EDIT: Ko Sushi is back to its former glory! Love this place :) I have been a regular at this establishment for a very long time and have been blown away by the friendly service and the best sushi in the area. Based on my experience today I would have to assume Ko Sushi has changed management. I ordered my regular to go items and noticed there were none of the same staff members that I am used to seeing. Without thinking much of it I returned home and opened my containers to find that the same rolls that I always order were less than half of the size and the Spicy Salmon Sashimi that I ordered was just a wilted iceberg lettuce covered in hot sauce with a few small pieces of salmon. I phoned back to the store immediately as I always order these items and thought there must have been a mix up. On the phone i was met with a defensive and rude response and no apology. Despite the poor quality food and not getting what I ordered, it is the appalling way in which my complaint was handled that had me decide to write a review and which will have me never return again.

We absolutely Love this place. The best Sushi in the Langley area. The staff was very Friendly and accomodating. We were very pleased and highly recommend this Restaurant for really good tasting Sushi

I ve been going to Ko s Sushi for a couple years now and I will not go to a different place. The staff is always so kind and happy and it is the freshest sushi I ve ever had. Have not had one bad experience!!

I have to say today was my first time trying Kos sushi and there sushi sizes are huge ! And portions are amazing . Price is even better . Quality and taste was unlike any other in the area . I would highly recommend ! True Japanese restaurant and service was amazing . Friendly staff and very clean organized environment .

I wanted to like it. Had the spicy tuna roll. My husband and I were both sick within the hour. Will not be going back. There were no other customers, on a Saturday night. That should have been the first clue.

Weve been going to Kos for years and I can honestly say they are the best sushi in Langley. Good sized portions, nice big rolls, always fresh and delicious. The family that runs Kos are always friendly and provide great service if you decide to dine in. Wonderful people. Food

Been to many local Japanese restaurants, and theyre consistently the best Ive had.

Only come here if you re looking for the most delicious and biggest sushi rolls that also happen to be affordable. I have tried so many sushi restaurants and no one comes even close. The California and crazy boy rolls are amazing and the staff are also nice. Only downside is they keep shortening the amount of days they re open.

Ever since I had Kos sushi no other sushi place has tasted as good. I have a Kos craving now instead of a sushi craving. They have the best food and service! I recommend this place to absolutely everyone.

I prefer this place to the other sushi restaurant in Murrayville: not crowded with more comfortable seats and better more serene piano music. And the food is great of course. Come here if you want a quiet and peaceful Japanese meal!

Got to-go sushi on a Wednesday night. Got two sushi rolls and was sick for the next 3 days. Had an allergic reaction and I am not allergic to any fish/sushi as confirmed by my allergist. Never again. I do not recommend.

Generous portions and if you love Miso soup, Ko s imo is one of the Lower Mainland s best in overall taste delivered piping hot. This family business exceeds your expectations in both customer service and extreme friendliness. You are greeted with warm smiles and allowed to sit where you feel most comfortable. Great menu and don t be afraid to bring an appetite as they serve one of the largest dishes of California rolls on the planet. We highly recommend Ko s Our family has had countless visits and will continue to patronize this beautiful family run local business. This is your best choice in the Murrayville/Langley marketplace.

It was ok I ordered takiyoki and there was no Bonito flakes thats was my disappointment. The flavor was there it was okay though. The service was fast so I cant complain about that.

The service and food were both amazing. I had miso soup, a California roll and a couple nigiri. The portions, especially of fish, were generous. Everything was well seasoned and fresh! I will definitely come again if I have the chance.

The best tasting sushi I have found with large rolls and good prices. I usually get 2 California roles that fill me up for less than 10$. The staff are wonderful, their always giving off good vibes and brighten my day. I recommend it to all my friends and family

I m not gonna lie, Ko s sushi is by far the most underrated sushi place in Langley. While it has very humble, tranquil decor, there are so many hidden perks to this place- such as their HUGE and decently priced California rolls. I ll forever be loyal to this place.

Pretty sub-par sushi. Ordered takeout May 2021...standard rolls and sides...was not very fresh. Reminded me of prepacked sushi from a grocery store. Will not try again.

Came here for lunch on a Thursday afternoon. Ordered a California Roll, Dynamite Roll, and Avocado Roll. The portions are much larger than other sushi places Ive been to and the food was delicious!

The food was delicious and fresh and the prices were a good but cheaper than many other places of this quality. The service was also very fast and the staff was quick to welcome us in. I will definitely be coming back, it may even become my new favourite sushi place.

Ko s sushi has been my standard for sushi and anytime we order from them everything is great!

Had the Hot night roll (spicy tuna on dynamite roll). The rolls are the size of hockey pucks and fall apart. The spicy tuna tastes like a mixture of tomato paste, hot sauce, and a little bit of tuna. Pretty bad.

Generous portion. Sometimes a hit and miss though with the quality, 90% of the time, it is pretty good. The other 10%, the rice may be lacking in vinegar or a bit hard, not too major.

This place has been around for a long time and Ive always come here as a kid. It looks like its a family run resteraunt and the people here are a blessing to have in murrayville.

Prices are a little high compared to other places but the portions are larger and relative to the increase.

Chinese chef making very oily Japanese food. My chicken yakisoba had no flavor and I drained the oil into another dish. My friends chicken katsu was dry and over cooked. The sauce it came with was cold like it just came out of the fridge. Will not go back again.

We have been going to KOs sushi since we moved to Langley years and years ago, and we have never been able to find anywhere better. The sushi is without a doubt the best weve ever had, and the size of rolls is even more impressive. They definitely give you more than you pay for. Mr. Ko is the best sushi chef, and the workers there are also very pleasant. 5/5 for the best sushi Ive ever had (and trust me when I say Ive had a lot)

This is my favorite sushi place in Murrayville - I have tried 2 others and in my opinion they do not compare both in terms of price and quality. Kos has a diverse menu, awesome customer service, fresh ingredients and fairly priced sushi. I also love that they are open about our particular demand to bring in our own reusable containers for take out orders !

Simple Japanese fare located within a shopping plaza with ample parking. The food was straight forward and fresh. The space was simply decorated, tidy and clean. Staff was kind and service was prompt and attentive. A nice spot for a quick and quiet bite. While the restaurant was not busy with patrons dining in; it appeared as though their take out program was popular. Rolls and sashimi were good - no complaints.

This place used to be the best sushi in Langley. I think they might have changed chefs because last time i called they said they didnt have several of the things I ordered anymore. The chicken teriyaki bowl was literally just chicken, rice, and sauce, no veggies. The rolls we ordered that they still had even seemed to have less ingredients than they used to. Its a shame, this place used to be good!

A few people have lamented that the sushi here has changed. That is why I took my previous review down, but it turns out the original owners ARE BACK. Where the aesthetics of the restaurant are lacking, the food makes up for in size and value. So you dont feel like you spent a lot of money and still feel hungry (thats the worst). The French Kiss roll is a treat.

Just ate at this place and OMG. I couldnt even finish the meal. Nor did my wife. This was my worst sushi experience ever. The rolls were huge and was overkill with artificial crab to the point it was gross. The gyoza was cooked only on one side and looked like they came out of a box. Total let down 75$ down the drain
