Came here for my birthday dinner, food was amazing as usual!

Had a new waitress - Bella and she was great, friendly, & out going . Did order the Gravy for my fries and sure its only 1.99, but it is crappy. It s like thickend jello. Costco had better Gravy and Costco is not a full restaurant. Need to improve it. Otherwise great dinner with my mom.

food could have been better for the price but the staff and the environment totally make up for it the staff are fantastic and the environment is so comfortable

It was her first day and we had 5 kids in our party and 7 adults and she was on top of drink refills and asking us time after time if we needed anything and the kids loved her bubblyness and her engagement with them was exceptional it was our first time to that red robins we will be back for sure thx Bella. :)

Food mediocre at best, but our server Ally was great. Showed up with refills on the drinks before we had a chance to notice they were empty and brought the kids fries to keep them occupied just a few minutes after taking our order.

First time at the new location. Really disappointing. Seated in the middle of an open cold space: Felt like we were in a fishbowl. New space seems to built to accommodate numbers rather than being a welcoming experience that makes you want to sit and enjoy yourself. The Staff started dragging the metal furniture around us to reorganize the seating area. The floor is concrete and it was not quiet. We ended up asking for our food to go. I really have zero reason to want to, or to recommend to eat in this space.

The patties were all burnt and black and dry, and the onion rings were hard.

Love this place!

Unfortunately since the move of the restaurant it has drastically gone down hill.. I have given three tries( thats my limit) every time its completely messy no table maintenance on anytables and they just put u at a clean table surrounded by clutter..the service is sub par and my last night server was terrible no quality check no refills and table maintenance.. I know u think people are just going to come in because of location but last night u had only one section open ...I wont be coming back

I wish I could give zero this is the worst service I ve gotten kept giving me soggy fries and chips. Then put hair in my food. The waitress never came and checked on us the store was dead so there s no reason for them not to check up on us. Had to physically get up 3 times from my table to ask for water how ridiculous!!!

Amazing service, it would make me want to come back. The booths for 4 people are a bit cramped. Food was hot and the rest of the family enjoyed their meals but my burger was quite cooked all the way as well as unless you love and i mean love blue cheese the burger with that on it is strong. I like blue cheese but this was alllooooott wouldnt order that one again. Husband was sad his salmon burger he liked was gone. Other than that it was good Parking: Its can be quite a ways because the building is pretty inset so if you have someone with you who can not walk far i dont recommend. Kid-friendliness: They like kids but sadly no balloons anymore.

Addition to old review - November 16 2024: In my previous review below, I was less than pleased with my experience. This time around, I would like to give credit where credit is due. The servers and staff were top-notch ( we sat at around 6:30pm - Dinnertime on a Saturday). I wish I remembered their names ( nametags are a good idea...hint), but just amazing despite the place being packed. They were on the ball, everyone from hostess to server, and I want them to get a raise. The wait time for food still needs a ton of work ( almost an hour), which seems to be more of a staffing issue in the kitchen, which is old news here, hence the wait times. Food is still average, better than last time, but not bad, and the atmosphere is that of a noisy eatery without identity. Old review below - written a few months after location opened: I liked the old location. It had a warm atmosphere. This place is cold down to the polished concrete floors. The hostess was polite, but I was a bit taken aback when she got the little piece of paper for kids that every restaurant has and asked me what color crayon I wanted. That started rubbing me the wrong way. My wife, toddler, and I were sat by the exit at a table that seemed placed by spirit airlines, tight, and Im not a hefty guy. We asked for a high chair when we came in and I had to go get it. Then I had to ask to be moved to another table, this one was unbearably tight. We were quickly relocated and then the wait. The menu and the wait, the drinks, and the wait. The staff were nice enough but seemed stressed which you feel. Food, service and atmosphere were not even up to par with the previous location. The old place made you want to stick around, have dessert, and have a few drinks. This place says, eat and get out. The food was mediocre no matter how many fries you throw at me, the food took forever. This place is also not cheap. I eat out a few times a week and personally, itll be a cold day in hell before I go back here. A lot better places in Langley at this price point. Hopefully this is just and ajustment phase and theyll be back or theyll be gone.

Didnt love our experience here. Started off great but didnt see much of the waitress after that. Didnt get drink refills. Kids burger wasnt good, my son didnt eat it. We were compensated once the manager heard we werent happy, but the experience was so disappointing we likely wont be back.

I had a fantastic experience at Red Robin today! The customer service was outstanding. Our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager also came around to check in, which was a great touch. It really showed that they care about their customers experience. Overall, excellent service and a great dining experience!

I ordered online and got two Gourmet burgers with sides, fish and chips, cinnamon sugar towering rings, a milkshake, and tsunami shrimp all for $120. Honestly, I wouldnt mind paying that if the taste and portions matched the price. But I d never go back... a basic A&W or McDonalds burger is way better. $16.99 (before tax) for 10 tiny shrimp and a small handful of chips is ridiculous. I picked up my order right on time, but the food was already cold. If I m paying this much, the food should at least be worth it

It was our first time back to Red Robin in some time. The food and service were excellent, as if the staff thought we were secret shoppers from corporate. The only downfall for us was the atmosphere, it was a date night for us, this is defiantly a family friendly restaurant, adults were outnumbered by children 2 to 1. All good if thats what your looking for.

We were a party of 9 celebrating a birthday Considering it was a Friday night and busy, our server Shannon was on top of everything. The root beer floats are the best !!! we went twice and the first time we got rootbeer float it was in a plastic cup which was still good but the server that gave it to us the second time gave us the real rootbeer float experience she was bomb!

We were pleasantly surprised that Red Robin was still located in Langley! We dined in at the new Willowbrook location and had a fabulous time! Our server Melody was the best! She was so attentive and brought out multiple refills with a great attitude! She was friendly and very personable. Our food was delicious and RR was able to accommodate my dairy free/ gluten free daughter. We went home fulfilled and will definitely be back!

I dont usually leave bad reviews. But had to share. Came here with my 2 kiddos to meet my friend with her daughter. Waitress was lovely. Food took forever and when it came, everything was cold, felt old and dry. The bun was stale. It was loud in there as well but thats to be expected. Our server didnt come to ask how things were, she gave us our food and walked away never to be seen. Also noticed on the bill that my Pepsi was almost $5 for a fountain drink?! Crazy. I reached out to management and they just said too bad pretty much. No more response than that. Do not recommend. We have been at the Abbotsford location many times and have had great experiences and great food every time.

Please double check what you ordered. we had to send 2 burgers back to kitchen for new ones. The burger with 2 patties came out with only one patty and deep fried jalapeño burger came without deep fried jalapeño. What more can I say. Never going back there again.

We went after back to school shopping, kids burger was not edible.

We went here for our food. Waited at the front door for pickup for at least 10 minutes while the servers just looked at me and ran around the reaurant. By the time I got fed up I literally walked behind the counter seen my name on the bag and grabbed it and left without even being talked to by anybody. When I got home the food was cold and it was terrible. Wouldnt reccomend. Red Robins legacy is ruined in Canada, but its still good in USA.

We dined out at Red Robin this evening. The service was great, we were very happy with the service. However, I have to say that the prices have really gone up! We used to dine here when we wanted to save a few bucks over Moxies/Earls/Milestones and we were in the mood for burgers. The price of burgers are now $22, and our drinks (pop) was $5 each! I find the atmosphere not as nice as the usual Moxies/Earls/Milestones and the prices are now the same. After our experience tonight, I think well start going to Montanas for our more casual dinners ($19 burgers) or even the nice Fat Burger down the street on 64th. I do like their large selection of burgers, but I feel the prices have gone too high for what theyre offering. For a family of 4, $35 per person for a burger and drink (incl tax and tip) in a casual restaurant is definitely on the high end.

My husband and I decided to have our date night here for the first time. We walked in and did notice they were busy and had quite a few families being served. I love Red Robins and their bottomless drinks so we decided to just continue our date night here. We got seated quite quickly with the menus. Sadly we werent served for 15 mins... we saw a family get seated and asked what drinks they wanted before we got greeted. When the Waitress came by she asked if we were served yet. We said no and she apologized and took our order. Im not sure how long excatly we had to wait but it felt awhile before she came back out with our fries. Then we had to wait for our burgers and drinks... we waited a bit longer then another waitress came out with our burgers finally. But there was no drinks. We were waiting for an Opportunity to ask about our drinks but nobody came by to ask how our food was or if we wanted anything else, no top up of our waters either.... we werent given anymore bottomless fries... the third waitress came by and asked us finally if we needed anything. But at this point we were just ready to go home. We asked for a container for the left over burgers and the bill. She left and never came back with either... the 4th waitress came by and asked if we needed anything. We said that somebody was suppose to get us containers and the bill but never came back. She apologized and went and got the containers and bill. My husband noticed that they were going to charge us for the drinks we never got (lemonade and milkshake) so we had to mention our drinks were forgotten. She said sorry and took it off the bill. We paid (still tipped) and left. I guess we learned maybe not to go to Red Robins if they are busy because we felt very forgotten. We ended up just getting some special drinks from Pearl Fever down the road.

Take your child for their birthday! Staff always sing the birthday song for your special person and a free dessert sundae is always brought to the table! Bottomless fries are a great feature!

So the Newersh Red Robin ,, in the new expansion of Willowbrook mall. They have changed the layout format of the restaurant. The seating has more of a diner feel , versus the way the restaurant style use to be at the old location. For came quick, and was fresh, they always make sure you get your refills quick, pop and the 20 sides that are refillable.

Great burgers and excellent service. One issue we had was when being seated, we wanted to sit outside. The table and chairs were very dirty and I asked them to be cleaned. She basically refused and blamed it on construction. Currently there is no construction and there is no excuse for not wiping the area where you are expecting customers to eat.

Red Robin is always a great experience with exceedingly rare exceptions. The Langley location is fabulous and the food, service and atmosphere were all superb. Theres a reason that this is my default place for eating out. Check it out and enjoy their massive menu. Vegetarian options: Red Robin offers great and numerous vegetarian options. Parking: Tons of parking. Kid-friendliness: My kids favorite place to eat is Red Robins. Great food and fun atmosphere. Wheelchair accessibility: This location is ground level with zero wheelchair obstructions. Fabulous.

It doesnt matter which province Im in, Red Robin always has garbage food and garbage service. First I had to get my own cutlery and napkins, the staff dumped our fries on the floor, took too long with our drinks, and served me up a plate of slop that looks like it should be fed to pigs. I walked out and ate elsewhere. They might as well put their food in a blender with the sauce and feed it to you in a trough. Its been 8 years since I ate at a Red Robins and I only came because my family wanted to, never again. Disgusting.

My partner and I enjoy the burgers and the bottomless fries. We come at least once a month to this Red Robin s. The last time we came we were served by Anna and she was very pleasant. Great service with a smile. And she was on top of everything even though the restaurant was just. We have had other servers in the past and although they were good, Anna was exceptional.

I was their today with my grand kids when i oder i told her its their birthday burgers she took my phone number. But at the end she still charge for everything. When i was looking my bill then she said o i forgot about birthday. Then she made another bill still only for one and still charge for one. Not only that ask to take out container she never brought any. I still give her Tip cash. Chicken fingers were dry. I always order some burgers was not good this time i like Guilford location beter every time go to this new location its not the same. They were beter at the other location.

Food was great, servers and busser were kind! Only feedback is the booth was very tight with spacing. I had my newborn with me and the best spot for the stroller and the two of us were at this one corner booth by the door. Had to sit on the edge of the booth to feed my baby. High traffic area so I won t be recommending that spot for anyone with a baby, didn t feel comfortable there. Other than that, everything else was great

I ask for a water refill to 3 different waitresses which was ignored I also ask fir mushrooms on my monster burger....no mushrooms. All in all a disappointing lunch

Took my guys out after a 12 hour day figuring they could have a decent meal amd leave with a full stomach. Didn t happen. We all left still hungry. Had to find someone else to pay our bill. The other waitress should ve probably grabbed the manager but that didn t go anywhere other than her offering a pop to go. I m a regular customer at red robins even have the loyalty member. Couldn t even give the girl my number.

The service is horrendous. My family went there for my daughters bday meal on Aug11,2024 at around 4:00PM served by an asian lady. She didnt even bother to wish my daughter a Happy Bday and furthermore didnt offer any fries to start off with. The worst part, when done paying didnt say thank you and we were the one who said it. She just took the machine back said nothing. This is unacceptable! Will never return. The Guidford one is WAY WAY Better.

We have been to this Red Robin many times at the new location as well as at the old location. The service and the food has generally been quite good however this time we had to wait for 20 to 25 mins even though there were numerous empty tables. Once we were seated we were able to order fairly quickly, however that was the last we saw of our server until the end of the meal. We had to chase her down to get napkins and cutlery. I dont know if they were short staffed or??

We had an incredible experience tonight. Our server Madelyn (who is also a red head like my kids) was very attentive & probably one of the best servers Ive ever had at any restaurant. The food was just as good as always. Maybe Mondays are extra great because our food came super fast, we didnt have to ask more than once for anything. The macaroni and cheese used to just be Kraft Dinner but now its real homemade Mac baked with cheese on top, which my son was super excited about. Since I forgot to take photos due to hunger levels, I took some of the fries and my sons freckled lemonade for you.

Me and my daughter visited this location today to celebrate her birthday. Michelle served us and even though she was by herself and there were many customers, she handled everything great. We were very pleased with her service. Also the manager was very nice and helpful as well.

Its always really busy here but theyre still pretty quick to bring your unlimited side dishes!

We used to go to the old one by the Dairy Queen, so we were excited when they moved into the new one in the mall. We went 3 times to the new location. We won t go back again and I would tell you to not waste your money or time going there either. 2 of the times they had no cutlery so I ended up eating my food with my fingers. The last time the service was so awful, not because of the waiting staff but because of someone in the kitchen (apparently a manager or supervisor) who appeared to be so busy interrupting the kitchen staff and distracting them from their jobs that our food took forever to get there and when it did, half of it was cold. I felt sorry for our waitress because she really was going over and above to give her customers a good experience but it s hard when people are hungry. The dude in the kitchen tho . Like I said earlier tho, we won t ever be back and we do miss the old place where the food was good, the waiting staff was awesome and they actually had cutlery.

We visited this place for lunch with our family on July 14th and what we ordered was not at all satisfactory. For example, we ordered a pepperoni pizza for my daughter, which was not good at all and did not taste good. Actually, under the pizza cheese, there was only ketchup sauce and it was very nonsense, and the burger and fish chips both tasted different than other places, and I absolutely do not like this I do not recommend the place to anyone, especially the residents of Langley area, and our food was very cold, and we were delayed to receive the invoice at the end, and their service is very poor.

Foods great, just as I remember as a kid, the atmosphere is perfect for a young family and the massive menu never disappoints. The service is always top notch and the staff are always seemingly happy and I like how they interact with the kids when they order. All around positive experience. Prices arent half bad either. Vegetarian options: There are veggie options Parking: EV charging available aswell as a massive parking lot for the mall. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

I dont like giving bad reviews, but tonight was just so bad. First, table of 6 reserved, we got seated pretty fast. For 15 minutes we arent at all acknowledged, no hello, no drink orders, literally nothing. Trying to look for a server to flag down without luck, I finally approach the front of house manager and ask her to get our server to order. Order in, she brings out our drinks a few minutes later and passes them out, then apologizes theres no forks as theyre in the dishwasher. No big deal, she said they bring them to us in a few minutes. The manager tells us we can order an appy on her, the opportunity to order anything more never comes as they only come and drop stuff off and leave right away. Low and behold, food comes put and still no forks, only a single spoon. We start eating, our son eating Mac and cheese with a spoon and our daughter having to use the sticks from our burgers to eat her Ceasar salad. We ask again, and she brings out another spoon saying the forks are still in the dishwasher (its been 20 minutes). Nobody comes back to refill drinks, bottomless sides, or anything. We finish eating, and try for 15 minutes to get the kids desserts and the bill. Still no offer to refill drinks. They bring out the kids warm chocolate chip cookies with whipped cream, and no cutlery... No tip, thats the only discount we walked away with tonight. I dont ask for discounts but would accept it if offered, but definitely, no tip was earned tonight. Whats disappointing is we love RR, been going to Langley location since 2010 easily, we now live on the Island and this was a special family dinner. The ambiance was so laid back and the new location is so modern and nice, and the food was also amazing, which is unfortunate that it was all overshadowed by the awful service. I dont know if well ever come back to this location, my f-i-l mentioned the Guildford location has continued to be great. Kid-friendliness: Kids menus that are all-inclusive make family dinners so simple.
