If you are looking for a place to eat poutine, this is the place to be! These are the best poutines I have ever eaten. It s definitely the only place if I want to eat poutine in Laval that I would go. Real fries with full cheese and exquisite sauce. Served by a team that is always smiling and in a good mood, without forgetting unrivaled speed of service. Friday is poutine, it s not a routine, it s an addiction! Thanks to the team!

Sometimes the cheese curds are not fresh, sometimes they are perfect... In the photo today it is old, cold and mushy... The rest on the other hand is excellent

Correct, nothing more. Portions are small for the price. In terms of cleanliness, an effort needs to be made: bathroom not clean and floor sticky. And they ask for a tip when ordering. Tipping requested with orders at the counter and even before receiving service, really?!

I found the dishes to be of average quality. Although the portions were generous, the fries, which were visibly frozen, lacked flavor and the fried food seemed a little dated. The sandwiches were OK, but nothing more. I find that the prices are quite high for the quality offered, especially when you know that it is possible to find better in downtown Montreal or in restaurants specializing in poutine. Overall, Im a little disappointed.

as who say... ah well the potatoes are not cooked enough because its not potato season with a gener air Im like 3 years old I just order because they deliver in 10 minutes but each time the fries are not white enough and I warn them often

The bacon poutine is one of the best I ve eaten! Perfect amount of sauce and cheese and what about the bacon lots of good bacon cooked to perfection!!! I recommend!!! One of my favorites

Their poutine, when its good, is excellent. It happens very often that it is not good. It really depends on the freshness of the ingredients I think and its not always fresh.

Very expensive prices compared to similar places, and the poutine that comes in combo is so small, completely ridiculous. The smallest poutine I had served in a similar restaurant (dont be fooled by the photos of other peoples poutines, its not this size that is served in the combos). The taste is average too, nothing special. $17 for 2 hotdogs + small poutine....I would have needed 2x orders to eat for 1 person...

Good quality junk food and good service. However, tell the customer that there is an extra on canned drinks that are not offered at fountains when purchasing a trio.

Its hard to do better for a fast food restaurant. Everything is good and the service on set is very fast and efficient. Most people ask for takeout but you can also eat in. Prices are correct.

No problem on site! Today I ordered 3 hot dogs and I clearly mentioned that I didnt want a lot of condiments to prevent my hot dogs from being soggy. They delivered me 3 soaked hot dogs. The manager was kind enough to exchange them for me but I did not appreciate the attitude of the delivery man who brought them to me. Its not my fault they were wrong. I am polite and a good customer. I pay, its normal that I want to eat what I ordered. I advise you to go there.

I ordered a Hamburger trio with fries and liquors + a hot dog toaster everything was good I ate there the air conditioning was perfect very good customer service; I recommend.

Same comment as a previous customer; the cheese from the poutine at the bottom of the plate and the fries on top?! Strange... And the sauce has a, shall we say, particular taste... but to each their own, I guess. FYI: almost $45 for 2 routines, 4 drinks and a popcorn chicken. Correct service, nothing more.

This Tuesday, I got a club sandwich to take away. When I got home I was unable to finish my meal (which never happens to me) because it was so bad: limp fries without any common sense and really questionable chicken. But the worst thing was that I suffered from food poisoning which put me out for two days. I must say that this is the first time that such a situation has happened and that normally it is very good. However, given this very bad experience, the bond of trust is broken and I will not go back there again.

I prefer the poutine from the other location on Concorde, but the service is much better here. At least people are smiling!

Ordered food, the bag was greasy, all in a small bag squashed. When brought over it was cold, when I told that to the driver, he turns around and tells me You don t like it next time come and get it yourself, talk about class. The cashier processed and says we can t redo your order..You just lost a customer!! Shame and the owner doesn t do nothing

Dirty and smelly restaurant on top of that some employees and the manager are racist ayayaye its really not my type of restaurant but I was hungry and fortunately we didnt eat there I think we would have ended up with poisoning saw the smell that hit my face when entering the restaurant

Absolutely disgusting burger! Asked plain, without spices. The Burger was spicy with a hint of mustard ended up on my bun. Direction trash, attitude of the staff very haughty, above their business. Never again at this branch!

A true monument of fried potatoes in Laval. Staff always very professional and courteous, real potato pros. We have been going back there for 30 years for their club sandwich (real lightly seasoned chicken breast) and their always excessively fresh cheese poutine.

Food was not bad for fast food, but still not high quality, but the worst is that they handle everything you will be eating bearer hand, not even a broken glove, and no mask on and they talk and it could be all over, so be aware that whatever you will eat there will be touched thousands times... Apart from that fact, that at the end is the main, they prepare everything in front of your eyes, they pack and you will be out of the place in no more than 10 min, they are kind and work fast, so if you are really in a rush for food, it could be a choice to be considered

I m giving this place one star because I can t give it zero stars. The older woman behind the counter was a sweetheart, and the customer service was great as I said she was a sweetheart. But, the quality of the food or should I say the lack of quality was ridiculous. Having worked in the kitchen industry for many years I know when french fries have been reheated in old oil half a dozen times. I have been to other fast food places like this, that share the same name on the north shore, and they were much better. This one in particular is absolute garbage. Enter at your own risk. And when you re sitting in the car, regretting it, I told you so.

I went to eat today, for the second time. I love rotteux and poutine. On the other hand, I asked if he had chicken or other style versions (like halal) for my colleague, and the chef said that he only had real hot dogs...consider that a hot dog is a bread and a sausage, there was a little wack connotation...I found it average and I was legitimately embarrassed for my colleague. Still, i will return, but a little accommodation never killed anyone....!

Visiting from Toronto, cousin brought me here. Perhaps the best sub sandwich Ive ever had. I love the classic fries and diner atmosphere (kept very clean I might add). Staff are friendly and courteous. Definitely worth a trip to try out the authentic local flavors of Montreal.
