P.F. Chang’s Laval in Laval

The service was very professional! I had a trilogy Poke bowl which was very good, except that there was too much rice and not enough vegetables. My partner had an orange chicken and it was a delight in the mouth. Congratulations for your magnificent restaurant and your wonderful team.

We are avid fans of this chain and have had the opportunity to eat at several of their locations across the United States. What a joy to discover that there is one near us! Not only is the quality of the dishes always there, with that little taste of come back, but the welcome and service of the staff also deserve to be highlighted. Always a pleasant experience and a place to discover...

The staff were okay but the food was terrible. I don t get bad experience with food often but the food there was not good at all. This is my second time eating at PF Chang s ans I will not return sadly.

I give 4 stars and not 5, just because the prices are a little high in my opinion. Otherwise, we ate very, very well and the service was excellent! The atmosphere wasnt very festive because there were few people (a Tuesday thats normal!), but the Christmas decor was splendid!

5 for service, 4 for the food. Its comfortable aka Chinese franchise. Chinese restaurants have a spirit and a culture. Didnt find these here

As someone who more or less generally likes Asian food, I must say that this time I was more than surprised. A1 atmosphere and the waitress Cristel super friendly and helpful. Great romantic evening.

Honestly not the kind of restaurant where you have a great experience, neither in terms of the food, nor the setting and not even the service.

We went on a weekday lunchtime, it was good but very slow service even though there werent many customers. I find the prices quite expensive, I would have given it a 3.5/5

Everything was as expected, food was delicious and fresh, service was exceptional and so was the atmosphere. I must say the only thing that disappoints is that the Canadian PF Chang establishments dont offer the same or any promotions as the Americain ones do.

I m very disappointed with the main course of today at lunch. We were inviting an important customer for lunch and most of us ordered the chicken Kung Pao which was extremely dry with absolutely no sauce as if it s nuggets and rice (no sauce tossing or anything). When the waitress was checking I told her it was very dry so instead of offering a replacement , she brought us some extra sauce which was very salty and didn t seem to fit much. If this is how the meal is made then I ll know not to order this again or come to this restaurant anymore as I would fear the same with other plates.

We were a group of six. Each of us ordered a dish, we put all the dishes in the center of the table and shared everything. The food was excellent and in more than sufficient quantity the only setback was probably the music which was a little too loud

Im a regular and loyal customer to PF Changs, but this time, you guys ruined it, big time. I had my wifes Birthday yesterday night and made sure by reserving few days earlier for 13 persons the half sofa/half chairs place especially its her Birthday and shes pregnant in her 8th Month, the girl who reserved confirmed time and seating as requested. 1st:We arrived at 7.50 pm,we had to wait till 8.24pm with many of our guests till we got in,and plus they made us sit on a table beside bathrooms,when I questionned the waitress,guess her answer?Well sorry sir, this is the only place available,we cannot control the walk ins,all of the sofas are taken and no I cannot accomodate for you what you asked for. I urged her to look again as my wife is pregnant and its her Birthday and there is a place on some empty sofas,but guess what?while I was telling her that, it was getting assigned to another group who arrived after us. She said she will be back once she asks,she never came back. Second:some orders came with little quantity for friends(they had to ask for replacements like the Mongolian beef with barely 7 pcs of meet covered with alot of green onions),some came wrong(shrimp appetizers instead of platter), some cold,some okay,some not. Add to that,waiter spilled sauce on our friends expensive first time worn Jacket(The manager apologized and gave her like a coupon so she pays and get refunded. This kind of thing can happen which is an uncontrolled error, but I had to say it cause I think all in all we really didnt enjoy anything). We asked the main waitress for soya sauce, never had them,we asked again,never had them. If you cannot control and organize a Saturday night evening, dont give promisses to people who reserve special seats for special occasions by telling them :You cannot control walk ins. We did have a very bad experience,and for the note, my wifes mood got so down,which had our baby start kicking because her mommy is not okay. Thanks P.F changs team, never again :)

Food was a bit disappointing compared to previous times before.

Food was fantastic as usual! Impeccable service! We ordered 6 dishes to share between 4 people and brought left over home. Can t wait to go back!!! Vegetarian options: The vegetable low mein and the vegetable fried rice are both excellent and there are other interesting options including a crispy tofu that is quite good.

Made two mistakes in our orders, entrées and main dish, came back with correct order that was cold and tasteless, I ate half of it, the people I was with were ok with their meals but no more, never coming back, too expensive, noisy and very ordinary.

Very disappointed with the prices charged. It was good but way too expensive for what it is. I wont go back there.

I only tried coffee, ice cream and a house brandy. Well be back.

Never have I thought that I would give a 1 star. We have been regulars here for since the opening. The last 3-4 times have been less than mediocre. Service is a complete zero. Never saw the waiter after he took our order. Got the wrong plate. Never did anyone come to see if everything was ok. Never did anyone come ask if we wanted another drink. Never did anyone ask if we wanted coffee or dessert. Brought us the bill and charged for a plate we never ordered. The audacity to literally stand over our shoulders when we are paying to see the tip the we were leaving on the machine. This last experience I confirm that we will not be back. So many other places that appreciate us as regular customers not this place!

Excellent food but very bad service, unsmiling waiter, not attentive to customers, does not come to ask if everything is good or if anything is missing after serving the dishes. Forget the drinks ordered. We needed an additional place, impossible to add a table because the tables were all reserved, perfect I understand, but when I see the empty terrace with 20 free tables I tell myself that it is possible to please a group of 22 people to bring them a small table right? Even the manager responded coldly to me about this. I work in a less prestigious restaurant and we offer a solution for every problem, one more small table is never an impossible mission! Very disappointing service.

It was dark in the room, no music in the background. Service time is good. Cuisine: I ordered the Mongolian beef, usually we are explained how the dish is served, as it is my first time, the waitress only mentioned the surplus as usual. The dish was sweet, with no vegetable accompaniment with only raw shallots. It lifted my heart...phew I asked for brown rice and they brought me white rice. Quality/Price, I would give it 4/10

My boyfriend and I came on a week night, last minute reservation, and got there late, but they accommodated us in a kind manner. Michael was our server and on the ball throughout our entire night. He was very professional and kind. Overall service was great and the food was very good! They unfortunately did not have any more Lettuce Wraps, which is a key appetizer at P. F. Chang s, but it leaves us wanting to come back for sure for redemption! lol. Great experience, highly recommend.

We were sat down for dinner and no service. After 10 mins we asked the receptionist if there was a waiter for us and she politely answered. yessss this is a restaurant! Is this a good answer for a paying customer? First time we were treated this way. It was very disappointing. We just didnt leave because we were hungry and had driven 30 mins to get here.

On a Monday evening, I expected it to be very quiet. But no, there were people and a great atmosphere at the end of the holidays. The waitress recommended the sesame chicken. Very good choice. The chicken is lightly breaded and above all tender, not like some restaurants which put hard or cartilaginous pieces in too thick breading. Very good meal. Reasonable bill with good choices of plates between $20-30. I will come back to it.

It was so bad tonight ! The food is cold, sweet and sour chicken was cold and dry very hard to chew, vegetables are not cooked and cold used to be a good resto for a bite to eat place but not anymore. Disappointing!

A great family meal. Fast and courteous service. Impeccable cleanliness of the premises. Childrens menu with adequate portion and reasonable price. Only downside... For baby, there was a high chair, however, without a tablet so not super practical. It would be preferable to be able to provide a plastic plate or bowl for babies as well. This was a very disappointing experience. First, the manager tried to convince my daughter that, although she has a serious seafood allergy, the oyster sauce would be OK. I ve never seen that in a restaurant before. Then the dumplings were still cold in the middle, and the stir fry (which that same fellow had warned us, rather aggressively, would have a different sauce from the famous PF Chang s sauce because of her allergy) was completely tasteless. Salt and pepper would have been an improvement, but there was none on the table. Also, neither Pinot Grigio nor Chardonnay wines, a pretty popular choice, were available by the glass. All in all, a really poor experience and I would never go there again.

Excellent place for a nice healthy Asian lunch. The lunch menu is excellent and at $25 for an Entree and a main, you really can t get much better. Service was excellent - We sat in the bar area. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking nearby with ramp for wheelchair access. No stairs to navigate for restaurant or restrooms.

The atmosphere is the best explanation to the prices on the menu, other than that Its just an overrated Thaï Express.

The plate is the same size. But the content is much less than before. Not going to come again. You should be away too.

Today July 6th , Judith was so attentive and precise to fulfill our expectations due to our several negative experience in the past. My friend And I have food intolerance and she was able to give all detail to the kitchen correctly , and we had an amazing experience The food was so delicious We had an amazing evening and it felt like it was like our first time experience.. Even the director came and see us to ask if everything was okay I appreciate so much . I strongly recommend this place

We arrived today for lunch at 12:30 and were seated and given two French menus. We waited for about 5 minutes, and a server had not yet come to offer us drinks, so I got up and went to the hostess and asked for English menus. We then ordered lunch, and were both asked if we wanted the Lunch size or regular size. We both asked for lunch size as we were not too hungry. After 20 minutes of waiting for our food, the server came out and told me she had made an error, and that my meal was not available in lunch size. I said that it was not a problem, and that I would take whatever I could not finish with me. We waited another 20 minutes, and the food still had not come out. The server came and told us they were very busy and that lots of customers were waiting a long time for their food, and that we were not the only ones. She gave us no indication of how long the food might be, and we saw 3 tables who were seated after us receive their food, and finish eating it before anything had been brought to our table. We were not offered any bread or crackers to snack on while we were waiting. No managers came to apologize or offer any kind of compensation or explanation. After 50 minutes we walked out. This is a ridiculous amount of time to be waiting for beef and broccoli and steamed rice. We had chosen this restaurant for its gluten-free options on the menu, and were extremely disappointed by the wait time. We cannot recommend this restaurant to our friends and family and will not be back again. Update: 2024...Tried again today as my mom was visiting from out of town and wanted to try it. AGAIN... extremely slow service. Even just to get a table, we waited at least 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by the hostess and there restaurant was almost empty. Thats all I can say. Do not recommend unless you have hours to spare.

After eating the dumpling and honey crispy chicken, two of us ate the honey crispy chicken and both of us were very sick all night. This is not the first time we have eaten there and it is always delicious and this time everything tasted ok, however it is certain that there was a problem because we were both very ill once. couple of hours after eating and throughout the night. I know that no one is safe from this but today I took the time to call the restaurant to notify them and the manager insulted me saying that I just needed to talk to someone and he wished me Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I, who had often gone to this restaurant and I loved this restaurant, can guarantee you that it was my last visit

I have a seafood allergy. When I alerted the waiter he asked if oyster sauce was ok I replied no. He urged that many people with shellfish allergies can eat it I said I can t since I am also allergic to mollusks. He then said that what I could eat would be really limited and again insisted that I might not be allergic to oyster sauce. Finally he insisted on making a sauce without it that was like watery soya sauce. The steamed dumplings were cold inside, the Buddha tofu dish was also cold. They had no Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay wines on the menu- two very popular wines and the wine we did get cost 57 dollars for two 9 ounce glasses. Never again.
