Tonight my husband ordered me a large Popeyes pizza with extra toppings, pineapple, spinach, supposedly black olives, which I didnt receive. Any way something in the pizza was moldy. My husband didnt tell skip, because he already made his comment and it was too late. So then we ordered me something for dinner , from Maru and we didnt get it. They dropped it at another house. But totally disappointed! That my pizza tasted like mold.

The garlic naan was completely burnt, go get new one- 0 garlic tase. Just plain naan with some garlic sticked to it. Butter chicken watery as hell

If I would give this place zero stars I would. I placed an order online in guest mode once I placed my order and took the time to input all my information, the screen reset and I assumed the order was placed. Once arrived they did not even bother to apologise that they could not find my order and moved onto the next guest, not giving me an option to place an order either. I am not going to recommend this place if you actually want to get food.

Lots of options, but theyve gotten pretty stingy with the toppings lately. Also, the last 3 or 4 orders have all been very late to be ready for pickup. I wish theyd just say its gonna be an hour. Food

Always missing items with our order. This time the girl on phone was talking to her friend while taking our order and missed item(s).

Place sucks, they constantly talk over you. If they missed your drinks and food they ll tell you you didn t pay for it. Do not recommend

Changing my review for this one, out of the last 3 times I tried ordering from this place the quoted time was always very far off. My last order from this place quoted me 40 minutes to get the pizza delivered, after 2 and a half hours I cancelled the order when they tried to convince me to still pay as the drive was on there way. Kwantlen pizza 56 down the road makes good quality pizza and actually stick to their quoted times. The pizza quality here (at least 2 years ago the last time I visited) is pretty good. However their brutally slow service and lack of customer service is why I lowered the stars on this review. I went down to 1 star as I would NEVER recommend this place as there are numerous options near by that are either cheaper, or better quality.

Lemme tell y all, this place is my second kitchen!! One of the best pizza in town, they got lamb biryani and chicken tekka masala which taste wayyyy better than an actual Indian spot. Cheap as hell too. The chef with the glasses (sorry boss can t remember your name) is so generous, genuine and an amazing cook!! Sumin I hope I m getting her name right is always welcoming you with a big smile and she got nice eyes ;) she always on business too making sure food is fresh and maybe extra portion if you ask nicely! They also got other stuff in the menu with very reasonable prices. God bless y all!

Pizza is great!! Ive been going here for years. The best option for large groups of people. Youre able to get several varieties without breaking the bank. Vegetarian options: They have meatless pizza options. Easy!! Parking: Their building is located in the corner of a parking lot for a small strip mall.

I ordered tandoori chicken pizza but they gave me a uncooked pizza with no chicken on it . Very bad service they always do like such kind of things .when i called them they put me on hold and never replied back .

UPDATE: After a couple of glitches with orders we thoroughly enjoyed our recent pizza. The pizza itself was never an issue but service was but the management must have worked on this because from ordering to delivery and eating, the experience was top-notch. We will order from here again. Must have changed ownership. Order was wrong three times in a row. Used to be amazing pizza and Indian food. Unfortunately it s time to find a new favourite.

The food cooked by Chef Avi is so good and consistent taste and quality with very generous portions of lamb & goat curry. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala yesterday and I gotta say hands down its the best Ive ever had and Im from England they invented this dish and I must say its better then back home! The food is always prepared in a timely manner and arriving on time pipping hot & fresh ready to eat!

We just tried this place for the first time this past Easter long weekend and wow, I was not expecting this. Their pizzas are loaded, and I mean LOADED, with such fresh ingredients. And not only that, they don t skimp on the toppings. We had the Factory Special, Super Taco and the Pepperoni Pizza. All of them were absolutely delicious, and as Pizza Hut fan [and for all you other Pizza Hut lovers] this really beats the cake. Everything from the toppings to the crust, they were all really something. And lastly, they have THE best deals. You can get three large specialty pizzas for $30.99 plus tax, and it is very much worth every penny!! Guys, this place will not disappoint, and I just learned that they have several locations! You must check this franchise out.

We have tried most Indian pizza places, this place loads the pizza with toppings. They are not cheap with the way the pizza is made. The best pizza I have had! I recommend the Chicken Pesto and Meat Lovers. Vegetarian options: Have many options! Parking: Free parking.

Tried their Paneer Tikka Masala for the first time and I think they should stick to making pizzas. It was very poorly made, it just felt like they added toppings to ready-made curry from grocery store. Looks like their tandoori naans are also made in oven rather than tandoor, makes no sense.

Great pizzas for amazing price! The cheese topping was very generous! A go to place in the neighborhood for best pizzas! This is definitely going to be on top of the list for pizzas! The wait time was just about 10-15 mins which is pretty decent. It is mostly a take out place but the unbeatable price compensates for it.

I previously left a review for this location for being rude to my mother, despite us being customers here since the old location on the same block. Despite this horrible interaction she had, I attempted to order over the phone but was met with a rude lady today. While over the phone, I needed literally 1 second to confirm the order and was met with the lady being extremely unpleasant. It is normal to clarify oneself when ordering. When I went into the store to debrief, she mentions that I was dealing with customers basically justifying her rude actions. I saw 3 people in that store working, so there was no reason to be impatient and couldve taken her time instead of rushing us. Before the phone call ends, the lady yells OH MY GOD! Why in any situation is that ever necessary? You can deny it all you want, but I had you on speaker with 3 people in the room who also heard it. When confronted, she says she would never say that, accusing me of basically lying. I just wanted food to end my fast in this month of Holy Ramadan, yet as a loyal customer, I have constantly been met with endless horrible customer service. I dont know why they always constantly argue with you; it is so simple to apologize and be genuine. That lady lacks that, and I hope she can change her character for her own good.

The price is reasonable and the quality worth it to pay.

Really good place with lots of variety, good pizza for an affordable price with kind and efficient staff. Suman is the one that usually takes my order and she always does a wonderful job!

First off i want to say i am very confused as to all the bad ratings. For a city that is hard to find a good consistent pizza, this location (never been to any other pizza factories) never disappoints. We order pick up always 15 min and the order is ready. Pizza is always properly cooked topping crust and cheese have colour and are crisp under side has a bit of flop but never doughy. We always order the same large cheese large pepperoni and green pepper. Ratios are always on point with a good mix of topping to cheese to sauce to dough. We normally enjoy Neapolitan style so alot of the other pizza shops that put pile on the toppings are not what we enjoy. Lastly 22$ for two large is more than fair. Like I said we normally go for neapolitan so the 5 stars is not just for the food but also we have never had issues with service and the #1 reason is consistency we always can expect the same if not better than the previous visit. And most residents in langley know that is hard to find.

I ordered wings two weeks ago and they were by far the best wings in town at the very least. They were cooked wonderfully the sauce was cooked on the wing not just slopped on and sent out. The flavour translated into the cook of the food. This chef or chefs know what to do at the stove. They were not covered in grease. I decided today to go for goat curry I couldn t believe they had Indian dishes available. First the smell is wonderful I open the container and it s not floating in grease it has a sauce in there that is just gorgeous with layers of flavour. You won t find a great goat curry like this ever and they surprised me by sending it with some bread. An Indian guy told me once if you get Nan with the order with out asking for it your about to eat real Indian cooking. I get what he told me today. The chefs again I just can t believe the gorgeous food. Kid-friendliness: Just wonderful people the lady at the till and the guys that dropped it off where just easy going present people.

I checked do you guys make half n half pizza .the said yes we do.( and please replace your phone or change the line.we cant even hear you what you guys are saying or talk loud) anyways when i picked it up its the worse pizza I ever had.i ordered half cheese and half tandoori chicken for kids .but it was full cheese pizza with a little bit of chicken pieces on half side. If you guys are so busy cant handle your orders or serve better .then please get more staff or get better making pizza machines.

I do not like to complain, but this is the second issue with Pizza Factory. First off, the food is not the best but not the worse. I guess the value is Ok! The real issue is with there service. The most recent issue, I called in the order to be ready at a specific time. I arrived close to the time, gave my phone number and paid for my order including a TIP! The lady said it will be just a couple of minutes, fine! Almost 15 minutes later the lady asks for my phone number again, to find out my order was ready before I arrived and it sat for between 15-20 minutes. After asking for a fresh order, they said the best they can do is 10% off my next order. 10% does not even cover half the tip that I gave. Pizza Factory time for me to move on, there are lots of choices out there. Enjoy the well deserved tip.

Heard a lot of good things about this place but starting from customer service to food everything was a total disappointment. When we went to order the front persons seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy it felt like they were busy in talking to each other rather than helping the customers. Overall the experience wasn t what we expected.

First time here. 2 small pizza for $18 so pretty reasonable. An average pizza for ingredients and taste. Marked atmosphere low only because its really just a rake out place. Would eat here again if I was in the area but would not go out of my way to come back

Pizza Factory is a great place for reasonable prices. The ring of fire to Canadian pizza and meat lovers were delicious and the workers enjoy it . Toppings are heavy and generous with cheese and sauce. The Con dont order from them with time sensitive in mind like a work lunch . They were late when I preorder the day before. Which is a shame for company function this place would be ideal, But for home delivery, I would reorder from them for sure !

Hi this place i bought veg pizza and panner pakodas. They were hot and delicious. The customer service was excellent from miss jappen.keep up the standards and excellent service.

They put basically no topping on pizzas. I order a triple pepperoni every single time and they put 10 pieces of pepperoni on a large. And I can see the sauce through the cheese. Its just plain cheap and disappointing. If you charge for a 3 topping pizza then give the equivalent of 3 toppings. Also cook the pizzas all the way. So tired of it showing up raw as hell.

Ive been super broke but thankfully I can afford your 2 for 1 large specialty pizzas occasionally. They are gigantic and loaded with fresh toppings. I love the taxi and the meat pizzas. My picky girl has had the meat pizza 3x in a row and just loves it so much. I am so grateful for your service. Especially how fast you get here when were starving haha. Our company order 20 boxes of pizza to celebrate National Women s Day, the pizza are so good, cheese overload and toppings and we ve got extra box for free also the the delivery guy was so helpful, he help us sort out our order. Even the place quite old, all in all happy and satisfied tummy!

For starters, this is the only pizzaria in the area where you can get anchovies, to my knowledge. But theres much more. I ordered online, but when I went to pay, the young woman said there was a mistake, so I ended up paying $7 less than I was expecting the bill to be. And when I tried to leave a large tip, she demurred. Still, I ended up leaving several dollars in their tip jar. And Ill be back again. Its also excellent pie. Very friendly service, and also plenty of parking.

Ordered from Pizza Factory for the first time today and I am extremely impressed. Loaded with toppings and great price. We ordered a Vegetarian, Pesto Chicken and Ring of Fire and no complaints about any of them. Will definitely be ordering again. I dont know why some of the reviews are crying about the pricing being too much or changes from 4 toppings to 3 for $12.99? Inflation has hit everyone try to find a place that will taste as good as this for cheaper or go order Pizza Hut or Panago and tell me they dont over charge?

I have been trying to find a reasonable pizza place for my family and the pizza factory fits the bill. I have ordered probably 8 or 9 times now and the pizza is always nice and fresh (I pick it up myself) and has a ton of toppings and cheese, the pricing is super competitive and I can usually feed my family of 5 for around 45 bucks with left overs for lunch the next day. Definitely not a dine in place but they make awesome pizza!

Basically, your typical `fast food` pizza. For a few dolars more you can get real pizza . Emilio`s, Firecrust, Captains Oven or Famosa.

Pizza is amazing. We dropped panago after trying this place. Just cant compete with the price and the quality. We werent a huge fan of the pasta but for the price its not terrible. Planning to trying the Indian menu next time so fingers crossed its as good as the pizza Food : 4/5

Don t often order in but had company arriving in time for dinner. Tried Pizza Factory as we re done with Dominos and Pizza Hut. Wow what a wonderful surprise! Ordered 3Meds Taco, Deluxe & Veg. All loaded, delicious and the price was great! Would highly recommend Pizza Factory.

I ordered 30 hot wings via Skip the dishes. Which took approximately 40 minutes to prepare and for me to pick up. After which, I picked up the wings at the factory , which the inside looks like a run down industrial business that sells car parts. As well there being no customer service in any capacity. After taken back home, the wings appeared dehydrated and had no sauce on them in any capacity. When we bit into them they were very rubbery, very dry, and very flavorless. Which resembles overcooked baked old frozen chicken wings, that have been in a freezer for an extended time period and that sauce that comes with the wings were not used. So, we debond them and gave them to our dog, which didnt even want the meat . I want to confirm that they have the worst chicken wings that we have purchased in our life time. As a result, I highly recommend to avoid this location, based on how diligent they are in putting in slowly preparing food, having the lowest standard for their locations atmosphere, and making chicken wings that humans and dogs dont want to eat.

This is not a place for fresh cooked pizza, you cant cook a pizza in 5 minutes. When they grab it from around the back instead of ontop of the oven like they normal do you know you just got someone else cancelled order. The crust had been re heated and is starting to harden, parts of the topping are cold.

Worse pizza. We ask them medium hot veggie pizza, there was no flavour not spicy at all no toppings as asked ginger and cilantro and it was thick uncooked crust.When I call them to complain about it they said we can t do anything you can come back right now and bring back pizza when I m taking public transit all the way back Langley from surrey. Be aware about new management they don t care about customer service. Their pizza used to be best before but now it s worse quality. Not recommended

It is in fact, most definitely NOT the best pizza in town. The cheese was so thick and hard that it virtually separated from the dough, and overpowered any other flavour. Both pizzas also had this slight burnt taste to them, despite not being burnt. New to the neighbourhood and was on the search for a good pizza spot. This is not it. If you re in the same boat and see this, look elsewhere!

We just bought two large pizzas. 1 large meat lovers and 1 large cheese extra cheese. The large meat lovers the was burnt. This means they reheated the pizza as they were not hot either. And the cheese pizza barely had any cheese let alone extra cheese . Just paid 40 dollars for reaheated pizza .so upset don t buy here you have been warned!

Ordered pizza online, where it said will take 35 minutes, then waited for 45 minutes to check and was told it will take 30 more minutes to be delivered. Waited another 50 minutes, still no pizza, called them and was told it I ll be delivered in 2-3 minutes, waited again for another 30 minutes, still nothing. Called again and they told me it s already delivered, when i told them that I didn t get any pizza and I didn t even pay so how could your driver deliver without any payment, put me on hold and have no answer where the hell driver or pizza were. So after 2 long hours I didn t get anything. On top they are not even apologizing for the mess and nothing to offer in return, so pathetic Management definitely doesn t know how to provide customer service, and the owner is bragging about his own delivery service in other comments.

I go here whenever I m in town for work!

Two weeks ago I ordered a large cheese pizza and a large pepperoni and it came to $22. Today. I ordered the exact same, one large cheese pizza, one large pepperoni and they tried to tell me it was $32. Then they blamed it on the price of cheese, pizza factory was my go-to however not anymore. They are literally pricing the driver out of a tip. I do not trust them and they are now way overpriced. I would rather order from panago or pizza hut! They have now lost a long-term client, never again.

Pizza is decent (we ve ordered it almost every week the last 3 years), but there are consistent up-charges on every bill, regardless of the order that night. The website says $12.99 for a large 4 topping pizza, yet every time they charge $1.50 extra for the 4th topping- then argue when you point it out. They say it s 3 toppings now, I say update your website to reflect your actual products/prices We ve been charged extra on every order the past few months, from 1 pizza to 3. Prices have gone up, but they aren t notifying the public, just charging extra with no warning. Not cool. Update your website.

Love this place. Its our go to pizza place these days. Food is good and on top of that Sumaan has always helped us explore the menu as they have indian dishes as well. She always has a smile on her face which makes this place more beautiful. Keep up the good work guys

This is one of my favorite places to get food from. The service is helpful and friendly, and the prices are really good. If you want either pizza or Indian food (perhaps a blend of both) then this place is somewhere you must check out.

The pizza if alright, however, every time I order, I confirm the price over the phone for the food and delivery. I always receive a much higher price at the door. This time they charged nearly $10 for delivery after confirming $4 on the phone. I don t want to argue with a delivery driver. Not worth the opaque and dishonest pricing.
