We did our Corporate Christmas party here last week and everything was great. I got the lamb shank and it was cooked to PERFECTION I was honestly shocked. Our waitress Camille memorized all our names (a group of 20 people) and she was the sweetest waitress ever!!! I definitely recommend this place 10/10

Rather quiet in terms of atmosphere but it was for lunch and we were a group of 8. I had the veal with lemon, but it was clearly not veal with lemon that was served to me. At least it was veal. The service was long so a good 2 hours for a dinner. My friend was served well after the others, so they had forgotten to place her order. The food was good, but Im not impressed.

The best pizza !!!!

I would have left zero stars if I could. I had a hair on my plate and the waiter dared to tell me it was mine. When my hair was black and mine is red. In addition, an error occurred during payment in my invoice. The waiter came back to charge me for the mistake which was his fault.

Last Sunday, for the 2nd time, we were lucky enough to be served by Joe! What an exceptional server! He listened to us throughout dinner, we never ran out of water and he gave us great advice for the dishes. Everything was delicious, we will come back very soon to relive a great experience!

Amazing food, clean food. I always feel good whenever I eat at monza and I have a sensitive stomach. The service is amazing as always. The only thing that made me a bit sad was the brownie ice cream being discontinued :( I swear this brownie was sometimes the only reason I would come to eat at monza. I am genuinely so sad hearing this. They removed it because of the renovations which I understand but it was soooo good. I swear I feel like it could even cure my depression. LOLLL Please bring it back Monza team from a loyal customer of yours xxx

Ordinaire. Il faudrait vraiment que Megan change d air. Première fois de ma vie que je vois une barmaid ne pas sourire 1 seule fois de toute la soirée. Ma pizza était froide, mais quand même mangeable. Barman je ne sais pas son nom mais lui était agréable. 5 étoiles pour lui 0 étoile pour sa collègue disons! Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant.

Folks renovated their place! Glad to see modern menu finally. And not menu from 1985 :) Looks more pleasant, a place where I wanna spend my Friday night ;) Saturday too, Respect for those owners who invest & understand it s not 1990-2010 anymore! If it works - don t touch , expression is surely not about restaurant business!

Relaxed atmosphere in the bar area we were served by Marieve the service was very attentive and she gave very good advice on the menu and wine. I didnt know the restaurant before but clearly after the excellent service we will definitely come back to this restaurant. Thanks again to our waitress Marieve and the manager Manuel for their special attention.

They renovated the restaurant, its beautiful. On the other hand, they changed their menu, we had spaghetti and lasagna. The spaghetti pasta is made too big, not enough sauce and they add ricotta on top. The lasagna is half the size before and more expensive, not much pasta?

Amazing restaurant, one of our favorites in centropolis. Marie-Eve was an amazing waitress, punctual, quick and on point with orders. We enjoyed her smile and friendly personality. It s refreshing to know certain restaurants still emphasize a great service. Food was incredible as well, always fresh.

Food was really dissapointing, portions are really small and food is just gross, not worth the price at all. It doesnt deserve the 4 stars. No italian ever would like this food.

Started with a calmari fritti the portion was ridiculously small but tasty, the accompanying marinara and tartar were on point. Pizza pollaro and Vitello alla parmigiana for main course were good enough to meet minimum expectations. The highlight was the Monster cookie and espresso for dessert that were really good. Service is nice although they missed fulfilling a simple request like getting salt and pepper but the waitress was really nice and cheerful. Kid-friendliness: Kids chair was a little wobbly

Very pleasant to sit in, the music could be softer but it wasnt that disturbing. We ordered a Hazel salad which was very rich generous and interesting in taste, the caramelized apples were perfectly integrated into the salad. We also ordered linguini with pesto, I found the pesto a little too present and the chicken not enough, it wasnt bad but not as exceptional as the TARTUFO FUNGHI pizza which was really exquisite. The dough was crispy on the edges and tender in the center, the mushrooms were tasty, and everything was very light which is surprising for a cream-based pizza. Overall I recommend and for a person with average satiety it was more than enough.

The Air Conditioning could use an upgrade, it was unbearably hot, even the wait staff were sweating We ordered 3 different large pizzas to share , Carnavore , Calabrian, Caspri, crust was too thin, making the pizzas mushy. Carnivore was the best of the 3. Wine list is good and prices for the wines were very reasonable, which is great as some restaurants over charge on wines making the dining out experience too expensive. Appetizers were good, Aracini , Calamari, Fried Zucchini.approx $20-25/ea Price per couple :approx $200 . Overall , a decent restaurant, but Pizza crust needs improvement and AC needs to be fixed , we had to rush our meal and went elsewhere for coffee and dessert. Maybe it was a bad night for the restaurant due to the heat.

the food was okay, portions a little small but that s all of the restaurants in centropolis. The service was probably one of the worse i ve had. The waitress was rolling her eyes at us every time we would ask for water or something on the menu. She was very impatient the whole time we were there and we weren t even difficult with her. At the end one of the people at the table had just brought 35$ flat and her order was 33 or 34$ and naturally, she didn t leave a tip because she didn t bring more money. The waitress then proceeded to tell us how she s working for free and it s not fun to do so. And that we should tip her because her money depends on tips if we didn t know that. Most people were giving 3-5$ tip because their BILL wasn t over 20-30 She was very arrogant the whole time and trying to guilt trip us into giving her tip was really the cherry on top. I don t think she would ve done that with older adults if they tipped only 15 or didn t. I don t mind tipping and I did, but honestly with her arrogance and attitude at the end i wouldn t have tipped because the service was not good. Even when we were going out the restaurant, the busgirl was on her phone, didn t even look at us. It s very sad that they have this kind of service while they have such a nice restaurant, definitely not coming back because we did not feel welcome.

I ve gone to plenty of restaurants and this one was by far the one with the worse service. The food was okay, the prices too which i m glad they aren t extremely overpriced. The waitress on the other hand wasn t very nice. She would just look at us with a nasty look for God knows why. We were a few girls at the table and no one was being rude, i don t know if she was just having a bad day but it definitely showed. At the end some girl had only brought cash and her bill was pretty much what she brought so she didn t tip, then the waitress rolled her eyes at the girl. Then she told us that her salary absolutely depended on the tips we gave her and that she was working for free in case we didn t know. Every girl tipped around 3-6$ because our bills weren t more than 20-30$ and 2 didn t tip because they brought cash and the bill was a little more than they thought. I tipped 18% because that s what i usually do but her service and guilt trip was not it. I m really disappointed because i came here once and had a good time, but even the busgirl was on her phone on our way out, I said have a good night and she didn t even lift her head up. I don t think the waitress would ve done the same to grown adults which i know some of them don t tip no matter how good the service is.

We were extremely well served by Chloé. For meals, we had the bistecca (offered sirloin, but we stuck with our choice) and the caramelized pour salad with goat cheese. The steak was excellent. Good for cooking, served with vegetables, sauce and mashed potatoes. The salad was like I went to the IGA to get the pre-washed arugula, which I added 9 slices of pears, two ounces of goat cheese, added vinaigrette, and placed on a plate. I asked for avocados, but they werent ripe enough. For the price of this salad, I would have gone to Mandys instead. Sorry. I should have had something else on the menu.

It was my first time at this place and it wont be the last for sure, I enjoyed everything! I recommend it especially with a group of friends. Parking: If you go with friends, consider carpooling, it will save you time looking for a place.

The Hazel salad is an absolute must. We also had a gluten free pizza that was fantastic and the meatball appetizer is a great item to share.

We went for my husbands birthday. The food was very good. Our server Joey gave us excellent service, in a good mood. And he gave us very good advice on wine. Had an excellent evening.

Honestly over priced with a poor choice of wine, but thats centropolis in general, not a spot for foodies looking for a good dining experience. Go there for drinks and pizza with your friends, if you want a posh place and loud noise. Service was good and odly enough kid friendly. Its your typical Italian LVL type of place if thats your thing.

Location is comfortable, nice and clean. Service? Outstanding! Very polite, nice recommendations and taking care of you. Wine suggestion from waitress was quite great; we ordered pizza with mushrooms, rugula and alfredo sauce and it was amazing!!!! Highly recommend it.

Pizza + pasta took more than an hour to get there, with the pasta dry Servers hide, dont come. Another time I went and the sangria (wine and 7up) took an hour and a half to come out. Always a reason! Champion

Went for a birthday, 2 small undercooked arancini for 12$, taste was ok. Took the family sized tortellini rosée for 36$ thinking i would have leftovers and I thought it would be a better buy than 22$ for a single plate. What they vrought me was MAYBE enough for 2 people IF they arent very hungry. A few years ago, the family size pasta fed my GF and i and we would have more than enough for leftovers. GF got the Cotto pizza which was ok. If you want good Italian food, go elsewhere. This isnt it. As for the atmosphere, loud music and women servers dressed in tiny dresses , overly tight pants and revealing blouses that dont leave much to the imagination.

Our visit to Monza was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was simply delicious, every bite was a festival of flavors. In addition, our server Sam was contagiously friendly and dynamic. We cant wait to go back to try new dishes. Well done to the whole team!

Before covid it was a good restaurant. The price has increased a lot. The quality of the dishes does not correspond to the prices. First of all, there is no longer the bread service before the meal. The portion of fried squid starter is reduced to 1/3 with a 30% increase in price. The paparazi shrimp starter was giant shrimp cut into pieces and melted in your mouth but now its mini shrimp that they use with an increase of 20% of the price. The Hazel salad, he no longer mixes caramelized pears but leaves a big brown ball of caramelized pears on the side saying that its a new decoration! Which is totally Lack of aesthetics and the taste is no longer the same. The Polastro pizza (chicken) not good not fresh.. family size jumped from $30 to $40. Knowing that the 2 cheapest meats in Quebec are chicken and pork. The waitresses with their dresses not appropriate for a classic restaurant. The tight black skirts that went up to the buttocks and from afar when she walks in front you can even see the panties. What a Bad Supper!

I had read a lot of negative comments but I was pleasantly surprised... there were a little more than 20 people on New Years Day, the food was appreciated by everyone, whether it was pizza, pasta or others... the portions were very good even though I brought some back to my little dogs... The waiter Jo was very smiling and really did the best he could with the conditions, that is to say a lot of people except that yes we were not entitled to the roll even those who had taken pasta but for the rest he was very smiling and professional... Oh yes and the prices are very respectable for a pizzaria of this level (eg: my lasagna a good portion and lots of sauce which is super good) $22 so I found it very good... so I recommend and personally I will return with pleasure if the opportunity arises... positive experience thank you Monza Pizza at Centropolis Laval

Their pizza is inedible, the waiter disappears after putting the plates down. Too expensive for the quality and quantity. They should remove pizza from their menu. Shes disgusting.

Very disappointed with the food. Overcooked lasagna and pasta. Lasagna too much tomato paste. Not edible. Friendly waiters but really a pronounced deterioration in terms of food. Damage. We will never go back there again. We were fans once!

And Steven s was in charge of the group he was impeccable. Would also like to say a big thanks to the owner and management team for a wonderful evening. If I wanted too nitpick would my dish was lacking salt. But that s the only thing. If you have an event too plan this is the place for you Dietary restrictions: We had someone with a peanut allergies and they were very thoughtful about it.

I ve been a frequent customer of this restaurant since it first opened, but I have to say over the last couple of years I stopped going and now I know why. For starters, the last time I went, the food was just ok. I ordered the arancini and it was cold inside, but I digress. I went last night for dinner with a friend and it was my first time taking her there. I called a day earlier and was told not to make any reservations because we were only two people. We walk in and we re told there was no spots left unless we wanted to be seated next to a group of teenagers at the far back of the restaurant, so we then agreed to wait for a spot to be available. A gentlemen heard and then all of a sudden told the woman at the front that there was a booth available on the other side of the restaurant next to the window. We were content as we didn t have to wait long at all, and we followed the woman to the table. She then walked us over to a table with a booth that had the most horrific looking seats I ve ever seen, but because we didn t have time to go anywhere else we accepted, and I now regret this, as I should have definitely said something. We went on with our evening and the food was decent and the service was ok. I would also like to mention that in the women s bathroom there were two stalls out of order and the stalls that weren t out of order both had no toilet paper, and the garbage bin was overflowing to the rim of brown paper. Overall, it surprises me that the owner(s) of a restaurant would let their customers actually sit at a booth with seats like this, and wouldn t consider some light renovations and up keep? I guess at the end of the day, they just care about the dollar a sign and don t want to refuse any of their customers, but after last night I definitely won t be coming back.

Great service and well maintained place. Super nice for a night out or drinks. Went out with some friends and the quality of food definitely went down compared to a few years ago, fried bocconcini were cold in the middle, pasta was bland and missing some love and presentation, pizza was soggy with floppy dough and not well cooked at all. For the price paid, food should be slightly better.
