I spent a very nice evening with friends and wife there was a singer there who was much appreciated

I was there with my wife in the dining room and the waiter Carl served us very well, he was incredibly polite than I have seen in a very long time. My one and only negative point that I have to mention is that the day I went was a Monday evening and on Monday the bottles of wine are half price, the problem is that there were only 3 choices left among the big list. Carl was very patient and gracious in coming back to tell us there were only 3 choices left. Please adjust your wine reserves in order to satisfy customers. Thanks to Carl for his good service.

I ordered a white chicken club sandwich, I didnt have any fries and the sauce was extremely salty as if someone had dropped boxes of salt in the sauce. The club was not edible as if it was expired. I dont recommend this restaurant, yuck.

Why have a drive-thru if it s this slow? The service is ultra slow, inside and out, to be improved. Its not even a true drive anymore, its a parking lot I had to leave!

Mariam, a fast waitress and always comes to ask us if we need a drink. The service was quick, we didnt even need 40 minutes for our meal. Plus the food was excellent.

After a long time without going there, we decided to revisit St-Hubert but in a new branch with family. What a surprise! From the time of booking online, we were impressed by the personalized follow-up by text and call. When we arrived, the hostess who had followed up recognized us, which added a nice touch to our experience. The restaurant-bar section is modern and welcoming. Flavie, our waitress, really enriched our meal with her impeccable service. The beer was served cold, the food was hot and delicious, and the family atmosphere was very pleasant. St-Hubert has found a place in our weekly restaurant choices. A nice surprise that is worth the detour!

I like the chain in general and this branch too. I dont know if its a franchised corporation... Please boss put grease on the kitchen breadings. Its been squeaking for a long time and if the restaurant is quiet like it is at the end of the evening when I come there its very annoying. I really like your seasonal desserts, the mini log at the holidays, the maple leaf cake in the spring and the strawberry shortcake in the summer but Im not lucky they are always sold out when I want to order some.

A beautiful and spacious restaurant. Ideal for families, groups or even two people. The food was hot. The cheese in the Pique-Assiette sticks remained inside and was very melty (which is not always the case). The lobster Guédille was expensive ($26.25) but at least the bread was topped with Gaspésie lobster. The accompanying vegetables were bitter (Broccoli and green beans). Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian menu. Green leaf icon. Dietary restrictions: Yes, Gluten-free option. Parking: The parking lot is huge, around a hundred spaces. So no stress about parking. Kid-friendliness: Absolutely. Its ideal for families. There is even a Childrens menu.

We went Saturday May 11, 2024, we had very good service, very friendly waiter and waitress, smiling and attentive. Quick service at dinner time. There were still 2 large groups. Our steak with lobster was cooked perfectly. We were offered unlimited salad twice and after our beer we were asked for a second one. I have organized several events at the bar, for 50-75 people, and everyone enjoyed the decor and the food. We were well supported with the organization each time. The restaurant, and the bar in particular, is modern and elegant. I hate parking lots, but I have to admit that they are sometimes convenient. Its a very easy to access restaurant. Its also my 8-year-old daughters favorite restaurant, who loves the dessert options offered for children. We feel welcome as a family, and the coloring placemat and colored pencils given upon arrival certainly have something to do with it.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for a very long time but this evening I was very very very disappointed. It was so cold that we and another couple next door had to leave quickly because they were unable to turn up the heating. I always order chicken wings but tonight it was CHICKS wings because they were so small. It happened to me this summer at the restaurant on Lajeunesse Aussi. The prices have skyrocketed but it looks like the chickens have gotten smaller but so much so that its ridiculous to serve that. Luckily the service was good but we dont go there just for the service. We were two families this evening saying that we are not going back. The new owner should take action because for a VALENTINES evening it was not very busy and we understand why.

Empty restaurant on a Sunday lunchtime (10 customers). No utensils or salt or pepper on the table. Frozen fatty chicken not very hot. Nice waiter but not very resourceful. We had to help a little...

I rarely make comments but this time I was disappointed... We order very often from St-hubert, we are loyal customers and we have never had a problem. On the other hand, today yes. I am all alone with my two young daughters aged 2 and a half and my baby aged 3 months. We found out yesterday that we had covid and today my apartment block has no electricity so they can do work. I kindly asked the employees if they could send me a glass of boiling water with the order so that I could make a bottle for my baby. They refused categorically because there was no option... even the manager didnt want to know anything according to the cashier who put me on hold. I then called Mikes on Saint-Martin to see if they could send me a glass of boiling water if I placed an order, explaining the situation to them and they happily accepted! Im a resourceful person, so I would have managed anyway, but why refuse a simple glass of boiling water to give the baby a bottle? Lack of empathy and mutual assistance. I will no longer order from this Saint-Hubert. I am really disappointed with this experience . Update: Mikes even sent me two glasses of hot water even though I asked for just one... their hearts are in the right place

Was on a vacation through Montreal and decided to try this place. St. Hubert was one of the best restaurants that I have been to. Had a positive experience. Will recommend it to a friend, and I will come back.

Very disappointed with our recent visit to this branch. We arrived at 8:10 p.m. and finally had our main meals at 9:45 p.m. (15 minutes before closing). The plates arrived cold and the fries were not on the right plates. We took the Sangria Rosé which had no taste, although we usually take the same one. No music, no atmosphere. The bistro side was empty and 4 disturbing customers at the bar took pleasure in shouting and expressing themselves loudly. The waitresses, instead of warning the customers, participated. They also argued in front of customers earlier in the evening. In the end, a $120 evening that is not worth the price at all.

The food was more or less because it was half raw and the service is super slow because only about two people work.

Its no longer the family place we remember. I took my daughter for her party and the waitress brought her her piece of cake with a candle. No song. For adults I dont say but for children it may no longer be in their policy. Otherwise the cuisine is exactly what you would expect to eat at St-Hubert. The service was great! I m giving only a 1 star because we got a good service otherwise I give 0 star for the food .. the chicken had so much fat in it , sauce tasted nothing and what to say about the McCain frozen French fried .. pouding chômeur so dried and didn t taste nothing and cold .. extremely disappointed . To top it off, I requested a meal with no bread and no sauce BC I have an allergy - the meal had both sauce and bread, and I could not eat more than half the meal. A waste of time and money. The drive thru took 35-40 minutes (no one was ahead of us) The fries were cold and had no salt. Had a chicken wrap... It was soaked in Mayo to the point the wrap was falling apart. My wife has allergies and made sure to let them know. Only to receive the food containing all of her allergies. Simply put it is unacceptable from start to finish. Avoid at all costs!

Went for diner. Order appetizers. She never came back to get our order for the main dish and she even forgot to bring the bill but we still paid and thats when she said she forgot about us. We believe that they were short staffed and over worked.

We mentioned it to her and without even looking she knew what we were talking about. I find this very strange, as if she had wanted to charge us for 4 Kombuchas which she had forgotten, because there were 6 of us and tracking would be harder. Personally, I would have tipped 0%, but I didnt get a chance to pay. Waiters and waitresses today expect 20%, but work to scare us away from restaurants. For the rest, St-Hubert quality, therefore a safe bet. But while youre going to St-Hubert, find one where you wont be made to feel too much.

July 19. I went to St Hubert corner of the Laurentides and St Martin because the one next to my house (Terrebonne) is not very beautiful. There werent many people there, around ten. The young Alexis who served us was not well trained: no glasses of water, no placemat, no box to bring our surplus. Really disappointed.. I spilled my glass of wine, even though it was half over, and they didnt offer me another one! Really, St Hubert could do better! Alexis brought napkins that I had to spread even over the mess. He didnt change the placemat which was all wet. He arrived with the big dirty mop to wipe the floor where there was very little liquid. From time to time I am a quote from St Hubert. Damage.

I had the nachos with chicken starter as a meal and it was all stuck in bread, cold and the chicken pieces were dry. I wont eat this dish again, even if it were offered to me for free. We were a good group with young children, the waitress did well, she had help from the other waitresses. It was quiet for a Saturday evening. Parking: 2 places for disabled people near Lanporte and a 3rd place very far away. Unless it is for the service ready to be provided. I appreciated the charging station for my vehicle. We wont tell you stories, Saint-Hubert restaurants have always been at the top of the list in terms of the excellence of the service offered. So it was with great anticipation that I went there and, despite that, they managed to exceed what I had prepared for. Everything was perfect. The only downside is the too many rowdy children who were located right next to my table, but hey, thats just a detail.

We tried the catering service today and it was delicious. A new option to adopt for sure! New meals to try that everyone loved. The portions were perfect for the ten or so people we had. We will definitely recommend with the new catering service.

When I travel myself to pick up my food, the only service provided by the manager of the drivethru is to have sold me the product, period. St-Hubert being a timeless classic it is always interesting to find your way there, it is a family restaurant where you are sure to find what you are looking for. The menu has been revisited and there are some nice surprises and the addition of a bistro-style slate is a wonderful addition to the menu with interesting offerings. At the service level, it is clear that the lack of staff seems to affect this branch, the service is somewhat affected, it is not the fault of the employees, who are young and inexperienced, but I must emphasize the politeness and the beautiful (smiling) attitude of them which makes the slight inconveniences and the slowness of the service very easy to understand. Please note, the menu has gluten-free options and special attention is paid to customers who mention being celiac. Dietary restrictions: menu suitable for celiacs or people with specific allergies.

We asked for mayonnaise and ketchup which never came. No offer to refill the glasses. We had to ask someone else for the child s dessert. Hostess at reception never smiles. 12% tip was left. The waitresss face showed that she was not happy. To have 15%, it takes service which we didnt have.
