Brunch+Bistro
I had a wonderful brunch here with my daughter and we instantly fell in love with the charming decor. We were especially delighted by the beautiful latte art on my little one’s hot chocolate. The food was not only beautifully presented but tasted just as good as it looked. I highly recommend this place for others to try!
Went here for Sunday brunch, and while there was a bit of a wait to get seated, it was absolutely worth it! The food was incredible—so fresh and delicious. The ambiance is beautiful, clean, and elegant. The salmon bennies are my go-to, and they were perfect. Highly recommend this spot for brunch!
Incredible brunch! We've had the pleasure of ordering to go and eating in and O Treat never disappoints! They have the best pastries, amazing pasta and the fried chicken benny is to die for. Honestly you can't go wrong with this place, everything we ordered ended up being above our expectations! Highly reccomend.
Was honestly surprised at the vibe and cozy ambiance this place had when we first walked in. Not to mention the mouth-drooling display case of their pastries right by the entrance door.! We came for brunch and absolutely love the menu options. We both got the egg bennies on a bagel and they were so good! The eggs were cooked perfectly and the bagels were not too chewy as we were slightly worried. They serve as the perfect bed for the eggs with just the right amount of bite. If you ever come to visit, you MUST get their cream croissants. OMG, they're the best and I still dream about them. We'll definitely be back to try other things.
What an unforgettable dinner! This was one of the best Thanksgiving meals I’ve ever had in Canada. You could truly feel the care and effort put into each dish. The sad thing is that this family style dinner is available on Thanksgiving Day only for now. Don't miss it out! Highly recommended!
My friends from Ontario and Williams Lake ate here few weeks ago and we all had amazing food. We went there without a reservation and had to wait for 30-40 minutes which we didn't mind since we weren't that hungry. I suggest make a reservation ahead of time if possible. The food were really great. The croissants were yummy & creamy (if you are into that) Overall lovely place, nice and welcoming staff, and great ambiance!
Came here for brunch and was very impressed with the selection of menu items. We opted for breakfast and I had an oat Chai latte- probably one of the best I've ever had! My breakfast was also very delicious and it was a very large portion! The pastries in the front display case also looked amazing but unfortunately, I cannot eat wheat so I wasn't able to try any. Definitely interested in coming back and trying their lunch items!
This is worth the visit. We went for brunch and both loved the food. We each had a pastry to take home and OMG, definitely do that!! They are filled with the tastiest cream! Wonderfully decadent treat that was shockingly light. The place was packed by the time we left and the noise was a lot. We sat outside for the last of our time together and that was super pleasant too. Great service, tasty food most of which they make daily and excellent desserts. I highly recommended it
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Otreat Bruce Place, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I tried their bread bowl cream pasta and the smoked salmon Benny, paired perfectly with a chai latte. The bread bowl cream pasta was rich, creamy, and served in a perfectly baked, hearty bread bowl that soaked up the sauce beautifully. Every bite was indulgent and comforting. The smoked salmon Benny was equally impressive fresh, flavorful smoked salmon atop perfectly poached eggs with velvety hollandaise. It was a balanced dish that hit all the right notes. To top it off, the chai latte was warm, aromatic, and just the right blend of spices, rounding out a truly satisfying meal. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made the experience even better. I ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious food in a welcoming setting.
This place is amazing. BUSY but amazing!!! Try the fresh fruit Danish... Just trust me. The mimosa also tasted like a mimosa not just orange juice. Incredible.
The restaurant was so cold that I had to eat my entire meal with my thick coat on. I shivered through the whole meal, and now I have a headache, probably from the cold. It was quite an experience.
Lovely cafe with cozy vibes and stunning interiors. The food was awesome, the service top-notch, and Suzy made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!
I had my birthday brunch at Otreat, and Ive been recommending people here ever since. The food was so delicious, mimosas fantastic, and the service was great! This place is popular, so go early to avoid the wait. Once seated I was happily surprised at how fast the kitchen got the food out. It was presented beautifully. Highly recommend!!
I recently visited Otreat Bistro and was blown away by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the cozy ambiance and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. I tried the pasta with chicken and was thoroughly impressed. The flavors were vibrant, and you could tell everything was prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The presentation was equally stunning, making the meal as much a visual treat as it was delicious. The service was exceptional attentive without being intrusive.I can t wait to return and try more of their amazing dishes!
Highly recommend for brunch! The food was amazing, the decor is beautiful and the service was great.
I was so excited to try this place out and let me tell you it did not disappoint! I had the fried chicken benny and it was AMAZING. Literally the best eggs benny I ve had. I m a major hollandaise sauce gal and I asked for extra on the side cause it was delish! Before going home I took out 4 of their croissants (which are cream filled if you didn t know) and every flavour was divine. Trust me, the hype is real, you need to experience Otreat!
Great new spot for brunch in Langley. Or coffee and a delicious treat. Nicely decorated, attentive staff and thoughtful presentation of dishes. Will come back again.
The environment is very cute especially at Christmas. Food and drinks were all so good, would definitely go back!
Amazing
Absolutely have no idea in what universe does this place get a rating less than 5 stars. Ive been living in BC for many many years, and have been rating many food spots during those years. I have never had a better brunch than this. For the same amount of money you get a mediocre brunch somewhere else....but at Otreat, you get a mind blowing artisan platter. It was my first time ever going there, and I am there right now as I type this. I tried the Bulgogi benny (mind blowing)...my wife ordered the veggie benny (she fell in love eventhough she is very picky)...and we also shared for dessert, their signature french toast (order it with peach puree...ugh ). Perfect service, perfect vibe, very good price....and I wish this place never gets more popular than this, because it will be catastrophical if it did. The entire province will cram the place and ill never be able to get a seat for myself lol
Staff is so Kind. Food was great
This is a TREAT for sure.
The cutest little brunch spot! Friendly service and delicious food and drinks! Joined the waitlist for Saturday brunch and was seated within 40 minutes for two people.
Beautiful restaurant, lovely staff and amazing baked goods and food! Gets busy early!
Everything we ordered was delicious, would come back again! I ordered the incredible chicken burger and my husband ordered the steak Benny. We also had the tiramisu stuffed croissant it was amazinggg. I would go here just for their baked goods. If you have the time though, definitely dine in!
Food was amazing
Very tasty brunch place We ordered Bulgogi Benny and Ragu Pasta. Potatoes on the Benny s are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Bulgogi is cooked and taste to perfection. I d also recommend to get their drinks and pastries to your preferred taste
The food was well prepared, presented and delicious. The restaurant is well-maintained and has nice interiors.
First off I highly recommend making the reservation or checking in on their waitlist because it gets quite full. We went Saturday morning at around 11 and had to wait 40 minutes or so as we didn t have a reservation. The service itself didn t feel the greatest as it wasn t as organized. When we sat down, we had to wait a bit for our drinks and noticed another table getting serviced, even though they came and sat after us. I was interested in trying one of their Bailey s drinks, but they had run out (quite early to do so on a weekend but next time I d like to try the Einspanner). We ordered the Biscoff Cruffin, the classic plate and the beef Bulgogi Benedict. The classic plate is nice for a no fuss meal, the Benedict was ok but felt messy and mismashed on the bagels. They make their bagels in house, which is nice and you get to choose the flavor. A bit unconventional has Benedict are usually served on English muffins. I think next time if I got the same dish, I d ask for the hollandaise on the side as it felt a bit too rich, but I would also be interested in trying their pasta as Korean fusion pasta dishes are quite creamy and delicious. The Cruffin was delicious and perfectly sweet and flavoured.
This place is beautiful! If brunch is your vibe, you have to check this out. I was wanting a coffee but they have the mimosa flight and it was amazing. Eggs were cooked to perfection, potato was buttery and crispy. Sauce was creamy with some lemon fresh flavour in it. Pasta was delicious and thanks to their dessert selection. The creme croissant was so good. I picked matcha and it had such a good matcha flavour without any bitterness. Price is very reasonable with big portion.
A very aesthetic restaurant! Very nice staff as well but they just seem a little unsure sometimes. Overall though, very nice service and great food! A bit on the pricier side but a great addition to Langley! Would be even better if they added reservations as an option - so we don t have to worry about the long waits.
Definitely did not disappoint, beautifully presented food, amazing matcha latte and great service. Will definitely return
Delicious food, great atmosphere
There were two people guiding me to my seat, so they made me wait a long time (50 minutes) and made me feel bad before I even sat down (they told me to come inside the store and made me wait again). Thank you very much for letting me come without spending money.
Patience, lots of patience needed! Waited over 2 hours for a table of 6 despite being told it would be a 45 min to 1 hour wait. Be warned if you plan on brunching here with kids. Staff couldnt be bothered about making customers wait.
Everything was godd until I came home and realized that I got the wrong to-go order. If you order a dessert takeout before eating, it will be brought to the table later. I recommend checking each name when waitress asks you to check if the order is correct. I didnt check in detail, so I brought an unwanted kind of bread. I called the restaurant and the manager said, Sorry for giving out the wrong order, but waitress asked you to confirm the order. It seems that 100% is customers fault. I wish they improve customer service skills and waitress education. Bringing the right order to the customer is part of waitress job not a customers job!!!!
EDIT: for those of you complaining about waiting for a long time for a table, it s not the restaurants fault that they re popular. Maybe have some patience, grow a new heart and be a decent human being and wait or go another day. The staff are NOT robots that can predict when a customer will be leaving. Stop giving them a hard time. I have seen some crazy hangry people. Went on a weekday morning around 10am, was happy to see lots of open seats unlike the weekends with 18 parties ahead of us with a 1.5 hour wait highly recommend making it for a weekday brunch. I got the vegan bibim bowl with aburaage (fried tofu), spinach, carrot, mushroom, pickled radish and avocado on brown rice with gochujang mayo on the side. I usually get meat anywhere I go but wanted something light but this was actually quite filling. The interior is beautiful, very insta foodie worthy vibes, with arches and some walls painted colours as a feature wall. There are about 12-14 tables inside, some with a booth under arches within the walls.
Great little brunch spot. They also have the most delicious filled croissants I ve ever had.
A very pretty place! Loved it. Food was so yummy and the service was great! I had the spaghetti in box of bread! Wowzers the presentation was so neat and it was very tasty Food
We had a wonderful time celebrating my father-in-law s 70th birthday at Otreat last weekend. The restaurant is very nice inside. Very aesthetic. We came for the new dinner menu. Muscat Shine Mocktail 6.5/10 It s quite sweet. The syrup on the bottom didn t mix well. I didn t love the mix floating around. I was excited for this because it s not common to find muscat grape flavoured drinks here. Pesto Prawn Linguine - 9/10 This was delicious! Light and flavourful. Prawns were juicy. Chicken Potato Cheese Penne 7/10 My husband said it was okay. This was a bit too heavy and creamy. Flavour could be better. Seafood Burrata & Arrabbiata - 8/10 My FIL enjoyed this. He said the spicy tomato gochujang sauce was tasty. I m not a cheese expert but the burrata wasn t soft. I was expecting the cheese to ooze once cut through. Sirloin Steak on Hot Plate - 6/10 My brother in law said the steak was cooked well but the sides could be better. Potato instead of toast would be preferred. You have to pay extra for sweet potato. They did mention they give out a birthday treat but we didn t get one. I m assuming it s because we brought our own cake. They were kind enough to store our cake while we had dinner. When we were ready for the cake the server brought out the cake box. Most restaurants bring out the cake with the candles lit. Overall service was good and our server was kind. I will go back to try the brunch menu and some pastries next time ¨ Update Nov 16: I took my mom for her birthday and they had made some improvements to the burrata dish. They replaced it with ricotta and it was delicious. They also gave us a complimentary birthday cream toast which was so good! We all loved it! Thank you Otreat!
Claire served us! Wonderful experience we had for brunch. Best customer service and everyone was smiling in staff! Food was delicious, always coming back.
Food was great amazing little find in Langley
If youd like a classy breakfast experience, this is a lovely option. The food was 10/10 yummy and well presented, and a mimosa flight a must! I enjoyed the Frittata immensely and highly recommend! Dont wait to try this place out! Ms. Fancy Google Reviewer 9 million + photo views
Good food, fare price
The food was not bad, but the server, a man with curly hair, was not kind. I asked him to refill my coffee(refillable brewed coffee), but he forgot, even though he wasn t busy at all. So, I had to ask another server for the refill. If I asked for something, they forgot everything. Also, the pasta was so thick that it was hard for me to digest.
Visited yesterday afternoon and unfortunately experienced terrible service. We were seated but completely ignored for over 20 minutes no one came to take our order or check on us until I waved at a barista. The server had their back on us most of the time while it s not busy. Very disappointing that during our whole dinning session, not a single server came to check on us to refill the water and take the plate. I guess the only thing I like is the environment, but beyond that, nothing else stood out. The food was average, and the service left much to be desired. Won t be returning
This bistro feels very upscale and offers food you can t get at similar places in Langley. It s a unique twist to brunch but also has other great meals for any time of the day, and the coffee and pastries are incredible. The interior has a very chic vibe and service was great!
Went for a Saturday brunch with my old coworker and friend. The staff was so welcoming and very attentive. I ordered the bacon benny which was fantastic! Loved the Tuscan bagel as the base! My friend ordered a skillet and a tea which she loved. Her favorite part was the homemade jam she had with her toast! I look a pumpkin brownie home to my husband which he said was the best he s ever had. Will definitely be back and would love to try for dinner.
Otreat is a fantastic brunch spot in Langley Township. The Pesto Prawn Pasta was delicious, with perfectly cooked linguini and tender tiger prawns. I also enjoyed the fresh Salmon Poke Bowl with roasted chickpeas. Their London Fog Latte was comforting and paired wonderfully with the flaky London Fog Crème Croissant. If youre a fan of Biscoff, their new Biscoff Crème Croissant is a must-try. Great for a meal or a casual coffee break in a modern and inviting space. Highly recommend!
Such a cute little spot! The food was delicious, the iced coffees were perfect, and the pastries that we took home were SO good! Will definitely be back soon!
Unfortunately when I came all the baked goods I see on Instagram and Google were either sold out or the display was empty that day. The eggs Benedict were also sold out. The items I did try (fried chicken salad and a skillet) were presented well but did not have much flavour. Overall an aesthetically beautiful location but product offering is limited depending on time of day.
This place is amazing and very cute. From the coffee to the food and the decorations. Everything was delicious! The presentation was beautiful and the portions were so big. I definitely go back next time.
I recently dined at this charming little local restaurant for breakfast, and I couldnt have been more pleased. Our server was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was adorable, with a cozy decor that added to the overall experience. The food was simply amazing! Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return. If you re looking for a delightful breakfast spot, I highly recommend checking this place out!
Such an aesthetically pleasing place. Great menu & service. Parking: Lots of free parking in the plaza. Food : 3/5 |
I went there with my friends, The coffee was fntastic and dishes were flavorful and the atmosphere was so inviting. 5 stars all the way! Vegetarian options: Thankfully have vegetarian options available as my hubby is vegetarian. We enjoyed Egg in hell and deep fried cauliflower, it was too good.
Great spot! Make sure you try their cream croissant! Its sooo decadent, perfect with coffee!
It was amazing experience. Food is delicious
Delicious :)
Meh ~ if you purposely drive all the way there. But if you live near by I guess
I would go to this cafe everyday if I could! The food and atmosphere were amazing, almost better than the service ;) Really nice!
A great place for brunch. Coffee was good, food was great. Sad they ran out of Processo so I couldnt try their mimosa flights, but Ill definitely be back.
Delicious pastries, nice packaging
Good food, a little pricey and very noisy.
Very nice brunch spot. Food was excellent! Everyone was friendly. Vegetarian options: Items on the menu were vegetarian friendly. Kid-friendliness: Nice to see a brunch spot cater to kids.
Beautiful place but the food tasted a little bland and was hard to eat-the burger was on a bagel instead of a bun so everything kind of just slid out. The waitress only checked on us once and then was just chatting with the other girl the whole time and it was very cold. They also wouldn t upgrade my fries and I would have had to pay an extra 10-11$ to get the loaded fries with my normal side of fries. Americano was excellent though. Overall mid. Kid-friendliness: There is a menu for strictly under 12 y/o. Wheelchair accessibility: We saw no wheelchair accessible entrance-There are a few steps to get up to the entrance.
We went here for brunch, and I must say the food was really good. We couldn t find a way to make reservations so we just had to walk in and the wait was about 30 to 40 minutes.. the atmosphere is so cute and very aesthetic. The best chai tea latte I have ever had.
Amazing experience, staff are great, atmosphere is perfect, highly recommend
Delicious and filling - I can see why the wait times are always super long here! The peach oolong ice tea was also delicious and had multiple slices of actual peach in it. The place also puts great attention to detail here with the curtain to hide the kitchen, the branded drink decorations, and the placemats. Truly worth the drive out - only sad part is by 12pm all their pastries are gone so I havent had the chance to try!
First time to try out the branch at this restaurant. The server was friendly and knowing their food. She gave great recommendations. The food was tasty. The portion was good size. The price was reasonable. I definitely will try other menu . I ordered the pesto prawn pasts with cube bread the ingredients were fresh. My sister ordered the bacon and egg Benedict , the egg was cooked at right softness and the bacon was not too fat.
Maybe we are here at right time. Meal is delicate with fresh and well-made ingredients. On-tap Pilsner / IPA are refreshment after hard-working Friday afternoon.
Very excellent place to eat. Amazing service where they will cater to your needs! I am vegetarian and gluten free and there were lots of amazing options for me! Susie our waitress was very thorough and polite I will definitely be back again
Bulgogi pasta in bread was great.
Cream Croissant is a must try!! I love it so much!! The fried chicken salad and the bulgogi Benny is ok. They re not bad, but maybe next time I ll come and try something else.
Best brunch spot in Langley
Classy, friendly, good food and drinks. I had the smoked salmon Benedict with a pretzel bagel. Best I ve had in a long time. My wife had the classic breakfast with bacon. Really good! The bacon was good quality, but a little underdone for our taste. Next ask for well done. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu
Im so glad that theres a great brunch cafe like this in Walnut Grove, where I live. Cozy yet trendy interior, the quality of the food we ordered was good, and the homemade raspberry jam was also the best. Both the atmosphere and plating are at the high end level. In fact, it is more than just a neighborhood brunch cafe. Brew coffee smells and tastes better than specialty stores. I was surprised that everyone at Bakery made it themselves, and the staff were all friendly, so I think its the best Langley brunch cafe and the best in the entire Metro Vancouver area, in my opinion.
The atmosphere, melody, and furnishing greatly encapsulates the feeling of a mid century jazz restaurant. From the lighting, the leather placemats, decor, and wood & brass accents truly captures the fine taste of the owner of this establishment. My partner ordered the Spanish Latte and Bulgogi Benny, while I ordered the Cappuccino and the Steak Benny. The food was very palatable and bountiful of flavours. In the duration of our dining, both my partner and I felt that the amount of hollandaise sauce and lack of hash browns contributed to the sogginess of the bagels. Not a deal breaker, but it was just a topic we discussed. Overall we both feel drawn to come back and try more of Otreat s creations.
Im not easily impressed by breakfast, but this place blew me away. Delicious food, presentation, and excellent service. Cant wait to try dinner.
Food is bland, eggs overcooked, service is slow.
We had brunch here last July 14 and the food was so yum!!!! The bagels were sooo good and the ambiance is IG worthy!
Beautiful restaurant with some many yummy gorgeous options. Staff were very kind and efficient!
Amazing brunch spot in Langely! Food and service was great. Loved it
Very poor service but decent food.
The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Very high quality foods with friendly service and nice atmosphere. I also enjoyed their bakery goods for dessert. So excited Langley has such a nice brunch place to go!
Food here is very good. Definitely coming back!
It was Awesome! you must try these bakery menu after main dish It will be best dessert Food : 5/5
Food is definitely much better to enjoy dining in. We ordered the steak and bulgogi Benny dining in and it was great! We ordered the pesto chicken sandwich and egg white frittata with fries (picture posted in container) for takeout and the frittata was quite salty. I also like to order Hollandaise on the side to eat with my frittata and potatoes and it was really salty as well. Couldn t eat my food although I got a bite of the pesto chicken sandwich and it was good.
The first time I came here I had the fried chicken salad, the service was not the greatest and my salad came out way way after my friends dish and she was almost finished eating. So that was kind of disappointing. The salad was very good though and I would order again. Decided to come again with a different friend and my friend had the fried chicken benny but substituted the spicy hollandaise for regular and I had the crispy chicken burger. The bun was soft and the sauces were yummy! They were both delicious, I just wish there was an option to have salad instead of fries or potatoes as your side dish. We both also got dessert to go, the peanut butter filled croissant and an earl grey filled croissant. I also picked up an apple tart for my husband at home.
Went there for my first time with a friend not long ago. Very aesthetically pleasing. The waitress was friendly and the food was delicious and dishes up beautifully.
Went during the soft opening around 9:30AM and it was already busy but we managed to snag a table right away. We were glad we arrived earlier than later because there were a few tables waiting by 10:00AM. Saw a lot of recommendations online for their bulgogi cream pasta bread bowl.. and while that sounded a bit too heavy for brunch, it felt like a must-get and I can now confirm that the hype is well deserved. The fettuccine had a nice chew, and the bread was soft, perfectly moist, and did a great job of soaking up the sauce which was wonderfully balanced and not too salty or heavy. The classic plate was also gorgeously presented and while the ingredients were standard breakfast fare, every element was cooked and seasoned well. The attentive and welcoming service paired together with the clean and stylish interor were just the cherry on top to the entire meal being a terrific dining experience. We cant wait to come back and try more items.
The food is exceptional and service amazing! You can tell it s really popular by the line ups everyday. Highly recommend their brunch. Can t wait to try out their dinner as well.
Delicious!!
I love this place!!! the two dishes I got was absolutely good and also so cute for photos! Really enjoy it and couldn t wait to visit it next time!! I ll drive all the way here just for this brunch Food : 5/5 |
Service was very slow, they don t take reservations online which is so funny you go there and they make you wait. We waited for a hour and a half. Then comes the service which was extremely slow and we have to ask multiple times for condiments etc. Rather than making our experience more enjoyable it was like a task to get seated and then to get the right order
One of my favourite bistros. I love their food and baked goods, their food presentation, the ambience, their service.
It s a cute brunch restaurant in Langley. Really nice, bright and clean interior. Service was good. Plenty of options on the menu. Food was decent - have some classic brunch options, and for sando/bread, you can choose your own bagel flavor or bread We ordered the einspannr which was a cream-based espresso drink - if you re a fan of tiramisu, worth to give it a try! Although I m not too much of a sweet/cream person, I d recommend to share with someone. Just my two scents
My husband and I went there to celebrate our 6 months of marriage and typically we re a little skeptical about the food when the ambience is beautiful. Otreat is a rare exception. I got the crispy chicken burger with yuzu sauce and it was a dream. I didn t think the tangy & sweet yuzu sauce would work that well with chicken but it did. I can t wait to be back here!
Elevated brunch place that serves modern Korean and North American Food. Servers are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean, aesthetic pleasing, and instagramable. I love their chicken wings. It was crispy and moist. The bulgogi pasta is to die for! The elevated Banh mi is also so so good!
The interior is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly!
Food was well worth the price, big portion and absolutely delicious. Coffee that I got was also fantastic, would absolutely go back
Food was delicious and staff were very kind. The place is absolutely stunning and sophisticated (love the classical music) and the interior design is beautiful (their tile is my absolute favourite part) Price is very reasonable and their dessert items (all pastry) looked amazing. Would come back again for sure
Good mood and good food! The best french toast ever!
Very cute brunch spot in Langley! The decor is lovely and the staff was very friendly. We got the early bird platter thats only offered on the weekdays. Appreciated the variety and it tasted good too!
To be honest, I was hesitant on whether to go or not because I heard rumors that it was unfriendly and not that good, but I think I made the right decision. I visited early in the morning before 10am for brunch. It was a vacation, and it was early in the morning, so it wasnt crowded, the food was delicious, and the staff were really friendly. 100% intention to visit again next time
Service at Otreat was outstanding! Plenty of the tasty menu options, the Bulgogi Benny was 10/10. Otreat might be a new sneaky breakfast link moving forward, will definitely return
As the reviews say, the customer service is terrible. I understand that this is a busy restaurant, so I dont mind waiting. However, even after the table is set and a seat is available, they dont let us in immediately. We got impatient and went inside the restaurant, then they pretend to be rush and immediately let us seat to our table. They also let the group behind us in first but didn t mention to us why they ve done.(After that, I asked by myself why. They said for 2 people is available first. So you should explain to us before doing that. So rude) They are just so slow to do everything. I can imagine that s why always people need to wait outside all the time. Even though after food served, I still needed to wait for my drink so long. Pasta was hard. The male server was not friendly at all. No one takes care of our table. The service is very disappointing. We never come back again
Amazing food that tasted better than it looks. Very friendly and attentive staff. Maple Bacon Benny on Pretzel Bagel with a Cappuccino Food
fancy and super yummy food. recommend their iced chai latte and iced chocolate
Amazing place! Great service
The food was so good and it was an enjoyable moment for us to stay
I love the vibe here !! Must visit place Olivia was so good Will visit again Food : 5/5 |
Lovely decor and awesome salmon steak benny. Would come back again for bruch.
Atmosphere was very pretty, creative menu options, great service and yummy food!
Amazing foods
Amazing brunch option in the area, the bulgogi pasta was delicious and filling. The staff were super friendly and the service was super quick.
For the two times I have been here, the quality of the food has been perfect. It s enough to get me filled and the presentation is great. The atmosphere of the restaurant, from the decor and lighting is inviting you to have a great meal.
Great food. Friendly staff. Nice place. Will be back!
[July 2024 Update]: Recently revisted Otreat in Walnut Grove, Langley and Im happy to report that their food got even better! I had the salmon benny on a pesto bagel and it was delicious! The bagel tasted homemade and the eggs were cooked perfectly. I like how you can choose your own bagel now. I also had the french toast. Its a must-try! Sweet, colorful, and all-around yummy. I highly recommend Otreat to anyone looking for a nice brunch. They can get busy on weekends, but it was worth the wait. Lots of nearby parking too. What a great restaurant option in the Walnut Grove area! -------------------- Creative brunch and dinner choices. Otreat does not disappoint. We loved the Korean fusion - anything with bulgogi, the sweet French toast, and pasta were all delicious. The mixed drinks were tasty and refreshing. What a great restaurant to take the family or hang out with friends. Ive also picked up a couple cakes at Otreat - the matcha cake and chocolate cake are wonderful - nice and light. Well definitely be back!
Cooked salmon Benny was such a nice option change up from every other place that only offers smoked salmon , love the aesthetic here. Wait was under one hour on a Sunday before the grand opening and still busy but plenty of seating outside. Place is worth the wait for quality brunch in the area
I visited on a weekday morning with my family around 11 am. They said the waiting time would be about an hour on weekends, but there was no waiting time since it was a weekday. It was a place I had always wanted to visit, so I went there with high expectations, but I came away feeling more satisfied than I expected. All the food was hearty and high quality, and their homemade bacon was incredibly amazing. The prices may be higher than your average brunch restaurant, but I think theres a reason for this. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to make good memories with good people.
Great brunch spot. Very busy. Nicely decorated. Got the classic breakfast was extremely good- definitely worth the wait.
Their bread is awesome, very fresh and delicious. I like the good atmosphere, clean and pretty interior, and also the delicious menu. The clerks are very kind and work very well.
The food was tasty but arrived lukewarm after a 40-minute wait. Despite the wait times 45 minutes in line and 40 minutes for the food the flavors made it worth trying out.
Great food for a reasonable price, the vibe was great and prices reasonable. Wish you could make a reso online and also staff were a little slow, meals come out at different times so much be aware if youre a lager group. Overall Im excited to go back I really enjoyed my brunch
Ordered Bulgogi Bowl - brown rice undercooked and completely cold. The bulgogi marinated beef was tough. Focus was on presentation but missing the basics. Service: promised to return with a fresh made, hot meal - but returned it just warm with a different presentation.
The wait time is extremely long and they don t do reservations which is very inconvenient if you are travelling from far and need to eat. The servers look over worked and are really sweet but take a while to attend to you . We ordered the bulgogi bread bowl and the Tuscan oil pasta. Food was average. I have been to other places that make much better Italian food at half the price . Portion sizes are significantly less. Even the tea could use improvement. Overall 2.5/10z would not visit again
Wonderful brunch spot! Food was delicious and the vibe is super cute inside! All the bread and bagels are made fresh on site. Service was also lovely Will be back!
Beautiful place and delicious food. Food is presented beautifully on the plate.
I and my husband went for brunch walk in and it was our lucky day we got a table within 15 minutes. P.S it was a day before mother s day. The service was amazing. Our waitress helped us with food selection. Atmosphere was good despite not being a big space it was bit loud. Other than that food portioning was amazing and price was very much pocket friendly.
this is my first time. heard from my local friend recommendation. Food was good. Veg was fresh. Goo quality eggs. love their jam and butter quality. and also loved brewed coffee. Taste was fresh enough. However there is too many people in and out of store. so Crew seems a bit busy. and a bit too often to ask for the food/service. there was small thing happened on our meal. but they handled well. and very gentle. we will visit again with Kids. Kid-friendliness: Kid Menu items and reasonable price
The food was good and the presentation was attractive. The space was very aesthetic, and the server was attentive, but I will say that no one informed me that there would be additional charges when I asked for sauce as dip for my hash (potatoes) and a to go box at the end. I m disappointed with the lack of communication, especially for something so simple. Had I known that these would cost extra, I may not have gotten them. Overall my experience was pretty good, but I do wish that they had a vegan bulgogi sandwich or more Korean vegetarian options. I will be back to try other items on the menu, but now I know not to ask for a takeout container or to bring my own :-)
Love the food, very nice people and great ambiance. Recommend it!
Finally, I found a good place.
Cute new place in walnut grove! Got really busy after 10am at the place for brunch on Saturday, but staff were friendly and attentive. Food was superb. Would definitely recommend!!
Aesthetically pleasing interior. We ordered the bulgogi pasta & rose pasta and both were amazing with good amount of servings. We also shared the bacon cheese fries and it was well suited for appetizer. But what i loved the most was the piña mimosa as it has coconut milk! Love it. Pricey but justified with good ambience, service & food!
I loved their smoked salmon benny!! the presentation of our dishes was amazing, and the dish-ware is so cute and aesthetic :) will definitely be back
Otreat is a fabulous addition to our neighborhood! Delicious food, very well priced and great service. My husband and I have visited for brunches and look forward to trying the dinner menu.
We came across Otreat through social media and decided to give it a try because it looked so good and let me tell you we were so glad we gave it a go! We have been there couple times already and tried many dishes and every single one has been phenomenal!! Best brunch spot in the lower mainland and Vancouver by far. Kid-friendliness: They have kid friendly menu and high chairs and staff is nice and friendly
I had such a pleasant experience going here for brunch last weekend, the staff are friendly, service is quick, and food is delicious. The presentation of the food and atmosphere exceeded my expectations. We had the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benny, Muscat Shine, Virgin Pina Mimosa, and Ragu Pasta in the bread bowl. Definitely would love to go back and try the Bulgogi Cream Pasta and the Cream Dynamite Toast!
I recently visited O Treat in Langley and I can t lie I was really impressed. Their coffee was the best one I had since I went to Italy it was aromatic, rich and perfectly brewed. The breakfast was delicious. The cafe is cozy and has friendly staff I would go again
Made the mistake of coming here based off a Tik Tok review. Was told it was going to be 20-40 minutes, only for us to show up and then told they couldn t accommodate our group and would have to split us up. We gave up after having to wait another 20 minutes with no update. Never coming here again.
Absolutely amazing brunch! Definitely coming here again
The place is really nice. Food was excellent and had such an elegant presentation. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I highly recommend visiting.
Adorable cafe! There are so many options of egg benny We loved Salmon and Bacon benny looks fancy and delicious Additionally, London fog was the best Ive ever had what a good taste!! we will definitely go back :) I wanted to come here because it was famous as soon as it opened, but they dont take reservations on weekends, so I recommend going early. You can find the waiting list by registering on the tablet PC inside the cafe. There were a lot of people, the atmosphere was nice, and the servers were friendly. The eggs Benedict we had was salmon and bacon, and the plating was so pretty haha. It was a dish I couldnt resist taking a picture of. The salmon was well-cooked, and the bacon was nice and crispy. However, on this day, maybe it was the hollandaise sauce, but it was just my plate. Maybe thats why it was so salty. But I still enjoyed it all! In particular, London Fog has become the #1 London Fog that my boyfriend and I chose while I was on tour. Ill visit again next time!
Vibe is cute! Food is good and service is good as well! Super cute place for brunch!
So cute, great service, good food! I had the French toast and it was unreal
The Benny s are scrumptious! The Bulgogi was tender and melt in your mouth. Will definitely be back!
Nice food, very busy store
I have been going to the restaurant four times, and they never disappointed me, food is always amazing and the drink is beautiful, my favourite is BLACKPINK
We waited for about 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. The Pork Banh Mis spice level is tolerable. The juicy meat reminded me of barbeque. Vegetables had a refreshing taste. The roasted brussel sprouts were the highlight of my meal. Full of flavour and tastefully seasoned; I see myself ordering the brussel sprouts again and again.
We ordered Bulgogi cream pasta with bread bowl. It s really my favourite, well seasoned and decorated. We also got the Cream dynamite toast. It came with fresh fruits blueberries, bananas and you can choose mango or strawberry but it depends on the season. The strawberry is very sweet and awesome quality.
Food: Outstanding Service: Good! Atmosphere: Not bad The food was so good and I loved their plating. I definitely will come back with my kids or friends.
I have eaten breakfast here twice and both my experiences have been great! I had the most delicious french toast. It is such a beautiful restaurant and the employees are very kind. Happy to have another local brunch spot!
The food was great. We will be back
Okay the service here is great. Super friendly and honest waiters who make great recommendations and check in regularly. It was not busy when we went for a brunch type meal. My friend and I split 2 different meals that were each delicious and plenty of food! Hash browns that come with the meals are small potatoes, which were good too. Drinks are also SUPER tasty. I had the Muskat something and it was one of the better drinks I ve had. 9/10 would go again
Absolutely awesome experience! The bartender Belle made the best drinks, 100% will be coming back
Otreat hits different. It s a cozy place where not only are their food and drinks aesthetically perfect for your IG posts, but they are also palatable and savory.
The exterior was unassuming, but once inside, Otreat is cool and classy. I had the Bulgogi creamy pasta in a fresh bread bowl. The noodles were perfectly done and the fresh bread soaked up the sauce and added another layer of texture and yumminess. The servers were attentive.
Best brunch I have had in Vancouver. Great service and food. Both adults and kids enjoyed it.
Got the classic breakfast and it was delicious! Their bread is sooo good. Great prices too. Interior was well designed. Will definitely be coming back!
I would give this more than a 5/5! The decor and atmosphere is so well done! The food is amazing, with a great presentation as well. Cannot wait to come back!
Best brunch!
We called them and asked what time do you guys serve brunch till? The guy replied 4pm and we asked is there room for 2 they said yes. We reached the restaurant around 3:50pm the server told us, we can t serve you as we are done for the day. Their closing time is 5pm but whatever that s their headache. We told them that we called and all, it s not 4 yet, they replied we need to clean tables we can t help you. Very poor customer service, don t say your last call is 4pm if it s not. Such a waste of time.
The experience is worth the wait. Grab a starbies next door and enjoy their outdoor seating. Good food, drinks are ok. Slightly over priced in my opinion, for what you get. Would luv to see more brunch based restaurants have shaft flights. I had the classic breakfast, very tasty wished I had full sized toast to dip my eggs in but still delicious nonetheless. The place had a beautiful aesthetic with lots of extra detail. Was surprised to see a torn long paper menu, which is understandable if it s rotating or the menu changes with the season. Cutest little bathrooms too!
The food execution was a 5. The staff service would be a 5 except there is this older Asian female person that s intently frowning and upset at something. You can tell the other staff are anxious when she speaks to them but the rest of the staff are smiling and courteous. I assume she s in charge but unsure why management or a senior staff person would ruin the experience by putting such a sore spot in the vibe here. Outside of that the place and staff are great
What a lovely brunch place! The decor and staff uniforms were lovely and the service was great! I was a little concerned when they seated us at the back where it seemed like we would be easily ignored but the staff proved attentive and I didn t have to wave constantly to get their attention. Food was delicious!
This place filled up rapidly. The staffs ensured our cups were always filled and attended to our needs promptly. The other downside was the bread served with egg Benedict. It was too tough to chew and cut. Food
So so tasty! Loved the atmosphere and food here! Any brunch lover has to try OTreat!
Going to OTREAT was worth the drive. The dishes were much different than the brunch restaurants we visit in Vancouver! Not only was the food delicious but their customer service was greatly noticed. We will definitely go back and I have told others to check OTREAT out. They will.not be disappointed
We love having another beautiful brunch spot in Langley ! Nothing was missed detail wise when designing the ambience and aesthetic of this restaurant, even down to the branded placemats and food paper, it s lovely. The bread, oh my goodness the bread !
For chic decor and a unique brunch menu, youll definitely want to give otreat a try. The cauliflower appetizer was delicious, and the chai latte was perfection. I liked that you could go full breakfast mode (offered from 9-3pm), or you could order a pasta/burger and be comfortably in lunch mode. They had a great variety of mimosas and specialty drinks. Vegetarian options: There are definitely well marked vegetarian options here. Dietary restrictions: Lots of milk options for their latte selection (almond, oat, soy).
Really wanted to visit for a while but even late lunch time there was a long wait; there s not enough seating and waiting in the sun will be pretty tough as there s 0 shade outside.
We must have missed the rush as we were seated immediately when arrived. This busy, new cafe in Walnut Grove had a nice vibe and the menu has a lot of choices. The food presentation is very nice and the price point is affordable. The parking is ample and the staff are friendly. Bring your appetite and enjoy
Just say it s a place for take pretty instagram pictures but not for amazing food. Have tried the pasta and wings, just normal The food come out slow either Food : 3/5
Incredible food at a good price. Some unique Korean fusion specialties you won t find elsewhere. Lovely staff. Fast and kind service. Interior is clean and tasteful, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable with class. Great date spot or for small get-togethers.
Absolutely beautiful interior space with incredible food! I would recommend for an amazing brunch with your parents. The drinks were phenomenal as well drooling from thinking about the food!!
Definitely going back!
Bulgogi benny and Tuscan Pasta were average. Hashbrown were a bit oily and skin were tough to chew, not very crispy. Store can get pretty busy, waited 30m for food. Overal not bad but not great
Finally visited this brunch place! We loved and enjoyed the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we waited so long for our food order and we we re surprised that the other table was served first before us (we came and ordered ahead of them). We were starving already and when my order came, it wasn t hot at all though the taste was great! For customer service, we noticed that our server was not friendly, barely smiled and didn t even asked how s our food and everything. Bit disappointed with the whole experience.
This is a must go spot to dine in! I got the bulgogi Cream pasta with bread bowl and it was so delicious! My daughter had the salmon Benny and she loved it! The cappuccino and chai latte were also good. The service was excellent! I also love how cute it is inside. Can t wait to come back to try other food and drinks on the menu!
Parking: Had and amazing early Mother s Day brunch. The hospitality, amazing customer service and delicious food was perfect, especially in our own neighborhood . Thank you we will be back. Food
The best brunch spot in Langley!
Food was disappointing. Food was overpriced for what you get.
We ve tried this new spot for dinner on Mother s Day. Everyone in our party loved the food. We all had pastas. I took my friend for a birthday brunch the same week and our breakfast items were equally as good! Everything is so creamy, flavourful and rich. Perfect for a cheat day. Worth every scrumptious calorie! The atmosphere and attention to little details shows and the staff are very attentive and nice. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available!
Went for brunch with my friends on a weekday. It wasnt especially busy. There were a few tables open. The service was a bit slow. To try and get water and coffee took about 10 minutes. The server didnt come by after she delivered the food. Another server saw that she wasnt being attentive and took over. I ordered the Bulgogi Benny. The meat was cold. I thought maybe it was just mine but my friend got the same thing and said their meat was also cold. Not sure if it was meant to be cold but it took away from the overall experience. Everything else on the plate was warm so it was odd. There also was Dijon mustard on the plate. Im not really a huge fan and would have liked to have that ingredient listed on the menu so I knew not to order it. Presentation was beautiful. The restaurant really puts effort into how everything looks. This is definitely one of those instagram worth brunch spots. Overall, not my favorite.
Atmosphere was great which usually makes me skeptical of how the food tastes, but Otreat did not disappoint! The grilled veggie benny had a good portion of creamy hollandaise sauce, asparagus, and mushrooms. I appreciated that it sat on bread they bake instead of the usual english muffins because their bread is delicious! Potatoes were crispy and seasoned well. My boyfriend ordered the bulgogi benny and loved it too. We will be coming back to try other menu items! Vegetarian options: Veggie benny, bibimbap bowl (vegan), cream dynamite toast, and caprese open toast
The food was excellent and the service was great! I ordered the earl grey cream latte and it was delicious! Aside from the food the restaurant is very acsthetic and beautiful. My friend and I love brunch hopping and would love to come here again! Vegetarian options: I got the grilled behind Benny and it was delicious!
Very delicious. Its sad that they didnt have the pastries on the day I went. Love their hazelnut latte. Its not so sweet. We will definitely go back again!
11/10! I stand by saying this is my absolute favourite brunch place living here in Vancouver :)
Love that this is our new place in walnut grove. The atmosphere is very stylish and the service was top notch. The bulgogi bowl was so good!
Overall, its a decent new brunch restaurant in the Langley area. The staff were friendly, I was welcomed at the door. Atmosphere-wise, it was really clean and nicely decorated. The food was good but the hot beverage could be hotter. It was just room temperature..
This place was worth the wait (they started advertising on Instagram over 6 months prior to opening)! Great food! The pasta in the bread cube was excellent!
I had a super fresh tasty meal and a delicious coffee! The service was amazing, the servers were super kind and very on top of everything!
Amazing experience at Otreat, food was phenomenal, the decor and atmosphere are gorgeous and inviting, and the drink menu is unique and very appealing. The maple bacon Benny with pretzel bagel was the best Benny iv ever had and the mimosa flight was delicious. 10/10 experience highly recommend and will make this a regular spot for me and my girlfriend.
My friend and I enjoyed brunch here! We both have a love for eggs bennies and we loved the different options Otreat had on their menu. We d never tried eggs benny on pretzel bread before but when we did, my goodness, was it a game changer. My friend had their mimosa and it was amazing. I ordered the iced peach tea espresso I was a little hesitant at first but our server told us that it was a popular item so I became inclined to try it. I took a sip and it was actually a great combination. I even considered ordering another one to go. To say the least, my friend and I will be travelling back to Langley just to spend a girls day with brunch at Otreat to start!
Lovely atmosphere in this relatively new place. Cream dynamite toast is really good. Coffee is really good. Only slightly negative thing I found odd was that the food did not all come to the table at the same time. The dishes were served a few minutes apart to each person at the table. Another small note was that once the food was served, the servers sort of disappeared. Had to chase them down eventually to get the bill. All of these things happened each of the three times I ve been. I would still go back though.
Beautiful place. Service and food were mediocre. Food had nice presentation but bland. Also the customer before me was denied their reso as they were only a minute late, as they only allow a 5 minute grace period.
My husband and I came for brunch. There was half hour line up and we were so excited to taste their signature foods. I ordered bulgogi Benny. The presentation was wonderful. The bulgogi tastes classic yummy as well. However, the tomatoes on the side were cold and not roasted which was kinda shocked for me. I also prefer to see orange ish egg pouch instead of yellow colour. My husband ordered steak Benny (which he ordered medium) and came rare steak without pepper and salt around the meat. Plus where he was sitting had cold air conditioning blowing into his plate which resulted in he dish got cold in few mins. He also ordered whole wheat bread for his dish which was not really tasty but healthy. Let s talk about the service. It was awful to be honest at this point. The service itself I will give 2 out of 5. Our server missed my hot water with lemon. It came after 10 mins we started our foods. She also missed the ketchup order after our fries been served for 10 mins as well. We needed to ask twice for everything during our visit. Generally the service was slow. We even could feel the staffs anxiety from their faces. The design of the layout and renovations were big plus here. The cutlery were cute and well designed. I will probably come back with my friends and try other dishes.
Arrived at 4:15 thinking I had enough time for a coffee with my friend from out of town. Ended up being quit the disappointment as we were turned away because they were closed . Online and on their window it very clearly states that they close at 5:00 so I m not too sure why they would be turning away customers pretty much an hour early. If they are actually going to close the kitchen and coffee bar and turn people away an hour before, then their sign should say closed at 4:00 Too bad because it looked like a cute place.
Went for brunch and the service and atmosphere were excellent!! The interior design is so nice and definitely creates a modern yet warm and cozy space. Really appreciated all the attention to the little details. Food is yummy and comes in big servings. Favorite was the London fog drink too.
Excellent presentation, ambience, and great food. Food is clean and not overpriced for what you get. High quality cutlery and placemat, table, chairs etc.. will be making a trip again from Coquitlam. Kid-friendliness: High chair available
Such a great place! The menu far exceeded my expectations. The Asian influenced food seemed so creative and then actually delivered on it! I thought there must be other locations because the dining experience is too polished.for a first time restaurant, but no, this is their only location. Beyond impressed! Even their check-in process with the QR code was such an efficient process. Service was exceptional with Julia being attentive without being intrusive. She was awesome! Oh and this place has REAL espresso offerings! Highly recommend Otreat.
I think for the waiting time, and the price of their food..... would not revisit. Ordered the bulgogi pasta and was bland and bit greasy. Ambience of place is nice for just a coffee, but food not really.
We had to wait for 2 hours, but it was worth the wait. Beautiful interior, service was great, staff was very courteous. Food was amazing from presentation to taste. It was a tad bit salty for my taste, but that s just me since I m more on the lighter taste on everything. We ordered a cheese bacon fries to share, salmon steak Benny, bulgogi, and the creamy bulgogi pasta. Great area to walk around while waiting as well and ample space for parking. I would definitely come back here even though it s quite the drive from where I m at. Vegetarian options: They labelled their menu, so it s easy to spot. Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian options. Parking: It s in a plaza type of area, so lots of different restaurants, grocery, dollar stores around. Lots of parking spaces and it s free.
An excellent cafe, but a very incomprehensible choice of opening point for such a cool establishment. I liked the interior and the food, and it s a shame that there isn t something even remotely similar in Vancouver itself
food was amazing, would definitely go here again when visiting kelowna
Very cute hidden gem with a lineup at the door! They provide comfortable outdoor seating. Love the interior of the place, very clean and elegant. The atmosphere and the service provided were amazing. The food was generously portioned, unfortunately they ran out of the bulgogi at noon. Presentation on food and drinks were amazing and nicely done. Loved the plate mats, very different compared to other restaurants and made it more luxurious. Loved the attentiveness provided and would highly recommend this brunch spot!
Newly opened Brunch place in Langley. Long lineups but worth the wait! Make sure you come in early and put your name on the list.
Amazing food! I love the Korean fusion in the classic brunch dishes. My bulgogi cream pasta initially didn t come with the cream but the server was able to get it for me on the side :) Already thinking of going back!
I loved their cream cake plus the customer service. Bring the coffee on your menu till late night.
We arrived at 10:30am on a Friday and waited almost an hour to get in! This place is so popular. I was really impressed by the interior and atmosphere! Service was friendly and pleasant. We got an eggs benny and a pasta - the smoked salmon eggs benny was really good and the plating was The pasta in the bread box was novel and good but not too special. The brussels sprouts were average too, I prefer it more crispy. I got a grapefruit mocktail, this was delicious but a bit too sweet. We had a great experience. Overall, would recommend if you re okay with a long drive and long wait. I would drop by again if I m in the area and it s not busy - would love to try the Korean fusion dishes.
Come early! Arrived just before 10 on a weekday and managed to snag a spot with no wait, 10 minutes later there was a line up out the door! Got the salmon eggs benny and it was delicious and generously portioned. Service was a little spotty though, it took about 15 minutes to flag down our server to order. Would come back and try again.
Was disappointed in customer service. I came for a meeting, and we specifically picked this place because it was local and we wanted to support this new place. However, after paying for our lattes, the staff told me that they won t allow me to just order drinks. And if I wanted to come again I needed to order food as well. I laughed thinking they were joking but again they confirmed that I needed to order food. I thought that was poor customer service and the whole approach was bad marketing. If they didn t do that, I would have come back to try their food. But not I won t be. I said even a big restaurant will allow only drinks. Oh well. Good luck !
Food
Save your time - Dont come here. The rudest servers/hostess Ive ever encountered. Ive never written a review before but was compelled to write one here as I was mind blown at how terrible our customer service was. Youd expect the opposite for a new restaurant. Hire new staff or your restaurant will drown.
