The food was very tasty , priced well . The service of a waitress Maria was incredible . With a smile ,knew her menu, and she noticed from a little him that we had a nameday kinda celebration and wished us happiness and health. Bravo Maria
We walked in with no reservations and were able to get a table. We were there with my family and a family friend. The hostess ignored my friend and came to speak to the rest of us not realizing that we were all together. She discriminated based on my friend’s looks. (This was observed by my sister my husband and myself). We didn’t like the food. The fettuccine with shrimps didn’t taste like pasta and shrimps. the whole thing tasted fishy… I think they cook the pasta with the shrimp which makes for a fishy taste rather than tasting a rose sauce. My sister barely ate the veal Parmesan, it was really bad…. She took one bite. 2 plates out of 5 were okay. We, personally would never go back or recommend this restaurant.
Our experience at this so-called "Italian" restaurant was incredibly disappointing. It felt far from authentic. The restaurant was empty, yet we struggled to get the attention of our server, which was odd considering we were one of the only groups there (a party of five, including one vegan). We started with calamari and bruschetta, but the bruschetta came out covered in cheese, which wasn’t mentioned on the menu. When we asked about it, the server gave us attitude, saying we should have specified. Four out of five of us did not enjoy our meals. One of us ordered the Marsala, but it came with an odd, mismatched sauce—brown sauce with red pasta? The Marsala sauce tasted like it came out of a packet and had been diluted. Another person in our group got chicken, which was burnt. The marinara pasta tasted off, like it was made with old garlic and packaged pre-cut garlic you buy at Costco . Even the dessert tasted like it was prepackaged, which was disheartening as an Italian to see this labeled as "Italian food." The coffee experience was just as inconsistent. Three of us got decent coffee, but the last one received a cup so bitter that six sugars couldn’t fix it. All in all, this was a poor experience, and we won’t be returning. If you're looking for real Italian food, look elsewhere.
We were enjoying a nice night out with my family to celebrate my engagement. The food was okay and the restaurant was decent. Our bill came out to 186 for 4 people and we ended up giving out waiter 200$ our waiter comes back to us and says usually the tip is 15% we told him that we gave you 200$ from a 186$ bill he wouldn’t leave until we gave him an exact 15% tip. These people are very pushy and unprofessional you are allowed to tip how much as you want! Don’t come here it was a waste of money
Place has nice decor and atmosphere Seating is alittle close Food was delicious and portions were generous Service was okay, our server could have come by to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. We had asked for bread and finally another waiter saw we were trying to get the attention of our server and they responded to us which was nice as we really weren’t their client. So I gave. 4 star for service based on one server but could give a 4 because they worked nicely as a team and maybe the server was new and learning the ropes. Overall wonderful evening and would return without hesitation anytime!
We went there for a birthday celebration. The vibe was hopping; the restaurant was full. Service was awesome. My dish was Fettuccine Gamberi. The pasta and the shrimp were well cooked and flavored. Recommended!

Went there for my birthday and forgot a bag with 2 new expensive bottles of rhum which was a gift. We left the restaurant at 11 when it closes at 10 so we were the last ones to leave. Went back the next day and spoke to the owner. He said they didn t find anything. I asked him if he has cameras and he does but refused to look and see which employee stole my gift claiming he is not responsible for stolen items. Sounds like someone with a guilty conscience. Never going back there

Went for lunch. The place smells bad. Its dirty. I had to clean crumbs off my chair before sitting down. There were house flies and fruit flies buzzing around us the entire time. The food was terrible in every way. The espresso was decent. Our waiter was excellent, nice kid.

I find the pasta sauces a little too rich for my taste. Its plentiful, especially for a dinner. I had a salad last time, very good. It would be nice if there were small pizzas on the menu.

My recent experience at Grigio restaurant in Laval turned out to be an interesting dining experience, despite a few small imperfections. I was welcomed by Geneviève, our waitress, who was friendly despite the obvious pressure due to the busyness of the restaurant. To start, I opted for the chefs soup, which turned out to be both delicious and creamy. However, I had to wait a little longer than expected to receive my starter, which was made up for by the quality of the dish. Next, I enjoyed the Fettuccini Alfredo, which was simply delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was wonderfully creamy. The dish was very filling and I had to take some of it home. On the other hand, the crème brûlée I ordered for dessert turned out to be exceptionally mediocre, failing to generate enthusiasm. However, I had the opportunity to taste the chocolate cake, which turned out to be much better. Overall, although the service was a little rushed and the waits were slightly long due to the crowds, the pleasant ambiance of the restaurant made up for these minor inconveniences.
Luxury decors! Relaxed atmosphere, comfortable seats and several circular and wide benches. Impeccable, fast and courteous service. The lasagna was delicious, the ingredients are fresh, served hot in an acceptable portion. The decor offers an excellent ambiance and the place can easily accommodate 200 people or maybe more. Parking all around the complex and free. Vegetarian options: Several dishes without meat or flesh offered. Parking: Located all around the building because several shops are located.
Restaurant bring your own wine. The young waiter was courteous, polite, efficient and always smiling. There were several of us celebrating Mothers Day. We had time and fun. Good menu, excellent value for money. I recommend this restaurant.

I had dinner for Mothers Day, great service, great atmosphere and good food.
The food had no flavour. My husband paid $39 for a steak that was not even seasoned, poorly marinated. The service was sub par, the ambiance is weird and the bathroom smelled at a distance. Calamari was extremely oily, pretty much everything was doused in oil or too much butter. Even our crème brûlée was stone cold, not freshly torched and it was obvious. When one of the bus boys was cleaning our table, overly rude and clanked the dishes and threw forks and knives into the plate and stacked the dishes right in front of him, pulling them off the table in a way that forced my husband to move as if we were an inconvenience. The plates just looked unappetizing, no decoration or color, my mother in law s veal plate was swimming in sauce. My fettuccine was so loaded with butter I could barely eat half of it, not even salted, just overall bland. I would not go back here to eat, and do not recommend even in the slightest.

We had reservations for 18 people on a Sunday, January 25th. Waiting 1 hour before having a visit from a waitress, another hour before having our meals, plus the waitresses had no idea where the dishes were going when served. Another 1 hour wait to pay. Lack of staff we were then told. Dishes ok but expensive to pay for average quality and taste.

For an Italian restaurant their manicotti were horrible. The waitress (forgot her name) apparently asked the chef or owner if they could give me another dish. Their answer was no.Since I didnt ask her to do so, I doubt very much if she did ask. I will never go back.

The only good thing about this place is the parking. Ordered the ravioli and got seriously sick. We were a group of 17,waitress got our order mixed up, along with our bills. To solve the bill mix up, I decided to pay for the whole amount. Person responsible was on sight ,noticed the problem and did nothing to help his waitress. It is the second time I go there within a span of 9 years,each time for Christmas eve. Nothing has changed, place sucks and it wont see me there again. By the way I still gave a generous tip do to the reason it was Christmas eve. Felt maybe waitress was not experience for a large crowd. Spending Christmas day on the toilet

Where to start First 1 hour 30 minutes before we got our plates, one cold, the other mistake not the right pasta and I never had my Caesar salad that I had ordered as a starter. We asked for the hot pepper, she told us several times that she was looking for it, and then said youre going to have to do without it, I cant find it I received my plate at the end of the 5 other guests who had almost finished eating and I asked her for freshly ground pepper, she gave it to me so that I could help myself She kept saying the problem is in the kitchen???? The pasta dish was very very good Subsequently I ask where my little bottle of wine went (which I bought to fill 1/4 liter when I go to a bring your wine), and she tells me I threw it in the trash, yes. you want I will go get it There,, the straw broke the camels back, no I wont go back. Its up to you to judge On the invoice I see a name Genny!!!! Shes lucky they gave her a good tip anyway. ,

There were four of us, very poorly seated, it was so noisy that I could barely hear my neighbor at the table, and the other two were even impossible to understand. We left after telling the receptionist we were canceling our tour, and she couldnt understand what I was saying (noise). We left.

Polite and courteous employees. We were 6 people. Patient waiter because some guests took time to decide. Quick service and the dishes all arrived at the same time and were piping hot. All portions were generous. The veal is very good.

Cute restaurant with below average food and service. Busboy removed wine glasses a few minutes after we sat down despite nobody coming to take our drink orders. They then removed our bread plates 2 minutes after we got our meals, despite the fact that there was still bread in the baskets and we were using those plates! They also never came to see how our meals were. Speaking of meals, the food was mediocre at best. I ordered a veal dish named after the restaurant, thinking it would be a specialty, but it was terrible. I am not a picky eater at all, but I could not eat more than one bite of the veal in the sickeningly sweat sauce. Worst dish I ever tasted in my entire life. Other dishes at the table were slightly better but not worth the price. I will never again return here.

We went for dinner today (Saturday - October 16, 2023), we ordered a bruschetta, which was quite tasty - rating 9.0 and a chicken parmigiana, which came with some cooked vegetables which was good - rating 8.0, however, we waited for our dishes for almost 2 hours, we asked the waiters if there had been any problem (short staff or anything like that), and the answer we received was that Saturdays are always like this, so I recommend the restaurant, just dont go on Saturdays
Good service with a nice ambiance for lunch. The portion is huge and very reasonable price, but the food is just ok. My veal in lemon butter sauce is overly acidic to the point it hurts my teeth and not eatable. The garlic pasta side doesn t taste like anything and it s very dry. My boyfriend s dish however tastes much better (veal in mushroom and porto sauce). Overall for the price it s not too bad, but I wouldn t order anything with the lemon sauce here again.

We came here to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and we were pleasantly satisfied with our choice. Our waitress Maëlys offered us more than exceptional service with a gentle, present and attentive attitude. The portions on the plates are more than enough and the taste is fresh and authentic. Gratinated garlic shrimp and gratinated garlic bread as starters, alfredo pasta and Tuscan veal fillet as main courses and chocolate mousse cake, crème brûlée and crème caramel for dessert. The crème brûlée made me decide on my choice of restaurant, but I think the entire experience really confirmed to me that the choice was perfect. We will come back for sure. A big thank you to Maëlys, you made our evening even more pleasant.
Server (Vince) very unfriendly. Excellent food. Birthday of one of the 4 guests and simply wished her a happy birthday. No cake offered, even if we had paid for it, it would have been okay, but no, Vince wished him a happy birthday once again. A few minutes later a neighboring table had a cake with a Bengal fire. And I could add more...

I had went to Grigio 6 years ago and loved it! I was very excited to go back but unfortunately my experience was not the same. We were a group of 4 on a Saturday evening. First, the restaurant was so loud that we had a hard time hearing each other - it felt like a cafeteria. Our order was taken quickly and we got our ceasar salads in no time (the salads were good) but it then took over 1.5 hours to get our main dishes. The waitress said it was because the restaurant was full .. but isnt always full on a Saturday night? We finally receive our food and are excited to eat something other than bread and butter - I had the fettuccine Alfredo which I enjoyed but the rest of the table said that their food was mediocre at best. One had spaghetti bolognese, he took one bite and left the rest, saying that it was the worst tomato sauce hes ever eaten. The other two had veal parmesan with spaghetti on the side (one with tomato sauce and the other with garlic). Both said that veal was chewy and the one who had the spaghetti with sauce, did not eat it - the garlic pasta was apparently good. At the end, all we wanted to do was pay and leave. It was unfortunately a very disappointing evening and we will not be returning.

My in-laws are Italian! And as for tomato sauce, not much taste, ordinary!! On chicken parmigiana and rigatoni by the way! The tomato sauce in an Italian restaurant must be delicious...! The service was exceptional though, for a group of 18 people...wow... Unfortunately I wont go back!

OCTOBER 28 We were a group of 30 for my partners birthday. We were served and we ate like kings. Spread over 3 tables, we arrived at dessert with a normal delay. Geneviève is an outstanding and very friendly waitress. Well done to the whole team. On top as always! Food, service, price. Great restaurant. I highly recommend!!

We went (for a second time) yesterday . No service at all, and the restaurant was half empty. Had the idea when we came in that we disturbed the waiter, who had no smile . Waited and waited to at least ask question on the menu or to have our wine opened. Nothing. The people who arrived after us though, were served . We tried calling the waiter, we were ignored. So we left, while he was on the phone and went to Vieux Duluth next door where we were welcomed with a smile.

Réservation de groupe à 20 hrs nous avons eu notre table à 21hrs car le groupe avant nous est arriver une heure et demie de retard donc nous avons patienté à la pluie de 19.30 hrs jusquà 21 hrs très mauvaise organisation .je ne recommande pas ce restaurant à personne .la seule chance qu,on a eu c,est la serveuse qui était compréhensive

Beautiful liars. I am told that the fries are home fries, so I decide to order the steak for $39.99 and opt for the fries. I receive my plate and I can immediately see, even before tasting them, that they are frozen fries. Not a word of apology from the waiter, who from that moment on treated me like a difficult customer. I didnt order anything else, for fear that someone would spit on my plate. When I pay the bill, I notice that there is an error in the price I am being charged for my daughters dish. The waiter comes back with a new bill, which I pay immediately, giving a 15% tip despite everything. He throws me the receipt, turning on his heel. I called him back to tell him that a thank you from him would have been appropriate, as he did not deserve a tip. I wont be caught again.
