Very nice surprise for us. The restaurant is beautiful, the atmosphere is good. We had excellent service, very attentive. In addition, the dishes were excellent and the portions generous. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We arrived at 7 waited forever to get served a drink, waited an hour to get our drink, i ordered an espresso martini waited almost an hour before getting it and it wasnt what it s suppose to be, i know an espresso martini and how they do it it wasnt it. Waited forever to order and waited forever to get our food. I had to ask another waiter why half of our 14 people table got asked for coffee and not the half where i was sitting. We never got asked for desert either. Not my kind of resto. First time in my life i was tired, bored just by waiting and so were the rest of the table. No one left satisfied and happy. My his and ordered a campari tonic got an aperol instead. As if we dont know our drinks. Did we complain? No. We re the kind of people that dont complain pay the bill and write reviews. The tip was the tax. But the server did not deserve it. Not a place to go if you are hungry.

We recently celebrated a birthday and reserved the private dining room upstairs. We were a group of 35 people and Oksana provided the best service! She was really attentive and knowledgeable on the food and wine options. Food was out of this world! First time here but certainly wont be my last! Thanks everyone at Le Tire-Bouchon for being more than accommodating to us!

Ok atmosphere, good service, but could have been a little more professional in its approach. A little too Chummy and more at the front. The tartare duo was very good, particularly the beef one. The little beetroot and goats cheese salad had very little beetroot and goats cheese, in small cubes, lost in the lettuce, but with the little vinaigrette it gave a nice little taste. Not to say, we cant wait to go back. The mussels were very good and the portion was generous. Parking: Not many places, as there are several restaurants sharing the same parking lot

I would happily give it a 4 star, if it wasnt for the kitchen where there would be some changes to make. It seems that the chef is very afraid that his dishes will be tasteless. The amount of added salt is extreme! Everything is absolutely way too salty, you can no longer taste the food. This is unfortunate because the menu offered is very interesting and would already be very tasty without (any) added salt. We have already made the comment to the owner, servers several times, but unfortunately no changes have been made to date. The owner even became aggressive following our comment. We enjoy this restaurant for the ambiance, but I am now hesitant to return.

Disappointed with my experience at the restaurant Le Tire-Bouchon. It says its a French cuisine restaurant, but unfortunately the dishes didnt look anything like that. I took the flank steak not fresh meat, and a very salty sauce. The shrimp and scallop tulip with a sauce on top and rice very average. I went there for someones party...very slow service. The waitress was new, she couldnt advise us on the menu. In short, I advise you to save your money and try the French cuisine restaurants on the island of Montreal instead.

I loved my flank steak with mushrooms.

The starter was incredible hot goat cheese but I had to return the snail puff pastry when it was way too salty. Afterwards I ordered a mushroom puff pastry which was also very salty

I loved my starters, on the other hand the meals of my 3 friends were not really to their taste. Too salty, the flank steak was not cooked despite the requested cooking. We inquired, and the chef who usually works there was absent that evening, so I think it appeared.

Super helpful and professional waitress. Decent salad and fries. What I give 3 stars for is the tartare. DONT TAKE THE TARTAR, if you want something good that tastes something other than pure raw meat. I took the duo of tartare, the one with salmon was edible but the other with beef, forget it, those were big pieces, with ends that were more purple/gray than red. I asked for extra sauce to be able to eat it, and again I gave up after 3-4 bites. Its also honestly because I was afraid of being sick.. and as I left and as I write this I feel half weird in my stomach.. (In my opinion if I hadnt had a iron stomach like I have, I would have been sick...). The tartares from the grocery store are 20 times better than this one, STAY AWAY!

We go to Tire Bouchon for the Goat cheese salad and the beef Tartare. If you havent tried these two items yet, do yourself a favor and please do.

Excellent service. On the other hand, the meals did not live up to our expectations for French gastronomy. We make better food at home. Lack of taste, not elaborate and uninteresting. We will not return there. (Maybe we have too high expectations)

When we call ourselves a French Bistro. You have to be up to the task and that wasnt the case for us this evening. Most of the guests (there were around 30 of us) who ordered beef were disappointed with the cooking and the tenderness, especially the flank steak. Guests who love flank steak told me that their homemade flank steak was more tender and tastier than that. Its sad for the price. We forgot to serve bread on some tables. My friend chose this restaurant for what was written on their site: Le Tire-Bouchon Parisian bistro, invites you to discover its cuisine and its wine bar in an atmosphere typical of a restaurant located along the Champs-Élysées. Paris, City of Lights, will be dazzled by our decor and our Eiffel Tower. Seriously no Parisian atmosphere, but not at all apart from the decorated walls. No French music and atmosphere. Its very disappointing. We can do better at home by doing a Parisian theme.

We received exceptional service from Oksana that we will request again on our next visits given her remarkable and most professional attention. The wines are reasonably priced. Les tartares, la bavettes de b uf, le généreux burger de b uf Angus, le poisson du jour, le plat du chef et les autres excellents choix, cest toujours très frais et très bon. Server Jessica. Wow. I cannot remember when, outside of a Michelin restauran, that I have had such attentive, professional and kind service. I say this having owned 2 restaurants and 3 clubs. Management is fortunate that Im retired or I would steal her away in an instant. For someone young to be so very professional is truly rare. I have lunched here many times, served by Helene and was always pleased. Dined once before on Christmas night so I wont mention that experience. Tonight, the Dore with lemon sauce , dry with no sauce and overcooked. The vegetables were not seasoned and almost raw. My Aunt s shrimp and scallops served in a fried bowl were also a disappointment and served with the same vegetables. The room was also quite warm and we are not going even to mention the joy of trying to get the front door open. I will be taking my Aunt out elsewhere to celebrate her 89th. Great at lunch though.

We wanted to try the restaurant for the first time. The service was courteous, we were well received. However, there were things missing from our order and we had to ask for them again. We were not impressed with the food and the quality of the food. I got some mussels and the onions in the dish looked like they were onions that had been sitting in the fridge for a while. I dont know if these are the dishes we chose. But I dont think Ill go back. I give 2 stars for the service.

Lets start by saying we were a large group, 30+, there was a table dhôte prépared which is understandable for a large group. However, the portions are small and the dishes were not hot, barely warm, even though there was assistance to the waitress to distribute the dishes. A meh experience.

The tartare looked like it had come out of the freezer. The waitress was atrocious: impatient bordering on rude. We were afraid to ask him questions: he was even the joke at the table.

Cozy restaurant with a decent menu, but too dark we cant see much. We had to use our cell phones to illuminate the menu because the restaurants light was a little dim (thats why the star was removed).
