Not left happy with the food, service nor aftermath. Waited for 45 minutes for a cold steak and a vegetarian shepherds pie another 30 for a chocolate cake with ice cream melted (naturally) with cold coffee... Topped with a $200 bill for 2 (1 glass of house wine each) was simply too pricy for the food and the experience. Not to mention gastrological issues afterwards.. Definitely wont go back again.

Weve been going here since they had a salad bar and you could watch the horses in the ring down below while you ate. 11/10 - no notes

I don t enjoy dining at the Keg anymore. They ve removed the items I used to like from their Mains menu: Ahi Tuna, Baked chicken and vegetarian meatloaf. At our recent visit, they didn t remember our birthday celebration even though it was noted on the reservation and the waitress struggled to bring 2 bills (1 bill per couple). Vegetarian options: 1 option available and it s not appetizing

Omg i was so glad that I had a giftcard for this place. I cant believe a real chef can actually put out such trash for $90 for 2 people. It was literally the worst food i have ever eaten in my life. Cold cauliflower bites, cold chicken wings with no flavour and burnt not blackened chicken. The best part of the dinner was the pepsi drink. This was such a huge mistake. Waiter was very nice, but never asked how the food was. Maybe he saw our faces. The combo of dessert where they gave cold chocolate cake with cold ice cream was pathetic. On top of that we saw a mouse run across a table. Overall will never go to a Keg again.

Wei our server was great and he had alot of tables and it was full. We didnt have reservations but got lucky enough to not have to wait for long. When we were having dinner it got really busy and it was probably 30 minute wait. Dietary restrictions: If you cant do too much spice then Ill recommend you let your server know before.. my steak was overly covered in their steak spice and unfortunately I had to try to scrape it all off.. unfortunately I lost my saliva years ago because of cancer and my taste has been steadily becoming spice sensitive.. so I loved the food otherwise and the server was awesome. Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome but there wasnt any when we were there

Went there for our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff treat you like you are a VIP and they treat all there customers the same way. I praise all the staff for jobs well done. Went there on a Saturday night November 2 to celebrate my mother s birthday. The service was great but unfortunately the food wasn t up to par. Was there there a few months ago with my daughter and have the most amazing shrimp with our steak. Was hoping for the same, but sadly very disappointed. Dry, overcooked and barely warm . My wife and daughter never told me till they got home. My lobster tail was dry and extremely chewy . Was hoping for a fantastic meal after spending $450 . Will be a while before I plan to visit again . Maybe try a different location next time . I understand Saturday was a busy day, but to pay Top dollar I expect top quality and service. Maybe suggest to the server next time to have fresh cooked shrimp as ours tasted cooked hours previously. Parking: Get there early if you want a spot if not, you might have to park blocks away

Der Service war ausgesprochen gut, der Kellner hat immer darauf geachtet das wir ausreichend zu trinken haben und es gab ein kostenlosen Appetizer dazu (brot mit Knoblauch Butter). Weil ich Geburtstag hatte gab es einen sehr leckeren Kuchen aufs Haus, vielen Dank!! Das Steak und die ribs war super saftig und lecker!

Loved the Keg was a great experience our server was amazing and kind and food was pricey but worth every bite and at the end the waitress gave us a free Billy cake for my bday and boy oh boy that was the best cake I ever had me and my girls loved tonight only thing is make your booths a little wider for a comfortable sitting but overall 10 out of 10 for us

We were there for my brothers 40 th. We were a very excited and loud group of 8. We had brett as our waiter. He was so fun and patient and very professional. The drinks and food were amazing service was perfect! Total perfection in keg standards and just making us feel welcome thank u all! Sorry for being a bit noisy

The food was not that great I ordered a chicken Caesar salad with a honey vinaigrette dressing and a side order of avocado First of all chicken was not cooked all the way through and they brought me blue cheese dressing on my salad and did not bring me my avocado I told them my husband is very allergic to dairy and lactose They did not tell us there was cream in the butter My husband ordered a steak dinner it was supposed to come with sauteed mushrooms and onions it did not have that we ordered garlic toast we were told it was six slices Really it was two slices cut into six pieces I literally asked how many pieces of toast comes with the garlic toast he said six it was two pieces cut into six tiny little slices like what for $14 I was not impressed yes they took my solid off the bill but thats not the point I totally expected to be very very good there considering the keg in White Rock is awesome To top it all off we were there for an hour and a half It took so long to get the food over an hour And none of it was really right except for the steak I get it they were busy that night it should not have taken that long to make a chicken Caesar salad or steak dinner I could have spent that much time at home cooking and been fed faster

I made a reservation for 4 to celebrate becoming first time grandparents with our son s in-laws. We were taken to a booth in the very back and we could barely squeeze into it- we are not huge people either- we asked if we could get a better table but we were told they are all that size. There was 2 open booths beside us and our guest went & checked them out- both the other tables were normal person sized & not like a sardine can table. When the waitress came he asked her again if we could move to one of the other tables- she said well you already sat at the other one . Thinking we were all okay to move, we moved. Then a few minutes later a host came to seat some new people and Faith (waitress) told them quite loudly that we stole their table and kept saying it over & over - it was very embarrassing and a complete misunderstanding but we still don t understand why she didn t just put them in the other available table. We talked to the other people & they could understand why we didn t want that table- it s situated for tiny people under 100lbs - the manager needs to measure the booth distances. They didn t want that table either but the waitress was scary. Food was good but I just didn t want to be there at all after that, I just wanted to leave. Faith (waitress) came back and said she was too busy to see if we were there for a special occasion or not and asked if we were there for anything special- I promptly said no because I wouldn t want to celebrate a new baby or anything with her or this Keg. I am not an ignorant person & our whole group was treated poorly. We also got the other people a gift card to pay for part of their meal as an apology for the whole situation. We will never return.

All the appetizers were great but the one thing they specialize in was probably the worst steak I ve ever ate. A medium well New York striploin which came out mooing still.

Parking: Always hard to find parking on weekends Food

Let me start by saying I regularly (about once every 2 or 3 months) go to the Keg in Maple Ridge. This location was picked as we were meeting friends that live in Langley. So my review here is based on a comparison to my experiences at the Maple Ridge location. Let me talk about atmosphere first. We made reservation and were seated in a corner of the restaurant, its fairly wide open and up a few steps so you are kind of above the center area and its kind of loud. Service, cant remember our servers name. I think we saw him 2 or 3 times during our dinner, i ordered the keg classic 12 ounce NY(med rare) and my favorite the wedge salad. Our waiter dropped off our drinks, nothing out of the ordinary. Next cam the wedge salad. I almost burst out laughing, it was so small. Now this is a comparison thing because Im a big guy and a big eater and the same salad at Maple Ridge is way bigger. When our entrees came just the dinners for me and my wife. I might note, the same guy that dropped off the salad. I got the pepper and peppered up my steak when the guy returned with the other 2 meals and told us he gave us the wrong meals and just to pass them across the table. I told my friend hope you like pepper. Sorry about that! he says, this is not our waiter (havent seen him since our 1st drinks) we all look at each other in disbelief but I dont think anyone wanted to be the complainer so we let it go. Luke warm twice baked potato, my $60 New York is underdone (edible but underdone) Finally we see the waiter for the quality check How is everything? sorry, not gonna go down that road tonight. When the 4 of us left everyone was not impressed with food or service. So, if you want to spend $$$ on a Keg meal go across the bridge to Maple Ridge Keg. I wont be back to Langley Keg and our friends will meet us in Maple Ridge insread. Parking: Lot was full, had to park across the street.

Another great lasting place for solid food and a casual atmosphere. Their Filet Mignon was second to none. I love that everyone is welcome, not snooty or snobby or pretentious, just solid food and casual semi formal.

On line reservation was a bit awkward because we had a party of eight and the online reservation only let you make 1 reservation : 1 table for four only, therefore I had to do the reservation 2x. So opt the amount of people per reservaion Other then that good food and good frienly service.

The place was great. We had 23 lobster delivered to us from Nova scotia, so when we saw these lobster glen instantly could see a difference but all good. Thank you

Well, we have been to the Keg many times over the past 40 years, the old Keg in the Country in Langley before it burned down. 1st time to this Langley 1 and will not be back. 3 Baked shrimp were all way overcooked and not much cheese & butter could save them. My wifes Teriyaki Steak, far too much grissell, had to spit out many bites. Long Island Ice Teas, they were not lat good and the Keg Ceaser was not to the Keg standard. May have been a bad night, but it was a Tuesday Night and it was not busy. So no excuses will cover the over cooked shrimp. Our bill was over $175.00 for 2 people and only 1 drink each. Not work the value anymore. Parking: You can only get in the parking 1 way North, if going South, have to go down a few blocks & turn around in the small mall down the road

Went last weekend with my girlfriend. Decided to live a little and try duck for my first time, she got the lobster tail. Her lobster was great, but the duck meal was entirely a disappointment. Duck tasted just like bigger than usual, overpriced chicken. Not sure I get the point of duck now... The menu said the plate came with mashed potatos. What I got was a pile of chunks of potato, potato skin, with some mashed potato in between, but what small percentage of the poatato was mashed, wasnt easy to pick out. Waitress came to pick up the plates after and give us the bill, she put her thumb in the potatos when picking up my plate, not a single clue in her mind that there may have been something wrong about that. Didnt feel like raising a stink over it; the waitress was clearly too busy to care, and its not like theyd do anything about it but say soooorrryy :( We tipped 5 bucks on out 150$ meal and decided next time that amount of money can go a lot further somewhere else on a night out for two.

Great as always, my only complaint is the lobster was over cooked but other than that it was great. I got the 6oz steak and tbh I didn t have a scale on me but it was really small so spend the extra 4$ and get the 8oz. I also ordered the escargot and mushroom neptunes and they never disappointed!!

Brought my man here for his birthday. Service was fantastic. The food was also the best meal we have had at the keg thus far. The mushroom Neptune came out burning hot and fresh, so did the garlic shrimp. I got the sirloin with mushrooms and au jus added to it. Absolutely amazing, my only complaint is the temperature could of been hotter. If I am going to spend that much money I would like a fresh hot meal.

Really really really unfortunate. I was so excited and looking forward to my annual lobster fest.! It started out with the server, giving one of the guests at our table who asked for a rum and Coke rum in a separate glass Coke in a separate glass, not identifying properly because of the other guest, who we had at the table wanting a diet Coke with a vodka on the side just basically leaving all drinks on the table and not explaining what is what And then our guests ended up mixing up all the drinks. The real issue I have is with the $74 for a 2 pound lobster $74 is not cheap, but I am definitely willing to pay it if I have a delicious lobster and a amazing experience The lobster came out with melted butter in a small little bowl, which by the way solidified you can see it from the pictures. The other better became cold obviously reason why apparently somebody threw out a whole box of the butter, melting dishes over the candle sounds very interesting and suspect to me. Sorry if you can t provide melted hot butter with a lobster before ordering, you should at least tell the customers that this is what the situation is and allow the customer to decide if they are still wanting to experience the lobster with the butter in the bowl and not melted hot butter and having to pay $74 Awful experience. I will need to get my fix somewhere else.

Steak was pretty chewy this time I ended up having to send it back. But they happily replaced it with a really nice steak and the wait staff is always very friendly and easy and eager to please.

Maybe it was just an off night, but the Keg burger I had this evening was one of the worst meals I can remember. The bun was burnt instead of toasted, the patty was meatloaf bland and I couldnt taste the cheese or sauce beyond the taste of charcoal. The fries were unseasoned and soggy. I was with a party who was paying the tab, so I didnt want to make anyone uncomfortable, so I declined to say anything. I literally had to choke the burger down, it was that bad. Some of the other meals didnt look well prepared either. For the premium we pay to eat at the Keg, this should never happen.

Had a great experienced but we to go my son keg burger home and had food poison. The chef who made the burger needs to be more careful.

For our anniversary went to The Keg. Ordered 10 Oz prime rib with mushrooms, roasted garlic mush potatoes and roasted Zucchini. Very tender, perfectly cooked. Loved it. Our server WAY was excellent too. Parking: Couple of parkings at 5 pm, Tuesday.

Me and my family had gone for dinner tonight and we had a reservation at 5:45. We didn t wait at the door we were greeted by our waiter, and the service was quite exemplary. The issue we had was with the food quality and portion sizes for a $60 steak, My sister and I both had the $60 rib steak and both steaks were not even close to 20 ounces. My steak was overcooked, and my sister steak was full of gristle. The service staff were great in handling the situation, They were very apologetic and comped both of our dinners. It was the first disappointing meal I ve had at the keg so I can t be that hard on them, Charging $60 for a ribeye and it coming to the table looking like that was quite disappointing.

I bought a gift certificate from my doughters school fund raiser. Thought I would use it for my birthday dinner, take the family and my parents out for dinner. Walking out the door I realized it expired on the 24th and yesterday was the 26th. I called and was told they would not honner the gift certificate so we all went to another restaurant. I dont ever want to hear about how your struggling to stay open or how hard it is to be in buisness. Very easy to go elsware and never come back. And I wont be buying anymore e gift certificates any more for friends and family either. Thats it for me and the Keg

The appetizers were varied and delicious, and the New York steak we ordered as the main dish was also well-cooked. The price is a bit expensive.

Great service. Food is good but a little overpriced.

The fall off of The Keg needs to be studied. We came in on a Thursday night, nowhere near being packed. The service was great, our waiter was incredibly accommodating and there were plenty of drink options to appease everyone, however the food and wait was terrible. The bread wasn t baked through, yeasty tasting. The Escargot was the highlight as an appetizer but it went all downhill from there. Waited over 40 minutes for entrees and they were tasteless. The veggies weren t seasoned, carrots were hard as diamonds, garlic mash had no garlic and had a glue like consistency to it, definitely not how they used to do it. I know some places have a hard time with rare steak but it was cold to the touch and was mostly fat. The lobster was rubbery and overcooked, and the other was undercooked and almost slimey. The real kicker is that sometimes you can live with having an underwhelming experience or an off-night at a place you ve trusted in the past, however at this price point it isn t acceptable. Get it together.

What an amazing night to celebrate my Husbands 35th birthday, thanks to his sister for giving us The Keg gift card, but it was never our first time coming to this location. This is my new favorite occasion spot or any day that we would love to go out and have some steak. I absolutely love this place and the service is always excellent . Loved it. My wife and I celebrated our 16th anniversary here. It has been a long time since either of us had been to a Keg restaurant. And even though years have passed I could see nothing has changed in regards to quality of service and food. And can we talk about the prices? It seems that they are keeping well grounded in their prices unlike fast food places. Keep up the great work. And thank you for keeping it affordable. It would be a shame to see a company like this go under because someone gets greedy and wants higher profits. Things are perfect the way they are.

I got the calamari and it was one of the most bland thing Ive ever had. Didnt have any taste. And the tzatziki tasted like day old spur cream. The mac and cheese my mom ordered was like a fancy kraft dinner. The steak and ribs the rest of the family had was good and the service was amazing and had a good atmosphere.

Louder than usual, so difficult to carry on a conversation. Steak was good but not great; the rest of my meal was delicious. Other than that, it was an enjoyable dining experience. Great service. Prices were high, but thats to be expected from The Keg?

Industry standard of being well taken care of and food exceeding expectations still not touched by any other, like Everest, stands alone. Minor negative are the price points now are going to discourage more of the Gen Pop away from this establishment. Harsh reality metric Keg has to balance as well so if you can afford it, then go. Or ask for GCs for Christmas as we needed one to go

My husband and I had a lovely dining experience when we went to The Keg to celebrate a special occasion. Our waiter Dylan was attentive, friendly and made our evening memorable. Kaiah, one of the managers was professional and personable. Our meals were delicious and the crème brule brought to our table at the end of the evening was a nice surprise!

May 5th 2024, we had dinner in the langley location. I was so disappointed at the food. The steak I asked for medium well and my kids well done but it was medium looked so pink inside. And carrots was not cooked or the beans. The quality is zero I would say. Their stand is dropping so much. Not worth for the price at all. But the service was excellent, the guy who served us was very polite and appropriate.

Latest trip was as per usual awesome food. The one minor hiccup was addressed quickly. Again kudos for a great meal! 4th update - my father in law loves to go here so this is a regular place to go and eat. We like to share meals. This restaurant is superior in splitting meals for us. The meals always come hot and are oh so delicious. Top flight staff and the leadership is on top of everything... I cannot recommend this place enough. 3rd update - we have returned a number of times and food and service has been superior. Kudos to the management and staff for a wonderful experience. Till the next visit. 2nd Update - went back to have dinner at the invite of management... to say that we were blown away by the meal would be an understatement. Food was amazing with all of us commenting on the food. Service was superior. Thank you all and as mentioned we will be back again as we have always (well except for the bad experience) had awesome food. Kudos UPDATE: Long conversation with the General Manager who apologized for the experience we had and has invited us back. The other times we have eaten there the overall quality was great. Not a 5 star yet but will revisit once we go back. Kudos to them for acknowledging the issues and for taking the time to discuss. More business should follow suit and own the issue and try to correct. The least we can do is give them an opportunity to make it right. Thank you!! To say that tonights experience was positive would be a major stress. From waiting for over an hour for food, too a salad with so much dressing it was basically inedible to a Filet so tough it too was inedible... bread was good most everything else was not

Excellent service. Our waiter was incredibly friendly. We went on the monday before Valentines day and the place was almost empty. For some reason the food took 45 minutes. That seems a little long to me. When it arrived it looked like it had been under a heat lamp for a while. The mashed potatoes had a layer of skin that had formed because they were sitting for so long. The asparagus was so limp and soggy. The prime rib was excellent. My husband ordered the filet migneon with veggies. It came with 2 tiny pieces of broccoli and a couple beets. Very underwhelming. The plate looked so empty. For the prices they charge I feel like they could have thrown another 10 cents worth of broccoli on the plate. Bread was delicious as always. Onion rings were awesome. Billy mine pie did not have any almonds put on at all. Thats the best part. Just icecream topped with whipped cream.

My partner and I come to the keg for dinner quite often for special occasions. We were really excited to eat steak and recommended to go here for my mothers birthday. We called in and made a reservation in advance for a party of 5 and got sat in the corner(which was fine). Our server started off with good service but once we got all our main courses they were nowhere to be seen. My partner had requested for a new york striploin, chicago style. When it came to the table the steak was not chicago style so we sent it back nicely. We asked for medium rare and when it came back a second time they put the SAME piece of striploin on the grill and made it more charred only on one side, in which it led to the steak being cooked more than the desired wellness. We are usually not complainers so my partner decided to brush it off and not make a huge issue about it since it was for my mothers birthday. The prime rib I had ordered was cooked how I liked it but the side vegetables were cold. When my fathers plate came out, his double baked potato was black to the point that it looked burnt. Again, we just requested for a new baked potato which I appreciate in them giving. Usually my father enjoys steak however it was not cooked to the standard we normally eat. His steak was very salty, and his medium rare was cooked to a medium well and extremely tough to eat for a striploin. We ordered 2 medium rare steaks and both ended up being significantly more well done compared to the other 3 steaks requested to be cooked to a medium. After we made these comments in the beginning of our meal, our server wasnt to be seen until we asked for the bill and some water(Mind you my brother had 3 glasses of water that was already on our table because our server was nowhere to be found to fill up our water until the end). We had to grab to-go containers from another server who placed extra containers on the side table because we were in the corner and no one was walking by. We decided to opt out of dessert as we were not that happy to stay much longer. Our time was utterly disappointing, and I felt super upset with our experience in both the food and the service. Maybe it was an off day for them but our family of 5 spent over $400 including tip and I wish we did not choose the keg for my mothers birthday.

Awful service! My family and I went out for a nice birthday dinner. We waited a very long time for our food. Then our meals (vegetarian meatloafs) did not match the description on the menu - they were missing side vegetables. The server was horrible - slow to bring our drinks, dropped cutlery on us more than once, and was overall just unfriendly. I would definitely not go back to this specific location.

Meghan was fabulous in serving us tonight. We had dinner reservations and cannot complain about the exceptional service. Unfortunately, the calamari and teriyaki steak was overcooked, however she was quick to replace the calamari with a properly cooked batch. The warm bread with 3 cheese butter was delicious as was the filet mignon steak.

Steak was medium rare as ordered, served with a slight delay, service is good but not great, overall is ok

I m not really sure what to say other than I ve never had a better Prime Rib beef dip. Along with our happy hour experience we had cocktails and a whole lotta food. Tuna Tar Tar is the only non happy hour meal we had cause it s a fav. All the food was served hot and fresh. Our server can read minds with her attentiveness. A huge step above all other happy hour joints offering drink and food choices. Looking forward to next time. Cheers

I took my wife here for our anniversary dinner and decided to splurge. She got the steak and lobster while I got the prime rib. Unfortunately the order came out wrong the first time we ordered it and had to wait a little while for them to fix it, but it was well worth the wait. The server was extremely apologetic (not her fault) and they ended up taking care of us at the end of the night. We will definitely be back to this location.

Recently, I visited the flagship Keg restaurant in downtown Vancouver and had a transformative experience while indulging in the Keg burger. Hoping to relive that sheer euphoria and joy, I visited a Keg restaurant in Langley, but it failed to deliver. The burger was about five orders of magnitude worse than the one in downtown, skimping on ingredients. This meal saddened me quite a bit, and I wont be going to a Keg for some time because of this experience.

I had recently been at the canadian flagship keg restaurant in downtown vancouver, undergoing a transformative revelation when indulging in the keg burger. Not really a great experience. Server looked like she didnt really want to be there, steaks were just okay...seems like the quality of food and service has gone down over the years.

TLDR: food wasn t good. Generally overcooked. Service was good. Appetizer: crab cakes- over done and too flakey. Couldnt even pick them up with forks as they would just fall apart. Main: prime ribs - asked for medium rare, got medium well done. Extra broccolini did not show up together. Got the fillet instead (wasn t comped, order was just changed in the system. They took away the prime rib then we received the fillet. ) Btw fillet is more expensive by about 10$. Fillet was better. Received the broccolini, again super overdone and burnt.

I usually get the prime rib, didnt feel like it, so i tried the burger. The burger was very dry and not much flavor. Stick to steaks and prime rib.

We had the exact view of the fireplace in the photo from our table. Service was good. There was a missed item and a bit of confusion with the sides ordered by the ladies. 3 of us had salmon and they were all cooked perfectly. Our friends steak was done just the way he asked as well. They really need to add more parking.

Just wow. One of the best steak houses I ve ever experienced. The preparation and presentation were amazing with the flavor over the top. Our waiter David was extremely knowledgeable and professional giving us the best suggestions on drinks and the meal. Amazing customer service and amazing meal. Love IT

Food is always good at the keg. One of my favorite steakhouse never disappoints and you leave always full. This location has a small parking lot and it took us long time finding parking.

The food was very tasty. My boyfriend ordered the prime rib and it was extremely thin. We saw other people had much thicker slices. I was suppose to get mashed potatoes, and it never came out.

The food was good, the waiter was amazing. I feel they are way overpriced. The Keg is definitely not my first choice for a dinner.

Took 28 friends for dinner to celebrate my husbands birthday and the service and the food was great plus. Had a private section which was perfect but the only complaint was the booths were way too tight. If we had heavy guests it wouldn t have worked. Shout out to Dave & Jesse for their great service.

Wanted to share our great Valentines Day experience, server Christian was great. A special mention however goes out the Kyla who I had a wonderful interaction with, she is genuinely kind & caring and conducts herself in the most professional manner, a great ambassador for the Keg and it s no surprise she is one of the managers.

Escargot was not near as good as it was a few years ago. French onion soup was more bread and hardly any actual soup in the bowl. Used to be the best. Sad.

I hadnt been to the Keg in awhile. They had a dinner special. I got the Wedge Salad, Steak Oscar, twice baked potatoe. And Billy Miners Pie. Every single bite was absolutely delicious!! We had the best time!!

My boyfriend and I went here on Saturday evening to celebrate our 30th birthdays, with a reservation made in advance. We often celebrate milestones at the Keg, usually Vancouver locations but decided to try our local Keg instead. We were sat in the lounge, under the tv, in the corner next to a very large group who were extremely loud. This was not a good start to the evening. Our server was kind when he was with us but took too long for most things, not necessarily his fault as we could tell it was busy. he appeared to be managing more tables than he should have been to give the level of service expected for an $180+ bill. I ordered the sirloin oscar and my boyfriend the sirloin + lobster with a side of mushrooms. These are our go-to s and typically never disappoint. Unfortunately my shrimp were overcooked and dry and my steak underdone, and my boyfriends steak underdone as well. The mushrooms did not taste like they normally do either, almost no favour at all. By the time our server was able to do a quality check, it was too late. We tried to wait but just decided to eat instead of complain, taking most of our meals home. All in all not a great experience for what was supposed to be a special celebratory evening. Not sure if this is typical for this location or not!

Food was great and the service was fantastic. Brought a special bottle of vino for a birthday dinner. Great night!

The keg is my go to for some good sourdough bread and a good piece of steak.

Good food and great service.

Had the sirloin Oscar. Only came with 2 scallops and one baby shrimp as the 17$ Oscar addition. Waiter and kitchen quickly corrected it and gave me a side of freshly cooked seafood and more bernaise. Very impressed with the fix but I felt if I didnt say anything they would be happy sending out 3$ worth of seafood and charging everyone 17$. Otherwise that entree doesnt get past the window.

Far too many things went wrong with our food and service tonight to be paying for Keg prices on New Years Eve, regardless of how busy it is, dirty glassware, lack of attention to service details like taking away the wine glasses or menus, the drinks we ordered were made wrong, two out of 4 meals the steaks were way underdone/too raw, we ended up taking home the 10oz filet to cook at home after having to send back the New York peppercorn for researing to bring it up to temp. Escargot had sand in every snail. Burger was burnt and had burnt grill bits all over it. We were offered a piece of Billy miner pie- declined as we had waited some time after eating our appetizers for our server to take our order entree order, none of us wanted to sit there any longer after leaving half our food on the plates and then to go boxes. All in all- we won t be back to this Keg unfortunately.

Reason I gave it a 3 star is because of 1 of the sides are so below par compared to McDonalds and and I am talking about a side of fries and yes McDonalds fries are 10 times better than the fries at the Keg, you would think a great steak place would have some decent to good fries, they even look like McDonalds fries (come on even white spot has great great fries As for the rest of the Keg menu it is great and well above par just dont order their fries as a side

Over all the service was not great. We got our appies before our first round of drinks came and had to ask for water more than once. Our food was ok, both steaks were not cooked to our liking but we felt it was not worth to send back. Maybe staff over tired from the holidays still not ideal when you spend 200$ on what s expected to be a great experience

Just like every other keg its good food and great service! The parking lot at this location is a bit small. You may have to park at the movie theater across the street.

As Ive ate at most Kegs in the lower mainland. I found this one to be spot on , every visit. Well worth the extra traveling time to enjoy a cozy atmosphere and tasty meal.

Service was amazing this evening sat in Dylan s section for the first time and he was easy to talk to and very nice. Came the perfect amount of times and never had to look for him when we needed something. Love coming to this location. Will be returning to his section.

The keg is usually the only place for steaks - that said my 9oz looked snaller and the foid was luke warm

I met the worst sever that night. For a party of 2 and 2 plates. Then the bill came and we were double charged. I told him that the bill was double charged. He never said sorry, he only made excuses that the button was pressed twice. Stop ripping off people!! And we had to wait more than half an hour to pay for it. Needless to say our night was ruined. The server is terrible.

Went for dinner and it was moderately busy but the nearby tables were too loud...maybe because of some celebration going on. The appetizers were good and generous but the entrees were not that impressive. The menu selection was very limited, I believe some more choices could have been better. I would say the food was good quality but the taste was not like something which would make me revisit.

The Keg never disappoints! We had such an amazing service, very friendly staff. Our food was really good. Constant check up on us, oh and when we mentioned that we just had our baby we got one of their deserts for free! Mindful, professional, enthusiastic, I can go on and on. We will be back to this location again!

Went for dinner. Steaks that we ordered were cooked and seasoned well. The Caesar brussel sprouts and parmesan onion rings we got as sides were kind of underwhelming. The kitchen pushed out appetizers quickly but we probably ended up waiting close to 30mins before our mains showed up. Overall was a good experience.

Everything was fantastically delicious and amazing! Only one thing was missing is some music in the air. Maybe its just me. Thank you for good food and pleasant atmosphere.
