Came to eat with no reservation. Hostess guy told me I had to be out in 45 minutes, which I had no prob. Nice greek guy by the way.My husband was having his last wine glass, and whoever was serving us was like rushing us, saying it was 45 minutes. Then he puts us on another table because he had a reservation, which I understood. Then, made us change tables again in a corner. Felt like I was playing musical chairs holding my wine glass and rushing to eat my dessert. Never again I would go to this place . The food was ok, nothing special. Sorry, but you should treat your customers better.

Our first visit, but not our last. Food was great, we had Veal and a real handmade wood oven pizza topped with spicy oil . The staff were genuinely friendly. All in all, very pleased and reasonably priced.

Excellent value for money. Very good cuisine. For the atmosphere, however, it was less good because we were placed on the terrace (covered but not insulated) even though it was very windy and it was freezing cold despite the terrace being heated. Tip: Make a reservation inside.

The owner was exceptionally welcoming, and the service provided by the waiter was outstanding. The food was fresh and truly remarkable. Having visited many restaurants, I can confidently say this is one of the best! The pasta was freshly made, the pizza was delightful, and the steak was cooked to perfection. Even the desserts were outstanding the brownie, tiramisu, and cheesecake were all delicious!

Order for delivery by doordash, vegetarian pizza and napoletana pizza and the spicy sauce. Unfortunately when delivered pizza was soggy. Pizza might be good if you eat i never tried but will definitely not order for delivery. We were disappointed

This place is a gem! The food is amazing! I m pretty selective about my Italian food, and this place honestly feels like a Nonna poured her heart and love into every plate! We went to dinner on a Wednesday evening. The welcome and service were excellent. The food is very good. The calamari starter is amazing. The white pizza with mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula and truffle oil is one of the best I have eaten. My partner had the veal Parmigiana and spaghetti. Everything was on point. I recommend this restaurant.

Weve been yesterday in a group of 8, outside. Very professional staff (the gentleman who served us remembered the drinking orders for each of us), excellent atmosphere, and each of the dishes was excellent (I tasted focaccia, bruschetta, fried calamari, pizza quatro fromaggio, lasagna, Carbonara), without making a hole in our budget. I strongly recommend it.

Buon Gusto has a very lively vibe. This was our second visit and it never disappoints. The whole staff is friendly and very accommodating. Great selection of authentic Italian food and a nice wine list. We had delicious fried calamari and ruccola salade as appetizers. The wood oven pizzas are heavenly! We will definitely be going back.

Perfect place for a special event. Roberto and his amazing team took care of everything to perfection to celebrate a birthday for 55 guests. Everyone appreciated the generous plates, the quality food, the professional service. All at a very competitive price compared to the big restaurants that accommodate groups. Much more intimate and warm. We did this on a Tuesday evening so we could have the whole restaurant to ourselves! Beautiful covered terrace too.

Buon Gusto is hands down the best restaurant in town. We were visiting Montreal this past weekend and went here for dinner our first night. We loved it so much we went back a second time before leaving. The food is off the charts and the atmosphere is cozy and feels Like home. The staff is attentive and cater to all your needs. It stems from the management, Like Robert one of the owners, who treated us like family. I cannot recommend this place enough. Please go for yourself and see how special Buon Gusto truly is. From Appetizers to pizza and pasta and even their main dishes, everything is delicious. Also, please make sure you have their desserts too. The tiramisu was amazing! Buon Gusto is the best in Italian food!

Its not our first time but its so perfect every time. This time Arancini and Focaccia as a starter. Great for both. Buon Gusto pizza for me and Prosciutto/Arugula pizza for her. Everything is good. The pizza is decadent and what can we say about the penne alla Gigi. If you can, ask for the terrace, even if its cool, the terrace heaters will create a comforting atmosphere while enjoying being able to eat outside. The staff is attentive and always there to ensure you have an exceptional visit. Thanks to Buon Gusto for being there! Parking: I have never had a parking problem when going to eat there.

Good atmosphere in this restaurant and impeccable service. The setting is friendly and the servers are very attentive throughout the meal. However, I was less convinced by the cuisine. For the starter, the salmon tartare was not ideally seasoned and the bread croutons were as hard as a rock. I thought I might break a tooth eating them. For the main course, I wasnt moved by the pizza. This lacked generosity in the dough which was quite rough. The ingredients which seemed to be thrown randomly on the plate, unfortunately did not seem to be of the highest quality either. Its a shame.

The pasta was okay, nothing more. On the other hand, for the service, nothing to say. The waitresses were attentive and pleasant.

Very disappointing. There were six of us at the table for my party. We were practically kicked out because there was supposedly a second service, which we had not been informed of in advance despite my request. We were under pressure to finish desserts and coffees and we emptied our tables in a hurry (even though there were no other customers waiting). Treated like outcasts despite a bill of $250 for 2 people! It is obvious that we will never return to this restaurant and that I do not recommend it. A very unpleasant experience.

My partner and I went to this restaurant on a Sunday evening at 5:30 p.m. WoW a superb discovery. We are really picky about food, we like quality and freshness and thats exactly what we were served. The food was excellent, the service impeccable and the atmosphere. It s clearly validated!!

Food was simply amazing, prices are decent, service is A1, go there dont hesitate. Pizzas are great but parpadelle was absolutely amazing and the pene a la Gigi was also really really good.

Delicious experience here. Quick and very authentic tasting pizza. We also ordered the gnocchi plate and, although pricey, the gnocchi were quite great. Recommended for sure if you re interested in some of the best authentic wood fired pizza in Laval, perhaps even Montreal, with only a handful topping this place.

Nice food. Loved their pasta dish. Generous portion sizes. The appetizer was splendid (the salumi). Beautiful atmosphere outdoors with the terrace but many bugs flying around (this is to be expected; Im not really docking stars for it but would be good idea to have some sort of system in place to minimize wasps). The wine was also tasty. The bill was on the expensive side, however. The staff could have been more amicable because when we go to a restaurant we dont just go for the food but the service as well. It was busy the evening we went but everything was quite prompt overall. I would come back here again.

The escalope is a stuffing, its not like in the photos...just 3 small branches of broccoli, no potatoes, the meat was cold...very bland 2023-06-15.

Buon Gusto is my go to Italian restaurant in Quebec. I can never get bored of this place. The food is always so delicious to the point that you are sad when finishing your plate. The pizzas are amazing! Authentic ingredients but the star is the dough crust which is ny favorite thing about a pizza. This is probably not my first review but yesterday my husband and I went for supper and tried new dishes (because we usually order pizza and gnocchi, so damn good) and we were not let down. We ordered the antipasto as an entrée, generous portion and delicious. My husband ordered the Branzino (daily special) and I ordered the picata al limone. Everything was so tasty, I am salivating just thinking about it. Buon Gusto knows how to make food and Sal provided excellent service. I can never get bored of this restaurant. 5 stars always!!

Horrible service please don t go there if it s for the service. I went there ordered a ceasar salad and an entree sat there for at least 30minutes and didn t even get the salad as an appetizer. And no one even comes to check on you. I had to leave and no one noticed. While I watched them serve people that came way after me. Especially if you re a brown person you will not be taking into consideration. I took my black dollars and went elsewhere
