We came today and ordered for our family of 6. It s been 40 minutes and we still don t have our food. Absolutely ridiculous!

They Take 1 Hour Just to Make one wrap. Do Not Try This Restaurant Trust me Food

This restaurant is far from authentic Greek cuisine flavor the rice is pretty tasteless the potatoes barely have lemon flavor they taste more like salt than anything else because the owners try and use as little lemon as possible to spend less on lemons as possible how cheap.chicken skewer very tiny overall quality of ingredients is terrible does not taste like real souvlaki at all the owners and his partner/wife dont seem to care just slop food together with cheapest ingredients out there in order to allow for more profit but they sure love to jack up prices stay away from this restaurant it is not Greek food quality sucks DO NOT recommend

Never disappointed when I stop here to get a pita. The fries are seasoned nicely and hot (very hot) but sooo tasty.

Food is good and plentiful!

The girls are nice and the food is good but none of them know what theyre doing. Its like the blind leading the blind. Waiting 30 minutes for a take out order the 4 people in front of me all had to have their orders fixed because every single one was wrong. Three girls would huddle around the order screen arguing about what it said. They seem incredibly frazzled and unfamiliar with the menu items.

Very little meat in the wrap. Used to be much better. Won t be back.

The food is absolutely amazing! I went there with my boyfriend during my off-day. The owner was that cooked our food and it was the BEST Opa Ive tried Hes Greek, so I 100% recommend anyone to go there from opening to 3pm for his cooking The food came out lightening fast and was great!!!

Where do I start. We placed our order at around 7:00pm and there was a few other people waiting and three girls working. After 25 minutes a man went up to get a refund cause the wait was extreme. She couldn t figure out how to refund it to his card so she gave him cash after 10 minutes. Then after 45 minutes the lady saw us with two cups and said hey! Did u guys get the pita wraps? Because one of you didn t pay for your pop, is it okay if I charge you now? To which we responded one is water. Then they start calling out an order and it was the man s cancelled order; they never communicated it was cancelled so they made his food before mine. Then we finally got our food after 45 minutes because the staff was moving at the pace of a snail. Then as we were eating a skip the dishes man was waiting for 10 minutes for his order. Who knows if he ever got his order. Slowest customer service I ve ever experienced in my life !

Jasleen and Ravneet were doing a excellent work considering they were super busy on a Tuesday The management should look into adding more staff for the rush hour.

Got the opa platter. Everything was great. Food tasted great and so was the service.

Its so salty, French fries and salad

The employee that served my wife today refused to give her a combo despite it being on the menu behind her. She was extremely difficult to understand due to ESL and accent, quite rude, and was admant that the combo didnt exist to the point my wife just got something else. Our food was packaged together in one box instead of separate despite it being 2 different things. It was appalling customer service.

Its too bad I have to give this a 3 star because OPAs menus are tasty, but this particular store is a no-go for me anymore despite working nearby. The staff looks miserable and dont care, and pickup orders seems to always run late.

Awful customer service. I was asked to take my mask off to place my order. If they dont want wear it thats their choice, but if I want to keep using it, thats up to me to decide.

Ordered Olympus bowls with rice and the ratios were disappointing 60% rice, 20% tomatoes and onions, 20% chicken + half of a pita bread. I understand that everyone is trying to cut costs, but seriously wasn t worth the $10. I asked for pita bread to be packed separately due to a gluten allergy and the staff member seemed very bothered, glaring at me and in the most annoyed tone, he asked, why does this need to be separate? Just this in a box on its own? I explained it was an allergy but he didn t seem to care at that point. I ve had good experiences with other locations, but I ve been to this one a handful of times and there s often something wrong.

Wish I knew about this place before. Calamari salad was great. I will be going back for sure. Had to take half of my order home, portion was so large.

Food is ok. However the counter guy was rude. I ordered 2 things and he charged me only for 1. When I mentioned that I had 2 orders he said I thought you changed your mind. I also mentioned that my wife would come pick them up later. He complained to my wife that she was slow to pick up!! If you are not happy working there please dont. Very unprofessional.

Best place to eat donairs in Langley. They let you customize pretty well everything, give free extra sauce when asked, have Fresh toppings and friendly people.

Very weird and rude guy- Jamal Ansi. The way he spoke to me was condescending because I wasn t getting a full meal, just a wrap. Normally they ask what ingredients you want in wrap but this guy never asked me for that. Just did all by himself. Suggestion: If you don t like your job or your business, simple dont work. Dont ruin other peoples day. Never going to step foot in there again.

Celebrating Friday night date night at Opa Langley was a very nice experience. The food and atmosphere was what we learned to expect from Opa = Awsome! Jamal and his team always greet you with a smile and prepare the delicious food in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that want fresh food at a decent price.

Ordered in person and sat at a table while food was being made. Witnessed three skip the dishes drivers come in and get there orders made after I had already placed my order. The pick up orders were not made before hand when the store receives the order and only started when the driver comes to pick up. As a customer who ordered in store and seeing them not prepare my order but letting skip orders further push order down the line. The manger who took the order could have provided a eta instead of wasting over 25 mins sitting in the store. Much faster going into the location in willowbrook mall, will not come back to this location.

Good food but employees were running in every direction. Looks like they could have used help or a better plan. Prioritized skip orders over anyone ordering in store. Waited half an hour and they didnt even START our order. Asked about it, they said 5 minutes. 5 minutes went by and they still hadnt started it. Almost 40 minutes for an in-house order is absolutely ridiculous. Got a refund, took our business across the street and was served in less than 10 minutes. I understand being busy, but skip orders should not be put first when there are people in house.

Wonderful staff. Signage was clear and location was clean. Its a treat to have a place to go where I feel safe that theres no cross contamination (legitimately can not have wheat products).

The fries were awesome. The ladies working there were very nice and fast as well. Ill definitely be back.

The women that work there are all very pleasant but the owner is not very friendly. He is always in a bad mood. On various occasions I have seen him talking in a rude tone to his staff.

Need a knife to cut the potato and even chicken is half cooked would recommend OPA thats in Willowbrook mall tried here two times because mall close early and disappointed both the times

The bald guy may be manager I don t know was very cold and even after placing the orders he took only one order a d said rudely oh you didn t tell me there are two orders but we actually did. Interestingly his behaviour changed drastically when three occasions entered and one of them was not wearing a mask. And he was not rude or mean to them either, he was rather very friendly and chatty with them. So if you are brown, please visit this store at your own risk. I think the manager was an Arab guy.

I had lunch at OPA at another location last week and really enjoyed it. I thought Id try this Langley location tonight, nearby and I was really looking forward to it. There was only 1 other customer but they managed to mess up my order. Wrong type of meat and soggy Ceasar salad instead of Greek salad. The food tasted alright but the order wasnt correct. Also my husbands fries were very soggy and he couldnt eat them. Well go back to the other location in the future. Easy order but seemed beyond the comprehension of the two employees. other loca

Fresh ingredients make this a good spot for a fast food ish meal. Its a strip mall location so nothing fancy but staff is friendly, food is ready pretty fast and its a clean place.

Fresh vegetables, good taste, reasonable quantity and affordable price.

The man Jamal Asmi that works at this location is rude and quite disgusting. I watched him handle money then pick up pita bread and put it on the grill. I came back to give it a second chance and I walked out. Again because Jamal was rude. This man should not be aloud to work in customer service. I couldn t agree more with the review from FE below. You nailed it!

Hit and miss with cooks. Seems to be in robotic mode when making your order. I always order no feta but somehow they always like to put everything topping and have to remake it because.. well I said no feta. Same goes for delivery.. please pay attention to the order if this applies tp the salads too.

It started out bad when ordering as we both couldnt seem to get the order right ..I wanted 4 meals total but apparently the calamari platter isnt called a platter so I ended up paying for an extra lamb platter which meant I now had 5 meals in total not 4..an extra 14.00 on my bill but they wouldnt refund difference even though nothing had been made yet.i just decided to keep it..my order had also 1 platter with no rice just extra potato..if I hadnt been watching I would have gone home with rice and no potatoes..unreal how undertrained the staff were..the meals ended up not even close to the $78 I was charged ..I highly recommend the staff be retrained and if that was the manager demote her...do not go her

Its okay. The food is really greasy, and not that great tasting. Seems like a healthy option from the outside but its nowhere near. Also there are many better Greek food options and even fast food options than this. It took about 15minutes to get our food and it didnt taste like anything special. If anything, I felt pretty gross after eating it. Dont really recommend.

I stopped by and didn t realize that it was just a minute from closing time, which was an hour earlier than normal due to COVID. I looked at my watch just as I opened the door and the owner eagerly waved me in, happy to stay a few minutes late to make fresh chicken for me. He even gave me a couple of free tzatziki dips! Great local owner and delicious cheap food. Best fast food around.

Its greek. Had the calamari and opa fries. Calamari was a bit over done and small portion, hardly any tzatziki given. Fries were good though.

Picked up food here today. Chicken souvlaki, i got home and it was completely uncooked!! I had already eaten one piece without noticing unfortunately. Im also 6 months pregnant and this is a huge concern! When i called i got an oops Im sorry and a promise of a new meal next time Im in. Im not impressed...

Paid 12 bux for 1 skewer which had 4 pieces on it ....first and last time no wonder there was no one there save your money undercooked (just read the review below mine and meat being undercooked seems to be an issue)

Calamari is great, owner is friendly and stands by his cooking. Does a great job, only time I have been disappointed is when new cooks fail to meet the standard he set.

First and last time I ll ever be coming here. I adore the food from OPA and always go to the one in Willowbrook Mall but my husband wanted Taco Bell so I went here because it s a few doors down. I ordered a veggie wrap for myself and rice for my daughter. I watched the lady put my pita on the grill RIGHT on top of the 10+ skewers of uncooked chicken. Not only that, but proceeded to flip my pita with the same tongs she used to flip the uncooked chicken. I asked her if the pita was touching the chicken and she said no, even though it clearly was. I asked her to make me another one and she questioned me as if I was being a nuisance. She still continued to flip it with the same tongs she was using for the meat. Whatever, okay. I get home and not only is my wrap falling apart but there s a black hair in my daughters rice. I don t know how to include pictures, but I did take one, because this was gross. I m extremely disappointed, you definitely lost my business.

I love that OPA restaurants represent fresh, healthy fast food and have been going to this OPA location on and off for the past few years without an issue. However, after my experience today im disgusted and wont be going back for a while. I ordered the low carb platter (Greek salad w/skewer of protein) and the salad had pieces of onion that shouldnt be in a salad - the core and red skins. It happens, I get it, but the icing on the cake was the chicken. It was fully cooked, but the taste of it was off as if it had expired but was cooked anyways. Hope I dont get sick.

Good food with a clean establishment. Only complaint I have is that the women have their own washroom. The men have to share it with women, handicaps and children. I think the washroom gap is real. #methree

We arrived there at 8:46pm and they close at 9pm, and the doors were locked, open sign on, all lights on, and the guy just stood there and threw his hands up and shooed us away. Thats pretty lazy management and bad business in my opinion.

Ordered a Pita Wrap combo, the wrap was good, the fries were barely cooked which was a let down, I normally love the fries from Opas.

For some reason i kept giving this place one more chance. Their food is always undercooked. I always go to the location in tsawwassen mills mall and it is always excellent. This locations food is always over cooked or under cooked. Tonight meal was no different. I will not be going back to this location again!

I go here often for lunch during work, customer service is awesome. One of the times I got lunch, the fries in the fry bowl were under-done, but I called and they said the next time I come, Ill get a free one. When I went, they remembered the situation, apologised and made my food very quickly. Mistakes happen, thats why I kept a 5 star, 99.9% of the time, the food is great!

Just wanted a classic Gyro. I ve never visited an Opa before, so I was unsure what to expect. The fries were ok. The pita was stale and dry. The meat was just nowhere close to the classic gyro meat I was hoping for and had an off flavor. The sauce also had an off flavor and wasn t like any tzatziki I ve had.

Good food. Kind of expensive but definitely a healthier choice. Excellent friendly staff. Quality of food is good. Clean restaurant.

We ve eaten here many times and have good experiences with staff and with food - thank you for that. However, on our most recent visit, we arrive at 6:55pm to place a takeout order - the open sign was on and the door unlocked. Staff had already packed up and cleaned up to close at 7:00pm, so they were unable to serve us. It was definitely disappointing.

Great place, I came in 2 mins before close which I normally wouldnt do as I know it is hard on the staff but i was very tired after work and didnt want to cook. This man was so wonderful and nice about it I will be sure to give them more of my business

Turned away 10 minutes before closing because they are closing soon. If you are closed at 8:50pm, turn out your lights and turn off the Open sign.
