The service at Montana s was disappointing. Our waitress, Em, did not meet expectations. The ribs were dry, the cornbread was cold, and she failed to check in with us after serving the food. Additionally, she forgot to provide utensils, which were only brought to the table after reminding her a second time. She also did not come around to offer refills on our water or pop.

My partner ordered a medium rare steak & they cooked it well done & on top of that when she stuck her fork into the lobster & picked it up there was a hair under the lobster tail. Gross. They took it back & cooked her a whole new meal only to have the steak cooked wrong a second time. Charged us full price for a order that wasnt our order. Wont go back.

Haven t been to Montanas in years and decided to come Saturday night. We were seated right away, service was excellent and food came quick. Amil provided superb service and was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly - this quality of service is hard to find now days! We both got the honkin beef rib and the portions were so huge we brought home a lot of leftovers. We ll definitely come back for date night, based on service, speed and portions.

Food was a disappointment- onion rings are huge & undercooked- don t look like the photos in menu, the burrito bowl is loaded in raw onions, ribs were dry. Fish & chips were good. Ben was a new server and did a great job- I ve never gotten a drink refill in Montanas without having to ask so thank you :) Tables are comfortable & decor is cool.

Went for dinner with friends on a Friday evening and was a decent experience. The service was good and the atmosphere was as good as it gets. However, the food was bit of a mix bag. We ordered hot chicken wings to share which were really good and significant portion. Loved it. The mains were a bit of a disappointment though. Two of my friends got pork ribs which were outstanding (regular portion feels small for the price), but the side of fries and cornbread were soggy and cold, not palatable. I went for the medium rare steak, which was done correctly but lacked seasoning and was dry in the centre. The steak could definitely have been better. Overall the quality of food and the value out of the meals felt short compared to the steep price we paid. Can come back for the ribs, but would avoid steak next time. Edit- Went back to given this place another chance and the restaurant made amends based on my previous feedback. Ordered saturday special drinks with Spinach dip for appies and pork ribs and pulled pork sandwich for mains. The food and drinks were both delicious. The sides of fries and corn bread did not disappoint this time. None of them was soggy. Would surely recommend this place.

First time eating here, I was torn between ordering the surf and turf or the ribs. I went with Texas bold ribs . I enjoyed the taste. I got regular size which consisted of 6 ribs. It came with some fries that were not crisp but tasted ok,and a tablespoon size of coleslaw! The coleslaw portion was so tiny , I wondered why they even bothered. Others at our table got different sauce on their ribs, everyone else thought the sauces were too sweet! So if you don t like sweet get the Texas bold. Another person at our table ordered the double surf and turf for $41. The lobster tail was more like a small cray fish. One bite perhaps and it came with some small shrimp. Not worth the price IMO! They also got the baked beans again counting the tiny portion they received 6 beans in a tiny cup of sauce, kind of a joke really! 2 other people ordered quesadilla, they said they tasted good. We had 7 of us at our table all the food showed up but no one had any utensils, we had to ask for them. Service was mediocre not bad but not great either. Food was tasty enough. All in all not a bad restaurant. Just don t expect the side dishes to be of any quantity they are more like a garnish. If you re stuck between ribs or steak I d say go with ribs.

The atmosphere was as youd expect. Birthday wishes and BBQ smells filled the air. We asked for extra napkins and got then right away. The staff was excited about the new specials and rightly so. The playful laughter of kids and sounds of the grill charring meat makes for a pleasant evening. We came for ribs but left with a feeling of family.

Always a great place to go. My family loves this place. The food is always hot and fresh. Service has been fantastic every time. I love BBQ and when I don t have time to do it myself this is the place I go to curb my craving! The beef rib is my go to every time!

The food was fantastic, I had the southern fried chicken sandwich with onion rings, and my husband had the all you can eat ribs. To go along with the incredible meal we had we also had exceptional service. Great atmosphere we will definitely be back!

The staff was very welcoming right out of the gate. Food came in a timely manner. I had the surff and turf. The 7 ounce stake was cooked to perfection (meduim rare). Sides complemented the meal. Lobster was not over cooked. Price was right. I highly recommend a visit.

We came from Coquitlam. I had the Canadian burger and my wife had the pulled pork sandwich. My fries were somewhat cold and hard. The burger was; okay but nothing crazy. My wife enjoyed her meal and her Ceasar drink which was good and came at a great price of $5.99 for Sunday! All the servers and staff helping us were cordial and pleasant. Can be a bit loud with all the birthday parties but thats to be expected there. No biggie. We will probably visit again in a few months or so for the all you can eat ribs. We used to have a franchise in Coquitlam but has been closed for a while now. This one in Langley was somewhat busy when we arrived. We had a 20min. wait and it would be probably a good idea to check how busy it is or reserve a table in advance.

I came to eat with my family to celebrate my birthday and have a good time and unfortunately we had a bad time, the temperature in Langley was 5 degrees outside and possibly 10 degrees inside because the place is colder than a morgue so much so that we couldnt enjoy the food since it got cold very quickly, I ordered a taco and the meat tasted very good but the tortilla was like it came out of the refrigerator and the texture obviously being cold is horrible. We told the waitress that it was too cold and that we felt uncomfortable because of the temperature and she was very kind, I wont deny it, and she went to see if she could raise the temperature to something pleasant and she told me that it was impossible, that she could only modify it by 1 degree because that way the staff wouldnt feel hot. They gave me to understand that they do not care about the customer, not even their satisfaction. They saw us with a cake to celebrate a birthday and they didnt even have the kindness to ask. I dont know if the restaurant has a no gift for birthday policy because in other restaurants they dont even give you a gift card (its okay if they dont give you one, it doesnt matter, but at least the staff should make you feel happy). Anyway, today they lost several clients and I for one will never go there again!

I ordered for pick up (2 hrs before the pick up time) but I had to wait another 15minutes to get my order. I ordered 2 full rack and 1 brisket sandwich- sandwich was good and moist. One of the full rack was cut up into 3 pieces (seemed much smaller than the full rack- 3 ribs in 1 piece, 2 ribs in 1 piece with little bit of meat, 2 ribs in another piece with little bit more) instead of giving me one full rack that was attached together and was completely dry. Another full rack was better and was given as one whole set of full rack. I dont think I will order from them again.

Had a Horrible Experience here last night Their Steak & Seafood special was Awful Steak was Extremely Chewy Poor Cut of Meat that was Not Tender. Lobster was small and Overcooked As, were the accompanying Shrimps. About the only thing Tasty they served; Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Sautéed Mushrooms. They were even out of one of their Beers That the normally serve of Tap (Draft). All-in-All Not Worth the Time or Money.

So to start our server Sarah was excellent. But the ribs I got was very small 6 small ribs for 26$ my moms steak was very over cooked. She asked for medium raw and it came out well done. So the service was very good. But the food was disappointing.

No option to rate less than this . I had this experience as a delivery driver staff was so unprofessional that they made sure i don t want to visit this restaurant ever again for a dine in . If your kitchen is unable to provide orders you should not be talking online orders i have worked in a customer service roles in past it make sense you don t want restaurant to look crowded to provide customers best service but there is still alot of better ways to inform the delivery partner to wait outside instead of berating them . And the person who did it unfortunately i forget to take the name but i hope wish he gets fired one way or another and gets the same treatment as he s the most incompetent employee i have ever seen doing a customer service for role.

Ive visited this location a few times, most recently when my sister was visiting from out of town. The food, service, and atmosphere are okay. I wont say its great being that I spent many years living in the USA and have eaten at many BBQ establishments. Overall, its not my favorite, but its ok to stop and have a bite.

Very poor service. Was here to pick up my food. Server told me that gonna be 2-3 minutes as they re packing it up. Made me wait over 20 minutes. No staffeven bothered to ask after that why I have been waiting from that long. Very Poor service.

We had a great time at Montana s recently. I had the rib order, it was so good. Falling off the bone tender with a creamy slaw and really good corn bread. I can t wait to head back there. The seeing team was welcoming and polite. The birthday song routine is also very much alive with the birthday boy/girl getting a big moose antler hat to wear as everyone joins in to sing happy birthday. Fun times!

Went out for dinner last night for my daughter s 9th birthday and she insisted on going to Montana s to celebrate. We had the best time there thanks to our server Kendra. Kendra went above and beyond and made sure we had the best dining experience. my daughter got to wear the antlers and got a free dessert! She said it was the best birthday ever. I know where I ll be for my birthday next month! On top of that the food was so delicious. Will be coming back for that rib & wing combo for sure. It was a last minute date and a last minute decision for my husband and I to go to Montanas. We walked in and were instantly pleased with the log cabin decor. The service was pleasant and efficient. The tables are laid out with brown paper that instantly invites people to color on me! It inspired a tic tac toe game that would not otherwise have been attempted. The food was impeccable and decently priced. Fun, friendly, fantastic!Thank you for a lovely date!

Kendra has great customer service skills. Attentive, knowledgeable and fun. I would go back again and again due to the service from Kendra and the food. Food was cooked to my perfection and that matters more now that cost of dining out has gone up.

Monday night I I came to have some chicken wings. After two or three I didn t feel good, must have had the stomach flu. The manager was so very kind to me and helped in every way she could and brought me a cup of Ginger Ale. What a wonderful lady she was, she went way above and beyond. Bless her heart.

We ate at Montanas in Langley tonight and our experience was excellent. The food was tasty and delivered quickly. I was pleasantly surprised when we were seated almost immediately at 7:00 on a Thursday evening . Cherries was our server and was a real champ....(Very Friendly and engaging) I would recommend this location to other hungry winers and diners!!!!

Amil the server, was very efficient, great customer service, very pleasant, and always checking on our table to see if we needed anything else. My husband and my kids had a great dinner tonight. Thank you very much Amil for making our night. You need more servers like him.

Amil was our server, excellent service, friendly, very sincere and an absolute sweetheart. Made our evening perfect! The food was exceptional and the suggestions on dessert(s) were perfect. We loved our meal so much, we will be back in a week or two. Thank you, Amil, for making our evening wonderful.

Service was very good, the ribs tasted weird, the buttermilk chicken was good although the butter was burnt so I had to discard it. The grilled cheese sandwich was very bad, they put the Singles craft cheese I will not come here, very expensive for the quality of the food. Food

Cherries was an excellent server. She was quick and got our order right from memory! The food is excellent, one of our favorite places. The atmosphere is warm and rustic fun. Definitely recommend. Though one meal came cold as we were a large group, she worked quickly to correct it and then some.

The food was average the pulled pork wasnt quite pulled it had some tough peaces of pork. The place wasnt very clean

All you can eat ribs is definitely worth the hype! Tonya was my sever and she absolutely killed it! Ribs were coming out fast and hot and drinks were always full! We will be returning!

They have All-You-Can-Eat ribs, they were really good. Great service with Amiel, he was super attentive and friendly.
