Probably the best pizza Ive ever had. The staff are friendly and funny, and although I only went to the food truck they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I didnt finish it so I brought the rest home and ate it later, and it was amazing even though it was cold. The ratios are on point and the dough is perfectly cooked. On this pizza, the crust is probably the best part. I cannot recommend enough.

Love this place! I m not a pizza person but I could eat here every week. The pizza is delicious and the workers are super sweet. CJ gave extra effort to make my son s experience special and Emma is awesome too. The owner, Randy, really cares about his customers. Will keep coming here for sure. Vegetarian options: Their vegan cheese is made from cashews and is very tasty.

Fire Crust Pizza is absolutely incredible! The quality of the ingredients and the flavor of each pizza are superb. They were friendly especially Nav :) and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended

Staff was very helpful and kind to my teen daughter and her friend who went in there Monday night. They went out of their way to help them sort out their order. The girls said the food and milkshake was delicious as well.

Neapolitan style Pizza, Ive tried this twice. Both times the dough was super soft. It seemed undercooked . Toppings are good. Service was good. The restaurant was clean. I think if they can get the dough right it would be a great pizza.

We called ahead 25 minutes for pickup and we were told pizza would be ready within 20-25 minutes. We arrived and they hadn t even started our pizzas. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Restaurant appeared pretty empty. Do NOT come here. Update: they reimbursed me.

I went to Firecrust Sunday night yesterday, I got a 6 inch pizza combo with a side salad. I was let down by my pizza which was very undercooked, it didnt look like it had been in the oven enough as there was no colour. Staff is very friendly and helpful, I was greeted with a smile when I entered the restaurant. The Firecrust Chopped salad was amazing, good portions of toppings. Pizza was the only disappointing part of the experience

Pizza is great but their in restaurant service is broken. They service online orders ahead of waiting in line customers. To the point that they started my family s order then bumped the second half of our order with numerous online orders. This lead to two of us getting our food well in advance of the rest of our party. This needs to be fixed. You are better off walking into the restaurant sitting down and ordering online. You will get your food faster and all together.

Had dinner here with my mom and bf September 28th. Service was excellent, staff were all very friendly and upbeat. You could tell they were very busy but watching them as someone who has managed teams and spent years in the service industry I could see that they are a solid team and communicating well with each other and maintaining a good flow to their work to keep up. Kudos to the hiring manager. The food was fabulous. We ate way too much lol. My favorite was the garlic brown sugar breadsticks. I would come back just to eat those alone! We also had the bbq chicken, California club and a Hawaiian pizza all were delicious. The table s favorite was the California club. The place was very clean and despite how busy they were, when a large party left, staff were very quick to clear off and wipe down all the tables and put it all back in order. I will definitely be coming back. My only regret was that I was too full to try one of their shakes they look so good!

I am visiting Langley and in the span of one week, we have visited twice. Both times we were helped by a man named James. He was super helpful, fun and knowledgeable. He made us want to come back before we even tried the food. The mozzarella bread was killer! We tried a build your own pizza both times and were not disappointed. The char was perfect and ingredients super tasty. This will be a forever favourite for us everytime we come down to Langley!

Greeted as I walked in, excellent service, and lots of choices of fresh/cooked in house ingredients to choose from for my Build-Your-Own pizza. The pizza itself cooked to perfection in their wood oven. Today I ate in, and the pizza when ready was sliced and brought to the table. As always, the quality of it all blows the larger chains out of the water. Highly recommended!

First timer and cannot wait to return. James was so kind and walked me through the menu and how to build my own pizza. He made the process so fun and lots of laughs. The atmosphere was very inviting and the food was fantastic!

Ordered take out pizza. They said sit at table well bring it to you. Waited 35min. Nothing. I paid 15% tip for that? $55+ bill for 3 pizzas. Went up, asked; they said it was in warmer for just a few minutes. They thought I left. I asked how long it takes in fire oven...90 seconds was answer. BS it was in warmer just a few minutes. Place had two tables with 6 people already eating before I ordered. I complained. Mentioned tip. They said would give tip back. I asked if pizza cold. They wanted me to take it. Asked how they can fix. I said replace pizza at half price. They said they would replace pizza at same price no tip. I have to wait again. I got my money back... went elsewhere. Geeze. Good luck if you go there.

I absolutely love Firecrust Pizza! Im a make your own kinda girl where I get to choose from a huge array of ingredients. The crust is thin and crisp. The pizza is cooked quickly in the fire oven and delivered hot and delicious! Ive introduced so many people to Firecrust... Its one of my favs.

Margherita pizza is awesome

Please save your money and go to a different location. I loved going to the Langley location, but now it s run by teens who are very unhygienic. The girl who made our pizza, never washed her hands before she came and touched the dough boy who put our pizza together he had long nails that had black dirt underneath!! I felt very uncomfortable sitting there as the restaurant looks very dirty compared to when I used to go a few years ago. I wasted $25 on a pizza that I lost my appetite on. Please go somewhere else. I just want to add that I usually don t write reviews but this has been bothering me for a few days and I feel this might help someone from getting sick.

Several weeks ago Firecrust messed up on an order that I had ordered through the Ubereats app. The 4 pizzas ordered were all supposed to have an assortment of veggies on them but all the veggies were missing. I called Firecrust at the time and spoke with Angel. She was super apologetic and promised that the next time I ordered I could pick up a couple of pizzas the make up for the mistake. She was true to her word and I am pleased to say that the pizzas had all the toppings that I requested. Thank you Angel!

The BBQ Chicken was so great that I had to ask the supervisor to make us another one after they had closed. They agreed that despite their closing time, great service from the team. I am definitely going back. The food taste so good!

No gluten free crust till early September but doesn t say that anywhere on the website. EDIT The owner was very quick to respond and apologized for the situation and said they would be posting about it moving forward so others will know. Very good customer service and I look forward to coming back once the gluten free crust is available once again.

After 5 months on a carnivore diet I decided to do a carb load day. We chose to do it at Firecrust. We were not disappointed. I had a meat lover Pizza which was delicious and my wife had an equally delicious salad. James service was great.

Third time at this amazing wood fired pizza joint. Love being able to eat a great pie in restaurant. Friendly staff, cool atmosphere and probably the best pizzas in Langley/Cloverdale! My daughter is super picky and after one bite asked if we could come back! Thanks Firecrust Pizza!

I was out doing errands and was trying to find lunch that was gluten free and not just a salad. Stopped in. Asked if they do gluten free. They sure do!! G/f crust is made in house. It was delicious! They made sure to tell me though that they cant guarantee gluten free because, well theres regular flour around, but they use specific pans and cutters, so thats good. Ill be back again. Oh and the service was great!

Firecrust crew went above and beyond this evening. I messed up on the app ordering and the friendly staff gave me a call personally and helped me out. Even added a little extra for me. The pizza and shake were delicious! Just moved to Langley and this will be my go to spot from now on.

Usually our go to is Captains oven. They are the best by far when you are craving that style of pizza. We decided to try firecrust instead and I was disappointed. The dough was very thin and the chew was more raw than how its supposed to be. They have good ranch dip! it has a nice dil flavor. I dont think we will be back.

I ordered 2 pizzas from here on there 2 for 1 promotion. they arrived terribly undercooked. the dough was still almost raw. Inedible. I called to complain assuming they would replace them. they said they were very busy and sorry the were undercooked and gave us a $10 credit on $40 worth of pizza we could not eat. I will not order from here again.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Food was fast and delicious and pizza was made to order. Kids enjoyed it so much and cannot wait to come back for the epic milkshakes. Service was exceptional, friendly and genuine. New favorite spot. Kid-friendliness: The kids loved every bite and were already planning their next visit while their mouth were still full of pizza. My eight year old made me do a review before we even left the parking lot.

I ordered the California pizza and it was amazing! My mom had a salad and loved it as well. It was a perfect stop after some home Decore buying. The options are great :) Dietary restrictions: Mom doesn t eat wheat or meat and managed to find a dish she likes with no difficulty

Great pizza joint in Langley. Tasty pizza with consistently good service. The margherita pizza is fairly priced with quality toppings and a lovely dough, crisp and chewy. It is also $1 off on Mondays! Jamie is always so kind and professional, I appreciate that. I tried the salad twice and wasnt overly fond, but you dont make friends with salad. Dietary restrictions: You can build your own pizza and there are vegan options. Parking: There are typically plenty of spots close to the store, with the exception of perhaps around Christmas due to the close proximity to Michaels, Home Sense, etc.

Firecrust has to be the best pizza place in the world. If you have not been here than you have to try it! The pizzas are an easy 5 stars and are just amazing! The milkshakes are like no other! They have some of the most crazy ones and look and taste just delicious! And they come extremely fast! This an easy 5 stars and putting anything lower is being very disrespectful!

We hosted our daughters birthday party here today and it was absolutely fantastic. The kids get to make their pizzas (2 children at a time) and then individually bake them in the oven. It was such a great experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive with the children. The kids also get an epic milkshake, so its a real treat! A very hassle free birthday party. We ordered 4 pizzas for the adults and they were very tasty. Well done to Randy and the staff!

This place has gone to dogs. They keep switching their staff and each time you get something different, often acceptable. I have been a regular here for years - I have their membership - but I don t think I have enough gumption to carry on. Hated latest experience - my jaw hurts after pulling and chewing their Margarita pizza. The crust felt like vulcanized rubber. Whatever else we ordered - breadsticks, cheese pizza etc - came as bad. They should be ashamed of hiring amateurs and offering such low quality junk. In a way it s sad because they have such a good ambiance. What a waste!

I dined at this place a couple weeks ago and absolutely loved it!! The pizza was delicious and the salad was super fresh. I had the birthday cake milkshake and it was a transcendent experience. Would definitely reccomend trying it at least once(with a buddy).The best part was the spectacular service that I experienced, Emma served my meal with a delightful smile on her face. Took my daughter and some friends for milkshakes before another activity and they were over the moon. The milkshake itself is a standard size but all the extras are incredible and they give you a little bag for you to take the candies home if you need to (and you will!) The food was delicious and they were all so pleasant. They handled having all these excited littles with ease, which made it such an enjoyable experience. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, as well as vegan cheese for the dairy allergic. Kid-friendliness: They have four giant fun milkshakes geared at kids...how could they not be kid friendly? ;)

This is such an incredible pizza place. The pizza is always amazing, I highly recommend the build your own, and then getting a second margherita pizza. The build your own pizza is so fun, and you can load it up. It ends up being a very full meal, and the price is exceptional. I highly recommend trying this place if you havent already. The quality is so much higher then your typically fast food pizza place. Parking: Free Parking, and lots of it.

Delicious pizza made fresh to order. The dough is delicious, and I love their tomato sauce. They have a great variety. My only downside is that they rarley put any toppings on the pizza, which makes it a 4/5.

I visited the langley location last night and ordered some take away pizzas..I am Italian with the family relocated a year ago in BC..I choose the place upon the pictures of the pizzas that really looked like the ones we make in Italy it is indeed like this, pizzas were excellent, cooked in a fire oven and service top as well. The service was painfully slow. The staff seems to be working hard but the have taken far too many orders. There are 11 pizzas ahead if mine and I have already been here for 20 minutes. The atmosphere was a lite tense as all the customers were trying to patient but it just took so long. Update. It has now been over an hour. I get that they are busy but you have to give people a heads up. If they had let me know that it would be this long i wiulf have definitely gone elsewhere. I will never come back. Who would? It will take all my strength to be polit when my pizza is finally ready

Me and my best friend ordered a pizza before 12 pm from fire crust on Doordash it is now currently 1:17 and it is still not here. We have tried to contact both the restaurant and Doordash with no help from either. We used to really enjoy this place but the costumer service is one of the worst Ive had honestly. Not sure if we will be returning again.

My family loves this restaurant! It s fun to watch them make the pizzas, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Just try to come when it s not dinner rush, or you ll have trouble finding an empty table. Lots of people have discovered their delicious pizza and great deals! There are specials every day of the week and good coupons in the community coupon books sold by schools. I ve tried a few different pizza flavors, strawberry and Oreo shakes, and the s more dessert calzone. All were excellent! The staff are all very friendly as well. It s not a full-service restaurant, more of a hybrid where you order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Kid-friendliness: Kids can watch the pizza being made.

Came into langley location at 8:58pm not knowing they closed at 9pm on canada day. We told the staff we could go somewhere else but they were so professional and kind and offered to take our order even though they were almost closed and had quite a few orders to finish up. I wanted chicken in my salad but they had just finished up the bucket they had out. The employee could have just told me they were out for the night but instead went to the back to get me a fresh bucket. The group easily could have turned us away but they were so hospitable and responsible. It was obvious they were all working together! thank you Victoria, TJ, Angel, and Kylie and whomever else was working that night!

This was our first time and everything was good. Pizzas taste amazing. The combos are a must (Salad + Pizza) The CandyLand shake is too sweet but my daughter loved it, she only ate one candy, tho. Customer Service was great

Not a good spot for my fellow autists who struggle with decision paralysis. Their menu made me want to cry. Its not clear at all how youre supposed to order a pasta. There are too many options. The presets are fine for pizza, but Im not sure how they translate to salads/pastas? Overall a very overwhelming experience. Wasnt able to overcome it. Got a Costco hot dog instead. As a side note mums dinner was only medium warm, but they were happy to nuke it and returned it quickly.

I went with my son last Friday and we are hooked! Been looking for stone baked pizzeria and I found this GEM. I got a just cheese one so I could taste the sauce and cheese by themselves. Nirvana! The best pizza Ive ever tried in years. And the brown sugar Pizza bread. The customer service was super excellent. Everyone was attentive and caring. We felt really welcomed. Ten stars.

Best date night ever! Highly recommend this fabulous little gem. James sprinkled his magic into making our pizzas and adding super fun coversation while we waited. Whatever we wanted he threw it on with a smile :-). 10/10 and would go back anytime, especially when James is working. His customer service was above and beyond and this what you look for in a local place, and how you become a regular. Well done Firecrust Langley + James!! Who needs fancy when you can have a true original. Vegetarian options: Everything tasty you can imagine.

First, shakes were amazing. Pizza was good except a bit to thin on bottom as it makes it to soft. As for atmosphere, it looked like they just got thrift items for benches. Not what ied expect from a trendy pizza joint.

Awesome pizza! The California Club is my favourite. You can watch them make your pizza and can see it cook in the fire burning pizza oven. Staff is super friendly and nice. Overall great atmosphere! Highly recommend.

This place has very quickly become one of my all time favourite restaurants. My partner and I have now driven out from Abbotsford to the Langley location multiple times to come here. The layout out is simple and effective, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the staff are wonderful and are always so friendly, and they do a great job with the food. Haven t had a single item I didn t like. The California Club and Margherita pizzas are my favourites. They also have great vegan. If you ve been thinking about checking out this place do yourself a favour and absolutely go. It ll be well worth your while.

My daughter held a birthday celebration here with a bunch of 14 year olds.The vibe of this place was great.Staff were very welcoming especially Angel, I believed he /she is the supervisor.Very helpful and accommodating with the requests especially dealing with early teens.Did not expect the pizza was huge,kids were hungry but still has some leftover to take home.shakes and the pizzas were great.We came here sunday and there was a bunch of discounts specials..great value for your bucks.I highly recommemd this place for any occassions or just dine in, if you want to have fun and great food..

First time visiting this place. The place is cozy. I would like to thank Angel, she is the only friendly staff working today. Most of the staff working doesnt seem to like their jobs. The pizza was OK. The prosciutto and arugula was all over the place, pasta is obviously ready made (from a sachet). And for someone who works at a pizza/Italian restaurant i wished the lady at the counter knows what carbonara is. The caucasian server with eyeglasses was rude. These staff definitely need to be trained on how to properly prepare the food they serve because by the looks of it, they just dump everything in there with NO CARE AT ALL. The owner should really train their staff to be more friendly to paying customers. Very disappointing first visit

Me and my friend went here for the first time to celebrate our birthdays and it did not disappoint ^^ The margherita pizza was so tasty and the Birthday Shake was the perfect dessert on its own. We debated getting the Smores Calzone because it sounded good, but we were pretty full from the shake, haha! Will definitely try next time, though! Plus, the music was great and the staff was so friendly :)

We had high hopes for a decent night of pizza, and they were dashed away. I certainly would not recommend this to any of my friends or family. I think we would have been better served by going to a grocery store and getting a boxed pizza... Ugh... Six of us, 155 bucks, and not one of us happy. One star each for food and atmosphere, 2 for service Spend your money somewhere...

My parents and I were looking for a great Italian place and we chanced upon Firecrust, just across my mom s favourite shopping place. Great pizza! Superb customer service demonstrated by employee Angel! My parents and I are lucky we came across this restaurant. Food fresh and made with care, you can tell. Will recommend to others! 4.5/5! I see this review increasing soon when we go for a second visit during the holidays :).

My family has enjoyed everything we ve ever ordered from this establishment. The pizzas are always fresh and hot when we eat in and the salads are fantastic. The service and owners are always friendly and we recommend it.
