Had the gluten free vegan special. Delicious. Vegan pepperoni too. Loved it. Crust was chewy and fluffy. My fave. Reminds me of the good old days with Jim's Pizza in Langley. Husband picked up and said they were really nice in there. Great job guys. We'll see you soon! (PS Family all had meat pizzas and enjoyed theirs too.)
I loved the butter chicken and bbq pizza. The quality is consistent and the prices are reasonable. I also noted that the service is quick, even on busy nights. The staff was very friendly and polite. Great customer service. This will definitely be my place to go for pizza. 😊❤️💯
Came here for the Halloween 50% off menu promo at 8:30pm! Best decision ever made! Durian pizza was 10/10! It was so good that we bought another to go! The salt and pepper wings was also well seasoned and cooked! Everything came out piping hot and delicious! There was only one guy working so he told us it’ll be 25 minutes wait or so. Well worth the wait! He was so nice and helpful! Our first time here and we’ll definitely be coming back!
So I just got this beefy crunch Pizza from here and while eating and enjoying my food I felt something in my mouth, when I got it out and saw it was a tiny plastic wire looking thing, I just ignored the first and second time unfortunately, but it just kept coming and I was no more interested in that pizza. I always loved their Pizza but I'm never buying another one from here unfortunately. Even our company buys pizza from this place sometimes for lunch, no more for me.
Pizza here typically pretty good however tonight was an exception because of lukewarm pizza arriving from a new driver after an inept delivery driver pestered me with calls and texts after telling him where I lived even though my full address and unit number was submitted online. The owner then said he remade the pizza when it arrived successfully this time but it wasn’t hot at all so I’m lead to believe they re delivered the same pizza from the first failed delivery despite saying it was made fresh again. Disappointing as the price and quality is typically good
This pizza is delicious and very good . All but one pizza had good amount of topping but this pizza was delicious so it's a personal preference. I would order here again very though the staff made mistake . I wanted buffalo breaded wings and boneless chicken honey garlic, they are switch up on me 😕 . The wings are delicious though I wish they were hot wings. If you take away the human error. Great food that was delicious not greasy.
Good service, hard-working staff member. Lots of free parking. Good pricing on 3 topping small and medium pizzas. Best for takeout but there are a couple of small tables that will seat three people each.
The employee working tonight was great, we had some issues using the online ordering and ended up, resorting to calling it in. She was very receptive to our order and immediately gave a total price. Upon arrival, I did have to wait a little bit but I was okay with it since she was the only person working. After payment she even offered additional dipping sauces, which I appreciated. As for the food: the regular cheese pizza was good, with a thin crust. The keto/gluten free one was okay, since the crust was quite soft. And I didn’t love my pasta because the sauce seemed to be their creamy garlic dip, which to me, doesn’t fit as an actual sauce. I would’ve much rather preferred a regular Alfredo. Finally, the s’mores dessert pizza. It was delicious, especially when warmed up. The chewy crust, gooey marshmallow and the Nutella make for a tasty bite.

I called and asked to place an order, and the response I got was I guess so . I ordered a medium pizza and it had almost no cheese on it. Very expensive and very NOT worth the money. Sad.

English is very bad, I ordered extra cheese said it twice, he mubled some thing so I said it again slowly and as clear as i could for extra cheese and he gave me mushrooms, I paid extra for a topping that ruined my pizza, never coming back, pizza is in the trash I dont trust them to make me a new one. get some staff that can understand english

Wanted half pepperoni and half cheese for my kid, but the lady said that she could NOT do that, so I asked her why? And she said I dont know....they have various types of pizza by the slice, but couldnt do half and half for us !! WILL NEVER GO BACK !!
They have some good options, its nice to see pizza sold by the slice. Not too expensive, very good BBQ chicken pizza! 7 months later and some of the staff has changed, I miss the old staff they made my better ):

The pizza is really terrible, tied with Fresh Slice. The dough tastes like an overnight pan-bread. Most of the so-called pizzas in North America in general are a blasphemy!

At 4:30, my husband ordered the pizza for a 5:15 pick up. When he got there the pizza was just sitting on the counter, not even under a warmer. By the time he got home the pizza was very cold. The pizza itself didn t taste very good at all. The crust was cardboard like.
I ordered Hawaiian with extra cheese and 5 other people looked at it and there wasnt even cheese across every slice. Absolutely horrible and never ordering from them again. 1 star and not worth 1 star. Absurd.

Menu said 10 . 12 16 inch pizza, 16 $16.99 went to pick it up $29.99 .$16.99 was just for shell & sauce $13.00 for pepperoni & tax ..& it wasn t very good. Gives me another good reason to never go back
Poor experience on first time trying Hellcrust in Walnut Grove. Called the store after receiving a pizza that was not made with modification requested in online order. Person said sorry and hung up before I even had a chance to respond. No offer to correct the issue, nor give me a chance to even ask! Very disappointed and will not order from them again.
Gluten free crust was awful. Def won t order again. Was very disappointed I couldn t even finish eating it :( that being said the cheese and sauce ratio was really good and I loved how crispy your pepperoni was which is why I am giving 3 stars instead of 1. But please change your gluten free crust, it s almost as bad as panago! Captain ovens pizza has the BEST crust you can t even tell it s gluten free, followed by dominos and red swan. Please use whatever they use so I can eat here again lol. Although you are very very overpriced so you should work on that too

The pizza was burnt on the bottom, andwas tasteless, very little toppings, I went back and got new zas made they were 100 times better,thank for rectifying the situation.

Good concepts for specialty pizzas. I had the Hellicious and the Belly of the Beast. Topping portions were good. There was just no sauce on either pizza. Barely any red sauce on the Beast and same for the creamy on the Hellicious. If this was corrected it would be a damn good pie. Just too dry. I want to taste the sauces.
There beef slices are worth getting. They got good new team working at the store.
I visited there few days back.. and the girl at night gave me a very good experience with good serving and food was so good it was one of the best pizza i have tried .. uh should also try the veggie saviour pizza at this place. Vegetarian options: Spinach pizza
Keto crust pizza not worth the price. Toppings buried under too much cheese so that onion was raw, pepperoni was cold. Pesto drizzle was a pesto swamp. Ordered the Smores dessert pizza which arrived so burnt and overloaded with Nutella that you couldnt pick up a piece without the crust crumbling and no marshmallows to be seen. Wont be ordering again.
We ordered 4 large pizzas for 8 people. We all felt the crust was under cooked, soft and doughy. It needed to be cooked longer. The toppings were minimal and meant for a small pizza not a large. Unfortunately Hell Crust did not earn repeat customers

Quick and friendly service! Of all the HellCrust locations I ve been to, this was the cleanest spot with quick and friendly service. Had a slice of the Cheese and Hawaiian each and it definitely has a distinct signature taste that I don t see in any other pizza joints!
Very good pizza. Everything about it was tasty. Good amount of cheese. I was hesitant as there was another pizza place there around 6 years ago which had disgusting pizza but happy I went by and gave them a try.

Ive often driven past HellCrust but never thought to try it. With take-out pizza, Im set in my ways. Ive got my favourite spots, and I stick to them. But then, a Facebook ad caught my eye: $10 pizzas for Halloween, any size, any quantity. We had eight mouths to feed that night, so I thought Id give it a shot. I hit a snag on their website at first. I believed Id completed the order, but an error message flagged an incomplete payment. After placing the order a second time and encountering the same issue, HellCrust called almost immediately. Theyd noticed the duplicate orders had been charged and promised a refund. Great customer service. Walking in at 4 pm, it was evident that their promo was a big hit. The place was busy, with everyone working very hard. Everything was spotless, and the team operated seamlessly. I grabbed my pizzas and was out the door in a few minutes. A staff member swamped with orders, asked me if it was okay that she process the refund at the end of the day, as they were just so busy. Of course, I had no issue with this, and looking this morning, I can see it has been done. Given the $10 deal for their extra-large signature pizzas, I was honestly expecting them to cut corners. But to my surprise, the pizzas were fantastic, exactly like the websites pictures. The different flavour options were well received by my family. A big thanks to HellCrust for this generous deal, especially during times when many families might be pinching pennies. Ive heard they had to end the promo early because of its popularity but believe it or not, I hear they offered rain checks to those who missed out. That speaks volumes about their commitment to customers and the community. I ll certainly be back. HellCrust has earned a spot in my pizza rotation.

Great afterschool stop for a quick bite.
Fresh slice tastes better imo. Dunno what it is, but both yummy slice and hellcrust just dont have good pizza dough or maybe its their cooking process. Even so the dough here tasts off.

Last week ordered a couple pizzas delivery, I had to go pick up because the delivery driver leaves early on weekends apparently. When I got home with the pizza I realized they had made the 1 vegan pizza with real cheese. They wouldn t answer the store phone. When I got through they couldn t send us another because of the driver was gone and I wasn t going out again to pick it up. They also couldn t refund me for it because the worker said she didn t know how. I was told to call again in the next afternoon to get a refund but when I finally got them to pick up I was refused a refund. The pizza was about the same as a freshslice pizza, you could tell me they ordered it from there and remixed it and I d believe you. Their website also does not email you a receipt when you order which was annoying when I had to argue about the refund. Food was 2~3/5, service and experience was 1/5

Both locations Walnut grove and downtown langley were way better pizza restaurants before (pizza mantra was excellent)! This hell crust pizza is a badly run franchise with cheap cardboard like pizza . Little to no cheese or toppings . It is interesting how many people with the last name Kaur left 5 star really good reviews there are like 7-10 of them makes you wonder
