Updated Oct 26,2024 aprox 1230-130pm Tried this location again food was ordered via skip the dishes The food that was ordered was not the famous chicken strips I ordered for the last 8 years of my life but those skinny double cooked strips the burger that was suppost to be a xl burger was falling apart this was the last time and how dare they take advantage of people using skip the dishes what a waist of 55$ ps this order was placed and received in 13 minutes. Very unsatisfying not going to bother phoning in to here them tell me to take up with skip I did eat most of the food my kid said he wouldn t eat the chicken strips as they were not strips 6 pieces was actually 11 small chunks of chicken , budget cut maybe ? Ordered skip the dishes, Cajun fries cold and hardly seasoned , burger wasn t half bad little soggy on the corner of the bun over all very expensive 62$ for 2 meals

Was great restaurant, but now Indian took over. Service becomes really bad. I ordered chicken tenders combo, milkshake and mini donut. Didn t give me the pop cup right away after I paid, I found seat to sit down and kids were thirsty so I went to counter to ask for my pop cup, lady is rude and said I didn t give you cup? I show her my table without any cup, so then she gave me the cup. After milkshake and chicken tenders combo, the lady wanna took away my food waiting number tag, I told her we still short mini donuts and almost had to show her my receipt to prove I ordered mini donut foods are great but service becomes very bad now.

Paid before I got my food and was asked for a tip before I had enough info to decide if I should even tip (pick up by the way) the manager yelled loudly to the staff in the back NO TIP. I had to laugh at how crazy this guy was, even the staff was super uncomfortable and mouthed sorry to me from the back.

This is our favorite go to place for the best chicken strips anywhere. Food is fresh and cooked to order...delivered piping hot to your table...incredible friendly service and spotless. Wayne and Laurin Food

Pretty sad how a long established place was ruined. Where did all employees go? Is it because they didnt speak a certain language? Portions are smaller, staff is rude, place is disgusting. Rush finished, instead of cleaning tables the cashier just went and hung out with her friends. This was once a great restaurant ruined by overseas buyers. Can not support this location anymore.

Giving a 1 star because it was the most disgusting veggie patty I have ever had in my life. If you are a vegetarian do not waste your money.

Hi hi, we were greeted with enthusiasm and the ordering process was pleasant and engaging. Our burgers were delivered to our table in good time, but because the hostess was busy receiving new customers she was delayed in preparing our Mocha Java milkshake, but once it arrived it was delicious. All in all a good experience.

Worlds slowest burger place

I have noticed over the past couple of weeks there are less and less people there. Sometimes you wait for a long time for your order, Only a couple of the staff are friendly now. The floor was very wet and slippery in spots. It wasnt cleaned up, only a sign was put there. Not happy over all with the place anymore. We stopped going there for dinners and went for breakfast, twice now I have cleaned off my table, twice now we didnt get all our order and had to ask for it. The final is that the sausages werent cooked. We wont be back.

Fatburger used to be my favorite burger place but it has gone down hill over the years . Quality of food is poor for the prices . Worker was unaware of a promotion on posterboard and the girls working all speak their language instead of English infront of customers .

Waited around 8-10 mins, and got this. Soggy bun , pinch of grilled onions...

Had 2 combos there. Burgers were not fresh and fries were under cooked and soggy. Cost just under 50.00. Last time there for us.

Excellent staff hot food and delicious

One of my husbands and my selfs go to restaurant, langley location has been the most consistent and giving tasty food, my only complaint is their poutin gravy is definitely not worth getting doesnt have much flavor.. other then that I love the crispy buffalo burger.

Absolutely my kids and my fav burger joint in Langley. Went yesterday and discovered the treasure chest with free toys for the kids to pick from! Love this location and the staff. Definately could get a burger for cheaper somewhere else but what you get for the price is well worth it! Kid-friendliness: My kids love coming for a burger here. After 27 hours of labor, my wife said she wanted a Fat Burger and a Milkshake when we got home from the hospital with our first born baby. We placed the order and made a note of the occasion. The staff kindly sent over some bonus churros with our meal and a lovely note saying For the mom - congrats having your first child . Absolutely loved it. Thank you to the staff for this.

Great food at a good price. Kids meals for $6 is unbeatable, especially when you take into account the quality of the food. Service was awesome too. I haven t gone to a Fat burger I didn t like so far, keep it up! Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are at a very reasonable price.

I ate here with my son and husband for dinner. My husband had a burger, my son a burger with a poutine, I had a burger patty with nothing just the patty. After waiting 20 minutes for our order, only my son and husband got their meals. They did not make my patty! I waited another 15minutes for a patty. My husband went up several times to figure out what was going on and none of the staff could say anything. Once it came out, I got a quick sorry but when I said this was unacceptable the lady said very snippy, Im not the one who made the burger. This was very rude. I came to enjoy a dinner with my family and got treated like garbage. I was told it was a fault in their system for not picking up the lone burger. This is fine, mistakes happen, but then apologize sincerely and make it right. Then the next lady came and apologized to my husband when he clearly said it was my burger. She wouldnt look at me and continued to cut me off when I would talk. Complete disrespect. All I wanted to say was that I was very unhappy with the way they were handling the situation. Then a other lady came over. Her name was Destiny. She actually apologized to my face which I was happy to see. I told her I was not happy with the situation and that I understood that it may not be anyones fault but in the end their company was at fault and should fix the mistake. She offered to talk to the boss. I said, yes. She came back to tell me I could have a free burger at my next visit. I thought this was fair and accepted. Im glad they were able to fix their mistake but to have to basically demand it is just bad service. The customer comes to an establishment to have a joyful experience and when that is not met there is something wrong with the establishment and someone higher up needs to fix it. I guess its not exactly easy to keep fast food workers though..

I really like this place. Their food is always tasty/ fresh, the cashiers/ servers are nice, orders come out fast, price is good, always find a table available, its never crazy busy crowded and loud. Can only recommend.

People were mad for waiting to long, I was waiting over 30 minutes for 2 burgers they came with the wrong order to the table they were out of things as well. They missed my poutine, Staff didn t know what they were doing. After I told them what I thought all about it they only had excuses instead of solving the problems. My girl had a bone in the chicken burger it was terrible and that for 50 dollars plus tip on top of that for a order ! To bad that the old owners sold this company to people that don t know how to run a simple easy burger fast food restaurant. Not professional at all ! And why do we have to give tip before we eat when they can t make they re people happy ? I never will recommend this place and never will come back anymore !

I waited for more than 30minutes for 4 piece tenders and when i got them the size of tenders was too small.It was a combo of 18$ something was not worth it.

Cashier was excellent ensuring my order was correct. Even offered a mix of banana/ chocolate flavored shake (her own design as not sold usually when I asked for it). It was excellent. Fries (large) were enough for both Myself and my son. Expensive but well enjoyed. Only reason for atmosphere at a #3 is that a number of seat were ripped/tapped and the one we selected was not very comfortable.

I waited for 45 minutes for my order!! While I was waiting I asked the staff how long, and she said our wait time on orders for now is 30 minutes, SHOULDN T I BE INFORMED THIS PRIOR TO PLACING ORDER? Since 30 minutes of wait time in fast food restaurant isn t normal. Staff is friendly BUT not hygienic. Staff was eating fries when pulling out from fryer. One of the girl was making a chicken wrap, she cut the pieces of chicken and LITERALLY ate one piece and added the rest on the wrap. They have open kitchen so all these activities are easily noticeable. I was flabbergasted.

Then some how Every time I get food from them the veggies are wet/soggy with out fail and Soft wet fries when you ask for extra crisp. The food was good, however the girl working at the front counter was horrible. I asked if there milkshakes were gluten-free, due to my daughter having celiac disease. She proceeds to roll her eyes and say I dont know. Then she pulls out a book and looks in it for 5 seconds and says I cant find anything. She made my daughter feel like something was wrong and that she said something wrong. The customer service was completely uncalled for and completely brutal. First of all, you should never treat a customer the way we were treated today. Without customers there is no service and overall no jobs. We will never go here again due to this, I dont care how good the food is!!! Also, It doesnt matter where you work. You should always know the product youre selling!!

I almost exclusively order these guys online and have only ever once had my order messed up(in 7 years of ordering). Always quick and cordial for the quality of food youre getting. Its pricey but worth it. Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian selection here. In contrast to some other chains, its worth noting that; -I have never seen the cooks clean the cooking surface before preparing vegetarian options -Their grill is clearly callibrated exclusively for their meat recipes as their iteration of beyond burger is slightly overdone and dry in contrast to other chains.

Spent 50 bucks on 2 meals the burger was so disgusting I couldnt eat it it was soggy and extremely salty the gravy tasted like coffee grinds and litteraly smelled like cigarette smoke...when I called to complain the manager asked me to drive back down there to return the food instead of offering a credit..Iam 7 months pregnant and litteraly just packed it all back up N am driving back down there I will never order from there again there manager is a joke poor food and even worse customer service

Very disappointed. While waiting for my to go order, the man who was making the burgers was on his phone, then puts it down and starts placing burger buns into the toaster and handling the fryer baskets. I asked the girls standing there can he please wash his hands before handling my food and others and he said its ok, it isnt your food. Im sorry what? He then used a small amount of sanitizer, placed another bun in the toaster before walking to the back. SO gross. Will not be back

Fatburger is a chain burger place with locations everywhere known for its old-school 50s style. They make everything to order and the inside is definitely dressed the same. The staff here are friendly and very vocal. The food is great, burgers are on point. Portion sizes are decent for the price as well. Make sure to get a punch card if you plan on coming often.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. The food was enjoyable, but there were a couple of aspects that left me wanting more. Firstly, the burgers at Fatburger are undoubtedly tasty; however, I couldnt help but notice that the amount of sauce in my burger was rather insufficient. The lack of sauce slightly diminished the overall flavor and juiciness that I expected from a burger joint. Its definitely an area they could improve upon. Secondly, the customer service was just okay. I didnt feel a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staffs friendliness left something to be desired. I missed that personal touch and connection that can enhance the dining experience.

I went to have my lunch at fatburger yesterday. Food and service both were good, especially the milkshake. However, in the evening i went again, but the service was pathetic. Supervisor/manager at that time seemed nice and friendly, but the employee who took my order was rude. I know girl it s not an easy job to work till 9. But that s your job. Even we work 10 hours a day, no matter how tired we are but treating customers with a smiling face is our top priority. I m paying you to get what i want, YOU ARE NOT DOING ME A FAVOUR. Ordered thru SkiptheDishes- gravy was poured over the fries in the box. Awful, mushy fries. They put the gravy in a cup in the restaurant- why wouldn t they do that for a delivery? Vegetarian options: Impossible burgers are good

Ive been to a lot of Fatburger locations in and around Vancouver. This one is best in terms of food and service. Atmosphere is a little cold. Everything is very clean. Parking: Best to park in the Superstore outdoor lot as parking spots in proximity to Fatburger are hard to come by and very narrow... just right for door dings!

Although the food here is always fantastic, the service was nightmarish. We ordered two meals, each with a shake. Nothing fancy. They served us our food within about 10 minutes but no shakes. We waited an additional 5 minutes for our shakes, nothing. I went to the counter and asked where our shakes were, the clerk said Yep, okay and turned away from me and resumed making said shakes - she hadn t even started yet. Another 5 minutes goes by and my Husband goes to check on the shakes again, he gets sent away by the clerk once again with her saying she s working on them - which is fine, but tell us beforehand how long shakes will take if it s going to be more than 10 minutes He sits down and is called up to the counter a few minutes later - all in all about 15 minutes to get shakes AFTER our food was delivered to our tables. If you order shakes be ready to wait a collective 25 minutes for them to be done, even on a painfully slow night (we re sitting among 6 people in the restaurant right now, on a Tuesday night ). Hopefully they figure out their rhythm soon - this experience has dissuaded us from coming back anytime soon.

Ive heard about Fatburger but never been to one. I happened on the one in Langley by accident. I ordered a bacon cheese burger meal and it didnt disappoint. It was very tasty and made fresh. The best part of the experience was the staff that happened to be working. They were all in great moods and seemed to enjoy their work and each others company. This kind of positive attitude is truly lacking in todays society. Id like to believe that all the employees were like that but its unlikely. To that specific crew that worked on the evening of November 30 2023 you are all amazing and made the rest of my evening. Thank you!! To the owners of that location Bravo for hiring quality people who deserve a raise no matter what you are paying them.

Fat burger is one of my favourite places for fast food. I love that they have the option of lettuce wraps and that you can add guacamole in your burger. The Best, Fresh Burger joint BUT Went today , and the place is not the same without the very cheerful cashier with beautiful nails. Rihanna does not seem like she wants to be there. Even the Asian and EIndian cooks seemed lack Lustre and place was empty at noon Staff today put a damper on Fatburger. Very Dull and uninterested in ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. YAWN. Obvious they talk about customers while staring at you with eye rolls. Rude and unnecessary. Quit Asked for water and no eye contact, just put it on table and walked off.

The customer service at this location is horrible. Second time I ve ever gone here and you get treated like your a complete burden on them. The food and restaurant is great but customer service is the worst. Not only that but they make it very obvious that they gossip about you by eye rolling and staring right at you while talking in a group. Ive been coming to this Fatburger location for over 5 years now, and have traveled specifically to this one even though I have one closer to me. The service is always quite good, and the food is consistently delicious, made right, comes well presented and at a great price. We had breakfast this time and I will definitely have it again! Super well made with options for your breakfast order. The restaurant is consistently clean (including bathrooms), the staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is always great. Lots of room to dine in, they have different seating options available for small groups, singles or couples. Kid friendly.

Amazing chicken tenders!!

This was the most disappointing trip across Canada ever! I was so excited to try fatburger... I ordered the mushroom Swiss.. now before I get into how disgusting the burger was, I want to note that the little red head woman working there had visible lice crawling in her hair, with no hair net. Not only that, she was incredibly rude, in a snooty way. NOW BACK TO THE BURGER... So Im so hungry and my mouth is watering. I open the wrapper and I see it, but not before I smelled the, seemingly, 6 month old grease. I tried a piece of lettuce I had ordered extra on the sandwich. It tasted like, I would imagine and outdoor grease tub to. The bun on my so called burger was so soggy that it was falling apart. I called and they tried to tell me the Burger was supposed to be like that and didnt want to refund my meal. If I could I would rate this zero

Great service even in pandemic

MISLEADING ADVERTISING -- Great burgers - but terrible service. We went in for dinner, as wed seen an ad in the local paper mention this ad for 10% off today. We mentioned the ad, name of the paper, and were told not this location and were made to feel like we were making it up. We went home - pulled up the ad, and we were right! Called back and were told to come back for the 10% on our next order....nothing else. Would have expected a little more as this was misleading advertising - pulling us in and then not honoring the ad. Fatburger has just lost a regular customer.

Foods ok. Nothing special. Probably won t be back.

Very nice location and great quality as always. This last time we visited the team was not in the best of moods and didnt even do their famous fat tip! After tipping them, and were just very dry on their kindness. I suppose it was only a bad day.. hopefully theyll be better next time

Very unhappy. First of all, I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, I think they forgot mine because I waited about 25 minutes. And they werent even busy. Second, do they expect to examine my food before eating. Other than the service I was really enjoying my burger, then there it was. A blond hair was hanging out, so I went back. The manager was like, Well you ate most of the burger, and refused to do anything about it. So I just shook my head and walked out. They are lucky that there is something wrong with my voice or I would have gave them a piece of my mind. My first experience there was better. I will probably never go back there again.

Everything was delicious. Restaurant had a great vibe and atmosphere. Staff was welcoming and attentive.

Loved the burgers, dont like the price. Shouldnt cost close to $20 for a burger and fries and drink.

I m a bit of a burger connoisseur and fatburger never disappoints. Always a great customer service, never a long wait and always so fresh tasting. The boys love the hotdogs and kid s meals are the perfect sizes. My go to for a delicious burger.

Quick and friendly service. I got a thick milkshake and a chicken tenders poutine, both were amazing.

Food is good. Speed is horrible if you are sitting in the restaurant. Tell them that you ll eat in the food court, and they will make it fast. 20 min for two burgers. And I had to ask multiple times.

Best breakfast price in the LMD. Not sure why this diner is not busier in the mornings. Great food, portions, staff and service.

Great burgers. Great fries, sports on the TV. What more could you want?
