Generous plates, variable quality. I recommend the fresh fruit plate. There were 7 of us. Too bad we couldnt book. We almost had to find somewhere else. Very noisy. Hats off to the employees who keep smiling while running from table to table...

The portion was more than generous.

food was bland and not seasoned oranges and fruits weren t fresh they tried to hide it by flipping it over and we got 2 casseroles coco and it wasnt seasoned at all no salt or no pepper one with regular cube potatoes and one with mashed potatoes the 2nd casserole with mashed potatoes had raw potatoes inside then the waitress didnt bother with asking if everything is okay we had a young blonde lady and as i paid she instantly checked for the tip at least she said have a good day

I am a waiter myself and the service that I got was simply horrible and very unprofessional I always intend to tip but this time I didn t because the waitress never approached to ask if everything was correct and when I asked fir hot sauce she slammed it on the table I don t know if on purpose or by accident but she didn t even apologize so yeah sucks that such a cool place with such a good atmosphere like this got such horrible service

Really delicious and fresh! Breakfast at Allô Mon Coco exceeded my expectations with tasty and quality dishes. The ingredients were fresh, and each plate was well presented. The waitress was welcoming, smiling and very attentive, which added a nice touch to our visit. Although we waited about 20 minutes due to the rush hour crowd, it was worth it once we were seated. The atmosphere was lively but pleasant, perfect for a good start to the day. Overall, a great experience I will definitely come back to enjoy this service and food again!

The only thing I can eat and be safe from bacon or cross confirmation the waffle with fresh fruits n English cream.... heavenly. Unfortunately, the fruits are never fresh n a great disappointment. My last visit, the waffle, was a bit over cooked...how can that happen? The fruits disappointing. I know the turn around of clients is huge, but the returns clients can make an impact also.

Food came super fast but was cold , the waitress had asked if we wanted coffee or tea , my mother saidyes black tea and on our bill we were charged for a specialty tea and when we asked why she said that black tea is a special tea which we did Moy know and wouldnt remove the surplus. Also when told at the end the food was cold she said we shouldve told her very carelessly and I reminded her that she was no where to be found. Would not recommend this location.

Nothing better than starting your day with a good hearty breakfast and excellent service

On a Monday lunchtime, no people and the service was very, very long. We ordered eggs and the bread arrived late, almost finished the plate. We also ordered eggs Benedict without ham, the dish served with ham, very disappointed. We ask for jam for our toasts, not received, yet the room is empty, not even 15 customers .

It was very good. My mocha was too strong for my taste, the waitress was kind enough to adjust it for me free of charge. I was very happy.

Lots of people, lots of noise! The service on this Saturday, May 4 around 11:30 a.m. on the edge of the window by a young lady was not at all friendly. No smile, she took the order almost as she moved. My banana pancake was ordinary with its splash of heavy cream in a bowl as requested, but not pretty to look at. Everything is optional, the maple syrup, the chocolate topping, you have to take the more gourmet version. This was not my best lunch experience. When they were on Dagenais and the 13, it was better and more affordable. $50 2 plates phew!

I ordered the french toast with fruit. The french toast was regular cheap sandwich bread and the fruit looked like it had been sitting out for a while. I would have expected some sort of fancier bread for 22 dollars. Very lackluster. The english cream was good.

She exudes a captivating energy that spreads quickly. In addition, this queen offered us quality service with good interpersonal skills and a devastating smile. Thank you so much!

Everything was good and the waiter was in such a good mood. I liked their delicious potatoes, different from the other lunch leftovers. They also have cubed potatoes.

Nasty intoxication for my partner and me....revise your hygiene lessons

This place is not what it used to be, my family and I got sick for the second time after eating here. We ve been going there almost every week for the past few months but unfortunately we re never coming back from now on due to the hygiene issues. I hope the management takes the proper actions to correct this.

Its greatest qualities: service and open 100% of the days of the year. I come here for this service and it weighs in the balance. They managed to create very good synergy between their employees, at least on the floor. I cant say for the kitchen team, I dont have access to them :-) But I see, fully, the efforts that the employees make behind the bar counter and between the tables. If I measured it by the number of hours I stay there sipping coffee, having a good orange juice and trying all the breads they have, the kitchen rating would get one more star. Its not their responsibility, but I dont leave the usual simple menu that I eat there. So I cant judge. Parking couldnt be easier, Cleanliness In the toilets, abundant and attentive staff. Parking: Huge and annexed to Carrefour Laval

The food was good! But the service was quite subpar. First of all, we had to wait for our meal for 25 minutes when the restaurant was half empty and eggs dont usually take very long to make... Then there was our server, Dominique, didnt greet us, she passed by our empty water cups 4 times before we asked her to have water, to which she said yes but then proceeded to go grab the coffee pot and serve coffee at another table and then go get and bring the bill to another table before she grabbed the water pitcher that was 5 feet away from our table and refilling our cups. She then brought our bill without us asking for it and without us having actually finished our meal. Good food, not great experience. EDIT: Im unsure what you mean by were hiring but I have a feeling youre telling me that if Im not happy with the service I can bring my resume...-1 star

This is by far my favorite brunch spot among all the chains available. The value for money here is outstanding, as you get generous portions that leave you fully satisfied. What sets this place apart from the competition is the extensive menu offering a wide range of options.

Nice big portions. Options for almost all diets (vegetarian, vegan, celiac). The casseroles are good, but the portion is huge, good eaters take note. The acai bowl is nice and fresh, its almost frozen in the middle. Its noisy and a little too cold for my taste. Its clean, the decor is good and the staff is good, no negative comments about them.

Walked in at 6:30 am to be greeted by a waitress that had zero customer service skills. Was not accommodating and was even talking back when we commented they food was very salty and not edible. Manager needs to speak to this waitress on how to greet and speak to customers. Will be never be going back again

We come here often and we really like this place. The only thing that bothers me is that the boss boys and waiters dont use trays, so when they pick up glasses of water in clusters with their fingers from peoples dirty glasses, its not cool. all sanitary and disgusting. It would be necessary to invest in cabarets to transport dirty glasses.

One of the good allos, definitely come here when Im craving their breakfast, the service is amazing. On a brighter note, their kids menu is impressive - its almost as substantial as the adult portions but at half the price, offering great value for families.

In general we eat well but the food is often served lukewarm, particularly at the bar. Toilets, 3 toilets out of 6 the handle does not lock. 3 hand dryers out of 3 defective! Dont forget that the toilets are mixed and its been like that for several weeks already! Hello, where is the manager

Notre serveur était le meilleur! Rapide, courtois et de bonne humeur. Notre commande était exactement comme demandé, avec les extra et les cuissons spéciales. Lendroit était très bruyant par contre, ajouter des panneaux acoustiques serait bien. Et la porte dentrée qui fermait mal laissait entrer lair froid, mais ce problème devrait être réglé maintenant. Jy retournerai assurément.
