Great service and great food. Everything was fantastic

I ordered a door dash order with you The chicken Caesar wrap was awful spicy and way too much sauce fries were not much better or the gravy.

I ordered two chicken quesadillas and the chicken was still a bit raw in both, the service was nice and I didn t notice until I looked at my leftovers that it was raw and one was already consumed and sick.

Was very disappointed with the fries they are smaller in size dont taste the same Taste like frozen grocery store fries I had the fish chips and the fish pieces were the size of fish sticks What happened to the legendary fries The waitress was very stuck up Took forever to get a water refill and only come by the table twice thru out our whole meal Been here so many times before and it was good

Whats up with the skinny fries. Why change a good thing. Also took over an hour to get our food. Wasnt a good visit.

I had a ceaser salad with an overpriced burnt sandwich. The salad was white, tells you how much dressing they used. Absolutely disgusting, with overcooked dry turkey breast on a small sandwich. With the price I was charged, I assumed I would get at least half a baguette. I was quickly reminded of why I stopped going to White Spot locations. We only went because my daughter wanted the pirate pack.

This White Spot was bustling and enjoyable to watch all the coming and going. Waitress very helpful and easy to talk to. Food service fast and as usual,delicious. Nice visit. Thank you.

It was a busy Saturday evening. Service was friendly, food was good, but it did take about 40 minutes from the time we were seated till we received our food.

Disappointed when I asked for extra sauce, a White Spot specialty and it did not happen. So disappointed!!!

Good overall, with a minor misunderstanding of my order by the server. So my dish was a little late and the rest of the dishes were a little cooler than expected. The restaurant is surprisingly large and well furnished. Good location, too.

We waited a long time for our food, and the server was unwelcoming. Without asking, she brought the bill while we were still considering dessert, which made us unhappy. Overall, it ruined our Thanksgiving dinner.

My 89 yr old dad was in town from another province. We went to the White Spot at the Walnut Grove location. We all had hot and tasty breakfasts, which we all enjoyed. 3 adult meals and 2 kids pirate meals. Thank you so much to the staff. Kid-friendliness: The kids loved their pancakes and fruit cups. The server was friendly and efficient.

Was pirate pack day. Had my first pirate pack. Was a nice atmosphere. Staff were very nice

Ordered take out was told 15-20 mins ended up waiting 30. Ordered original veggie burger, fries and coleslaw. A Spinach and mushroom fettuccine. Another Spinach and mushroom fettuccine but gluten free. A rhubarb pie. The veggie burger had a drop of Mayo and ketchup and nothing else; no lettuce no tomato. The fettuccine had basically one mushroom and maybe two leafs of spinach. The gluten free was bone dry. Overall a horrible experience. Will not be ordering from here ever again.

Was about to leave after being told I couldnt sit in a booth in upper part or bar because those Boths are for lg groups only, it was 2pm every single booth was empty and yet was told I couldnt sit in a booth becasue I was one person, told waitress I eat at whitspot all the time and if I wasnt sitted in a booth I was going to leave , they walked off... TABITHA came up to me asked if everything was alright I said no expline and in less than a 30sec she had me seated with menu,,, Please give Tabitha a raise or a thank u for customer service, she saved me from walking out. We have been to White Spot Walnut Grove many times over the years. It has been awhile since our last visit, only because of distance, but decided to stop in earlier this week for dinner before a movie. Once again, the food was great and the service was wonderful. Thanks again for a great night out!

Super busy. But our waiter was very pleasant. He seemed to be working a large area tables on his own, so I felt for him. He was being as fast as he could be. It seemed like they could maybe use extra staff on for the busy dinner rush. The wait to just be seated was long.

How is it the White Spot fries on BC Ferry are long cut and I always just get the runts and shards here?

Good food and service but costs are getting high and there are simply cheaper places to eat.

The food is good but while me and a friend were in the restaurant a female worker was a asking for orders and my daughter who is the propper age asked for a pirate pack the worker looked at her up and down in a rude way and said the kids menu is for 9-10. It was very disrespectful and Im for sure not coming back.

Ordered delivery. 3 identical items. 2 were small, 1 was less than half the size of the others. Poor portions for the constantly increasing costs; not worth the money! Disappointing experience, usually quite good!

The food was great. And shout out to the waiter Ella she was amazing, super nice, and great with my grandchildren. Kid-friendliness: Pirate packs are great and really get the children s attention. The waiters are great with children.

Overall a terrible experience. The food I ordered was on the test menu and was not worth the money. The service came up short to address issues with the food. Not worth it.

Sadly I was disappointed with the food and service. I initially ordered the Legendary burger but it was poorly put together and over cooked. Our server was absent for most of our time there as well. Not worth the bill.

It used to be a good quality restaurant but it looked like it was not anymore, The service was not good either, the waitress looked like she was done for the night.

Beautiful patio area in the summer which is nice and quiet and well decored. We were here for breakfast, we ordered one of the meat Bowles, but substituted the meat for extra vegetables and the toast for an extra egg, which they are happy to do. The stars of the show were the eggs! They were cooked perfectly! And by that I mean they were not fried in hot oil causing the eggs to be scorched. These have been slow cooked, there was no Brown edges and they were delicious! Our Compliments!

Had to wait 15 min to get a refill of water had to ask another waited for help got tired of waiting. Guess they dont want refill pops so dont come back fries where cold and coleslaw was hot not sure how that happens and they charge $1 for sauce and the burger was cold and dry not much sauce on it for $60 would not go again sad used to be good now wasnt even worth eating

Tonight we went on search of advertised meal, which include burger, ceasar salad and blueberry pie for $20. We were met with the sign on the door that they have run out blueberry pies. No substitute were offered.

Hands down the most family friendly restaurant in the lower mainland. It s not as loud and rowdy as other restaurants. The food came hot and fresh. Staff was great. Definitely the best place to go to if you have small children.

We usually order lunch to pick about once a month Since the Willowbrook location was closed I ve noticed it much busier at Walnut Grove Couldn t get parking, the pick up stalls were used by dinners The person who took my order was hard to understand and got the name on my order wrong. I was told this after being told there was nothing they could do about the pick up stalls. The people were apologetic and very nice but . Won t be back for a while

The worse service ever, hardly attend us and waiting for so long to order our meal plus on top of that is still taking so long for the food to come. The place wasnt super busy and the one that attend us was an older guy. After finish our meal, he was rushing us to pay and my son wanted the ice cream, he wasnt happy that we order extra when he was going to give us the bills. When the time we pay, we pay with gift card first and I have put in his tips but when I have to pay the balance he input more tips for himself and not showing me the amount only telling me the balance.he say thank you and walk away, I called him back for my receipts and he got nervous. When I see my receipt, he added extra 15% of tips on top of his original 15% of tips from the rest of my balance. I will never want to see his face again. I dont mind if you asked for it but this is stealing from customer! Watch your receipts guys when you pay at this restaurant.

Decent place, good service but the food was extremely bland

Hard to ignore the value here. Solid happy hour, most entrees $18-$23. And of course the pirate packs for the kids. Busy spot most days - near movie theatre and highway so easy spot for most in the area.

Please tell your old-school waitress to stop touching her customers every time she talks. The hand on the shoulder with each communication is a bit much. It s disrespectful, inappropriate, and violating. It s right up there with calling everyone hun or dear . Just keep your hands to yourself please and thank you.

Went in for a work lunch, meals all came out around the same time, servers kept our drinks good, were waiting a while but kinda expected with a larger group, food was hot and fresh and what weve come to expect from white spot. Only regret was they were out of rhubarb pie! At 2 on a Wednesday! So sad. Oh well next time! Parking: Lot was full, they share it with other businesses and spaghetti factory, so I just had to park across the street at colossus and run over from there.

My girlfriends, and I had a wonderful time at White Spot. Our server was the best I ve ever had! She took care of us very very well. We will definitely return. Wheelchair accessibility: I am in a wheelchair. And I had no issue getting in the restaurant and getting seated at a table that was comfortable.

The atmosphere and food were ok, I didnt have a great experience. They dont have lot of option for vegetarian dishes. Vegetarian options: Not a lot of options.

I was going to give it 4 stars, but after having great food, service, and atmosphere, which were all 5 stars, it was hard not to. Recently the Triple Os diner experience has been lacking, too expensive and the burgers were off, so we were hesitant at and OG White Spot changing our minds, but this time the original Triple O burger tasted like it did back in the 80s and all was right in the World. We will be coming back to this location, Im not sure if the New downtown Langley one will be as good as Walnut Grove, heres hoping...

Now that the Fraser Hwy has closed, this is now my go to whenever I m in the area. Super convenient off the highway. By movie theatres. Could use a bit more updates. Mushroom burger that s the way to go, upgrade to yam fries.

Great staff and food

On January first we had low expectation. We figured a third line staff to fill in but no!!! We got the first line in every regards. Analese was outstanding and so was everyone else on staff. From greeter to cook.

The server was great, food was good I was a little disappointed with the amount of dry ribs with bones I got, I know everything goes up and to cut costs businesses everywhere reduce sometimes the quantity of their products. Its just unfortunate it was so obvious. I loved the majority of my experience here, but I ordered the blueberry pie and unfortunately it wasnt a pie. It was cold blueberries in some sort of gelatin piled into a cold store bought pie crust with some fake whipped cream on top. I think that most people assume when theyre buying a pie that it will be baked, so perhaps it should be mentioned in the menu that this isnt a pie. Otherwise, the food was great.

So my hubby and I were coming home from a function when we decided to stop at White Spot. It was Sunday evening a little after 8:00 p.m. It was extremely quiet!! We were seated and given menus. 15 mins later.. no service! 25 mins later.. No service! Nit even water!! Yet several wait staff walked by us and didnt even look our way. Literally 42 mins went by before a waitress stopped by and asked if were being served. We said weve been there for while and she said that she knew that. So you knew we were there and ignored us!!??? Like I said.. dead quiet. Maybe 3 other tables were occupied. At that point, it was why bother to order.? I now wonder how long the order would have taken to come out to us. Lucky for them we were having a good night and didnt let that horrible service ruin it for us. But come on White Spot You could do better than that. That service was beyond terrible!!

Ordered the avocado shrimp Benedict, the avacados were brown mostly and to hide them they were buried underneath the the rest of the food. At the location near the Surrey Place mall, the dame dish had way better presentation with fresh avacado slices. The atmosphere was far less cozy as well compared to many other locations.

White Spot Vancouver than other stores The Langley White Spot store is the best. We are proud to be a store In particular, the fish and chips are cost-effective and need no words. Good and so delicious~~
