We had an amazing dinner here! Jasmine was our server, and she was incredible—so attentive and kind, checking in with us every 5 minutes to make sure everything was perfect. The food was outstanding, with rich flavors and super fresh ingredients in both the meats and veggies. Our favorites were the fish pakora, butter chicken, and the baked eggplant dish (baingan bharta—so smoky and flavorful!). The ambiance was also spot-on: clean and modern décor, great music, and a lively vibe. We really appreciated the owner stopping by to check on all the tables—it gave a nice personal touch. We’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious food and excellent service.
1st time visit. Excellent place. Well upscale decor'd. Food was well cooked and tasty. Hot naan was soft and with good charred smell. Nice place for short gathering. Really love it. Already intro'd friends to go.
Absolutely fantastic food. The lamb chops are unreal, and they are so tender you can just cut them with a fork. Perfectly seasoned. One of my favorite local Indian restaurants to dine in at.
Food was delicious we had goat special dish and vegetable korma and naan filled with potatoes. Everything was cooked very tasty. The service was quick.
My wife and I love going to An Indian Affair for our date nights and tonight we were served by Jasmine, who was such a wonderful server. She is prompt, attentive and happy to serve. Food was excellent and or cocktails were amazing! Thanks Gary and team for your consistent service delivery. We really love the new look and feel of the place.
Ambience was good, food was good, but the service was amazing. Suman was our server, she was very good and made sure our dining experience was good. Being a restaurant owner myself, I highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work.
Came here for the lunch buffet and had a really great experience. Food: really great selection and the flavours were amazing. Generous amount of meat and the Naan is fresh and unlimited. Service: Ishika was our server and she was so kind and sweet and attentive! She made us feel really taken care of throughout the entire meal 😀
we are from Edmonton,i search this place on google,I had an amazing meal at An Indian Affair restaurant! The vegetarian food was absolutely delicious. The spices were perfect and everything tasted so fresh. The restaurant has a cozy vibe and the staff girl ISHIKA ARE super friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for great Indian vegetarian food in Canada, this is the place to go. I’m definitely coming back!
We enjoyed our evening so much. Thank you, An Indian Affair, Food was so delicious. The staff was very friendly. Specifically, Jasmine was very fast, cheerful and friendly. Food
I had a great experience here. The food was delicious, and our server, Jasmeen, made it even better. She was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, ensuring we had a fantastic meal. Highly recommend both the restaurant and Jasmeen!
I recently went to indian affairs a disappointing experience at a restaurant . We booked a private table in advance and on arrival they asked us to leave within1.5 hour . They pushed us to order quickly . We haven t finished our starters and they were forcing to order the main course . Left with no choice we had to leave the restaurant without ordering the main course after engaging with the worst customer service . If you want a good family time this would be the last place to go .
Amazing as always! Must experience live singing with dinner
Superb food. Superb Ambience. Superb service by Vandana. Thank you Vandana
Food/ Ambience at Indian Affair has never been a disappointment
Average food, 30mins wait for egg omelet only people in the restaurant, wrong order with drinks. Things really didnt go well for this restaurant today.
Jasmin was very good she provided excellent service
Excellent service by jasmine She was very pleasant
Extremely rude staff especially the manager pavi
Lively ambiance, great service, awesome variety and excellent taste. Ample parking! Great for dining alone or couple or a group. Live music on weekends adds punch! Vegetarian options: Paneer, dal Kid-friendliness: High chairs on demand Wheelchair accessibility: Floor one with no stairs
Amazing buffet Good staff service Especially the non vegetarian food in buffet is lit
One of the few good Indian restaurants in town right now
Came here for the weekday brunch buffet. It was great, lots of items to choose from, nice salad bar an some chaat items available. Veg biryani was pretty good, but the other veg items were a bit too salty for me. Place was very clean and service was really good, cleared the dirty dishes everytime I got more food.Only complaint is that they would come around more often to serve fresh naan.
Great food. Great ambience. Thanks to Jashanpreet for recommending Guava Affair. I really liked it. Food
Amazing food, good service. Big portions.
Amazing experience at an Indian affair. Beautiful restaurant. Fantastic food. Awesome service. Great prices. Will definitely be going back. Its good to see there are still restaurants out there that care about wanting customers to come back. And I will refer everyone I know to go to an Indian affair in the process. Nice work.
Jasmin . Excellent service.
Excellent service from Jasmeen.
I loved the food specially the butter paneer and yes music totally matched the vibe and staff was very Freindly as polite as well
Great variety at the buffet, and the food is amazing. Loved it!
Disappointed to be there second time
I ordered chicken lollipop for pick up and they served burnt lollipop. Chef doesn t have the sense to redo it. Not recommended.
Amazing food and great customer service. Jasmine was so friendly, kind and smiling - wonderful experience. Saturdays are our favorite day to visit due to live music - the vibe will make it a good weekend experience
Verities are there in buffet ,but not quality until 2:00 pm.i think it may be in the morning.thankyou
This restaurant never disappoints! Archana is absolutely amazing and always ensures an exceptional dining experience she truly goes above and beyond every time. Jasmine was equally fantastic, attentive, and welcoming. Together, they made the evening memorable with their outstanding service. The food was phenomenal, and the overall experience was nothing short of great. Highly recommend!
I will never eat here again....horrible employees...didnt even ask me anything for 45mins like I was a ghost..I just left..smh
This place is Recommendable to go especially for the buffet. Prices are pretty cheaper than other restaurants. Customer Service was decent and calm environment.
50% of the buffet items are empty and dried ! When you say the buffet time the items should be refilled. Disappointed!
Jasmine took care of all the need , thanks you
Great food, and First Class Service. The food was so delicious and well presented. Our server Jasmine was outstanding. She helped us navigate the menu and made excellent recommendations.
This place came recommended from a chef friend and they did not disappoint with their food and service. Drinks were great and also the food was delicious, worth every penny. Our server Jasmine was so thoughtful, friendly yet professional. Loved it
Ishika is a great server & always ready with a smile. We came with our family & enjoyed the delicious food with great ambience. Great place with Live music.
Amazing food, Jasmine was our server , she is so polite and welcoming, best experience, music was amazing, shout out to whole staff, especially Jasmeen for an amazing night,
Atmosphere was good and the restaurant is nicely decorated. The food was just okay. The tandoori chicken was dry and legs and thighs only, no breast. Watch for the bill, they are sneaky. The guy passes you the machine with the bill but adds 15% on the bill without telling you. So I tipped a generous amount and it was only later I noticed his sleight of hand. Although not illegal, it was very deceitful. It would be more honest to just tell people the 15% is added.
Jasmine is such a pure heart girl and she is such a wonderful servier
They have very good buffet and very nice ambience.. jasmine helped us and she gave us hot food even they gave super hot gulabjamuns
Wanted to try something new while visiting the area and I have to say, I was disappointed with this place. Looking at the drinks, they had some interesting choices however they were over prices in comparison other similar places such Dhaliwals lounge or Tasty. The food was decent/nothing special or extra ordinary. The service was okay, the server kept forgetting our beverages, and had to be reminded. Overall I would say 3/5, not sure if its something well go back to to.
The Tandoori Non-veg platter was amazing, especially the lamb chops . They slss seei aced the Malai soya chaap. Karai chicken and chicken tikka worked out great super- soft garlic naan.
The staff was very friendly. Specifically, Jasmine was very fast, cheerful, friendly, and enthusiastic. We enjoyed our evening so much. Thank you, An Indian Affair, to make it a memorable evening for us.
The food was absolutely delicious, and our server, Jasmine, provided excellent service. I ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to others!
These guys shows the fake offers on the table .,,, when we order that same from the deals they said it isnt available .... these offers are only work if you order minimum 8 drinks which was not mentioned on the template
Vegetarian options: chilli paneer , dal makhani Food
The buffet is amazing
Amazing service From Jasmine
Excellent options in snacks, drinks, main course and dessert. Customer service is fantastic too. The ambience and food taste is perfect. Food : 5/5
Everything was good, Ishika really tried to elevate our experience by putting in the effort in making certain things available.
Great Indian place in Langley!
A fine Indian dinning place appeared bit too congested / crowded possibly Saturday night. Singer who was performing ,very good, cared about little in this hustle /bustle .Staff couteous Again visted yesterday, food is really good , must try golgappa shots, good music , gurmukh is a good singer but volume levels of crowd is too high otherwise 5/5, congratulations to the owner for maintaining Indian culture away from India with nice staff , cleanliness . Nice lights wow factor Again visited in oct 2024, restaurant size has increased n ambience too is gr8 Parking: Abundantly available even on weekends Wheelchair accessibility: Just accessible on wheelchairs at arms pace from
I recently had the pleasure of dining at this incredible Indian restaurant, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our meal. The food was simply outstanding. Every dish we ordered was packed with flavor and prepared to perfection. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, with just the right balance of spices. The garlic naan was soft, fragrant, and perfect for scooping up the delicious curries. We also tried the lamb biryani, which was fragrant and full of tender, flavorful meat. What really stood out was the authenticity and quality of the ingredients. Everything tasted fresh, and the presentation of the food was just as impressive. The portion sizes were generous, and we left feeling completely satisfied. If youre looking for a place that offers authentic Indian cuisine with top-notch service, this is it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves Indian food or is curious to try it for the first time. A true gem! 5/5! Avinal our server was awsome !
Recently dined and was thoroughly impressed with both the food and service. This restaurant offers a delightful dining experience that exceeds expectations. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal or a special occasion.
Excellent service by jasmin
Jasmine was great really friendly and gave great suggestions
Thanks for great hospitality @ Jasmin
It was mine and my families first time here and was satisfied with everything. From the great service to the delicious food everything was on point. Our server Jashan was great making sure we had everything and if we needed anything. Quick and fast. Can t wait to go again to try the other delicious items !
It was great at arrival everyone is welcoming and staff with beautiful smiles on faces .it was our first time visit to an Indian affair as we visited there for our anniversary celebration we really feel like home loved and at the same time food was very delicious overall It was really great experience
Very tasty and quality lunch buffet
Jasmine Foods and service are great Food
Jasmine best server! Best Indian in lower mainland
Food was great! Jasmine was wonderful and her service was amazing !!!!
Food was great, services was excellent, will never get in other Indian restaurants, jasmine and riya, provided service that will not get any restaurants. Hopefully she stays in this restaurant for a long time. Restaurant environment looks great after renovation. Wish them a successful business. Keep up the service and great food Indian affair team.
Jasmine was great, food on the buffet was very hot and fresh! Always a great time!
Beautiful restaurant! Love their butter chicken, lamb and goat.
Jasmina was an amazing server. Didn t realise it was only her 4th day on work, she knew everything perfectly and was an amazing server.
Jashan thank you for being so nice and welcoming!! We loved our visit here after a long time, will definitely come back and have her as our server:)
Ordered from this place before, food is tasty, however, on my recent order, there was hair in my food. It s a shame cause I do enjoy this place but this ruined it for me.
very bad service making people fool giving piece of cucumber on the place of lemons
Just had lunch today. It s busy for a Monday and it only goes to say that the food is good. The ambience is nice and the service from Jasmine is excellent. She is very attentive and very friendly. Keep it up!
I love the vibe of the restaurant. Food is good. Jasmine did a great service
I went there with my friends to have the lunch buffet, food and service was really good. Everything was nice. Great service by jasmine
Lahori Lamb was exceptional. Jasmine was an amazing host. Had good time with food, ambiance and service.
This place used to be good. My last two experiences have been regrettable. From the quality of food to the service - its all gone downhill for this place. Very saddened to see another Indian restaurant bite the dust.
We Came here for the lunch buffet and had a really great experience. Food: really great selection and the flavours were amazing. Service: Jasmine was our server and she was so kind and attentive!
Great food, amazing service, fab decor & atmosphere. Excellent gluten-free options including the best Indian GF bread. Deserts are also amazing with a large selection.
Unfriendly staff during rush hour, can barely hear them with the load music..became more friendly once things cooled down. Food was ok, Samosas are great and the Naans are soft and fluffy, who ever makes the Naans deserves a raise. Majority of the curries just bland, nothing special. Q: Will I visit again? A: No
I had just recently had dinner here with a friend. The ambiance was amazing with live music, and the food was TO DIE FOR!!! Our server Jashanpreet was so helpful and kind. I highly reccomend this restaurant for fantastic service and food.
Food was great and service as well.Especially jasmine she is great
I dined here with my husband yesterday. The food and ambience were fantastic, and Jasmine s service made it even more enjoyable. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured everything was perfect. Highly recommend!!
Jaismeen was serving us with the cuisine . I really love her work as she is kind towards us
I had an amazing experience at Indian Affair restaurant tonight. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the chilli chicken and Malai soya chap and the service was top-notch. Our server was Jasmine tonight, and she went above and beyond to make our dinning experience more memorable.
Food is as always awesome as well as the guitarist
I went there with friends to celebrate Diwali. The drinks were fantastic, and the food was pretty good overall. However, I m giving three stars because of the disappointing experience with the papad. It wasnt crispy, so I asked the waitress if it could be replaced. She came back and told us it was complimentary and couldn t be changed because they didn t have any more, but this was clearly not accurate as other tables who arrived after us were getting fresh plates. I mentioned we didn t want it anymore, and she took it away, though my guests had already served themselves chutney. While I understand it was complimentary, the papad is the first thing you serve to your guests, and a poor start can really set the wrong tone for the evening.
I would recomend there lunch buffet.
Vegetarian options: Wait staff knows their dishes and are able to recommend items that will suit your taste. Food
Excellent food balance taste with flavor and root touch .
Came for the lunch buffet during the week. Was pleasantly surprised, food tasted great. Very flavorful and the hot Naan they brought was delicious. I had hoped they would have samosas, but wasnt on the buffet offerings Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian options in the lunch buffet
Very good food and great service, we are satisfied with service, very clean and great place. Love it.
First time visit, went due to friends recommendations for lunch buffet. Food is good, service is good, but their buffet ends at 2:30pm which was a bummer since they did not give enough notice before we could take 2nd helpings. At 2:30 they started taking the food away from the counters. Their kheer and halwa were great. Tea is only 1 serving per person, but it was a good cup of cardamom chai.
We went for the lunch buffet on a weekend. The number of options were decent, not few and not too many for the price. Its $18.99 per person. There were two non veg starters - Chicken tandoori and chilli fish. Both were delicious! Veg starters included papdi chaat, aloo bhajiya and spring rolls, they were good too. The main course was also delicious unlike other buffet places, which was nice. The naan were super nice, never expected a buffet to have such soft and crispy naan. Dessert included gajrela, cakes and kheer. Overall its a steal deal for the price and options. It gets pretty crowded , so do start early on a weekend.
This is our second visit to Indian Affair, and it never disappoints! We arrived around 4:30 pm busy but not crowded and ordered some chicken wings in two different flavors, fish pakora, and a glass of wine. Perfect for satisfying our cravings! Fish Pakora - Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and paired with their house-made chipotle sauce that s simply amazing! (5/5) Chicken Tandoori Wings - The smoky flavor is spot-on, and with the mint sauce, it s a treat for the taste buds. (5/5) Chicken Schezwan Wings - Good, but could be a bit spicier and juicier. (3.5/5) Wine - Complements the meal well! (4/5) We also love the warm and friendly ambiance, and the staff who is friendly and warm! There s a happy hour, and they seem to offer something new every day. This wasn t quite lunchtime or dinner, so we didn t get to try more, but whenever we re in Langley, we ll definitely be back to explore the menu further! We loved the food and ambiance here! We visited around 1:20 PM, and it wasnt crowded. They offer a daily buffet until 2:30 PM. Food: The starters are amazing and the buffet is worth the price, with special mention to the fish pakora, tandoori chicken, and chicken samosa - all delicious. 5/5 They also have quinoa salad, mac and cheese, and other dishes as well. Main Courses: The buffet includes butter chicken, naan, veg pulao rice, baigan ka bhartha, yellow curry, aloo palak, chicken curry, and lamb curry. We particularly liked the butter chicken and lamb - 3.75/5 while the other curries were decent but less spicy - 3/5 Desserts: The buffet also had gulab jamun, rice pudding, and tea. The only thing is gulab jamun was broken and they all tasted good, especially the chai - 4.5/5 Apart from the buffet, I ordered coconut prawns and a lime mojito. The coconut prawns were absolutely delicious - 5/5, and the mojito was well-balanced without too much ice - 4/5 Service: Ishika helped us today, and we really liked her. She approached us with a warm smile, offered timely help, suggested good food choices, and also informed us about the happy hour. She has pretty good knowledge about the drinks and good. Well definitely visit again to enjoy the happy hour with more friends this time. Atmosphere:A quiet, fine-dining ambiance. I really liked the jade green chairs, clean washrooms, and the spacious occupancy, suitable for parties and team lunches. Overall, we had the best experience and would rate it 5/5.
One of the best places I ve tried I m always recommending this place to friends so good !
Only ever get take out , but soooo good.
We went for dinner. Positives: Ambiance is very good Chat is good Food is good in general, but few things are pathetic. Like chicken 65 was amazing. There was a fried mushroom, which is awesome. Nice live music. Negatives: Kulfi faluda was pathetic. Even after pointing it out, they did not agree. It was not at all creamy and very watery icy. Fried momos was one of the worst momos I ever eaten. We gave 3 stares because they were adamant about their kulfi and momos are perfect. Overall, I can say this is better than tandoori flames. And overall, good experience.
Great food service and atmosphere. Reason for 4 star is long wait times.
Great taste !!!!! Great service enjoyed a lot there. Highly recommended if you want to spend good time with family and friends.
WOW. this drink is incredible
This is my first time trying lunch buffet at an indian affair. Food was not palatable.I cannot name even one dish which was good Food was tasteless and flavorless. if you are non indian and dont know how a real indian food tastes, then visit this place. Food is made to cater local clientele( non indian) Just wasted my time to drive 20km to try the lunch buffet. Very disappointed
The environment was excellent, with 100% cleanliness. There were many items available at fairly low prices. Except for the halwa, most items were average or below average. More attention should be given to improving the taste of the food. Otherwise
Great buffet!
Ambience is good, but not the food..
We had dinner with family at Indian Affair. The food was good, enjoyedcthe kebabs. Paneer makhani was more on the sweeter side. The service was excellent, thanks to Ishika who was always checking on us and smiling! It made all the difference!
The food and service is always amazing, cant beat this place! Not to mention an out of this world cocktail menu! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
It was take out but absolutely nothing wrong with the food and the prices for all u get and feed! Perfect
We are having amazing experience at An Indian affair since last 3 years. The food is over the top always delicious and fresh. Staff and service is excellent. Manager Soviet is very professional and accommodating. This place is always on top of our list . Live music on weekends is great entertainment. I Highly recommend this restaurant for Authentic Indian food.
The waitress was rude. All the food tastes the same, its all a big sloppy soupy mess.
Came for the lunch buffet, really enjoyed it. Great food and really friendly service. Thank you
Love they have expanded easier to get in
Loved the food and our server Ishika was awesome!
I recently dined at [Restaurant Name] and was thoroughly impressed! The mince dishes were incredibly tasty and packed with flavor, all at reasonable prices. Our server, Ishika, provided exceptional service, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine!
Great Food, staff and ambience. One of my favourite go to place for Indian food !! Also, great lunch buffet!
Best place to eat a very good Indian food. Theyve expanded the place to better accommodate customers and reduce wait times. Vegetarian options: Yes, vegetarian dishes are available here.
Very good if you want to have buffet Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options Food : 4/5 |
first time try
Bad customer service, we order something and got something else Vegetarian options: We got raw chicken, customer service bad Food : 1/5 |
Customer service is very bad. Manager is not humble!
High quality indian food via takeout last night. You can tell they use premium ingredients and care about preparation and packing. Their takeout door was very busy and is likely an indicator of their success. I have not dined in yet, but the ambiance looked nice and the place was packed. Also another indicator. Keep up the good work Indian Affair. PT
Lovely food and the live music just adds to the charm . Ishika was an awesome hostess!! Very sweet and charming. She made my husband s birthday very special with a lovely dessert and a song dedicated for him .
I used to order from here all the time but until last night it has been almost a year. There was no flavor or heat (spicy), I guess they started using the door close to the bar for pickup orders, so because I was ignorant of this change I used the main door. The girl at the front was rude about my mistakenly going to the wrong door, did not offer the information of where to go and it was $70 for 3 vegetarian dishes that I could have picked up at the pizza place down the street. I will never order from there again, to be honest it was probably the stuff you can buy out of the frozen food section heated up and put in take out containers.
We ordered butter chicken for take out and the chicken tastes weird as if it was gone bad and the chicken s colour has also changed from the inside, would not recommend buying from them, when restaurants think their business is running well, they start putting ingredients that have gone bad which is too bad, I even got diarrhoea after eating it.
I would love to go there with my family. Ishika is the best host. She recommended me a dish, was awesome. The ambience was too good.
It was our first time we went after watching reels on instagram for birthday celebration food and service was so amazing. It was so busy but welcomed very nicely by host and server name was Ishika s service and recommendation for drink made our day. The live music was also so good we enjoyed a lot with old classical Bollywood songs remind our college days. The taste of food was so delicious and mouth watering please maintain the kind of service and taste of food over the time. We will recommend an Indian affair to our friends and family and will visit again soon
Had an amazing dining experience. The food was delicious, and Riyas recommendations were spot on. Her attentive service made the meal even better. Highly recommend
It was an amazing time that i spent at indian affairs. Everything was perfect including food, service, atmosphere.
Great ambiance. Live music, great food.
5 stars all around! My family loves the new decor and dessert table (especially the Nanaimo bars, haha). Ishika was our server and she did a phenomenal job. Will return for sure.
First time tried tokri chart for take out , it was not upto that standard , very very sweet , under flavours , tokri was very oily and smells bad may be bcoz of old oil Won t recommend it I have tried other restaurants for take out charts it s so so amazing , very disappointing Was excited to try out but it failed my expectations.
They never disappoint we been there 2 times for buffet and every time food was delicious. Highly recommended this restaurant.samosas are very tasty.
I visited an Indian affair yesterday for the first time. No doubt the food was amazing but didn t like the service. Servers didn t greet us , we sat there for around 10 minutes and nobody came by. Need to work on customer service. Even after we ordered food before hand, we had to wait. (It was not crowded at that time). Thanks Guys. Food was the only good thing :)
Fantastic lunch buffet for a great price. They have a wide selection of dishes, my favorite was the goat. The staff is super nice and attentive and they bring you fresh naan. Highly recommend this place if you re in the area.
Restaurant looks nice and staff is friendly. Rajveer was our server and she did a great job but food was not great. Had chicken curry and it was not that. It was chicken in a tomato gravy with all kinds of masala mixed. Food
The ambiance is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for anyone craving a true Indian culinary experience. Whether youre familiar with Indian food or new to the cuisine, An Indian Affair has something to satisfy every palate. Highly recommended for food lovers looking for a mix of tradition and freshness!
The food is always good! Their appetizers are so filling we usually don t order mains. Drink are also so unique. Only thing is I wish they played some Punjabi songs here and there.
Beautiful restaurant with great food and professional staff. Tried a few drinks and main course, it was all worth it. Great place to bring family and co workers.
Delicious
Some of the best Indian food Ive had!
Everything s is ok except the prices are stuck in post Covid time where most restaurants have reduced, it s a bit too expensive
Went again today with friends on my recommendation. Unfortunately the quantity is lessend, taste is not equal to before, no more welcoming papad with chutney and servive was initially delayed. Disappointing! Totally worth the hype! Great happy hour selections for food plus drinks. Got Papadum with Chutney as complimentary to start with and got to try so many other things. Ordered Long Island and Violet Lychee for the starters with Chilli Chicken Momos and Chilli Fish. It was all so delicious. Later ordered Kairali Mussels, Spinach Kebobs and Chicken Lollipop for food with Bubble Cosmo, Jalapeno Margarita and Skyball in drinks which were again Commendable. Presentation was admiring and it was all flavorsome and appetizing. The service was really slow though even when it wasnt even fully packed. Recommended.
Need reservation and a very lavish place to eat. 5 stars Kid-friendliness: More for adults but still works. Recommended dishes Butter Chicken
Food is always good here. Restaurant has a nice vibe and decor.
My all time favorite to go place for dine in is always- An Indian Affair. It is a delightful experience from start to finish. The restaurant offers a cozy yet elegant atmosphere to dine in. Their service is impeccable. For the quality and portion size, I found the prices to be quite reasonable. The flavors, portion sizes, and overall dining experience made it well worth the cost. An Indian Affair is hands down one of the best Indian restaurants I ve been to. From the welcoming atmosphere to the authentic, delicious food, everything about this restaurant impressed me. If you re looking for a spot that delivers on both quality and service, An Indian Affair is a fantastic choice.
Dishes/cutlery not cleaned properly, Food was below average not fresh. Poor services. Being rushed.
The food was delicious and had a lot of options.
Had buffet there for lunch before it was a good experience. However, this time, We had tandoori chicken, which tasted like it was from yesterday, and reread the bones were dry. Also, some curry smelled and tasted old. Maybe it was just recooked in Pan again with oil in it with tadka.
This is our favorite Indian restaurant in the entire PNW. Delicious food and fair prices.
I reserved a table online for Oct 19th which is the same day as Karvachoth. So, I understand that it is more busy than usual but when I went there and told them about the reservation they said that on busy days like today the reservation isnt applicable. So, then whats the point of them having this option on their website as the reason why someone makes a reservation is because its going to be busy and that they will have a table when they get there. I attached a screenshot of my reservation that I made and also got this confirmation from Indian Affair.
Best place in lowermainland for good food, good atmosphere, elegant, reasonable price, quantity wise perfect. Very good servers, everyone friendly, quick service. I give them 11/10. This is my self experience. Me and my family love this place. I m there regular customer. I recommend everyone to go there. Everyone is nice but SUMAN one of their staff member is the best person. And their food quality is top class. And the complimentary rice is awesome. Perfect place to spend time with ur loved ones.
Food is very good. Service is friendly.
The service and atmosphere were fantastic. The staff were lovely. However, the food did not meet our expectations. The chicken curry was really subpar. The rumali roti was served cold. I thought that the high rating was definitely misleading. Maybe a one off bad experience.
Great food! Jasmin was a great
Jasmine was an excellent server today for our lunch experience!
First time coming here after reading all the great reviews on their lunch buffets and it did not disappoint! They had a variety of salads, and hot food dishes both vegetarian and meat dishes. All were so flavorful. Loved that there were fresh Naan on the table when we got back with our dishes. Our server Jasmine was attentive and checked on us regularly with water refills. Definitely worth the price (about $22 including tax and tips per person). Will come back again!
Despite mentioning less oily food can still find oil surfacing on top of dish plus brunt rotis. Usually taste is good but this time was disappointed.
Great Ambience and good services by Ishika.
I only gave this a 3 star because the food was very good. However, we got this server that wouldn t even talk to us. I went in with my sister so she could try indian food for the first time, and we waited wait too long to get a server, when we finally got one she was just rude, she kept avoiding our table, did not approach us at all to even ask if we wanted another glass of water, when my sister asked what certain things on the menu were, she just looked at us very rude, again it was her first time dining out at a Indian restaurant, we didn t know what a lot of the things are, but after that one interaction she never spoke to us again. I had to ask another server for anything else me and my sister needed. Our initial server just kept passing by us to other tables, I wish I remembered her name but unfortunately I don t. The second server was more friendly than the other one, however because we weren t her table I had to ask any random person for our bill when we were ready to leave and our old server brought it. Didn t leave a tip as she didn t deserve it.
Reading the name one might think that only Indians eat here. You would be wrong! All sorts of people were here. A mixed crowd of young old and various ethnicities. They were all here for the food, right? Of course they were. But there are many Indian restaurants but this place has somehow hired all the right people. From the bartender, Kharthik to the wait staff and managers, these people made me and my father feel special. They helped, listened and made happen whatever our needs. Did I mention that the food is delicious. They didn t sponsor me but by far this was the best restaurant experience I ve had in YEARS. Well done, Indian Affair .
A little bit crowded especially being Sunday, but had a good non veg buffet lunch. All dishes were amazing but papdi chat and samosa were outstanding. would love to visit again.
Great owners great service good food
This buffet restaurant is great for a family lunch. Only downside was that there used to be unlimited chai but now only one cup person is included. Too bad mymparents really liked that detail.which made them different. Staff is very friendly. Food
They have a good spread for their lunch buffet.
I think these 5 stars are not enough to measure your efficiency and customer service. Even I have no words to appreciate these people. I must say that this is the best, Number one indian restaurant I have found in Canada.During our four days visit to BC we had dinner there everyday. And the lively environment with the smiles on the crews face removed our tiredness. They are doing really very well. I would love to give special thanks and credit to the manager and owner of this place whose mind is behind this amazing place. You guys made our trip memorable. I would love to visit langley just because of your delicious food and well behaved staff. I wish if you guys could open a branch over here in Calgary. Best wishes for your business Team An Indian Affair !! Love you guys.
The buffet was really good and the price was not expensive (way better compared to Tandoori Flame surrey). The employees were very friendly and the service was amazing.
Service sucks!
They always mess up our takeout order. It happened twice now. I understand that its a busy restaurant but they can try taking the orders without mistake. Ordered a gulab jamun cheesecake and just got gulab jamun.
Vegetarian options: Need some improvement in butter chicken and veggie corma check out butter chicken of 4 seasons chat house new west Food
Forgot to take order. Didnt mention gratuity was included and no receipt so tipped on top. Chicken Tikka Masala had at most 5 pieces of chicken but had good flavour. Environment loud enough that I could barely talk to the person beside me.
We had dinner today and Ishika was the one best to serve us with great food and her company in the restaurant made our meal more special.
Ishika was lovely; she made some excellent recommendations. The drinks, ambience and food are all exceptional. My favourite restaurant in the area. Took a lot of food for leftovers because I couldn t decide between so many great options, but my bill was less than half of what I would normally expect to pay for a meal half as enjoyable.
I went with my friends today. Our server was ishika and she was really nice. Food was also great.
Food was awesome.Great service by Ishika.
Came here for lunch buffet after checking reviews its over hyped in reviews food was cold and rice were very hard and dry out of all dishes only 1-2 dishes were good not recommended
First time reviewing after visiting here 4 times in the last 2 years or so. They are always super busy in a non Indian majority area so they must be doing things right. And that is one thing - consistent with the food and service. This time we ordered chicken65 and Malai chicken on a hot skillet for starters. Unbelievably well prepared. Mouth watering flavors. Had the whole cardamon to infuse the flavor. Also the spice levels were very well balanced. Then main dishes - lamb, chicken and paneer. The paneer was excellent and didnt feel like paneer pieces dumped into butter chicken gravy like other restaurants do. The chicken dish also was palatable but nothing that I will look forward to order again. But the most disappointing was the lamb dish. It felt that this was a dish made of salt and lamb is just for garnishing. Overall a good experience but i will be wary of salt next time.
Best and yummy indian food place in langley.must visit this place Staff girl ISHIKA is very friendly and helpfull Food : 5/5
Amazing food amazing experience!
It was great experience and brilliant atmosphere. Our server Ishika was very nice too.
