We tried 3 sangria, the vaxxxx, the mange loco and the call of the dragon, good taste! Beef tartare lacks a little crunchy punch but delicious all the same. A successful Christmas party! Thanks to our perfect waitress!

We ordered the colossal poutine with pulled pork, the 2 plates tasted like black earth which we stopped eating, the candied onions had very little and the cheese was cold. Its expensive for an extra poutine and 2 even worse to eat the earth we would be without. That said the cocktails were good it was just that which was ok. One thing the menu is hard to read especially in the evening its dark to read you need a flashlight to be able to decipher the menu.

Stinky service, with waiters and waitresses who pass by without even greeting you when you are waiting to be given a table. Decent food with a big reduction in portions since the beginning. Hamburger bun fell apart immediately, the fries were barely warm...well, the only pleasant thing was the music that was playing.

I recently ordered a smashed. Unfortunately, it was served with an overcooked patty and a lackluster slice of cheese. The portion of coleslaw was tiny, presented in what seemed to be a miniature candle holder. The red pickle, marinated in something unidentifiable, was inedible. To add to the disappointment, I had specifically requested a particular glass of wine to be served with my burger. It never arrived. After waiting, I had to ask another server to fetch mine. When she finally appeared, her excuse was that they had run out of the wine and were searching for more, hence the delay. This was the only request I made, to get a glass of wine with my burger and it was poorly handled. Not going back.

Lots of very interesting choices; we go there 3-4 times a year to change the routine of usual restaurants. Its really good, very nice burgers with nice fresh toppings, the prices are adapted to the products, the service is excellent at all times. On the other hand, the music is too loud during meal times, especially at lunchtime, and another general problem with the chain is that the fries are terribly too salty to the point where I leave them aside. Im more of a salty person than a sweet person, but the amount of salt is horrendous. Fix this problem!

Very surprised to have had a terrible dining experience here. do not recommend for groups. We were 20 people and had a reservation, the restaurant was not busy at all with many empty tables. Our waiter was very drunk and was not providing any service to us, we arrived at 9pm and waited until 11:30 to eat. We never got any water until the end of our meal. very unprofessional staff, fighting and screaming, breaking glasses in the kitchen which was visible to us. We asked for compensation and all that was offered was offered was 1 pitcher free for a group of 20 people, and we were even charged for the larger size too . Waiter pre set the tip, tip was not required for group reservations as it was not stated prior and confirmed by manager, manager did not care or intervene. Do not go here with groups

Our server Phil was very efficient! The food was excellent and enjoyed by everyone! The volume of the music increases significantly after approximately 6:30-7 p.m., but we were still able to hear each other at the table.

Nothing to say about the service or the atmosphere! But on the other hand I ordered an extra gratinated mac and cheese and I received my dish and it looks like they put a handful of grated cheese and let it melt on the pasta and not in the oven.. for an extra $3 very disappointed. I love the place, the choice of drinks, the quality of the food. I dont give it a 5 because the music is too loud in the restaurant so much so that I dont go there anymore if I cant be outside on the terrace. Were going there to eat and talk among ourselves, not to dance or have to raise our voices to get along well.

It is about time those chains start delivering value again !!! We went there for lunch , we were 2 families, and they did not have 1 high chair or even booster for the kids ! 0 attention to customer needs . The bathroom ceiling is leaking water into the bathroom floor, which was soaking in water and looked like a nightclub bathroom at 4am . The level of carelessness in treating guests is becoming unbelievable!!! And its not like we are paying less !!!

Personally I liked the retro decor and I think it might appeal to sports fans because there are plenty of modern televisions everywhere. The food is good and the service is courteous and fast. Parking: The parking lot is large, you will find a guaranteed space. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible but be warned that the entrance door is really narrow and poorly configured in my opinion.

The avocado burger is a real treat and the sweet potato fries !! Be careful to ask for an extra napkin because dirt is guaranteed ! The cocktails are excellent and varied.

Its good yes, not always constant though. The menu is varied. The atmosphere is interesting. I would have normally given 4 stars for this type of restaurant, but a big irritant, the prices just dont make sense, its way too expensive for what we have on our plate. Dont take the change for poutine, its way too expensive and its tiny. In addition to taxes and tip, for a dinner, it easily costs you between $30 and $35, including water!

I asked to substitute my fries for a side of Mac and cheese. I wanted to know the price for the substitution. The waitress told me she would come back to tell me. My plate arrived and the side of Mac and cheese was the same size as the main course. So I ask the waitress the price $15!!!! She tells me yes but it s $2 less than the main meal. I explained to her that the concept was not to have two meals and that she was supposed to come and tell me the price before ordering. She left, apologizing shyly. Nothing more was done on his part. Our glasses of water remained empty for a very long time. Last visit from me.

Birthday dinner for 10 people. Nothing great for hamburgers costing more than $20. Poor service, the waitress seemed out of place, no smile and little interpersonal skills yet, few customers in the restaurant, you had to constantly call on her with little success to be served.

The most disappointing food and service Ive had in laval all weekend. Starting off with the food: ordered la boeuf and a club. Scummy af practices on the club, only putting ingredients on HALF of the sandwich, so it looks like a full one, but what you get is much less. Wife was super pissed. My burger was OK, the cheese sauce wasnt that great, really sticky and the veggies had no real flavour, the peppers had zero heat or kick. Fries were cold, oversalted and fairly low quality. Coleslaw was the worst prepped coleslaw, and shouldnt be called a coleslaw, it was literally veggies only, no mayo, no acid, nothing. Just... raw veggies. We were so confused. Service. Service was quick, but again, more scummy practices. The tip options are not listed in ascending order, rather, descending. So the first option is the biggest tip. Atmosphere: We got to our seat and it was dirty, unclean and clearly hadnt been washed since the last customer. Crumbs all over the seats, stains, etc. I wont be going back, and cannot recommend this place to eat at for anyone else.

The service was ordinary. I asked for my burger without onion, there was some. I had to ask for ketchup (seems like a burger place should be offered to us or left on the table). The choice of music was a little intense on the terrace and really loud.

Good restaurant, we have enjoyed each of our visits in the past. On the other hand, we recently tried to book for a group of nearly 25 people for a birthday, no support, reminders, or answers to questions. Impossible to reach by telephone and sloppy responses via message for our questions regarding childrens menus. Results, we will go elsewhere, because less than 2 weeks before the birthday, my sister-in-law got discouraged and we were able to conclude in less than 15m in another place...

Great tasting meal. Reasonable presentation of the dish. Reasonable, courteous service. The atmosphere is good. For sports fans, there are several televisions distributed throughout the dining room. The noise level makes it possible to have a conversation with the people at the table. The dining room has a retro atmosphere. There are also several artistic paintings/graffiti on the walls. This may be considered obscene but in good taste for others... keep in mind that in the mens toilet, the urinal is in the shape of a womans mouth with red lipstick. It s a burger-focused restaurant. Poutine, ribs and some other dishes are also available. The restaurant is good for a group/colleague evening. Not a place for a romantic tête-à-tête as a couple. Parking in the Centropolis allows you to leave the car reasonably close early in the evening during the week. WOW! I really loved my experience at La Belle et la Boeuf! The decor is great and the food was excellent! The waitress was super nice! I ate the st-tite smash burger, really delicious and full of flavor! The fries took me by surprise, they had an almost sweet taste? Not a bad thing, far from it! I just didnt expect it!

We were a group of 7 with reservations on a Monday evening at 5:30 p.m. A person allergic to soy, she mentioned it to the waitress and she told us that the allergens are online on the site (not in paper version, although a few weeks ago in the reviews it was mentioned that they had printed it in short..) but the site dates from 2022 so not up to date. Ok so well see but to be sure, we ask to check certain ingredients of certain dishes. The waitress goes to check: her cooks tell her that they dont have any but she cant double-check since the packages dont have the ingredients written on them... so the menu is not up to date and theres no way to be sure of the allergens. Slow service even though the restaurant is empty. Old empty drinks are not removed from the table and they accumulate on a very obvious corner of the table. We receive all very good entries. Then the dishes: a poutine with a too-sweet sauce, a burger with half-wet, half-cooked bread, a burger with super dry meatballs...not great. When the person with allergies mentions the situations for the plates at the end of the meal (since the waitress did not come to check up on the food); she apologizes and brings a plate of donut holes (dessert) as compensation for the 3 problematic meals. The person with the allergy cannot eat it since there is soy in it. The drinks were good and starters fries too (basic but good) but the service and the solution of the waitress mediocre... poorly adapted for the customer lets say.

Its the place to go if you want an amazing burger. Great for groups of people. Nice music & ambiance. The music is a bit on the loud side, but that makes it a good atmosphere..

I had a great experience!

Called several days in advance for a reservation for 2 people. I am assured that a reservation is not necessary as there are always places available. On arrival, we are turned around. Really disappointing.

Service was good as it was on a Monday night (not too crowded). The chicken wings are huge and recommended. The beer selection is good too. Fried pickles are good, and the to share platter The Beeeeef is to go for for 2!

There was a special ugly sweater event, a large part of our gang participated, we were the only ones in the restaurant There must have been participation prizes etc...no one won anything while no one else wore them? I wrote to them to find out what was happening or the reasons...no response... Frenchly disappointing not worse! Ordinary food and too big portion... I think he was understaff because the waitresses were rushing

Food was ok, came out very quickly- even before our drinks and wasnt even hot. Drinks took forever and then werent even good, the place also wasnt busy at all. Legitimately, the worst mojito Ive ever had.

Really nice burger bar. Got the aloe Vero which was really refreshing and delicious. Its a,Mocksville as well, for the hamburger I got the Calimero which was recommended by my bartender. It was really delicious nad meaty. The service was good at first but then it got a little sloppy. I dont blame the bartender to sit down and grab a bite but yeah it wasnt the best toward the end.

Please note my review is based on my personal Prefs... Food is OK... atmosphere looks great but its loud and difficult to have a conversation... Id say its more suitable for a younger crowd.. Great service!

Food, decorations are top notch. Service is a bit wonky but they mean well and you can see they want to do well. Lack a bit of experience it seems. Place deserves a big crowd for a big game. Could be a nice bar spot too if they threw some special weekly events with sports related events.

Smash burgers!

First time for me at this place and I must say that I quite liked my culinary experience at this place.. Their breaded shrimp entrees were excellent with their little sauce that accompanied it (hot and juicy to perfection). ) For my cocktail mixo named Reggae was really delicious My Heart for this place. For our main meal, burger and sweet potato, everything was very tasty and juicy as it should be (huge in addition) only thing the bread fell apart when we ate it (it was a little tiring) Otherwise everything was perfect... Good service from the waitresses on site and excellent atmosphere.
