Hey - we're Jack Astor's. Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. We specialize in delicious food and drink and are a lot like a reverse mullet- we're a party in the front and all business in the back. In all seriousness though, we take real pride in our food and make over 200 recipes in house - Every. Single. Day. Mic drop. Try our fresh guacamole, centre cut aged Canadian AAA striploins or our famous Jack's Chicken Fingers, made with fresh never frozen seasoned chicken tenders, hand breaded to order. We also sling an impressive selection of craft brews and cocktails. So let your hair down, loosen your belt and come hangout!

The best place near Montreal for a quick lunch/supper with friends, solo or on a date. So many options to choose from. The sizes of the meals are generous compared to other places. Don't think twice.....JUST GO....It's my go to place..

Don’t come here for a drink! Worst place to have one. As you can see I have a pretty good view of what was being served in my drink, and its definitely not whats listed in the menu.
I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times through Uber Eats for a few years, but their inconsistency is frustrating. They frequently forget the extra beef gravy I order with my chicken and fries or give me the wrong side dishes. Despite leaving feedback through the app each time, nothing seems to be done to improve their service. This last order was particularly disappointing. Once again, they forgot the extra beef gravy, and instead of the seasonal side vegetables (cooked red peppers and beans) that I ordered, they gave me RAW CARROTS AND CELERY. My family and I couldn’t believe it. If they were out of stock or unprepared, they should have just refunded me instead of charging $5 for raw carrots and celery. I could’ve cut those up from my own fridge….What a joke. This isn't an isolated incident—it's a recurring issue. The lack of attention to detail and consistency is unacceptable, and management should be embarrassed by the poor service coming out of this restaurant. I’m never ordering from this location ever again.
First Timer. Plenty of parking around. Went there with no reservation, staffs were welcoming and found us a table even if it was heavily packed. There was a live DJ and atmosphere was really nice. As for food, the portions were really good except for the burger which was a lil bit smaller than average. Drinks also were okay. Nothing really stood out but overall a good experience. #recommended 👌
I went to Jack Astor's to celebrate with coworkers. The ambiance is really a bar ambiance with all the tvs on sports channels and loud music. We were seated at a tall table since we were over 20 people. I'm a short person. When I sat down, the table reached to my chest. It's not the most comfortable way to eat, but besides that, daiquiri and the chicken tacos were good.
Saturday night and feeling alright! Went to Jack’s to celebrate a birthday- even though it was busy, we got seated pretty quickly. The mini tacos were just right to satisfy the craving and the fresh guacamole was fantastic. The white sangria was a bit sweet for my taste but good nonetheless. Jack’s has been a favorite for years and they never disappoint
VERY disappointed with this restaurant. We've been going to the location on Sources for the last decade and we decided to come to the one in Laval for a birthday party of 20 people.The only reason I'm giving them a 2 star rating is because of the food which was pretty good. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place and we are definately not coming back. It took 45 minutes to get served to place our orders. Then we waited 45 minutes to get our food. The waiter spilled the glasses of water on the table and us by mistake. The food portions are small, half our drinks weren't delivered and after 20 minutes of waiting for our desserts, we cancelled the order. Excuse was that they were busy with large groups... Then get staff! And we had asked the waiter if they can at least sing happy birthday and he responded none of the other waiters had time to come join him so he declined. Not worth the price!

Went there on a weeknight 2 hours or so before closing. The hosts seemed very reluctant to admit us, saying it s only an hour left and stuff like that. It seemed to me they were just lazy to do their job. We left when seeing their reluctance, will never set foot again.

Tasty meal taken as part of the holiday dinner organized by my wifes colleagues and to which the spouses were invited. Despite the somewhat loud music, we had a great evening. Good service, friendly and attentive despite the high traffic. Clean and well maintained place. I recommend.
Christmas party evening ruined by incredibly loud music (the waitresses agreed with us and had to remedy it...) unfortunately my meal arrived so much after those of the others (it was salmon and another person at the table had ordered the same thing and received it) that I had to take it to go. A big 15 minutes trying to find someone to pay to finally escape this place. Lots of employees running around but not very efficient.

I had dinner at Jack Astor Restaurant last night, and Im excited to share my experience. As soon as I arrived, the warm atmosphere and elegant decor immediately put me at ease. But what really marked my evening was the impeccable service, especially thanks to Heidi, our waitress. Heidi was attentive, smiling and very efficient. She knew the menu perfectly and was able to advise us accurately. She also made sure throughout the meal that everything was going well, without ever being intrusive. The dishes were tasty, well presented and served quickly, which is always a plus. Special mention for dessert Thanks to Heidi and the team, this evening was a success. I highly recommend Jack Astor for a quality meal, with professional and friendly service. Thank you again, Heidi, for your attention and kindness!

I had the crispy Buffalo chicken sandwich, not bad! But unfortunately there were no yoyonne rings! My friend had the bbq burger, usually he likes to complain, this time he was satisfied.

Overpriced generic goyslop. $30 for a burger, $13 for a beer. Waitress had a bad attitude. Food took an hour to come to the table and arrived cold so I guess she just left it sitting in the kitchen..
we came for dinner and drinks ahead of the charli xcx show at centre bell and we ended up having charlotte as our server! a super happy coincidence. the food was great (sauced up chicken fingers always) and charlotte made sure we had lots of fun and were hyped for the show. thanks for everything!!

After waiting over an hour, we were told the system was down and it wouldn t be much longer. 15 minutes later = Burgers were burnt, wings cold and sides on the platter were stale including the moist towelettes. The gravy on the poutine was cold. No one finished their plates. After sharing this with our waitress, all we got is I m sorry we had issues all night . They had a bad night and we wasted $135.00 - Never again.

Be cautious when checking the receipt. After having too much to drink, the waiter may try to trick you by inflating the prices when it s time to pay. I ordered the chicken truffle for $23, but they charged me $32 on the bill. I was with my friends business executives and felt too embarrassed to correct the price. I don t mind paying, but I expect honesty from this restaurant.
Nous sommes allés dîner, mon conjoint, ma fille de 7 ans et moi. Nous avons pris les doigts de poulet qui étaient vraiment délicieux et un nachos régulier « sans viande » qui était, lui, le pire que nous ayons mangé. Les chips étaient molles et il n y avait pratiquement pas de garniture. Bref, pour le prix, c était vraiment très décevant. Nos deux verres d alcool étaient corrects.
