Not impressed - Quality has declined dramatically over the years and $100 for two pizzas delivered is absolutely obscene.

Gone downhill. $80 for 2 pizzas, they should be perfect. Under cooked and no care. Some quality control would be good.

Never any delivery drivers, including on weekends. Why do you send your drivers home at 5pm? They offer doordash now which has an $5-$10 price increase per item. You are a pizza store, do better before you keep losing customers

Never go again and never recommend. No cheese and sauce, just garlic and bread. Paid $44 for 1 pizza and dipps and quality was the worst of I every had. Dominos would do much better job and less than half a price. Service was inefficient. After we paid extra for 2 dipps the gal on the counter advised that 2 dipps are on house.

Seen this place advertised on Facebook checked out the reviews so far so good so decided to order a medium pizza Went with a classic pepperoni pizza The actual pizza it self wasnt anything to write home about in fact Id say was on the lower end of of the pizza scale the cheese felt sparse and like it was the appropriate amount of cheese for a small the sauce was underwhelming like a mix of little Caesars and marinara the pepperoni definitely felt like it wasnt cooked long enough All in all the top of the pizza lacked any cheese browning which lead to this odd combination of hard and charred thing crust on the bottom and barely cooked toppings The pizza was actually better then cold then when it was fresh Over all Gald I got to try it But definitely not something Id spend money on again Parking: Maybe a few spots on the back Should probably do a better job at mentioning it

Definitely our favorite pizza joint. We make the drive out weekly for our fix even though we moved out of the area awhile ago. Always consistent and all the pizzas are good. Worth the price. Reccomend: bbq chicken and Montreal w/olives&onion plus garlic ranch

Was really delicious in the past but I feel the ingredients are going downhill. For example the chicken use to be real chicken now it was topped with that rubbery chicken with fake grill marks. The potatoes on the Perogi pizza use to be layered scallop style cut, thats gone now and they went with small cubes of potatoes here and there sprinkled on. Will not order soon or if ever again

First time ordering from Emilio s after we ve heard a lot about them. The big thing that was always raved about is the honey butter on the crust of the calzones. So we ordered 4 calzones for the family, and to be honest, we were all quite disappointed. It s not that the quality of the food was poor. The ingredients were clearly very fresh and it was very hot. We were all just really underwhelmed. I personally had the margarita queen which is just basic, but there was no seasoning at all. It was so bland, and there was a large tomato butt (the end piece of core) which wasn t pleasant we ended up paying over $70 with tip which is quite expensive. Again, I want to emphasize that the service was fine, the establishment was cute inside with a ninja turtle mural and everything, I just felt we really over paid and none of us in the family of 4 enjoyed it as much as some of the other local pizza joints in town for half the price. Also, this is a take out only place, no seating for eating. The seating is for waiting for your order.

First time customer and I ordered the perogies pizza and it is the best pizza I have eaten here in the province so far!! I will most definitely be coming back. Pizza was cooked to perfection there was alot of toppings on it that actually made up a perogie pizza. The staff are super friendly, and they even gave me a bowl of water for my doggo!! After moving to British Columbia over 8 years ago, we have finally found our pizza place. It s been a long time finding the best pizza around! It has the thin crust we love so much. The customer service was awesome. We were very impressed with the two large pizzas and cheesy flat bread. We will definitely order again and highly recommend this pizza place!

The best BBQ chicken pizza Ive had in recent times. The pizza was loaded with chicken and peppers. BBQ sauce was unique. Pricing is a little on the higher end, however the quality is worth it. Will visit again.

Ordered 2 pizza s and they were both terrible .. and $45.00 !!! they had beets on the veggie pizza and do not know what kind of cheese they use but I could not taste any cheese Other customers said they got dips with their pizza I did not get even one dip. Very dissatisfied

It s a shame the pizza is so good here, yet their customer service and organization severely lacks. I ve preordered pizza from them on 3 occasions, and each time they have forgotten to put the pizza in the oven, resulting in me having to wait an extra 15 minutes once I arrive. I can understand once. Maybe twice. But three times in a row, and each time they simply offer some pop on the house which we don t drink. They need to get a better system in place to better serve their customers. I know we re not the only ones this happens to.

They re always out of anchors, and seem to forget something every single time we other from there. Food is good but service sucks, we ask for a specific amount of dips they forget 1-2 but still charge us. We ask for our pizza not to have X ingredient on it, it comes with it, last time they were out of an ingredient and just decided to sub it for something else which I couldn t eat due to dietary restrictions. Unsure if we would reccomend or order from here again as the last 2-3 times we have the services quality has really gone down hill.

When I called in my order for pickup they advised that it would be ready in 25 minutes, when my daughter arrived on time to pick up, she was told that someone called in and asked for my order to be ready 45 minutes after our original pick up time. It was clearly a surprise to my daughter and also to me as we did not call in. When I called to confirm the misunderstanding, I was surprise by the response I received, they told me it was me who called and that there was nothing they could do about it! They were rude, unprofessional and unapologetic. Once they realized the misunderstanding that happened, without even looking into the situation when I originally called, the manager called me back, no apologies, lack of service. Disappointing to say the least, would never go back! It doesn t matter how busy you may be, when people choose to spend their money at your restaurant, you should honour that and go out of your way to investigate the situation! Clearly, they don t care!

The food here is easily 5 star. Great, authentic Italian pies with an incredible crispy thin crust and some awesome combos on their menu. It is a little more expensive (2 mediums will cost you about $50), and delivery comes slowly, but I will still definitely be coming back.

I was lucky enough to find the original Emilios when I lived in White Rock and havent turned back since. When this place opened I told all my Langley people how lucky they were and they had a new favourite pizza place. Just try it Ive gotten more than a few appreciative remarks over the years from the recommendation. They mastered a thin crust and make it so good that you dont miss all those extra calories! Now I live in Langley and obviously This Emilios is my go-to pizza place. 60-80min wait for delivery means they are busy (for a reason) but it is 100% worth the wait. Try their housemade dips! I think they should remind you that 1 or 2 or more are free with purchase depending on your size of order, but if I was a businessman I guess I wouldnt.. but the dips are so good it makes a great pizza better!! My favourites are garlic ranch and marinara. Just try it!

First time trying their pizza and we were blown away! Fresh ingredients, full of flavour and the dips/sauces were an awesome bonus (the balsamic is a MUST try). We had the Tuscan Chicken, Montreal Special and the Molto Carne and they were all delicious. Highly recommend!

Ok I have tried everything on this end of Langley for Pizza. From thick crust at Andreas to basic and bland at Panago. I will give give credit to Captains Oven (new to Langley) and Mad Italian (Willoughby area). Alright onto the good stuff! Emilios is a work of sheer art when it comes to authentic Sicilian thin crust pizza. Everything from the marinara sauce to the locally fresh ingredients Emilio delivers the BEST period!! Prices are high, but so are they at Me + Eds which honestly are total rip off. You pay for what get here and dang is it ever good!! There features each week are mind blowing!! If you want a thin crust pizza that looks like a work of art have Emilios! If you prefer Neapolitan I strongly recommend Captains Oven or Mad Italian. Bon Appetite!!

I love the pizza. Been going regularly for years. But today I was given the worst service from the girl up front Sunday July 2nd between 6pm-7pm. Ordered 2 pizzas at 6pm, she stated they would be ready in 30 mins. I showed up at 6:40 & she brings me 1 pizza & stated the 2nd pizza isnt in the oven yet. She told me I would have to wait 10 more mins. I tell her well how long has this pizza been sitting in a box for? She stated 5 minutes only. I wait around until 7:00PM for my 2nd pizza, meaning my first pizza was in a box sitting around for 25 minutes. She didnt say sorry, no discount, no remake of the 1st pizza so that it is fresh. Nothing. Not even a good bye or see you soon. She needs to be trained if she is the face everyone has to meet. I love your pizza but not enough to get the we dont care about you service.

Best pizza in town! Delicious thin crust loaded with gourmet toppings in lots of interesting combinations, finished beautifully with herbs/ cheeses or drizzles of sauce and the crust edges brushed with honey butter. We call it date night pizza because it s not cheap but it is as fancy as pizza gets. The dips are really good as well! Order earlier than you would for other places and expect a long wait time (usually 60min during weekends) but it s worth it!!

The food is excellent, but I docked one star because the parking is horrible, and the delivery guy driving the grey Volkswagen forcefully hit the front of my car with his drivers side door while he was getting into his car with a delivery order. Staff inside are friendly, at least.

Great spot for pizza in Langley! Ordered their Montreal Special pizza with spicy ranch which was delicious and definitely reminded me of Montreal style pizza. Ordered ahead and pizza was hot and ready when I arrived. I would recommend parking near the Save on Foods if picking up by car. Service was friendly too. Overall would definitely recommend!

I tried this pizza place on recommendation of google reviews and was pleasantly surprised! The thin crust pizza was tasty and I loved the added honey kiss on the ends! Lots of toppings and full of flavour on the two pizzas I purchased. Definitely will be going back! Great job!

My favorite pizza restaurant in the lower mainland!

I had ordered a chicken garlic pizza not realizing the pizza had bacon. I immediately called the pizzeria to see if they are able to remake the pizza as it was an honest mistake on my end. The manager refused claiming his boss wouldn t be happy which I find very unfortunate to hear as I ve ordered pizza from them numerous times and figured out of goodwill, they would remake the pizza without bacon complimentary but unfortunately that wasn t the case. The pizza is great but definitely left a bitter taste in my mouth after this experience and will not be ordering from them again.

Montreal (Langley) was the best ever two days ago, I was so impressed, so I ordered again last night thru Uber. It was Montreal and Margherita. However, this time it came kind of burnt and there was significantly less onion and olives on the Montreal. It just made this best ever pizza into better-than-frozen ones. Not sure if it was a different cook, too busy, but quality consistency training would be good.

We ordered 2 half and half pizzas: a cup and char/mama mia and a Moro Orange/BBQ chicken. All 4 were amazing! The cup and char, I could eat those little pepperonis all day. They use a thiner, stiffer crust drizzled with Honey Butter and it is wonderful. I would highly recommend the cup cakes as well. They did a great job of cutting through the acid of the tomatoes sauce and were a great finisher on an awesome meal. 100% we will be visiting again.

First time ordering pizza from here. Called around 5:30pm. Was told pizza will be ready for pick up at 7:30pm. When I called again to see if the pick up is ready around 7:10pm. They told me it ll take another 50 min to get ready. I had to cancel my order and grab dinner from elsewhere.

Great pizza, but service really sucks. I called about 2 months ago (kept forgetting to make this review as I found a better place) to order and was put on hold for over 20 min. I hung up and called again and was put on hold for another 15 minutes before I hung up and went somewhere else. Your pizza is delicious, but your service is not so great. I understand that you re popular and you re always busy, but come on. I was on hold for over half an hour.

Order a classic large pepperoni pizza and they delivered just that. Constantly great pizza and the honey on the crust is amazing. If you want pizza theres no question it should be from here.

I recently dined at Emilio Finatti Pizzeria in Langley, and while there were some positive aspects to the meal, there were a couple of disappointments as well. Id rate my experience as 3 stars.The pizza had some good qualities, such as the flavorful toppings and the generous portions. However, I was somewhat let down by the crust, which was a bit too burnt for my liking. It had a charred taste that detracted from the overall enjoyment of the pizza. Unfortunately, the honey baste on the crust turned out to be overly sweet and sickly, which made it less appetizing. It overwhelmed the other flavors and left me wanting something more balanced. Maybe its more suited for North American palates but its definitely not authentic Italian by any means.

I used to order from this pizzeria almost weekly however, the quality went downhill cpl yrs ago so Ive been ordering from Me & Eds ever since and receiving quality pizza and amazing service. However, I came across an ad or something of the sort online yesterday and decided to give Emilios another try, give them another chance just in case Me & Eds is closed or too busy etc. one day and i need a #2 pizza joint. Man I ordered some sort of Margareta Pizza or so I thought, and asked but for one extra topping, goat cheese after the pizza come out of the oven, incredibly basic request that they nailed it when charging me the extra $6 for but convenientlyforgot to add the topping. I left a pleasant message this morning and asked they simply call me back to discuss and after 4 hours of them being open, and of course no return phone call, I went down there with a picture of the pizza. I believe I spoke to the owner who was a flat out jerkoff, seemingly blown away I had the odacity to come in & get the rest of my order that I paid for. When I suggested they could answer the phone when open, I wouldnt have had to come in if so but the apparent owner snarls back were too busy to return calls .... and asked again in a jerkoff tone ... thats all you came here for? Goat Cheese?! Well FML if they dont answer the telephone, how else can a disatfied customer get hold of them in an effort to help Emilio get his act together ... send out smoke signals? THE BEST AND ONLY SATISFIED PART OF THE WHOLE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE LAST EVENING FROM EMILIOS WAS THE COURTEOUS & PLEASANT DELIVERY DRIVER! Personally didnt care for the burnt thin crust on the pizza and the lack of toppings. This is not at all like true Italian pizza. I ended up just eating the toppings by pulling them off the crust and tossing the crust. Was my first visit and I choose this place due to the high ratings. I know some wont agree with this review but dont understand what all the buzz was about. I guess I had too high of expectations for the price. I felt the pizza was kind of high priced for what you got. I would not mind paying that for a superior pizza, but this was not. Im pretty sure I wont go back. Sorry Emilio this didnt pass the price and taste test.

The price may seem expensive but the quality and creativity of the dishes make this hands down the best pizza in the city. The crust is the only one my wife will eat instead of leaving off to the side when shes done. Its incredible. Call early when the rush is on, and parking is a pain, but the meals so worth it that its not worth dropping a star over a couple minutes of walking.

This is the greatest calzone I ve ever had. Al Capone. Guys from work all ordered and are raving about them. Definitely going to be the first choice for our lunch orders from now on. Nice work Langley location. Really fantastic!

The pizza is definitely different here so don t go expecting what you would get at other pizza places. The crust is super thin and it s not loaded with cheese, which I like. They have a lot of vegetarian options, which is always a plus. The only thing that put me off was that they put waaaaay too much seasoning on our pizza. We got the classic Margherita and they definitely loaded on the herbs and an overpowering amount of basil. Overall though, pretty good pizza! (My partner, who is a huge pizza fan, did not like this place But I would go back personally!)

Ordered 3 lrg pizzas...one a Tuscan Chkn...came with zero...NO...chkn. Called and they, eventually, offered 10% off next visit. How did that help our dinner? They seem arrogant and very uncaring.

Tried this place for the first time as family was visiting and we wanted something different and fun! They did not disappoint! We got the Hawaiian (actual slices of bacon and thick chunks of ham), Roma and Pierogi and each were amazing! Crust is incredible! We will be back for sure!

Best pizza in town. Slices of bacon on the pizza is a taste and sight to see. Like everything so far. Hawaiian, BBQ Chicken, Cheese pizza. Costs more but if you want great pizza. Dont forget the dips. You get two free per pizza I believe. Parking sucks but if you think outside the box there is plenty of parking.

Without a doubt the best pizza in Langley or anywhere in the GVA period I m not joking

I moved away from Langley, but I will ALWAYS stop here for pizza when I am in town. The Capo Picante is incredible. Perfect blend of flavors. Drizzle honey over it before you eat it.

First time trying Emilio s Pizza, The customer service was excellent, was very impressed especially by such a young staff. THE PIZZA was delicious. Crust was thin and crispy with cornmeal type crust which is my absolute favorite. The toppings where also very good well priced for what you get. Can t wait to order again.

Wife and I order Calzone on Tuesday as it was 10% off. Well OMG they were the best Calzones we ever had. I offen dont bother with calzones as Ive been burned everytime, well this time Im glad I gave it a try. I got the Al Capone and she gotten the Hawaiian and well be return for the pies for sure! If they had a 10 star I would rate it that

Great pizza, good flavors, nothing exotic, as close to authentic Italian pizza as Ive been able to find so far in Vancouver.

Got takeout from this pizza place because of the many good reviews. Did not realize I would be paying insane prices for flatbread with toppings. Could have gotten better pizza at the freezer in supermarkets. Pretty disappointed.

I decided to try their pizza by viewing their reviews but i would say that the pizza was average.

We order form this place almost once a month for work lunches. Everyone absolutely loves it and its reasonably priced. 100% would recommend.

Called and ordered 2 med pizzas and a Caesar salad (For a total of EIGHTY dollars w out tip)at 6:30pm. We were told 60 mins, but said ok because weve always liked their pizzas. TWO HOURS later we called and were told...yea, that order is kinda late. Its being sent out now 2 HOURS and it wasnt even sent yet? We were offered a 20% discount. No manager spoke to us and at that point our plans for a pizza night were ruined. We wound up canceling. Terrible service and a hungry crew end of the day. Super disappointed

This was our first time trying Emilio Finatti, but well be back! The pizza was so tasty and the honey butter crust is addictive. My son (not usually a pizza fan) really enjoyed it. Loved both the Patate Italiano and Hawaiian.

The honey butter crust is outstanding! Ingredients taste fresh every time, unique thin crust pizzas. Garlic Chicken is a must try!

Wow! I didnt expect it to be sooooo yummy! I was a little worried as it seemed pretty pricey, but I would go back in heartbeat! It was absolutely delicious. Ive never had a pizza like this in my life and now Im ruined for anywhere else I go. Lol. The crust was so crispy, the toppings were fabulous and just the right amount of cheese. Id never heard of this little hidden pizza place. The only reason I know about it is because of a pool table/birthday surprise around Sept 16th. I live in AB but when I go back to BC, I will be going to get another pizza. I know my priorities! Lol.

Wow. Just wow. The pizza was amazing! The combination of toppings is unique and high quality. The crust was perfect. Not to much sauce. And they won international competitions! The staff was super nice. Will be eating here regularly. Heads up; Parking is a bit awkward, and its not really built for dine in.

I have been a regular here for 4 years since my first taste. As a matter of fact they catered my wedding! Amazing pizza, quality is always so consistent. Call in your order as they are so popular theres often a wait, but its well worth any wait you encounter. My go to is the dizzy d lux and the perogie pizza, simply delicious. Thin crust with a sweet sauce over the crust. Their marinara is beyond any Ive ever had. Thanks for keeping it consistent and perfect every time. Super friendly staff and nice touch with the hand written notes on the box.

I ordered a cheese pizza and their calzone. The cheese pizza was thin and dry, not a fan of. The calzone was a hit though, loved the taste and immediately wanted another one. This place is pricey for sure. Will be back for the calzone only.

The pizza is okay, I honestly think this place is wildly overrated.

The pizza toppings are awesome the honey crust tastes really good, yet I feel like this crust could break a tooth! Way way too crunchy, and I like a crisp crust this was a bit much though! Other than that it was great, friendly people and my 2 larges only took 20 minutes on a Wednesday night, Id say go for it if you dont mind extreme crunch(mine was the Al Grecia) also I didnt really like getting a bite of a half clove of garlic and I love garlic maybe if it was roasted would be better but I ran into probably 4 cloves of garlic on my pizza.
