I recently visited here and had a fantastic experience thanks to Harjot and Mannat. From the moment I arrived, Mannat’s warm greeting and Harjot’s attentive service stood out. The pizza was delicious, with a perfect crust, melty cheese, and fresh toppings. The combination of excellent food and exceptional service made my visit memorable. I highly recommend Fresh Slice for a great meal and outstanding customer care.
Ordered off DoorDash and got the wrong order. DoorDash refunded me with credits so I just re-ordered it again. I’m not sure where the ball was dropped if it was DoorDash or Fresh Slice but either way, this time when they delivered it they gave me two additional free pizzas!! I’m not entirely sure what happened but I think this Fresh Slice location probably noticed that I had put another order it and that there was an order mix up so they just gave two additional pizzas to us. Honestly unexpected but thought it was a super nice recovery… Thanks so much we appreciated the gesture!! 🙏
Staff is super nice. But, food safe It’s not the number one priority! I was not pleased watching the cook grab the dirty dishes by the garbage area and place it on top of clean dishes to be used again. Also, saw the that she wore fake nails and was not wearing gloves when making a pizza…. I will not be going back to this location again.

Ordered deliver via the Freshslice App, did not receive it, I was told I had to come in myself to pick up a replacement or a refund. I had to call the store 4 times with no support. Terrible customer service, very disappointing for a neighbourhood restaurant.

Visit often and have ran into some complications when ordering delivery through the app. Was a bit disappointed recently due to Freshslice s scratch and win for their 25th anniversary, you have to answer a math question on a tiny piece of paper to officially redeem winning. It s not difficult but for someone who s dyslexic or maybe is a young kid, it s not inclusive and disappointing for the brand. Clearly they do this to gain foot traffic, but it s misleading and not fun

Went in at 1:40pm and placed a paid order for a team event. Asked for pizzas to be ready at 8pm. Arrived at 8pm and they said it would be another 25-30 minutes. Completely unphased by the lack of customer service, 2 bottles of pop to compensate and then when they said they were ready they only had 10 of the 11 pizzas made.Had 35 people waiting. Will not go back.
