordable options, dont forget to get a bubble waffle in your combo! Highly recommend

This egg waffle is the best I have ever eaten in Metro Vancouver. The rice noodles with spicy soup base are very suitable for Chinese tastes. The ingredients are solid and the dish is full of meat. The Hainanese chicken rice is excellent as always. Its right next door to T&T, so its a great place to have a meal while shopping for groceries. Highly recommended! ! !

We stopped here for boba tea and actually got salty chicken that was so good as well. We will definitely be back Wheelchair accessibility: Store is a bit small but there is definitely enough room for a wheelchair to maneuver

I had diarrhea for 2 days after eating... The chicken in the Hainanese chicken rice was actually hot, and there were a few pieces of salty crispy chicken that didn t taste right and seemed sour. It seems I won t be able to come back to this restaurant in the future! sad .
Simple setup of a store but the flavour and portion sizes are great. I had the chicken soup Szechwan style and it was great with lots of chicken in it. The bubble waffle accompanied the spicy soup very well!!
