Nice to eat when on a rush. Food nice and hot. If you have two pesky kids and can t afford to buy two bubble tea, not to worry! The staff will split it evenly for you. Food a bit on the expensive side, but you get big portions. My family likes to eat here, and will always come again.

Fresh, fast, flavourful. Salt and pepper nuggets, garlic and chilli pork cabbage, braised tofu with fish fillet and bacon. And free claw machine tokens. Kid-friendliness: One claw machine token for every $10 spent.

Great food, a little salty overall, but please please keep the togo boxes open when packing fried food, sandwiches, etc My Club sandwiches I ordered for togo was extremely soggy by the time I got home which was less than 5 mins. Food

Ive gotten bubble tea here 3 or 4 times and something always ends up off. For example, once, my cold drink was warm with no ice. Another time, it came with a few pieces of random toppings (like sago/jelly) mixed in with my tapioca which was dumped on top as though they scooped out a mistake and redid it. Probably best to go somewhere more reliable.

Disappointed today..the server seems like preoccupied. She handover the menu but never come back to take our order..we re just sitting there. Worst she didn t even offer a water which it never happened to us on our past visits with them. She just standing at the counter. I will think twice coming back to this establishment. I loved bubble world! The drinks were amazing unfortunately we couldnt try the food but the boba was delicious. Me and my brother got taro and my dad got a mocha coffee. It was really good and we definitely plan on going again to try the food! The service there was busy but maybe because it was on a Sunday but the service was good and Angela serviced us. But the drinks were amazing service was nice and the restaurant was nice really loved the place. Everybody there seemed really nice but everything and everyone was amazing:)

I went this bubble world tonight with my friends and one of there waitress with blonde hair and skinny girl we had a bad experience with her the way she serve our food with bad attitude i feel like she s not professional server..I don t recommend this place at all.

One of the few places in Walnut Grove that is open late, as in, open to 12AM every day. I love the Bubble Tea here; there is a large variety of flavours, and it is not too sweet. The menu here is decent, with good pricing and good food quality. The flavour palate is different from North American food (duh!) and this keeps it feeling lighter and more refreshing.

Dont bother comin in to eat inside since they sat us down and didnt bother to take our order for 10 minutes. One staff member was sittin on a laptop consuming a bubble tea and the other employee was just doing the to go orders. didnt seem to care at all lol. Anyway just order here to go.

Here is just bubble tea store not a restaurant. Dont expect any tasty and good food. Food menus do not cook directly, but sell frozen foods heated in a microwave. Dont throw your money this garbage. Just come for bubble tea. Thats it.

Milk tea is delicious. However, I think they don t clean the dishes properly. I saw lipstick marks on a glass of water . And . I ordered spicy fish hot pot(not sure the name) well inside soup the beef s smell was bad and tasted bad I almost couldn t eat I really disappointed here

Enjoy waiting for your order while the employees stand outside smoking or chatting to each other instead of doing their job. Employee also didn t bother to wash his hands when returning from his smoke. Restaurant is dirty and unclean and I witnessed the employee pick her nose and touch her face several times then carried out plates of food without washing her hands. Disgusting and unprofessional establishment.

Bubble tea is great, unfortunately my partners chicken was almost all bone and cartilage.

Our group was in a park, and we made a large order through Uber delivery. Bubble World did NOT include utensils and napkins. I called and asked why they didnt include any utensils, and they replied because we stated in the Uber app not to have any utensils. I checked the app, and it did not have that option. So please be aware that if you are ordering takeout or delivery, make sure you have your own utensils because they are not going to provide it to you.

Waitress was extremely rude. I was enjoying my food and she disrupted my meal. The food was good but the service was terrible. This woman slammed our water down after making us wait for 20 minutes. I m just a little confused on what we did to make her mad as we were very kind. Please fire this lady. (we believe her name is Julia)

EVERY TIME I order a watermelon slush on UberEats, it tastes way too plain. Either they are adding too little watermelon or adding too much water to it, or maybe both. It tastes really bad. Stop being cheap on food and drinks.

Honestly friendly staff and nice interior. Food is really just mediocre. Ordered spicy mala soup, only soup and bits of veggies inside. (Didnt take photo) Ordered deep fried fish cake and came hard like a tree branch topped with salt and pepper like they free super salty Will order again and hope they understand what I mean by less fried and less salt

I ve been to this bubble world many times. This was my first very bad experience. My friend and I went to order some bubble tea. We waited for 15 minutes at the till while servers walked past, made eye contact, and kept going. They served another customer who came after us. When we stepped closer to the till, after they took the other customers order, they didn t take ours. They Kept walking away and almost purposefully avoiding serving us. When someone finally asked if we were doing pick up or take out, we said take out and then the server walked away again so we left.

Ordered 2 slushes and didnt get our drinks 30 mins later as they prioritize online orders first.

I ordered the chicken bowl on site and unfortunately it was served cold. I asked the waitress and she replied that the different components are reheated differently, so she couldnt return it. Strange! So it didnt convince me.

The meat sauce noodle is the best ! Always ordered it. The pork chops noodle soup is average, the soup is plain basically just taste the salt. Chicken cutlet with plum sauce is most recommended, crunchy and the sauce is sweet. Lastly, fried king oyster mushroom is mediocre. However, the most unsuccessful experience is the washroom a bit dirty with fly going around.

Shaved ice consistency was terrible. Very little condensed milk, felt like I was chewing ice cubes. Reminded me of a cheap snow cone from 1987.

They always mess up my bubble tea order every time I come here and the food is overpriced rubbish. Last time I got bubble tea here, it made me sick all day.

I ordered a combo, they charge me 2 rices as they told me I ordered that. It s my first time to see a combo with 2 bows of rices.

All the food had amazing distinctive flavor. Not oily, crispy even though we had it delivered. Upon inspecting our order they actually added in extra rice and a entire extra meal. I will definitely be going back.

The food is consistent with the other locations. A nice place to grab bubble tea as they have a vast amount of options. I recommend the ice cream milk tea slush with coffee jelly. The staff here are very kind. They answer the phone promptly whereas some locations dont pick up the phone at all.

Its our first time to go to Bubble World. And Im glad it was a great experience - over-all. We ordered: **Mango slush - not to our liking - it didnt taste like mango to me. Maybe we should try it with no milk next time. **Strawberry slush - tasted more like strawberry but definitely not fresh strawberry but good. ***Pineapple shrimp balls - yummy! :-) highly recommended - they made it crispy enough and the shrimps are plump - equivalent to Prawns in most Japanese restaurants for their prawn tempura. :-) ***Pork chop rice platter - Recommended - it tasted simple but superbly seasoned. My daughter is so picky but loved it. ***Braised Tofu with Fish cutlet - Strongly recommended! Just perfect! But be careful, they dont tell you its super hot, but IT IS! Their bathroom was clean, which I really appreciate. I hope they keep it that way. Servers were young, friendly and overall great! :-)

Came here with group of friends then hoped to be treated with service. Some hot pot was okay, but this dish call chicken nuggets was too salty and oily, it should be reduced salty when you marinated chicken. The server girl with glass was not in the good mood yesterday we came. Please keep your energy when doing your job.

Today I was at the Bubble world with my friends. We sat there and enjoyed our drinks when one of the employees was cleaning the table. While she was cleaning up the food from the table she took the dishes and Spilled them by accident. The sauce that was spilling went on my pants and there were lots of stains that were on my pants. The women said sorry and I went and asked them for a free drink because they spilled sauces on my pants. but they said no and that they would just give me a discount. There was no point in the discount. After all, my card doesn t work there, cause I have a master credit card which they won t let you post with.

Good food, dining area and washrooms very dirty however

I thought there s finally authentic Chinese food in the hood, but it s not, it s totally white people Chinese food, sweet, mild, plain. Service is nice though, the girls are nice.

I love the bubble tea but what made my experience so excellent today was ordering online, paying through Google and then once I arrived at the Walnut Grove store, they had a separate door where you pickup your takeout orders so you don t have to wait in line at the regular door. Never had I been in a restaurant where the server will watch what percent of tip you will press on the card machine and give you a reaction as soon as you press it. Very unprofessional and awkward. Who trains the people here?

A popular place! Walnut Grove has definitely benefited from a late night spot that isnt fast food, Dennys or a pub haha! Their bubble tea is always great, and while the menu for food can be overwhelming, there are a lot of gems! The salt and pepper chicken is especially good. During the past few years however, weve seen a decline in the atmosphere, service and they have gotten rid of (or have problems sourcing) many popular bubble tea toppings There are many delivery services that can do takeout from bubble world which is awesome, but often leads to very busy staff! All in all, its worth checking out, but isnt quite what it used to be a few years ago .

Food was hot and delicious, certain menu items had a small portion for the price but overall it was very good. Would come again.

My boyfriend and I love Bubble World and we have been going to the New West and Surrey locations at least twice per month. I have been to this location on 88th for drinks with friends before and had no issues. Today, August 1st at 7pm was the worst experience we have had to date. My boyfriend and I sat down at 7pm and the younger gentleman (he had longer hair) serving us gave us our menus and a jug of water. We noted the restaurant was very busy. For the next 30 minutes we tried to wave down our waiter to place our orders. But he kept walking by our table. Eventually by 7:30, my boyfriend went to the front counter to order. As my boyfriend tried to speak to him, the waiter turned his head pointedly and ignored my boyfriend. After this exchange, we got up and left. The restaurant had cleared down to about half capacity by the time we left. There was no reason to ignore us for 30 min. I understand it is BC Day and the restaurant was full when we arrived, but to not acknowledge or communicate with your patrons is rude. We were prepared to spend $50 on food and were very disappointed. We noticed the other girl on shift was running around to all the tables and doing a great job. But her coworker was not as motivated to help. I felt so bad for her.

Bubble tea wasn t great and customer service was even worse. First and last time for me. Gave them two stars because their menu looks good and they re open late. Too bad.

We have ordered take out/delivery 5-6 times now and it has been exceptional and delicious each time. They have a huge menu and, although we haven t been adventurous enough to try the popular intestine dishes, we ve tried many items and they re always so flavourful and fun.

Everyrging is good! My guilty pleasure is bubble tea and the bubble waffles when I need something yummy!

Bubble tea is terrible. My milk tea slush had no tea whatsoever. It tasted like watery ice. Vegetarian fried noodle has zero flavour or seasoning. This place is disappointing

Great prices and great drinks. I don t recommend the honey dew milk tea tho. This is better and cheaper than Starbucks. And the pearls are soo good. I really like the mango milk tea and strawberry mango slush w/ extra pearls. However, I don t really recommend dining in. It s not the cleanest and it s very noise because of how close it is the the high school. Come before school hours or late at night on a day kids won t be there.
