Food was just okay. Service was good.

Tried this restaurant for the first time. We were very excited. The menu looks amazing with so many yummy options. Our meals fell short however. I think because it was close to closing perhaps. The bacon and sausage were old and hard. We both didnt finish it. Pancakes were dense and rubbery. The potatoes however were amazing and the hollandaise was my favorite. Might try one more time and get a Hash. Our server was great, on point and patient. Bathrooms really need more attention. Dirty in the corners and toilets. Not the greatest first experience.

Below average food, mediocre coffee at best. Eggs are low grade. Florescent yellow yolk, without much flavor. Waffles are like donut batter, dense and heavy, rather than crisp and airy. Eggs benedict is covered in hollandaise sauce to the point it looks like a soup! Its not cheap, and mediocre at best. At least the staff is attentive and friendly.

Found a long black hair baked into the dough of my pancake that I almost swallowed. The server apologized and asked if I wanted a replacement. I was so disgusted I took the food to go and never ate it. They also charged me full price which was upsetting since I didn t even eat the meal.

Devina was extremely helpful during my visit to the pancake house! She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even suggested some of the best pancakes on the menu. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made my experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend visiting and asking for Devina!

While this place is not bad I wish I could give a higher rating. After going for breakfast with my fiance we were excited having heard that they have gluten free pancakes, waffles, and French toast. Upon trying to order we found out that while yes they offer these they are exclusively to be ordered on their own they cannot substitute a gluten free waffle in their waffle combo, or the pancakes, or the French toast. Why? Just make it an additional charge for the substitution. But instead for the same meal every item needs to be ordered as a side at way above what the already made combo is on the menu. An allergy is an allergy not a way to gouge pricing. Safe to say with langley already having so many amazing breakfast places for people who are gluten free we will not be returning.

If you are looking for a proper breakfast, that s your place, service is top notch and food another level

Paresh and his team went above and beyond to assist in my teams morning meeting breakfast order. He was pleasant to deal with and made our ordering stress free even though it was after hours. Everything was fine up until I found a 6 inch black hair inside my eggs Benedict. I asked the server respectfully for a new one. I waited double the amount of the time I got the first one and the brought me a benny back which wasn t the one I ordered previously and everyone I was with had finished their food already. The waitress told me she would come back with a proper plate and I was so frustrated at this point I couldn t even eat nor wanted my family to sit there while I not only finish eating but wait for my proper food AGAIN. Very disappointed

Our breakfast was terrible. My toast was not toasted, it was warm bread. The hashbrowns were tasteless. The eggs Benny was watery and the English muffin was again, not toasted. Its shocking this place still gets customers. I get better breakfast from McDonalds. Terribly disappointing! Also, the reviews posted for this place are all a bit similar and suspect showing all this pretty food with perfect pictures - so fake.

Great breakfast food for an affordable price in Langley. Only giving a 3 star because we ve been here twice now and both times we were seated at the worst table. Don t know why they made a table right by the washroom and staff room. It wreaked of sewage and all we could hear were loud flushes . It had high foot traffic with doors slamming every few minutes.. It ruined the overall experience. They need to get rid of this seat or at least build a wall.

I had to make a reel on instagram and TikTok and let our community know of the delicious food that this location offers. I came for the cinnamon bun pancakes and it does look and taste amazing. No its not a cinnamon topping but a built in with the swirl and crème cheese topping with whip cream on top. Delicious! I recommend it for all types of appetites. They have none meat options too. Thank you for a great experience. Our server was amazing. Great story behind the franchise.

The only nice thing i can say is they cooked my eggs properly. Other than that the service was bad, took 10 minutes to even take our drink order. The food was simply not good, i had the French toast stack and while the French toast itself wasnt bad, the potatoes, bacon, and sausages were all terrible.

Got sat down and waitress brought out waters, and then spun around, and put her back to us to talk to the table beside us. Had to waut for that interaction to end, catch her attention and talk her into taking my drink order before she walked away. When food came, my food was cold. I flagged the waitress down and said it was cold. She then took it and disappeared. The owner came out to talk to me about my plate. While explaining why it was cold, he was spitting all over the place. Someone else at the table had to slide their plate away from him. I asked what is happening with the plate, and he said they are making a new one. I asked them to cancel it entirely and went somewhere else

Id never heard of this place till now, was visiting the area from the United States on a birthday trip and stumbled across Stacked. Great breakfast and worth the money

Amazing service staff took care of our every need. Never had to wait long for anything and the food was absolutely delicious. If you dont know what to get, the servers are very helpful in helping out. Very clean store with a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

First visit, Friday morning. The weekday $6.99 express is hard to beat. Good portion, no complaints. Kids Oreo pancakes - not to sweet, light fluffy - happy kids. Parking: Parking lot shared - busy strip mall at times. Giant speed bumps to stop people using as a short cut for a turn.

I don t usually like writing reviews, but this needs to be addressed. Food was great but the two times we have come here the service sucks. The server not once checked on us or asked if we wanted anything else. When it came time to paying the bill, it felt like the server was just annoyed by our presence.

I love being the first in a restaurant. It really tells you a lot about the staff, the cleanliness from the end of the previous shift, and the prep work for the day. This place nailed the above perfectly. Staff are super friendly and nice, especially working on a Sunday morning. Great little place with a great playlist to set the mood and day. The food list and options are endless, and I even put in a take out order for Banana Bread French Toast. Who doesnt love Banana Bread and French Toast?? Homemade (ish) jam, too! Its the little things that you need to take notice of. Properly stored and refrigerated ketchup, squeeze bottles that are clean and dont have 2 year old schmutz. I had the Mexican Omelette and wasnt disappointed. Great blend of spice in the quac and the added hot sauce. Ill be back to try some of the other items on the menu.

Had an issue with food quality when I ordered through DoorDash and tried to call the store to get it rectified. I posted a Google review as it wasn t the first time this issue had happened. I am normally not one to post a negative review but really, truly felt something needed to be said. Well. The business stepped up and responded within 24 hours. I am updating my review because of the the fact that means they take ownership of their business, care about their customers opinions and wish to do better. Many thanks for your response and professionalism. I will definitely be coming back. If you re ever in a pinch for breakfast and have a family. I highly recommend the breakfast for four, it s a TON of food and extremely convenient.

Ive never had a bad eggs Benedict before, until today. Your breakfast for two is laughable at best, had the price been halved it still wouldnt be worth the $40. If I had to describe the eggs Benedict in a single word, it would be slop. The cinnamon pancakes were fine. Not sure where all the 5 star reviews are coming from, Dennys would be cheaper and higher quality than this place.

It looks like Stacked has joined tge trend of reducing portion sizes and raising prices...ordered crepes, Ive seen joints rolled bigger than they were. The only way to stop this greed is stop patronising. Im out. Wont be back.

The pancakes are like rubber and hard to cut through, the eggs were vastly over cooked while all else was undercooked. The pancakes are a salient aspect to get right considering the business focus, I recommend getting guidance on how to cook a proper, soft and fluffy pancake. Everything tasted like a microwave meal to be honest. Step it up and you l do good, you re in a good location!

Food was mostly greasy, coffee was dilutted. Service was great. Restrooms dirty!! Not coming back and not recommending. There are other better options cora, egg bomb, oeb, hot and toasty

On five separate visits now the food has always been delicious and the service has been wonderful. Unfortunately we have been seated beside the restrooms on our last two visits.

Came for breakfast at 830am. Was quite busy and took awhile before someone spoke to us to get a table. After we sat down, service and everything picked up. Our server was amazing, think her name was Blendina? Ordered a Stacked Hash, portion size was huge for the price, way better value and quality than Dennys and IHOP. Food was hot and fresh. Would definitely recommend and definitely will be back.

Breakfast is my favorite meal, and I judge them harshly. This has one of the best menus for a breakfast place Ive ever seen. Biscoff pancakes?! I also had their Strawberry Lemonade. It was the best Ive ever had at a resto. 10/10 will come again.

If you ve never been to Stacked I recommend you get to this location ASAP! This was my second visit here and wow the food is amazing! So many options to choose from and always so fresh and well presented. I would like to give a huge thank you and shoutout to the owners Paresh and Devina who are absolutely amazing! Went here this morning for the Breakfast special between 7am-9am. $6.99 (2 eggs, sausage or bacon, hashbrowns, toast). Best deal in town. I had a problem with a takeout order but the Stacked Management team reached out and resolved the issue. I commend the company for ensuring that the quality of customer care is given the utmost consideration. The food is really exceptional and you definitely wont leave hungry.

I recently visited Stacked Pancake and Breakfast and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the restaurants flashy new interior, which perfectly blends modern chic with cozy comfort. The ambiance alone makes it a great spot for a morning meal. I ordered the Meat Lovers Breakfast, and it did not disappoint! The portion size was incredibly generous. The plate was overflowing with thick ham, three pieces of thick-cut bacon, and long, flavorful sausage links. Every bite was a delight, with the meats cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The Texas toast was a highlight as well, especially when paired with their proprietary strawberry jam. The jam had a fresh, homemade taste that added a perfect sweet note to the meal. And lets not forget the bottomless coffee a must-have for any breakfast enthusiast. The coffee was rich and smooth, and the fact that it was bottomless meant I was well-caffeinated and satisfied throughout my entire visit. Fantastic brunch! I was worried about the wait time since it was Saturday morning, but it ended up being less than the 25 minute wait we were told by the hostess. Our meals came out promptly, and I found the portion to be more than reasonable for the price. Excited to visit again!

Really happy with the service and the food here. I have celiac disease and they had a ton of gluten free options that they could safely make me. They definitely understood the risk of cross contamination and made me feel comfortable. I got the French toast and I wasn t expecting much since gluten free bread isn t usually very good but it was delicious!! The price was good too as I got bacon and hash browns and eggs with it. They told me the sausage wasn t gluten free so gave me extra bacon. I can t wait to try more items on the menu. This will be my new go to breakfast place!

We came here on a Friday morning, the person in the front for welcoming was really friendly however I can not say the same for the waitress who took our order at the table. She came 3mins after we sat and expected us to give orders at that moment. After having our orders I asked water from her and she only brought 1 glass of water for the table of 4 Do not recommend having eggs benedict , veggie hash and pancake there , these are the only ones we ate and taste was no good at all.

Went here for the first time and it was amazing! I had the Mexican omelette and the portion was huge. Met the owner and he was so nice and staff were friendly too. Definitely would recommend. Can t wait to go back and try the pancakes & waffles.

Stacked Meant to be a pancake house, but the menu has extensive options. We came on Easter Friday, which we were glad they were opened. We thought we needed to wait long, but we didn t. We were taken to a table right away. They were busy, but had plenty of seating for a small restaurant. However, we waited about 30 minutes for our food. We ordered a strawberry cheesecake stack and a waffle stack. It was pretty standard. It didn t us, but it filled our tummies. My husband enjoyed their bacon though. Surprisingly, their bacons were not overly salted. The waitress came many time to refill our coffee. We paid less than $40 for the two of us. It was reasonable.

Eggs Benny was fantastic and so was the latte! Will be back for sure.

We came here on a Saturday before noon, but the wait was only 15 minutes. They can take your phone number and message you when they have your table ready. Theres a lot of food and tasted great. We had their carrot cake waffles, birthday cake pancake kids combo, and waffle stack. The potatoes tasted great while lightly seasoned. If you find it under seasoned, theres condiments and salt and pepper on the table. My daughter and husband devoured the proteins in their meals. I enjoyed the carrot cake waffles though they were a bit soggy due to the mixture blend, as expected, but I happily finished the leftovers for a later snack. Family friendly atmosphere. We have a 3 year old and saw plenty of families with young children. Service was fast and they checked on us a couple times.

It s a new place so very clean, the staff were friendly and the food was great! Amazing portions, and staff was always ready to refill drinks. Love how they re set up so that you could leave your number and they text when your table is ready. They had a ceiling art with the pancakes too.

I was really looking forward to trying this new breakfast place in my area but unfortunately it was subpar. The first time I went I ordered the ham Benedict which was really good however I found our server to be quite cold and not very friendly, wasn t horrible but wasn t great. Went to give the place a second shot today and unfortunately it was so much worse. For starters I came it for a table for 2 and was told just a minute then 3 parties were sat in front of me by a random server who after seating everyone else told me she assumed I was there with a party. After sitting we had a mix up with the hot/cold drinks. The server said she could make a hot drink cold but just thru ice in a boiling coffee so we asked to replace it and was berated over and over about how to read the menu for iced drinks. We made it clear if it couldn t be accommodated we would order differently but nope she just wouldn t stop. I then ordered a clubhouse with no ham, lo and behold it was brought with ham. When I pointed it out the server just said well I didn t hear u but I still asked for it remade as I did ask loud and clear. Over all the second experience was horrible and I m not sure I ll return after 2 bad trips. Seems the service staff could use some serious organization and training.

Visited Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House in Langley and was disappointed by the experience. The food, particularly the North American breakfast options, was overly oily and felt unhealthy. Additionally, the service left much to be desired; staff were rude and unattentive. It was a letdown for what I hoped would be a comforting meal.

I came here with my friends almost at 2:35 but they still welcomed us. We just had Chocolate chip pancakes which were so delicious. The quantity is huge i think it could easily fit for 2 people. It cost around $13. The atmosphere was also great, there was soft music going on, the place was neat and clean. Disha served us the meal, She was calm friendly and easy to talk to. This place is much like Denny s. I ordered the meat lovers breakfast. The eggs were quite watery, the breakfast sausage was tasty but the bacon lacked flavour. Overall the experience was good. Not a place I d rave about.

We ordered a berry crepe which turned out not too bad, the potatoes were cold. A gluten friendly waffle with a side of sausage (sausage was cold, not even warm). Meat lovers breakfast with poached soft eggs (which came hard, cold along with all of the meat and potatoes were cold). A avocado toast which also came with cold hashbrowns. When we returned the breakfast for that one, the breakfast came back with hot potatoes but hard poached eggs. So we asked for poached soft, the breakfast returned with cold potatoes (again) and soft poached eggs on soggy bread. The florentine crepes came with cold potatoes. We ordered two sides of sausage, one was ice cold and the other piping hot. All in all, a really disappointing breakfast. The server was kind, prompt and answered any questions with genuine kindness. We will not be returning.

Went here on a Saturday morning, it was a little busy but we were sat right away. Took a look at the menu and everything on it looked amazing! My friend and I got the cowboy hash and the pulled pork hash and we highly recommend both. The serving was huge and we only ate through about half of it comfortably.

This place is the first prestine establishment in the yorkson village, i like this restaurant

I cannot believe it but they served me oil-based whipped cream. Like... straight up cool whip.

Alls I can say is that the waitres we had was so unorganized an unprofessional that I had to go sit in the car to calm down. When I asked for a To go container, she went to get them and it took her over 5 mins. When she returned, she walked passed our table with 2 drinks in her hand with my to go containers under her armpit. I was mortified. This is so unsanitary and should be looked after from management. And after all that we left her a pretty generous tip and she gave us a dirty look and walked away. Be aware of the little short girl with long black hair, she is a very bad waitres and needs retraining and serve it right. The food was good though.

Expected more from a specialized breakfast place . Service was good and accommodating but the breakfast plate was ordinary. Asked for over medium eggs and toast well done. Eggs were under cooked they redid the order but what is difficult about over medium eggs? Eggs seem more steamed than griddled . Potatoes nothing spectacular there , ham was decent but on the salty side. Coffee was OK again just ok

Been here a couple times now and have always left happy. Staff has always been friendly, large portions and the food tastes great. Definitely check it out if you want something that tastes like a home cooked meal.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my celiac daughter was able to eat their food. Their GF pancakes are actually quite nice.

Blendina was our server and and she was HUSTLING trying to serve the entire resturant early in the morning. Give this girl a raise !! she gave my bf and I amazing service despite it being busy. Food was great for the price and I will be coming back

Been here twice now and both times the food is amazing and the portions are generous, but the staff there is the best part of the experience.

I had the pulled pork benny and it was ssoooo good. My mom had the deluxe western omlette and she really enjoyed it as well. The service was fantastic the girls were all so sweet and attentive. Portions were big and the prices were not bad at all! We will definitely be back!

This was the best meal I ve had in years I have never enjoyed food before today I don t think I ll be able to breath without having this meal again you have to come here I don t think you ve lived I went yesterday and I m on my way back today this probably will cause me to have and over spending/eating habit. For this restaurant it is time for a reality check. Here we go. We get sat a a dirty sticky table. No server would come to us until I called one over to get the table cleaned. I will say it was fast to get our food. That s because the sausages were deep fried. Eggs were bland and the French toast was not even cooked on French bread it seemed like the frozen French toast you get from Costco. The syrup is watered down. When you pour it. Watch out. Plate is saturated with syrup. About every two minutes a different server will come up and ask you if you want more coffee. Makes sense why our table was dirty when we were sat down. That was my first and last time at this establishment. The menu says in house burgers. I would be afraid to see what those look like.

I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS PLACE! I love the food and the servers! We have been 3 times this month and we will be back.

It was my perfect decision to spent our brunch date (me & my mini me) today at this location. We ordered kids meal (bday pancake) And as suggested by our server Elisha Melt burger with the side of chicken soup. Soup was not as per my liking (too salty) Rest everything tasted great!

My wife and I have been looking forward to this location opening, and it was well worth the wait. Today was their 2nd day being open at this location, so there were plenty of staff on hand. From the friendly greeting to the comfortable seating followed by some delicious eating. We were so pleased with the service and the portion & taste of our individual orders. My wife enjoyed the The Meatless Express, while I took on the Meat lovers breakfast. They were huge portions of absolutely delicious food. The coffee was hot, tasty and refilled frequently without need to search for a server. The decor was bright and the tables & seating very clean & comfortable...including the immaculate restrooms. Nice seleection on their menu, I encourage you to look it up. Were happy to have Stacked in our neighborhood and look forward to many more marvelous meals!

Recently had the opportunity to check out Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House in Langley. The staff were welcoming and excited to have their new store open. They were very knowledgeable about the origins of the franchise and happy to share with us. The food was served hot and my coffee was filled without asking. Great to have a new player on the breakfast scene in BC.

We went here in their opening day. It satisfy our familys cravings to pancake. We love their foods :)

They gave 2-3 pieces of crayons to my kids which were broken pieces. Also I ordered fresh fruit on the side for my children and the strawberries have gone bad. Im worried that my kids get stomachache. The price is reasonable but the quality of food and service was not as good as I expected.

We ran for breakfast today and had the veggie hash and the gluten-free cinnabun pancakes The serving size was quite large and the taste was delicious. The gluten free items tasted phenomenal. Cant wait to come back and try more of the items Dietary restrictions: Gluten free / Celiac

Recently I had a opportunity to check out Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House nearby my home. Its brand new shop and staffs were welcoming warmly. Good range of items. Cost is little cheaper than Coras and IHOP. We ordered Pancakes, Waffle and Omlets. All were great. But their pan fried fries are very dry. Not that great Great to have a new breakfast place in Langley.

I ve been waiting for this place to open up and it didn t disappoint!! Their pancakes are 100% better than the mainstream competitors nearby. I recommend the cinnamon pancakes best pancakes I ve had. Their drinks are also very good and I d honestly come here just to pickup a mocha even. They have some good veggie options too (included the menu in the review). The only thing I d critique is the waitlist. My boyfriend and I called twice to ask if there was a reservation list and both times we were told no. But if you go to their website, there is a waitlist you can join. So I just thought that should ve been mentioned on the phone if we can t reserve, we can at least join the waitlist. But it s a new location so I understand that staff is still being trained. Otherwise, the staff is lovely, and this place is going to do so well. Thank you for the great food!! :-)

Similar to an IHOP or Ricky s Came here to check out this breakfast chain s first location on the West Coast. Ordered the Stacked Pancakes, Stacked Waffles and the Blueberry Pancakes. Prices are reasonable at under $20 for most entrees unless you get steak and eggs. Portions are very large and I ended up sharing my entree. Although they opened not long ago, we didn t wait long for a table and were served quickly. There was plenty of wait staff to clear plates, do coffee refills and check on how meals were tasting. The blueberry pancakes come in a stack of three very large cakes with a thick blueberry sauce on top with fresh berries and whip cream. Luckily we asked for the whipped cream on the side because it looked shiny and tasted oily which makes us think it isn t real whipped cream. The Stacked Pancakes came with two cakes, pan fried potatoes, four proteins (bacon, sausage or ham) and two eggs. The Stacked Waffles came with the same sides as the pancake version. The waffles are small and look similar to store bought Liege waffles. The texture was dry and had no tenderness making us think it was a frozen item and not house made. The potatoes also tasted like frozen and not house made or fresh. The sausage, ham and bacon were good and we had no issues with them. The pancakes were fine but my husband felt they were a bit tough in texture. This chain fills a niche for people looking for a large filling breakfast and there are a lot of interesting breakfast creations for those who have a sweet tooth and love a dessert type meal for breakfast. If you expect everything made from scratch then you won t be happy here but you get a lot of food for what you pay.

For the price. I was underwhelmed with the portions for the French toast slam. Everything was overall ok for food. I tried the waffle off of my mums plate. ( Avoid at all costs ). Worst waffle I have had in a restaurant. Pancake was okay. Big for size but okay. Their jam is good ! Overall I wouldnt go back for the price. Id rather go somewhere more solid for taste for the same price. Bacon also was meh.

The service was warm and friendly. The food was phenomenal. The pancake upgrade feature on the menu is a strong selling point if you just want a sampler and try one of their many flavours. I highly recommend this and well definitely be regulars.

Me, My granddaughters and my wife were exited to try this new restaurant and enjoyed every minute of this experience. The service was amazing, the food was great and the menu was quite large and had something for everyone. I highly recommend this restaurant for families, couples and anyone in between. Amazing five stars. Kid-friendliness: So many kid friendly options. There was an extensive kids menu full of delicious breakfast options and my granddaughters (8 and 10) absolutely loved it.

Decent brunch place. Very popular spot, make sure to reso ahead of time.
