Completely incompetent staff - they will argue with each other in front of customers, unapologetically lie to your face, and are totally disorganized. Most of their seating is not accessible, people with any mobility challenges should stay away.

The particular day I went, the whole place smelled like parmesan and garlic and the heat was blasting. This may be a good thing or a bad thing depending on the person! Wheelchair accessibility: Has 2 wide disabled parking spaces beside the restaurant.

Came with my family for dinner food was great and our server darby was amazing thank you for guiding us through the menu your suggestions were perfect so was your patience as it was our first but not last time there.

Went for my birthday, got seated, ordered drinks, waited 10-15 min just for waitress to come back and say theres no glasses for pop/water, ordered a coffee we never got. Took our food order, came back another 15 ish minutes just to tell us theres no ribs. Theres no communication between kitchen, and front door, or waitresses. We ended up leaving after 45 min with nothing

If I could give this place a zero star I would ; took my mother in law for a nice dinner November 11th here as me and my husband love Mr. Mike s well jokes on us we ended up getting food poisoning we all felt great before we ate here it was the worst experience ever I ve never felt so sick in my life . I will not be coming back what s so ever $154 just to get food poisoning

When we got to the restaurant the power had been out so all of their systems were rebooting. We were welcomed with open arms, served beverages and, once everything was powered up, our meals were delicious & hot!

HORRIBLE, used to be great, 10/10 then it changed, went last week, took an hour to get our food on a quite Friday night around 9, ordered bruschetta and a couple appys, and a Caesar salad, took 30 min to get our food, had to send the bruschetta back it was black the bread was so burnt too 20 min to get another, the salad had ZERO Caesar salad dressing had to ask the waitress twice for dressing, the rest of our food was cold, took the waitress 20 minutes to refil our drinks, when we asked her for refills when she walked by, overall it s ran awfully, used to be my #1 place I d recommend to anyone but now I wouldn t recommend to ANYONE, awful service and awful food, they don t care about quality anymore

Food was great but paying for a 40 dollar steak the fat is supposed to be delicious not inedible i was choked because my dinner was near 50 dollars for my plate alone but me and my girls had a good visit they want to return but i will never be ordering a steak again

So disappointed with Mr. Mikes in Langley. My mom Ordered a lobster dip had more taco chips and not even 1/4 of the container had the dip. What a joke for the price you pay. We paid $90 tip included for two salads and an appetizer. Contacted them, said because it was an appetizer thats the amount. Definately NOT worth the money. Consumers beware!! Will never return or give this company my business! Absolute trash and they did not care about the customers satisfaction at all. Out for themselves, beware!

Once again, this Mr.Mikes in Langley is a complete let down. For an appy that is deep fried, shrimp, it shouldnt take 25 minutes, then another 20 minutes for our meals. 2 salads and a burger. We were extremely disappointed in how this particular Mr.Mikes is run.

The last 2 times I have been there the waitress has not asked for phone number for Mr Mikes rewards. Follow up : A per Mr Mikes response I did contact them but they would not do anything about the rewards I did not get on my last 2 visits.

We went here to have a family dinner. The service was amazing. There was only one choice for vegetarians other than salad.. so that was very disappointing. We sat on the patio and along the sidewalk was filled with bird feces so we were looking at that while we were eating. as a vegetarian decided to get the vegetarian burger without a patty (didn t like the patty they offered) and asked for them to put cheese on it. Basically my burger was a bun with coleslaw in it. I didn t eat it all and it cost me $20. The only flavor thing I ordered was a corona in a bottle. Vegetarian options: Only one vegetarian option (other than salad) was a beyond burger party which I have never eaten meat and don t have the desire for the taste.

They cant cook meat at all. I asked for rare They cooked it wrong not once but 2 times.

Mr. Mikes is just OK. I had the Skookumchuck Chicken burger and it was average for the price, not great but okay. They have an $8.99 Mr. Mikes burger special that is on bread that is just not good for a burger. The inside of the burger is not much better. Wendys Junior Bacon Cheese burger is far superior and wat less than 1/2 the price. We asked for a bit of Mayo and got runny stuff that tasted like Horseradish. They charged for this which we have never had happen elsewhere. I ordered gravy for my fries and it was also very runny and I am not sure what it was as the taste was poor. If you like Caesars with any bite dont order here. 1/2 litres of wine way overpriced for this quality of a restaurant. Waitress was good. Parking: it is good and free

Went for dinner on fathers day..I was extremely dismayed at the quality of food..had stuffed mushrooms or thats how they were advertised...a couple of tiny mushrooms covered in some kind of sauce ..inedible, server didnt seem to care. Also ordered the sirloin bits, about 6 or 7 of them..these two inedible appetizers came to just over 30dollars. We then ordered 3 beef dips, 2 with gravy and a steak sandwich with a poutine. The gravy was already starting to conceal ergo it was inedible, the steak sandwich was ordered med rare, came well done and had to have the burnt edges cut off...all in all, having spent close to 200 dollars incl tip, I will not be having any kind of meal here again. The server was okay, couldnt get angry with them, they didnt do the cooking.

A Mikeburger w/cheese is THE best cheese burger you ll ever have. It s simply meat, cheese, Mike s sauce and a garlic mini loaf. It s been exactly the same for decades and that s the reason I love it! I started my cooking career at Mr. Mikes in Nanaimo, BC, many moons ago and I have to say the Mikeburger is exactly the same! That s really hard to achieve year after year in the restaurant business. So Koodos! Besides the Mikeburger, everything else has changed but I will continue to go back for the Mikeburgers as long as I live!

Their burgers are like super processed meat like hot dog meat...the beef dip was yucky like the taste was very off putting. Maybe something was wrong with the garlic butter tasted plastic or rancid.idk.

I had a terrible experience at this location. From the moment I walked in, it was a mess. Dirty tables were everywhere, despite there being only a couple of other customers. It took forever for our waitress to serve us. The kitchen staff could be heard yelling at each other, and when my mom asked if they were okay, the waitress simply said they were tired. I finished my first drink, but our waitress was nowhere to be found when I wanted to order another. We were only checked on when she brought our food out. When the food finally arrived, my chicken was so overcooked I could barely cut into it. It was inedible and the smallest chicken breast I had ever seen. I got my second drink only after we had finished eating (what little we could manage). The bacon on my Caesar was particularly bad it almost made me sick. It must have been very old because it practically disintegrated when I took a bite. It was disgusting. The only positive aspect was that the waitress removed my chicken and one of my drinks from the bill. Definitely won t be going back to this location.

This place has gone downhill. Used to be my favorite place, I went there one time worst service ever didnt get what we ordered the food was dry, we decided to give it another chance, same problem again the food was awful, very Bland the burger didnt even have a seasoning it was just yucky, with are drinks, we waited, and waited, and waited, the server comes back and he says so what would you like to drink is it just waters for you today? Dude we just gave you our drink order 20 minutes ago and you totally forgot about it! its a shame because this used to be my favorite place

Wanted a nice steak for dinner but didnt feel as fancy as the keg. BIG mistake. The customer service was so awful we got dirty looks when we came in no hello no nothing. Sat us down and had horrible attitude the whole time. No personality, no smile just hated life. I even complained to the manager and wrote an email and no reply no nothing. Great customer service. The steak was undercooked, all sides were cold and the bill was pricy. Will not be back and should of gone to the keg. EDIT- After speaking to the Manager he has made things right and we will give them another shot. Nice customer service.

Ribeye steak,(medium rare) and jumbo shrimp (two) & 44.99. A lot of gristle, tough steak and hard to chew. Music was too loud to allow conversation. Overall a poor experience. We will not be back. Going elsewhere for dessert

Food was good, but the service was exceptional. Busy Friday night so a bit of a wait for the food our server brought over the board game battleship to keep us entertained and made sure our drinks stayed full.

Went there for lunch with a friend. I ordered the Skookumchuck burger. I ve been kind of tired of burgers lately. I just think they all taste the same. It was a surprise to me that this one was absolutely delicious. Best burger I ve had for years. Staff was friendly and helpful. Desert was wonderful .sticky pudding. Delicious. The Mr mikes beef dip is where its at if your a beef dip lover. I sub the French roll for the onion bun and its a million times better. I always get the cascadia salad too

Back in the late 70s my father would take me to Mr Mikes and Kamloops. The Mike Burger was always my favorite. I hadnt had one for a long time until recently when i went back to Mr Mikes in Langley. What an awesome place. They have board games out for people can play. This is fantastic. Of course I had to order the Mr Mikes burger and it was without a doubt not a letdown. I love it.

Went here yesterday. Drinks and appetizers were good. But the steak on my entree was super chewy. Had to spit it back on my plate. When I mentioned my steak was really chewy to the server all s they said was ok service was not great.

Came in here last week for my birthday and overall had a great meal. Our server Kenzi was awesome and provided exceptional service throughout our entire dining experience. The food was delicious, the ambiance was perfect for celebrating, and Kenzis attentiveness truly made the evening special. Well definitely be returning for future celebrations!!

The food was terrible the pasta had a layer of oil at bottom of dish and was flavourless. Service was ok it wasn t busy so server should have been more attentive. Waited more than ten min of looking around to wave her down for bill.

Ordered medium rare ribeye but received overcooked strip loin. The quality does not match the steakhouse in its name.

It was ok. I got the Classic Mike burger, was a little disappointed. The burger patty was kinda bland. Tasted like the generic brand youd get at the store. The bun was a chunk of bread, it said in the menu toasted garlic French loaf but when I would bite into the bread, its tough and everything just squeezes out the sides. Just use a regular bun please. Fries were good but didnt seem to be very many. My daughter got the Mac and Cheese with bacon but even that wasnt great and was a pretty small portion. I had water and my daughter had a pop and with tip came to $66. I still made food when I got home because we basically left the restaurant still hungry. The waitress was awesome and she went above and beyond but I doubt Id go back. Maybe I would have been better to have a steak or something different but seemed really expensive.

Good food

What can I say, its not expensive, but its not cheap either. Id rather spend $10 more per dish and have an enjoyable meal. Poorly seasoned, tough greasy spoon diner quality steaks. Service was good, fairly quick and friendly. Would not recommend, nor will we return Paid $175 for an $80 meal.

Disappointing dinner experience. We arrived promptly at 7pm for our reservation but were not seated until approximately 20 minutes later. This was a common theme as service was slow throughout the night. The drinks were decent and appetizers were average, but our main courses were a complete let down. One steak was ordered as rare, but it arrived closer to medium well. Another steak was ordered as medium rare, but it looked practically well done. The last steak wasn t even correct: we ordered a rib eye and got served a sirloin. Ironically, the 2 people who didn t order a steak in our group were the only 2 that didn t have issues. Unacceptable for a steakhouse in my opinion. Although service was slow, our server and the manager were extremely apologetic. They both really went above and beyond. I appreciated that they took on full accountability despite the fact that our issues mostly had to do with the kitchen. This is the only reason I give this restaurant 2 stars and not 1.

During our visit, the place wasnt crowded, but the staff took quite some time to assist us. I decided to go for the Oscars Sirloin Lobster. The meal was decent, but I believe there s room for improvement in both presentation and flavor.

Went to have a meal at our local Mr. Mike for first time. Rude arrogant and forward customer service, right from the door. Ask for a table and sharply stated we have none. Had to ask when a table would be available. Not for 2 hrs. As we were walking out, no apologies for the tables, just a good bye rudely. Will not be visiting this location again

Not a great experience tonight. We were sat at a horrible high barstool table. (Seniors with mobility issues) told all other tables ere reserved. By the time we ordered, ate and were ready to leave, there were still at least 4 vacant tables. I even spoke to the useless manager. He couldnt care less or even try to resolve the issue. Will think twice about going again.

This place was a mess for valentines day We made a reservation for 7:45. We waited 20 minutes for drinks. Our first bellini was so under blended it was pebbles of ice in the drink and unable to use the straw to drink it. The drink melted all over the table by the time the server came back. Once they remade the drink it was okay but we were left waiting for our Nashville style chicken. After roughly 45 minutes we got our chicken. What arrived at the table was a tiny portion of overcooked chicken bits that were extremely greasy. We asked if that was normal and the waitress was embarrassed by our comment. After waiting more then a hour and a half with no entree we gave up paid for our 2 drinks and left. The management here needs to take a look at their operations because I can assure you I will never be back. This is the first time ive ever had to leave a restaurant without eating anything. Nothing like submitting to fast food after having your valentines dinner ruined by mr mikes steakhouse. Thanks guys......

Waited an extra 35 minutes last night for our takeout . Understood it was Valentine s Day and busy but was expecting some sort of a discount for the long wait as that s what all other (normal and properly managed) restaurants do. No discount or even apology. Get home to eat and there were dark hairs in 2 out of the 3 items we ordered. Perfect Valentine s dinner thanks so much. Also hostesses were just plain rude to every person that walked in. YIKESSSSS

Yesterday I called and somehow got a reservation on Valentine s Day. We were amazed. We even showed up 15 minutes early and they seated us early. When we got in it was hectic which we assumed it would be. Our waitress told us the kitchen was super backed up and our food would be around 45 minutes, which was fine. We waited quite a bit longer than that. People around us were leaving as the wait was long. The food was okay, but by the time we received anything we were all starving. My husband had the Valentine s Day meal which was overpriced for what was on the plate. Our server tried her best and I am sure the kitchen was as well. Just wish my experience was a bit better. The lobster dip and the bruschetta were great though.

Really enjoy eating here. Only thing that is a knock is how narrow the booths area. If you arent skinny then its really tight. Otherwise staff has been great. Food

We had a large group of 40+ people. Preordered our meals and staff were fantastic dealing with last minute changes. Staff went above and beyond for our group!

Filet mignon at its finest! Creamy, mashed potatoes topped with a smattering of green onions, and great friendly service, as usual! Parking: Busy that night, but plenty of free parking for all.

Absolutely the worst restaurant experience Ive had in 40 years!! Had 2 hours to spend for a date night with wife. Chose Mikes for steak and lobster.... ordered our steaks medium rare. 75 minutes later we get our meal, the steak was tougher than my shoe it was so well done.... I sent it back, they apologized, came back 10 minutes later with an almoat raw, very rare steak... Then the overcooked lobster came which you couldnt get more then 50% out of the shell... It tasted okay but Im used to having hot clarified butter to dip it in. I asked the manager for some, he apologized, and comes back 10 minutes later with a container of fridge hard solid butter!!! Walks away. Im completely dumbfounded at this point... Is this a joke? Are we being filmed for a live media experiment??? I asked 2 waitresses if they knew what lobster usually comes with.... Both responded with, I dont eat seafood.. The salad that accompanied it was bad too. Supposed to be arugula, avocado, vegetables, onion, tomato etc.... It was only arugula topped with a few red onion slices. Wasnt edible. After wasting 2 hours of our date night, they comped us our meal (which no one ate) and with apologies from the 16 year old waitress, we left. DO NOT EAT AT MR MIKES IN LANGLEY!!!

We had a wonderful lunch today at Mr. Mikes. The service was excellent and the lunch very tasty. The shrimp panko tacos are the best Ive had anywhere!

A great place for a meeting or just a lunch with friends always been pleased with the service and friendly staff and management. We meet with freinds and my wife had the Steak sandwich and I always get the Lodgeburger and Lodge chips. As my buddy has the same Lodgeburger and fries and his wife had the Crispy Panko Shrimp Tacos. Wished management would get rid of the single thick slice of onion and either finely slice it or dice for better taste and appearance!

I had such a good time. They make amazing Pina coladas, the staff are great. The portions and plating were top notch. You could tell the customers were having a great time, too. I devoured my steak and salad in moments. Yum!

Ill give it a 3 star as the food is very tasty. However, the portions are very small and price is expensive. If you order the prime rib sandwich, youll literally get 1/2 of a 6inch sub with fries for about $20 plus tax and tips.

Prompt and good service. The burger is my go-to and served on French bread, it is perfect. The fries are excellent and I recommend them for a nice lunch to get a quick meat fix! Pricing is fair and on par with similar establishments. There is plenty of parking and the place is large. I highly recommend Mr. Mikes and certainly will go again.

Just wanted to leave a review on how great the service here is. We went here today on a whim, to try happy hour. The staff were super sweet and attentive. The waitress changed out her first keg for us. One of the other staff offered to treat us to some complimentary new drinks they were testing. The whole experience just made my my day.

We were very disappointed, we ordered 2 steak sandwiches and a eye rib dip and fried mushrooms .we got a half of a rock hard bun , and the portions were small. The order of fried mushrooms was maybe 3 small mushrooms, cost $2.99. I have eaten at Mr. mikes since the early 70s off an on and we always had good food and portions. I do miss the salad bar that they use to have. I understand that times are tough on the restaurant business, may they should take a look back to when they first opened and bring back the old ways.

The service was great and the atmosphere was lively. However, I found the food to be overpriced for the quality and it didn t quite meet my expectations.

I had the steak pasta which was amazing the portion size was definitely modest. The atmosphere was pleasant with music playing softly in the background. The server was pleasant and accommodating.

You should keep fries away from other hot food and in a package/bag with good ventilation. Otherwise, it gets soaked. I would replace the word Full rack with qty of ribs you serve. It did not look to me as a full rack, especially for the price. My special notes were ignored. The fish was good.

We had Wayne as our server , and he absolutely knocks it out of the park, came for a birthday dinner from start to finish made sure we had everything we needed and even had games for us to play with our 6 year old ,everytime we are back, will ask for him to be served by. A+

Went here for my father s birthday. My food was incorrect when they brought me mine and I didn t get to eat dinner with my family. It also took a very long time to get our drinks and food. The waitress kept on forgetting when we asked for ketchup or other items. The food when I finally did get it was actually not too bad but the service was terrible. They also refilled our cokes but reused the same cups and they mixed the dirty cups so we were drinking out of someone else s cup.

They got my fiancés order wrong and by the time everyone finished their food he finally got his plate. The drinks were messed up, one person bit their straw and another person we were with didn t. The lady asked if they wanted both a refill they both said yes, she came back and gave the one with the bitten straw to the other guy and we didn t notice till a few minutes later.. that s pretty disgusting to mix up peoples drinks and straws. Waiter was very quick to leave every time someone needed something. I can go on with the horrible service and how my food was very meh but I ll leave it as this we usually come here a few times a year for birthdays but none of us will be back ever I think from this experience. The manager was the only one that was very nice and accommodating that s all I ll nicely say.

My husband, daughter and I had supper at Mr. Mikes. My daughter and I had sirloin steaks done medium rare. She had shrimp & scallops, garlic whipped potatoes and roasted vegetables with her steak. I had the garlic whipped potatoes, roasted vegetables and panko shrimp with my steak. My husband had bourbon bbq sauce rack.of ribs, garlic whipped potatoes, roasted vegetables and garlic bread for his meal. We all had gravy for our potatoes. Everything ( for all 3 meals) was cooked to perfection. The server and her trainee were wonderful. Very attentive and helpful. There were music videos playing but not so loud that we couldnt talk or sing along if we wanted too. They also had some trivia on another screen and sports on another yet. Something for everyone. Overall a really good experience! Definitely will go again. Wheelchair accessibility: We managed to get a parking spot right out front. I use a walker and the staff were very accommodating for my seating of choice.

July 6 @ 1500. We came in with our kids to see my husbands uncle and his wife. Our kids were chaotic in no time and that Waitress!!!! A LIFESAVER!!! She offered our kids some board games and yes, it helped. Unfortunately I dont know her name but she was a HUGE help.

When I want a good steak, I get the ribeye from Mr Mikes. It is perfectly seasoned and expertly cooked. I get tired of blackened and Cajun and heavy-handed seasoning. Mr Mikes is just right.

Our server, Julia was fantastic. We sat on the deck and it was wonderful.

Very very clean place! Not a bad food but if you wanna nice steak, Go to the KEG.

We hit the patio whenever nice enough out, we have some favourites. The salads and burgers are delicious, the bruschetta appy....get 2, they are sooooo good, tasty drinks. We played Battle Ship while we ate, we had fun.

First time coming to Mr.Mikes in Langley. Lauren was an amazing server. The new manager (?) was very friendly. Dog friendly patio as well which honestly is what brought us here, they brought out a bowl of water right away. The food was all great. Had the lobster dunk appy and two meals, plus cheesecake! All over a great experience! They also have great specials!

Music was loud and not appropriate to the ambiance

Went there on a Friday night closer to closing. The entire staff on shift was super welcoming and awesome. I made a comment about how cold the AC was and the girl gave me a blanket to sit with. Food and drinks were stellar. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and great service.

Didnt answer the phone for twenty minutes and when I finally got my steak it was overdone and charcoal black on the outside. Very disappointing

First time here. It was great. Got to sit in the lounge, nice and quiet. The server was friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and hot and delicious! We all loved our meal and would come back again Food

Dinner took a long time and when I got my meal it was over cooked.

The food was inedible. I barely managed to finish half of my meal. My partner took a few bites and couldnt finish his meal. We will not be coming back here.

Amazing food as always glad my old favorite is still known by the staff today even though its off the menu me and my nephew enjoyed it

Always a wonderfulnplacw to go... We do miss the all you can eat salad bar... when they still had them, it was a Friday special event for the whole family. The kids were in heaven!!! As for me, I grew up with Mr. Mikes and Mike burgers.. and they are still my favorite!! The staff is great. Very attentive and on the ball. They kind that are worth giving a great tip ($$) to!!

Orderred the steak dinner with twice baked poataoes and was Excellent! Mr Mikes is always our Fav Restaurant and always the top restaurant we LOVE!

My husband and I were at your Mr.Mikes restaurant yesterday afternoon, excellent service by Wayne he is wonderful, with his exceptional service, and personality that alone is a 10 star!!! The food was excellent I had the steak beef dip with a side of mushrooms omg oh wow!!!!! Yummy goodness, my husband had the steak and garlic mashed potatoes with veggies and onion rings again Yes!!!! Awesome taste, cooked to perfection. Coodos to the cook, and to Wayne, we would gladly return for the excellent food we received, and the excellent customer service we both enjoyed and received. We will be back!!!!

Four of us meeting for lunch. I ordered chicken strips as I have them at the Salmon Arm location. These came spicy which I am not a fan. Waitress reordered for me minus the spice Much better thank you. Food

I got the Sirloin lobster Oscar and it was probably the best steak I ve had in 20 years. The hollandaise was creamy and so complimentary to the seafood in it. So much tastier than the Keg s similar dish (which was too salty and got absorbed by the seafood). I enjoyed every bite so much I didn t want to get dessert because I wanted the last thing I ate to be the steak/lobster/hollandaisd combo. It was divine.

Poor service...waited over 35min. for my order...finally put money on the table for my soft drink and left...the restaurant was very quiet at the time...4pm. A group of ladies near me werent getting much service either...Mr. Mikes was my fav restaurant when in high school....sad to see the service decline. I wont be back...too many other restaurants in Langley with good service.

Standard atmosphere for this type of restaurant. Service was slow, and it did not appear to be busy. They didnt have 3 things we tried to order, so that was disappointing. I had the skookumchuck chicken burger. The seasoning was way too much on the burger and the mushroom. I like salty foods a lot, but this was gag worthy. I had ordered their seasonal vegetables on the side, and they were not good, cold, and uninspired. I will not go back.

Only 5 or 6 tables had customers and the service was still slow. Our food came out half cold and they clearly reheated in the microwave as it came back soggy.

Had delivery from mr mikes last night and it was excellent.

Had company xmas party there and was pleasantly surprised of the quality of the meals delivered and variety of meats and seafood . great service and staff.go try it out..

It was at least a nice place to have an avg steakhouse meal. Not sure if the price matches the portion size. It felt more like a BBQ style restaurant. But the options for add on were decent . But of course at a high cost..(3 jumbo shrimp for 10$) Desserts were good..and enjoyable. Our server was running around, while it looked like 2 or 3 different mangers staff walked around looking like they were helping. But again that is any restaurant nowadays. Will come back. But with lower expectations in this steakhouse.

We ordered drinks and food. The waiter came after 30 mins saying we dont have chicken tenders!! We ordered options then she she came back saying we have chicken tenders overall the food took an hour or so. No smiling service.

Good time was had by myself and my best friend.
