Our experience was nice as our servers MADDEN & MACKENZIE were really nice amaizing customer service. Keep up the good work God bless u both with success in life . Would love to come again just because of you both . Thankyou so much for taking care of us at DINNER in CACTUS LANGELY

The food was good and the temperature was great (cold foods cold, hot foods hot). My issue was that the glasses that they served our drinks in were really dirty. The water glass was so cloudy with residue all in and around it. I decided to go to the to-go section and got a water bottle instead with some to-go cutlery. If you value clean dishes, I would look elsewhere.

Food is always good and great customer service. The 6 layer cake got me it was delicious you need 2-4 people to finish it

You have to put your payment information down just to reserve a table? Nope nope nope.

We were given our Coke Zero in disgustingly dirty glasses, and did not notice until a few sips in- which made me want to throw up. I was given dirty silverware shortly after. The steak was a bit tough, which you would not expect for over 40 dollars. After receiving dirty glasses and silverware you d expect the sodas at least to get comped, but nope, nothing was done proactively, and only after we had already paid did she offer to get a manager if we were unhappy! This was possibly the worst experience at any cactus club I ve ever had. Shockingly bad. Would not recommend this location and if you do go- check all your dishes to make sure they are clean before eating off of or drinking from them. Service also took a weirdly long time.

The food is great, our server was wonderful BUT, they do not allow outside wine into the premises, unlike their competitors (Keg, Milestones, Earls, etc.) . Be aware folks, the Cactus Club is not tolerant of patrons that try to save on their outrageous wine markups. EDIT: This reply, take it into consideration is meaningless drivel at its finest. REPLY TO CACTUS CLUB: Ill be sure to give your reply the consideration it deserves.

Food pretty ok could have been more delectable and service pretty ok nice ambience

Good place for a nice meal if your with friends family or children. They can accommodate most places. Be ready for a wait most days as they are very popular but thats not a bad thing.

Came for a birthday dinner, Abi the manager was wonderful, if not the best management i ve ever experienced. Truly made my birthday day feel super special. Logan was also amazing, very personable! Jordan got my drink super quick. I love the spike frappes! Will definetley come again, great service overall couldn t have ask for anything better.

I have eaten at Cactus Club many times because Im consistently happy with the food, everything Ive had on the menu is delicious, and the staff take caution with allergies and I have yet to be sick from cross contamination. But what made this so special was our server Sofia. She was absolutely the best server I have ever had , she was incredibly attentive, personable, on it. And on top of being a great server she was just such a genuine and wonderful person and made our day so much better and really special. Thank you so much Sofia (sorry if I misspelled your name)!

Dont order online! They use a third party contract that does a horrible job and they take no responsibility for how bad it is. Our food was left at out door without any attempt to knock, ring the door bell, let us know it had arrived. It was stone cold by the time we found it after checking what was taking the delivery so long.

I visit this place with my friends this Friday. It s very busy place , luckily we got the table . We all enjoy the food very much Food was delicious as always and the service was excellent. 5 star for Katie B serving with smile Food

This is not a good place to go. I have no love for a woman or manager who is the worst person in the world to me tonight. I have like no one on earth. I wish I was not born with selfish things like Cactus Club, they just wont let me plug in my dead scooter. I do not like gold diggers also thats why I dont like being Canadian, because of stupid things like this. Are you over status and in support of ICBC that you need to be a complete jerk to a man like me. It takes 6 hours to charge a scooter costs 75 cents and most and they have power they were open 2 hours more and I needed a boost of power because my house collapsed due to a rude selfish roommate and I cant even plug my scooter in at rich fancy restaurant like that.

Among Koreans, if you like seafood spaghetti or handmade burgers, you will definitely like it if you try it. After watching Black and White Chef, I went to eat some delicious food. Highly recommend~^^ Among all the dishes I ve tasted during my 9 years in Canada, this was the best, with exceptional service. For a group of four two adults, a 12-year-old boy, and an 8-year-old girl we enjoyed two steaks, two seafood pastas, and a burger. I would like to express my gratitude once again to my dear friend Tyler for creating such a memorable experience with us.

Attended this establishment with another couple. We had a difficult time hearing one anothers conversation due to poor acoustics and, in my opinion, unnecessarily loud music. The restaurant was full at the time. We have attended the South Surrey location numerous times and have had a much more memorable experience. This location is not a place to have a relaxing or enjoyable dinner and drink.

Although it was busy, service was quick.

Was served by Grayson during lunch, he is a great asset to any company. He was observant, kind and knew the menu perfectly with great advice. He made my birthday lunch very special. We asked for a booth and were told there were none available even though the whole time there were between 3-5 booths open over our stay at the restaurant and we asked at the beginning of they could move us to a booth instead of the uncomfortable high stool chairs everywhere else... They said yes but failed to accomodate us after asking several times. The med bowl with no rice but extra of everything else came and it was overwhelmingly small. When I mentioned it to the waitress she offered to bring a side of veggies she added mushrooms which I cant eat that were not listed in the med bowl and I asked specifically about at the beginning of the ordering process. The whole thing took a long time to come too. So very disappointed

Always consistent, great service and food.

Have been here multiple times but not in a lil awhile. Went for lunch and were seated in good time. They are always slammed so it was nice to get a seat fairly quick. Both of us ordered the bacon cheddar burger with fries. I was very pleasantly surprised by the size of the burger, specifically the patty. Was very good and very filling. Fries were well just fries but the real star is the burger. Would recommend

I haven t had a Wednesday night like that since my 30 s.

Very good when you go to the restaurant, but when you order, their QA goes in to the toilet. I dont know how many times items have beenissing from a dish, let alone missing altogether. Last time my wife ordered the Ahi Tuna Pole bowl, and it had no sauces at all. Ive had steaks that were overcooked, missing desserts, missing appies, etc.

Our server was amazing, but that was about it. The restaurant was loud and chaotic, the bathroom was dirty and the cleanliness could be improved. There were decorative flowers placed in candleholders on the table that were filthy. Doesn t make it very appetizing when you sit down to eat your meal and look up and see an item inches from your plate covered in dirt and food.

Came to celebrate my in-laws 65th wedding anniversary. From the minute we arrived for our reservation we were given white glove service. Our server Morgan was professional, kind and over all great. Angelica treated our parents like royalty taking pictures. And to top it off complimentary full size desserts to celebrate. You are hard pressed to find this kind of service anymore. Thank you Langley Cactus Club it was a wonderful evening.

I didnt come here to eat. I was very happy with the 2 hostesses working yesterday afternoon. My niece whom is 3 had to use the washroom while we were shopping at the dollar store next door. Of course the dollar store had no washroom we could use. We then went over to Cactus club, where the 2 women working didnt hesitate and let us use the washroom. Because of their kindness I will definitely be coming back to try the resturant. Thank you for your kindness, it means alot.

My friend and I had lunch at this location yesterday. Sabrina K. was our server and she greeted us with the warmest of smiles. She was attentive and knew when and how often to check in. Sabrina seemed genuinely happy to be working at Cactus Club, and that made our visit all the more pleasant. It was a very busy time of day, but Sabrina made us feel like we had all the time in the world to enjoy our meal and beverages. I hope the management will pass on our appreciation. Thank you, Sabrina, for your professionalism and friendliness!

Young wannabe crowd, dark, pricey and trying to be something there are not. Cactus club as a whole not what it used to be. Maybe as Ive gotten older Ive realized its not the place for me. Staff really dont care too much about the customer, want your money and keep it moving. Food still not bad considering what you order. But be prepared to wait. Many better places to go, try RR for example down the street.

Our party was kinda large but our server was kinda superwoman. Her service made the afternoon for us. Why is it so hot on the patio? Maybe some fans or something to move that air and keep bugs at bay... Otherwise it was the usual kind of Cactus food and the extraordinary price (sorry but truth is its way too much for what you get).

Te service for the walk in is terrible, the host doesn t have any consideration, I m be there waiting for almost two hours and I have to go to another place (small and business).

The Bartender JT was the best! We sat at the Bar and he was there immediately had our drinks and we ordered our food right away! We are regular at South Surrey location and Langley but this was the best experience we had ever! He was smiling and you can tell he enjoyed his job and very happy, positive and said please come by again! He deserves a raise and a pat on his back! Job well done

All around lovely, Emily C nailed it! Happy hour food after 9 was a great value treat. Avo dip, chicken tacos, and salmon aburi roll were high flavor and a play on textures. Delightful!

Based on my previous visit they most certainly have upped their game. Ordered the creole chicken (delicious) and grilled Dijon salmon (deliciously seasoned which I absolutely appreciated). Our server Megan T was next level and made our experience even better. TY

40 of us called ahead with a 30 minute warning and the manager Hayley was beyond accommodating! When we showed up to the restaurant they had an entire section of the restaurant cornered off for us! It was an incredible experience with Jordan and Ashley as our AMAZING servers! It was beyond perfection! Thank you for an incredible experience!

Went out with the gals tonight for some food and drinks! Emma J served us and was an absolute delight. I ve been to a few different cactus clubs around and i ve never had service this personalized and welcoming. Emma knew the menu front to back and make some great recommendations. Not to mention she was so kind and charming. Next time i m absolutely requesting that we get served by her! 10/10 experience.

I hope the quality and management team take note of my comments because, on August 2nd, I arrived around 5 pm at the Cactus unit 6070 200 St #101, Langley, and the reception was very unpleasant when they informed me that I would only have one hour to eat at the restaurant. I was very dissatisfied because I had never received this treatment at any Cactus unit. Still, I would like to thank the managers Halle and Diandra because they changed my perception from 1 star to a constellation of five stars, as it always happens when I go to Cactus, especially at this unit on 200 St in Langley. Excellent customer service from both; thanks a lot again!

Was a huge cactus fan where I always took my business partners! However the last 2 times have been subpar at best. Went last night for our anniversary, ordered the beef carpaccio which was ok, this is my fave, but not a fesh as usual, ordered a margarita it was ok, not worth $13. 25 but it spilt as it was stuck to the coaster, was replaced, med Bowl was fantastic, poke bowl came with little sauce, and the mango was completely raw. We pushed it off to the side to show the waitress when she finally returned and she said she would let the staff know. Its Summer, the mangoes are so ripe and should be served that way. Expo should have checked prior to serving. It was completely white. If anything that should been completely comped. For how highly cactus is promoted, A 25 dollar a meal avg, service should be at its prime, food should be top notch, or at the minimum the FOH manager should have stopped by. Its too bad the quality and service is not what it used to be. At $110 and quiet night with lots of seating , our meal was not worth it at all. Unfortunate loss.

We had the most fantastic time today. Sabrina was our server and she was so amazing and very attentive! She was super friendly and personable and very knowledgeable as well. It was an added bonus to have Morgan as a shift lead - she was so kind and welcoming and made sure we were all ok!

Typically, I love this location, especially the Dijon Salmon dish that I keep coming back for. However, after years of loving the ceviche appetizer, I was super disappointed at how unappetizing it tasted. In the first bite I knew I wanted to send it back and cancel the order but I was shy so I ate half of it bc I was starving. Definitely, would NOT recommend this dish. Its odd to serve ceviche with fish sauce, extremely salty. Originally this dish derives from south America so to put an Asian flare on it did not work.

Very noisy but good overall. I prefer more intimate spots. This place almost resembles a nightclub atmosphere in my opinion which was not a lunch experience for me. Clearly very popular though as it was full.
