I checked this restaurant on google by seeing the ratings me and my friends decided to visit as we were there on some occasion, so we ordered non veg and veg both. We waited almost for an hour for food to be served, our server was Jaspreet as she was really very rude to us because we complained about her as there were hairs in our food. We talked to the manager regarding the unhygienic food and the behaviour of there server he was also very disrespectful to us, as I found him so overbearing within himself. I have complained to health department regarding all this as this not the neglect-able because it can make people sick as we all get sick next day (and that s not a coincidence!). So, I would seriously not recommend this place to anyone in future.

Always fresh and tasty

It has always been a great restaurant since the beginning. I always enjoyed karahi paneer at this place. The service staff is awesome and good quantity-quality wise food.

I popped by here for lunch as I saw the special board outside. I ordered the butter chicken lunch special, it came with rice, chickpea curry, soft fresh naan, a few sliced cucumbers and onions on the side. It also included a sweet rasmalai dessert! Very rich, delicious and complex flavors, I highly recommend the food here!

Me and my husband ordered chole batuhre and amritsari kulche there were 4 tiny hair on the the salad, we call woman name Jaspreet she only changed salad from the plate where she saw hair and she didn t change whole food which was also part of same food we found hair in. Also We ask medium hot and food was very spicy I started coughing in the parking lot very badly after eating there, we both got sick right away when get home, me and husband were sick for 6 days straight, I call to their manager his name Dinesh, he talked to me very badly that people like us come from India to get free food, when all I want to talk owner about our bad experience, there staff specifically manager Dinesh and JASPREET were very hostile and rude.Manager completely denied that was only one hair and he said that they offer us to change whole food but my my husband said it s ok, they re lying on my face without any shame. They don t even admit they re wrong. They first serve us unhygienic food make us sick and then accusing us that we re looking excuses to get free food or money. I have filled complaint to health and safety about there unsafe food procedure finding hair in the food and very bad food poisoning. Also I want to mention that since I posted review they are threatening me that I m ruining their image and they will take me to court, it s my right to review about service I got from them. I have recordings of all my conversations with them. And they started lying that I m posting reviews from others accounts I have just this review they deleted it or reported it so I m rewriting my review to aware everyone that these people threatened me take me court so I m scared and delete my review. I also have doctors report when we got sick next day after eating their food. I never reviewed negative to any business before even after bad experience but only reason I have to review here because they start threatening. They re very offended by my review but they were okay when manager was yelling at me on the phone. Now they re lying about their story and also getting fake reviews everyday so my review won t be noticed.Such a shame. There s so many people reviewed months ago or even year ago before us, they got sick after eating their food and got food poisoning. Indian Accent restaurant getting fake reviews probably paid reviews from india lol. Don t believe these reviews saying all the sudden good about hygiene and cleanliness ever since I complained about their food unhygiene and getting sick. All these reviews are paid or they probably give them free food for good reviews lol. Check all these previous reviews who got sick with their food. Normally good Buisness would appreciate feedback but these people are arguing with mostly everyone whoever speaks truth about bad experience they get offended. Is this the way any good business person handle the situation? Do you guys think it s appropriate ? Like for every single person whoever review negative previously they re not taking feedback and assuring to improve their service or issues. How many people before me find hair in the food and even plastic in rice and someone posted the picture as well. SCAM WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They have two different menus with different prices and will only serve with the expensive prices one. Later if you counter them on it. They will be like its our take out price. But the irony is they havent mentioned in any of them that which will be for take out an dine. As they will only serve you and charge you with the expensive one. More, they quantity is also different on every order. Their management is also so rude. Worst customer satisfaction.

We just had paranthas and they were good. But the 2 stars for service is because they took a long time from when we were seated to when they took the order. Also, they have a special ad for their momos but they were not available. I would expect that when a restaurant is out of an item, especially one that they are encouraging customers to try, they should at least offer something to make up for it.

Tried the butter chicken combo from here. Not bad but as somebody who can make their own food I wasnt impressed. They say its cooked with thigh meat but it was clearly white breast meat that they used. The chicken itself was the worst part of the dish. It was tough and dry so that says to me the chicken is pre cooked and added to the sauce after it is prepared. Flavor was OK, not bad not great. Overall it was not up to the expectations seeing the other positive reviews but also if I was starving Id eat it. Would I come back no, but that is because you have 10 indian options in downtown langley. Ill keep looking for another spot for Indian food.

Last time I checked, rice isn t supposed to be neon blue and green. This is either plastic, chemical contamination or mold. Regardless this is in no way okay to serve to people because now I have no idea how many pieces like this I ate without realizing it. My order of rice and butter chicken immediately ran through me, leaving my stomach very upset.

Im regular customer. I get always good food. I never get disappoint. I tried everything but my favourite is mixed prantha with tea or indian coffee. Jaspreet always helps me. She is very kind and professional. Environment, food , service top notch that s why I like to come here.

My first experience here was not good. The food was bland and had a strange texture. I decided to give them another chance and this place has improved considerably! Great customer service by the woman up front. A lot of Indian places the workers arent efficient at order-taking, especially over the phone. She was well spoken and confirmed details to ensure accuracy. And the food was fresh and tasty. Finally found a good Indian place in Langley!

My wife and I a while back decided that the supposed #1rated Indian restaurant in Langley had become very disappointing, I did some online research and found Indian Accent Restaurant. WOW their food is amazing, possibly the best food we have ever eaten. We just had it for the 5th time in a couple months and they are awesome!

I would like to share my experience with Indian accent, we had ordered bulk food for my son s birthday party celebration and the food was amazing taste wise as well as quantity wise. Initially I told my menu but the restaurant manger she suggested me to go for other menu based on the event. I would really appreciate her suggestion and food was finger licking. Everyone enjoyed the meal. Thanks to Indian accent to make this event special. I m a regular customer and I live in Michaud crescent. Who ever wants to book for the bulk order without any doubt you can order.

Absolutely delicious meal with fantastic prices! I had the Shahi paneer combo with a side of chana, it comes with buttery garlic naan, side of rice, and a delicious Gulab jamun for dessert too. Dinner last night at Indian Accent Restaurant was fabulous! The food was so bloody lovely, the butter chicken and garlic naan omg. It is warm, comfortable and extremely welcoming ideal for a family gathering or type of date night. Everything was catered to us, the staff were so lovely and helpful. The veg dishes are so very tasty, but in some of the gravy chicken dishes, the chicken is raw and not cooked with spices, it is just tossed in the gravy, if you move the gravy from the chicken you can see the chicken is totally white, I tasted the chicken it was raw, I had ordered before it was same quality and I tried again after 8 months, the chicken Kadahi was still same with raw chicken, the tandoors kebabs are very good, the mutton is not cooked to perfection, overall many of the dishes are tasty, especially chole bhatura, achari tandoori chicken, aloo puri etc I would recommend to try the chicken gravy dishes at your risk.

Vegetarian options: We ordered food for my baby shower for around 40 people. Food was amazing and delivered with care. I highly recommend this place. Food : 5/5

Absolutely love having Paneer Bhurji whenever I visit this restaurant.

The chaat here is disappointingly bland, especially the sweet chutney which is very poorly made. Even the yogurt lacked sweetness and had an unpleasant tang. While other items on the menu are decent, I wouldnt recommend their chaat. I usually make much better chaat at home, but decided to treat myself here out of laziness.L

Best Indian food in Langley

The taste was OK but they drowned food in cilantro so it was almost over powering .. Also the portions are not great and you have to pay for rice too .. Most India places I have eaten included a side of rice for each dish .. The lamb vindaloo had 2 chunks of potato and about 8 little bites of lamb coupled with rice and Naan it was 25$ no leftovers.. Again portions where small not a great place if you ask me .. Indian affair is 10x better

Their dishes vary in taste time to time. Ordered a mixed veggies and it turned out awesome. The next time ordered fish karahi, it tasted like masala fish (with cream in it?!) They will surprise you every time; Id say lack of consistency. Their chana puri/bhatura breakfast combo is very much worth trying. I loved it. So, changing the rating to 4/5 from 3/5 on Mar 1, 2024.

Our favorite spot for Indian in the city. Plus they have amazing lunch deals and combo specials. Sometimes they have trouble tracking their online orders so you may need to wait a couple minutes when you order take out. Worth it though.

Ive had their lunch Thali special twice now, and each time its been excellent. Today is was chicken curry with dal. On my first visit they gave me way too much rice, so this time I asked for only half a scoop and I still got more than I could eat (Im a senior). Excellent, friendly service. The atmosphere is not fancy, but its very clean and pleasant. Ill be back again soon to try more of their offerings.

This place is fairly small, hole in the wall but wow the food is incredible. It reminds me of eating food in India, the Gol Gappa are the best I ve ever had in Canada and the value is insane. Take a look at the price that was $12.99. Value you alone puts this place at 5 stars. Highly recommend.

We mostly get takeout, but have eaten there a number of times. The food is always fantastic, well-priced (especially their lunch special until 3pm) and the people are very friendly and service is great. Highly recommended! Parking: Parking is at the back, but a free lot and also on the side of the building-handy for quick pickups

I tried there Aloo Paratha plate and chai, both tasted very authentic and yummy.

We always dine here and it feels like a second home to us. The food quality is always great. And the best part, it is not that expensive. We tried catering delivery for the ceremony and the food as usual tasted great. Quantity and packing quality all as expected.

I have been eyeing this place for a long time since I moved to Langley. Today we decided to have chole bhature here and the first thing that impressed me was the cleanliness and how everything looked neat and well maintained. We waited for good 20mins or so but the wait was so much worth. The food was fresh, delicious and hit all the spots. The hostess was the best I came across in Langley since I moved here a year ago. The tea followed by bhatura was simply mind blowing too. It was fresh, ginger based and perfectly sweet. Am so glad I came here for breakfast with my family on a Saturday morning. We all enjoyed the food. Would love to try something else next weekend or so..

Went for lunch. Super busy and was expecting a great experience after reading the reviews. Unfortunately the flavours of the different items were very similar to each other. The lamb (usually my favorite) was very tough. After much chewing, I ended up spitting out into my napkin. The naan was good. The one bright spot was the gulab jamen, which was absolutely delicious. Was only $18 for lunch, so I guess you get what you pay for. I found the service adequate, not overly inviting though. It was ok but Ill be trying elsewhere for my Indian food.

Weve gotten takeout so many times and its always been delicious. We came in a few weeks ago and again tonight for dinner.. the food is mouthwateringly delicious, hot and fresh. Come here! You will not be disappointed.

Theyve always had an awesome lunch and dinner menu but they serve breakfast as well now. Stop by for a great dine in experience or enjoy the great food anywhere via take out or delivery orders.
