The atmosphere transported me to Tuscany, Italy — but not the food. For an Italian themed restaurant I am surprised with how basic/lacklustre the sauces were. No different than looking at a Boston Pizza menu on pasta Tuesday. I wish they offered a vodka sauce dish or white wine infused garlic butter sauce. But ya, pasta menu was very basic so we opted for the endless “soup, salad & breadstick” combo. The breadsticks were very… very… salty. Not sure if that is normal. Fresh but salty. I only tried the gnocchi soup, it was okay. Warmed the soul. The salad was good, surprisingly my favorite thing. The service was slow, I had to ask for the bill in advance so we wouldn’t have to wait around for it. The server brought out our red wine in a bucket with ice lol. We got the fried shrimp appetizer and the batter did not hold to the shrimp at all. The fried lasagna appetizer was tasty. It was a decent dining experience after shopping but I wouldn’t long to go back.
One of our favorite Italian restaurants. We had ravioli, meatball spaghetti, chicken Alfredo, mozzarella appetizer and warm Italian doughnuts for dessert. All good food! Highly recommend. Thank you to Aiden our server who was warm and friendly. Highly recommended. 2 thumbs-up!
The food and service is quite consistent at this Olive Garden. We tried the Shrimp Scampi and Seafood Fettuccine. Visually, the Shrimp Scampi looked like it was held under a heat lamp for longer than necessary. But the flavours were good overall. Avoid sitting beside the faux fireplace unless you get super cold all the time. Our server was kind to lower the hear upon request, but it was still quite uncomfortable.
The only Olive Garden in BC, but the feel and food are consistent with any location anywhere in the USA. The food is outstanding. But the hot fresh donuts are incredible, simply one of the best desserts out of any of the restaurants
We went at the opening time of the restaurant, restaurant was filled with people. It was very lively. We got seated right away, with great customer service from server, she was polite and friendly the whole time. The wait for the food was very long considering how filled the restaurant was, definitely a little hectic. The washrooms were not hygienic which was pretty disappointing considering how busy the restaurant is, they should be maintaining hygiene in bathrooms knowing that it’s rush hour and needs more maintenance. Last thing you want in a restaurant, is dirty washrooms which smell. For food, it was delicious with large quantity. Dishes come with a side of soup/salad, we tried three different soups, they were all delicious. The pastas were creamy and perfect. Restaurant had multiple vegetarian options as well, which was good as we had a vegetarian friend. Overall, it was a good experience.
I recently dined at Olive Garden and had a rather mixed experience. We faced a two-hour wait after putting our name down on the online waitlist at 5:41 pm, and didn't get seated until 7:22 pm. Once seated, it took another full hour to receive our entrees. By then, we were already quite full from the unlimited bread, soup, and salad. While the unlimited offerings were decent, they weren't exceptional or anything special. The entrees themselves were passable but didn't stand out in any way. However, our server was fantastic and definitely the highlight of the evening. Their excellent service was the one aspect that really enhanced our dining experience.
I will start with the food and finish with the desert. Food was incredibly tasty. I went with Ravioli Carbonara and my friends went for Eggplant and Shrimp Ravioli and we had unlimited salad. Everything was so tasty! Even my son’s kid menu was a proper adult menu. They also brought food containers with a paper bag , was awesome gesture! Desert was our waitress Amelie. She was incredibly cute, friendly and positive. I can say that we really need those kind of people around us. Next time if I go there, I will give her a hug :) And one more thanks to the chefs! Do your job like this! You will always see good people with you!
We went there on a weeknight for dinner. I didn't go in expecting the best pasta in town but a savoury meal. We weren't disappointed. The service was quick and friendly. The started salad and bread sticks are good. We got the calamari and the baked zitty appetizers. They were filling. The baked zitty wasn't very good. The calamari was a bit overcooked. I would order something different next time. We got the pasta sampler where my partner and I shared a sample player with lasagna, ravioli and Fettucine alfredo. It was good and a great option to share with another person.
I had the opportunity to visit Langley Olive Garden for the second time and frankly speaking, it took slightly over 5 minutes for me to be given my seat, which was quite refreshing considering their usual wait times. In addition to the great food, our visit was made exceptional by our waitress, Chriscilla. She was polite and offered great assistance to my friends and me as we studied the menu. Her smile and attitude also made her great because she served us very promptly. She made a lot of stops at our table to make sure we were okay and that our needs were satisfied. I had one of the best meals of my life, the gluten-free creamy mushroom rigatoni. As long as she wasn t overloaded with requests she was more than happy to get more breadsticks. The side salad was another highlight of the meal. I was trying it for the first time and the combination of the freshly cut lettuce with the dressing was great, and the tasty bites were numerous. Chriscilla gladly refilled it as many times we asked. Generally, I could expand on the good sides of this particular Olive Garden outlet, however, I suggest that you go and see it for yourself. Should you be visiting during the peak hours, you should consider utilizing their online waiting list feature as it can be helpful you can also view approximated wait durations from the information available on their site. To me, Langley Olive Garden ranks in the top most position in terms of service efficiency, food taste and the overall feeling of the restaurant experience. I am sure that I will revisit it! Vegetarian options: Limited spread compared to meat options nonetheless options available are decent. Dietary restrictions: Restaurant tries their best to address dietary restrictions Parking: It s part of Langley shopping outlets and the location has 100s of spots where you can park. It depends on the time when you come on how easy it is to find a spot.
WE LOVE RYAN!!!!!!!!! The pasta was a little undercooked but tasty Food : 5/5
Going to Olive Garden is always such a meaningful and divine experience. Thank you for all the great times
Food size and quality apparently went down compare to a couple of years ago. Portion is very small (we ordered entree size not lunch size). The food is about half of the size as shown in the picture. There was three of us and we all agreed that the bread, spaghetti and soup are all very salty. Not sure if they have a new chef or this is the new style. I wouldnt recommend this place anymore.
Pros: The service is great. The personnel is very kind. Atmosphere is nice. Bottomless soup and salad is very satisfying. Cons: - The amount of pasta you get is almost half of whats shown on their online menu. I got dinner size plate, but it was as small as their half-priced lunch size. See the photo attached vs their online menu, and look for Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo. I had to drink 6 bowls of soup to be full. You will also notice the steak is not cut into pieces before its served, although thats how its shown on the menu. In addition, the steak was not tender and difficult to cut. - Depending on the location of your table, it might be uncomfortable to get to your chair, especially if you are in a bigger group or you have elderly people in your party. Although there are tons of empty space in the restaurant, some tables are placed too close to each other.
It was a rainy day and looking for a place to eat in Langley around Willowbrook. We checked out Olive Garden and was so happy that we did. If you are down to a never-ending soups and bread sticks and drinks! This is where you want to go. The Zuppa Toscana Soup is spicy Italian sausage, kale, potatoes, and creamy broth. This one is my favorite of all the soup. Minestrone soup is vegetables, beans, and pasta in light tomato broth. Chicken and gnochi is a creamy soup with chicken, italian dumplings, and spinach Did I mention that the cheese garlic Bread Sticks tastes really good, too?! Yes, we ordered more, cause yes, its that good. We ordered Shrimp Fritto Misto and was soooo good. Our mains were Chicken Parmigiana and Tour of Italy. By the way, Ashley Sheyla was amazing!
I havent been to the Olive Garden in many years and was looking forward to a nice Xmas lunch. The server was friendly and prompt. The food was terrible. I had eggplant parmesan which was undercooked and very hard. The tomato sauce on the eggplant was exactly the same as on the spaghetti and was very unprofessional for an Italian restaurant. Tastes like it came out of a can, and not a good can. The cheese on top was hard and not melted at all. For the side of spaghetti, an offering of a different sauce would have been preferable. The salad dressing was very vinegary. The bread was very doughy when it should be crusty. All in all very poorly and cheap quality food. Not going back.
Nicer than O.G. in usa
I have been looking forward to dining here for a long time. Tonight we went and I have to say that the food had no taste very bland so disappointed.
Overvalued. The worst compared to other countries like the US, Mexico or Brazil.
Had a late lunch, so wasnt overly busy...got seated right away. Food was delicious. Sue, our waitress, was very attentive and absolutely fabulous. One of my favorite restaurants to eat at!
Delicious and reasonably priced
I would rate average, good ambience, food very expensive and limited variety.
Great place to have some delicious Italian food. Service was excellent and the portions generous. Will be our go to place for Italian food in Langley
Went to the Olive Garden on Sunday for an early dinner. The food war very good and the service we received from Sameerah was the best!
Such an absurd waiting time and the prices are the highest compared to other locations. Not worth it!
Food good , excellent service
Extremely dissapointed with the service. Placed an order for pickup, instructions say to sit in your car and wait for a text. Waited for almost 30 minutes and didn t get a text. Walked inside and was told they don t even send out texts?? Which is total baloney because there was multiple cars beside us that recieved there order without having to go in. Very misleading, thanks for the cold food. Either update your website or tell your employees to be truthful. One of us is lying and it isn t me
Best Italian food
Love pasta
Ben was our server and he was amazing!!! Great service. He definitely went above and beyond Food
The food and service here is usually up to par and I dont usually expect perfection from a franchise restaurant but our server ben today was fanominal. Ben truly went above and beyond compared to the service I normally get here (And I am not saying that the service is not normally good). The restaurant was very busy at the time we got there and we were still treated as if we were important. We were a group of three bigger people so needless to say we eat alot. There was never a moment where I felt like I was wanting more or felt like we were put to the side. We ordered multiple rounds of soup and bread and each time within two to three minutes after he checked to make sure everything was okay. When our mains came one of our dishes was cold. He came back shortly after and was more than pleased to have it remade for us. When the time came to pay the bill we were pleased to find out that the dish was taken off of the bill. Although we never expected it that was a nice touch to add to an already amazing experience from ben. I will be looking forward to coming back here but Ill be looking forward to the next time ben serves us more.
We had the pleasure of being served by Skye S and she went above and beyond with our service. Food tasted amazing and all of the recommendations given to us were a HIT!!! We appreciated how she took the time to listen to what we were looking for to before suggesting which was quite sweet!! Loved this experience.
Would love to leave a glowing review, but was on waiting list for 40 min, got there when told table was ready, and was told its another 20 to 40 min, and it wasnt busy, looked like there were empty tables. This was with two small children. Clearly, the wait staff doesnt prioritize sitting people or perhaps they just didnt care. Only come here if you want to arbitrarily be forced to wait up to an hour.
Parking: Large parking lot Kid-friendliness: Family and kid friendly Recommended dishes Fettuccine Parking space
This restaurant is always the safest and best choice for a family night out. The cozy and inviting atmosphere, paired with incredibly friendly staff, makes every visit enjoyable. Their bottomless salad and soup add a special touch to the dining experience. If youre a wine enthusiast, youll appreciate their extensive selection of fine wines. Its always a pleasure to dine here!
Food isn t freshly prepared and not in any way as good as the US locations. Highly doubtful I d ever visit this location again
Great food great service everytime
We visited about 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. It was crazy busy. I have a love hate relationship with their waitlist. But it worked as intended. Our waitress i think her name was Halle (sorry dont remember) she was great! Even tho it was crazy busy and we could see that! She still took the time to explain everything. She did everything she said she was going to do in a timely manner. When she was at our table we had her full attention regardless of how busy she was! She made the dinner more memorable!
Staff was amazing.
Dont sit by the Door or you will.freeze. bartender doesnt care its olive garden it s packed.
One of the best Italian-style restaurants in Greater Vancouver. Well prepared pasta and variety. Soups are an essential part of the restaurant, a trademark of theirs.
Thank you to Alexander. W for the best experience at olive garden, Ive never had such an awesome waiter. Hes very knowledgeable and kind, definitely recommend this place to anyone considering!
Everything was fantastic except for the bread sticks they were much too salty we had to scrap it off the outside
Service 10/5 by Natasha. She was always ready to suggest and listen to our requests. She certainly knew her way around the menu, explaining my family on any questions that we had. Helped us box the food, and respected our space with the baby. Incredible individual, you would be lucky to have her as your server. It felt like a detail, but the food was amazing, the hostess accommodated us very well despite my lack of proper communication. Could not recommend more, but will visit again, worth the 30min trip from New Westminster. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options included the pastas that were adapted with a marinara sauce, besides the salad (unsure of other options)
Friendly service!!
We came in for lunch with out of town family , Sue thank you fir making our lunch memorable, youre awsome
We Went on a weekend and drove from burnaby. When we arrived my daughter was a bit irritated from a nap she had woken up from. While at the restaurant she was screaming and if you have kids you have dealt with the same at one time. There was a server who kept on looking and shaking her head like she was annoyed and was trying to intimidate us my guess in hopes that we would leave. Not so easy when you have 4 kids who are hungry just to pickup and leave. We had found out that she was thirsty and we could not get any water for her 10-15min as it seemed like everyone had dissapeard or no one wanting to help as my daughter was screaming. People who were seated next to us seemed to be more concerned then the actual restaurant. When she finally got water she was fine no screaming or anything. The manager also seemed to not care only after the fact and had explained to my wife they next time we come in just let them know. What does this mean that they would pretened to give us better service the next time we come in? Or just a heads up for the staff so theb know what happened before? I own 2 businesses and have always shown concern and care for the clients as they are the bread and butter for my business . The manager said he had a chat with his host about the situation as well. Im sorry you would think any place you go to either being a restaurant or a supermarket that the level of customer service and care would be #1 in this case that wasnt the story. At no point did anyone come over and ask if there was something they could do. It could have been something serious, do you think they would come then? Seems like all they want is an in and out scenario to make the most money during operational times. Also seemed like there sauce tasted like flour, so my guess they didnt make it properly and render down the flour to remove that taste. I will only be going to the US for olive garden as they show care and customer service is exceptional. My recommendation is old spagetti factory pasta is way better then this place.
Food is okay. Mass produced food. I had ravioli. It was good but did not make me want to come back any time soon. The wait was long cuz they dont take reservations. Our waiter was great. Attentive and friendly.
Oct 21st 2024 7pmish **** Food was cold, the pasta and chicken, not a lot of sauce either. Portion sizes were small The pasta was not fresh, even though it was very busy that night we ate. We were a table of 4 yet only brought out bread sticks after our soups and only brought out 5. He said they hadnt any left and had to remake more. The gnocchi soup was delicious even though the chicken tasted like canned chicken. I would recommend trying this place once to make your own decision as the service & atmosphere were fantastic Service**The waiter was on point very kind very much, keeping up with our table. Zero complaints on staff *** Atmosphere was charming & clean. Was a very nice experience dinning
Fabulous food!!!! Great service!!! Parking: Plenty parking spots Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids there, coloring Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs
We shared 3 of the sweetest margaritas we ve ever tried, after asking for another drink to wash off the sweet taste we were told that Carla and Denise/ managers had a policy of max 3 drinks we had at least 6 dishes in our table for a party of 7. Just ridiculous, never coming back.
Always busy, but food is consistent and my god kids really like it.
Yesterday was the second time I ve been to the Olive Garden in Langley. We arrived at 4 p.m. so we didn t have to wait in line and we re seated right away. There was four of us for dinner. My friends ordered the endless soup and bread and my other friend ordered chicken pasta dish and was very satisfied. Myself on the other hand, ordered the spaghetti carbonara I deleted the shrimp and red peppers . Our food was served quickly and our waiter had an excellent attitude and made us feel good. About my N my meal the sauce was runny and the portion was small, I should ve said something to the waiter at the time, but as this was a new experience for my friends, I didn t want to put a damper on their meal so I ate it anyways. Period. I hope this is happening again if I return with new guests and family Parking: It s an incredibly busy location because of the shopping mall my advice to get there early.
Good ambience. Good service. Good food.
Always a great meal with more to come home with for lunch the next day.
The place is great for those wanting to enjoy Italian dishes in a homey and friendly environment. The food tastes great and is prepared well and came in a timely manner. There are a variety of food and the price is reasonable. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is comfy and makes you feel like you are in a dining room with a touch of Italy. The only thing I would change is that the bread sticks (love those and the soups and salads!) sometimes have too much seasoning. There could be an option where we could choose not have seasoning on our bread sticks, like how the server asks if we want cheese added on our food when the food came. Another thing is that the menu on the web isnt the same as in the restaurant. We saw on the website that there are lunch-sized favourites, but when we went in to order those they are only available on the Weekday and in the early afternoon. We were a bit disappointed and I think there could be better labelling on the website. Also, they gave us plastic straws and bags, which is okay but how about considering more sustainable options like recycled paper? Other than that, I would recommend coming here and tasting for yourself.
I ve never been to Olive Garden and was excited to try it finally. I ve heard friends raving about it and so my expectations were high. I ordered a steak (medium) and pasta and my steak was overcooked and watery and my pasta was such a small portion. That was the first disappointment. My husband ordered the Italian feast and the marinara sauce for the chicken parmigiana was not good. The only saving grace to the meal was the bottomless drinks and the tiramisu. Now I know why they give unlimited breadsticks and salad, so you don t notice or care for the portions and taste of the entree. Also they were not very generous with the cheese. Not sure if I ll be returning again. Kid-friendliness: I like how they have a lot of kid friendly food options, even for picky eaters.
Food is pretty good, love the salad and bread.
Server was mean .. portion so small , overpriced..
Have been here many times and never disappointed but this time. Today experience was terrible. It was busy today when we came in but still had to wait for the table. When we were at the table, my husband ordered a glass of wine and we asked for water as well, it took over 20mins for the wine to come even it wasnt busy at all over there. Food came out super salty and not tasty at all, especially the portions were cut half off, normally before when we came we got so full and even togo with their portions but this time food was cut half off. I was trying to talk to the manager but she pretend like she did not see us and walked away that made me asked to talk to her twice. After asking her if the restaurant has changed to the smaller portion, she even did not really want to answer my question and tried to walk away especially her attitude was like she doesnt even care at all! Never go back!!!
Thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience here. Excellent staff, so service oriented! Food was delicious, big servings, enough to take home! Loved those bread sticks
Came to the Langley location for dinner and I asked to be seated at a booth politely if it was no inconvenience for the staff the manager ( Asian) of this location was very rude and disrespectful made us hold our cutlery and menus till we were seated. Our server Dustin was very kind and respectful changed the entire atmosphere but the manger continued to stare and give us a stink eye as we attempted to enjoy our meal,
Love this place
Have no idea why they always been busy. Food is just average, nothing special.
A large group of us gathered for a birthday lunch. This was my first time visiting Olive Garden. I enjoyed the lunch but am primarily writing to express my appreciation for the great service Sue and Aadi provided us. Both were incredibly helpful and professional during a busy lunch rush. They were very polite and went that extra mile for us. When you receive service like that it is worth noting.
The restaurant smells a bit of urinal when you first enter. The food is okay and the service is a bit slow but the waiters and waitresses are pretty friendly so that s good. I wish they had more menu items that are on the American menu. But even then, somehow it tastes better in America.
I love coming here for family dinners. Best spot in Langley! Service is always excellent and the dessert options are superb! My favourite is the strawberry cake!
I quite enjoyed it. It was tasty and fun.
Came here for a friend s birthday. The food was very mediocre - as expected. However, the wonderful service that the friendly staff provided more than made up for the sub-par food. They were very accommodating, helpful, efficient and friendly! Would come back just because of that!
Loved the chicken gnocchi soup but alfredo sauce definitely lacks flavour in my opinion
me and my friend were there for the first time and it was great. the place itself is really nice, we couldn t complain. soft music in the background and not a lot of loud noise made our experience way better. not to forget the service, we were more than thrilled. even though the restaurant was super busy, we were assisted in a short time and our ordering took only a couple of minutes, the food arriving about 10-15 minutes later after the drinks came only after a couple minutes as well. free soup or salad refill was included, the pasta we ordered was worth its prize and the drinks were also refillable. the food was so good, i ordered the fettuccini alfredo and it was bomb, the soup was good and the breadsticks were heavenly. i m vegetarian and i could look up which dishes are vegetarian and they even serve vegan options listed on their website. overall our experience was great, our server susan was so nice and we can t complain at all. we ll definitely come back!
The service was kind of slow but overall had great experience
Won t let workers wear poppies
Had my birthday here! Always love there soups and salad!!! And of course their bread sticks
Dustin best server in the world...Request him top notch
The staff is very friendly and the food is good. It s usually crowded so recommend to have a reservation. I dint have a reservation and had to wait for half an hour to get a table for 2 people.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience with your waitlist system. I joined the waitlist 45 minutes before arriving, and when I checked in with only one party ahead of me, I was told I wasn t on the list. Apparently, there s a separate waitlist, and they couldn t even find my name in the system despite my phone clearly showing I was on it. To make it worse, I was told I d have to start over and wait another hour. This experience was beyond disappointing, and your waitlist system seriously needs fixing.
The join waitlist button will only get you an hour of waiting for no seats. The reception will tell you it s an unfortunate the system cannot find your name like you never exists on the waitlist.
Good place for lunch with others. We could talk and hear each other easily. New staff was training, so there were a few newbie mistakes, but they still did well. The food was good, but one of our group had their soup a bit cooler than what they were used to from Olive Garden. Overall, we enjoyed it and will definitely have a meal here again.
Great restaurants for all occasions. Amazing food and customer service. Highly recommend
Great place for Italian food.
The wait time was absolutely terrible, and you cant make reservations. It took forever to get our food Breadsticks were dry but when we did get our food it was good Food
Service was friendly. Food was as expected. Large portions of pasta , unlimited breadsticks. Drinks were average.
We have been to Olive gardens all over north America, we seek them out wherever we go, we have never had a bad meal or bad service, thus why we seek them out no matter where we go .. Olive Garden .
Too crowded we got to wait always
I recently visited the Olive Garden in Langley, and it was a wonderful dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The restaurant had a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the decor was classic and cozy, perfect for an evening out with friends or family. We ordered the classic breadsticks and salad, which were fresh and flavorful as always. The breadsticks were perfectly warm and soft, and the salad was crisp and well-dressed. For the main course, I had the Chicken Alfredo, which was delicious creamy, rich, and filling, with tender chicken and perfectly cooked pasta. My companion ordered the Shrimp Scampi, which was equally impressive, with a bright, zesty sauce that balanced the shrimp perfectly. The portion sizes were generous, so it s great value for money, especially if youre looking for classic Italian-American comfort food. We finished off with a slice of their famous Tiramisu, which was light, creamy, and absolutely satisfying. Overall, Olive Garden in Langley offers great food, a warm atmosphere, and excellent service. Its definitely a place I d recommend for a casual meal out, whether it s a family gathering, date night, or just a craving for Italian cuisine.
What an excellent birthday dinner. Thank you, Nicholas, for your friendly, upbeat, and outgoing personality and excellent service. Next time we dine there, we will ask for you. Thanks again Food
Miranda was a great server, she tended to all of our needs! Food was great, service was even greater. She deserves a raise!!
Our second time trying this place. First time is waaaay better than the second time. This time was a bit salty. Mostly the soups it stays in your soft palate even you drink water and our server is in a hurry in a way that you get pressured to order whatever. My friend order shrimp and chicken carbonara, the chicken tastes like breading and salty and chicken parmiginia was very dry. Our server look like they wont tip anyway so whatever we tip but not much
Had the most enjoyable lunch there today. Warner was our server and he treated us like kings! Best server I have had in a long long time. Food was delicious. Definately recommend.
Very beautiful stone establishment, reservation recommended, very generous and truly excellent dishes, friendly waitresses.
Our server Lucas was awsome we went this past Friday I m a breast feeding mother Lucas so so respectful while I was feeding my baby I was worried going in that I would feel uncomfortable but he served us as if we were any other table dispite me feeding my baby he made eye contact with me and never looked down at my baby asked if we needed anything for the kids and checked on us frequently When my sister had an issue with her first dish he was quick to solve the problem Would recommend this location to any breastfeeding mother very breast feeding friendly
Poor wait list system. Signed up, waited 1h, had 5min to go in after receiving a text message, but the line inside took longer. Dropped off the list, got re-listed, finally got called up and waited again for 20min to get seated. Not pleasant to start family dinner like this.
Very poor front of house service. Due to the no reservation policy, our group arrived at 4:30PM to put our names down. The host let us know that we would only need to wait an hour and 15 and we were not seated until 7:10PM whenever asking the front desk hosts they said that it would only be another 15 minutes, which we were told 3 times. Our server Hannah was amazing though with great energy! Just very disappointed with the front of our service and honesty about when our table would be ready. We were here for a family members birthday and ended up having to wait 3.5 hours.
Had the never ending pasta bowl deal. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service
Great food.
Usually good, but the last time we went it was really bad... they messed up 2 of our 4 orders. It was not even busy! Pricing seems to be going up and quality going down. Hope it gets to the standards they had before.
Very busy location as its the only one in the lower mainland. Try to reserve if your party is under 6. If you like unlimited bread sticks, soups & salad this will be your haven. Very rich pastas and kid friendly. Parking: Large strip mall type parking Kid-friendliness: Birthday party meals for kids. Free desert for the Birthday boy or girl. Wheelchair accessibility: Long wheel chair entrance area, lots of space.
Great food, as always. Went again and had such kind and fun service. Tried the salmon which was wonderful. Atmosphere is about as good as it will get for such a busy and full restaurant. Love all the soup and salad options, but took home most of my main course because I was trying the soups. I will probably do just that for next time, and try all four of the soups. The breadsticks are a bit salty. I dont know if they have unsalted ones.
Its been awhile since I been maybe I just got the wrong things. It was decent by not great
Recently had dinner with family after 3 years. This place is always packed. Line up. Pastas were delicious. Unfortunately tried to go for the endless topping and couldnt do it. Make sure you come here hungry great staff.
The pasta was great, had the calamari and it was a tiny bit salty but an had two type of sauces, marinara and what it seemed like ranch; the soup was good, I was lucky to find my favorite wine which was awesome, also I had the plate that has three types of pasta which was nice. The only con I would say it was a bit pricey for what you get, we drove all the way from Coquitlam and I think we can find similar or better options around here for cheaper, no other con in my opinion.
The peach belinis are my fav. had the never ending pasta and every pasta I tried was amazing. Great service and definitely a lunch date favorite x
We recently dined in and while the food and service were wonderful, the overall experience fell a bit short. The sofas in the corner were dirty, and the seating was uncomfortable, which affected our enjoyment of the meal. The food was excellent, but some improvements in seating and cleanliness would enhance the dining experience.
This place was awesome. The food, service, and atmosphere were great.
I love this place! The food is always consistent and soo good. The free wine tasting is such a nice touch. We always get seated at a booth. Weve come at least 4 times recently and all our servers have been super nice and very fast - we eat a lot of breadsticks, and they keep them coming
A nice place to meet friends. I was grossed out by the bathrooms. Dirty toilet paper was washed into the crevices at the back of the toilet instead of being picked up and disposed of properly. Ruined my appetite
Great service and awesome people works there. Love the place
Fantastic service and food
Amazing service, amazing authentic italian cuisine. Highly recommend the raspberry lemonade. If my soulmate is out there on this earth, I know that they too will love this beverage
Waited 20 minutes to give my order, had to get another server to find our waitress. Server gave only 3 breadsticks for 2 of us when she dropped the salad bowl on the table then disappeared. Someone other than our server brought our meals and we asked for more breadsticks and she brought us 2 more. Was not happy. When paying that much for a meal that advertises unlimited breadsticks and salad I expect it. More breadsticks would have made my experience better
The minestrone soup was very acidic, the chicken soup was supposed to have gnocchi- there was just one. The salad it was so poor- it was just lettuce. All in all- a bad experience.
The unlimited pasta plates are the best
Food was very bad I didnt know like the food .I dont like the service also
Ive only been here twice but each time the food was AMAZING and the wait staff treated us like human beings unlike other restaurants who skip our table because they dont think we will tip bc we are indigenous, they really went above and beyond both times, both our wait staff earned every penny they got as a tip, if you are in Langley I high recommend olive garden
Haven t been back for a long time, mostly cuz I live downtown van. Went tonight and had a really great experience. Food was fantastic, had the lasagne appy and gnocchi soup with breadsticks, and also the Tour of Italy entree (which I didn t even touch because we were so full already lol) the comments would be that the sangria was just okay, and some upgrades to decor would make it nicer, the booths were a bit odd as when the person on the other side moved about, you feel it too, which was a bit odd. But our server Ryan P (the name on our check) was delightful, professional, courteous and funny. He made our visit even better, thanks for the great service Ryan! We ll be back :) Updated review. Came back again tonight because of our fantastic experience last time. Our server this time, Haley, did not disappoint! She made my friends birthday special! She was on the ball the entire time, even though it was a busy Tuesday night. You could tell she was hustling because of how busy it was, but she was on top of things and didnt miss a beat. This place is our new favourite go tos now. We each had the Tour of Italy again, so good. Try the baked ziti!
Great service. Soup and salads
Excellent service by our waiter Lucas!
It was my first time and I would say that it was a decent experience. The food was alright we got the AYCE option for pasta. It wasn t the best tasting but not the worst. The Bottomless Breads are as good as people have said it was Vegetarian options: They have non meat options you can eat as is or add meat Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible
Had a great experience at Olive Garden! Our waiter, Christen, was friendly and attentive, and the manager checked in on us as well. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommend!
Had a great experience at Olive Garden! Our waiter, Christen, was friendly and attentive, and the manager went above and beyond to help when my kid accidentally fell into the bushes, assisting us with the cleanup. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!
Malia was the sweetest server I ve ever had at Olive Garden! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel so welcome with her warm and friendly personality. She was incredibly personable, engaging with us while still being super attentive to our needs. Malia checked in on us at the perfect times, making sure we had everything without ever hovering. It s rare to find someone so genuine and thoughtful. If you want an amazing dining experience, ask for Malia you won t be disappointed!
Food is normal, nothing to crazy. Service is great! Been here many times, never had a problem with service!
Came here for lunch and had Von as my server and he was super engaging and kind. Thanks so much!
Great Italian food and service. Top notch family dining spot.
Killer soups, Killer salads .Kids love AND
Service was great !!!! And the food was even better
Excellent service by Sue H. Really enjoyed our meal and the service provided. Food
Great place, but its definitely not cheap. Its not a place for the average middle-class british Columbian. However, great food.
Excellent as always. Was sat immediately at time when was slowing down. Highly recommend for value and taste.
The meals were awful, service terrible. She forgot to bring my meal out and my husband was almost finished his by the timd I got mine. The steak was way overcooked, the alfredo sauce turned my stomach. The soup was barely warm and watered down... and no attention for another serving. The salad was sparse. Ni, it wasnt that busy. This is NOTHING like a aUS run Olive Garden, go to Bellingham instead.
Amazing staff consistent quality in both food and service
Loved everything about this place especially the breadsticks!
Aside from an awesome server, the food was beyond disappointing and over-priced. 3 bowls of chicken and gnocchi soup, I got a total of 7 pieces of gnocchi and 4 pieces of chicken. My grandmother was charged for a salad that was never brought to her. The pasta noodles were dry, lacking Alfredo sauce but the crispy chicken was decent. Bread sticks were as good as always but wouldnt waste my money going again as I feel it would warrant a complain with everything brought to the table. I would have complained but I was there for a baby shower.
This location is always very busy and can take a long time to get a table. With that, I would expect that the dining experience met the anticipation. This is not even close to the same standard as the US chain, which I have given 5 stars to in the past. The food at this location is sub-par, lacked any authenticity and did not match the US standards. The seating and furntire is out-dated and uncomfortable. The place does not look like it has had any upgrades in over a decade. Despite all of this, the service was very good and staff were very friendly and professional. The staff exemplified the brand very well. I would not recomend this location as an authentic Italian meal. This is a second rate pasta house.
Awesome!
Not only the staff and managers are perfect, the food is absolutely fantastic. Great place to meet with friends and families
As always, Olive Garden Italian Restaurant is characterized by leaving us all satisfied in terms of food, service and atmosphere.
Nice food
Felt like family. Aye lots of bread sticks
We like to sit at the bar and have dinner & a drink, usually no line & no wait. Vegetarian options: My wife enjoys the Marinara sauce Parking: If you order ahead there is also parking for pick up.
My husband and I went to the olive garden in Langley BC the food was great but our server Felipe was amazing you did an amazing job keep up the good work cheers.
Always the best service and very good food. Simple but good. My steak was perfectly medium rare and we really enjoyed our salad soup and breadsticks. We come at least once a month.
Love this place. The breads are done so brilliantly
