C est bon, c est abordable, on se sent relaxe, personnel souriant, plusieurs visites jamais nous n avons été déçu, je recommande pour des souper entre amis ou simplement un soir de semaine pour décrocher de la routine. WAY too expensive for MEDIOCRE commercial cuisine, poorly prepared, little taste and a veal cutlet cooked like the sole of a boot at an exorbitant price! And the Chef doesnt know that there is no cream in REAL Carbonara. Theres nothing refined in their cuisine... with prices much higher than excellent, renowned Italian fine cuisine restaurants. Atmosphere and decor of a Greek delicacy. Nonchalant service. It was one time too many. NEVER again! A real insult to Italy.

This is NOT an Italian restaurant, very commercial. Sauces are not house made, salads not seasoned however drenched in oil. Mixed greens were not fresh at all. The Seafood linguine was recommended by the staff as one of the top dishes not impressive at all.

The service was great. However, their food is blah, their olive oil mix with something else that taste horrible. So say NO the the bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

From an Italian point of view really not the greatest red sauce was like it came out of a can not authentic at all The mussels in that cheese sauce was spot on as for the red sauces stay away it canned bought Cheesecake excellent also

Firstly, one of the very elderly waiters came and practically snatched us a baguette without even looking at us and greeting us (you should stay at home grandpa) our waitress was ok but nothing more. Slow service. Our meal, a starter of snails.cheese not cooked enough.lots of cheese liquid in the bowl.meli melo correct.had requested with fries but crushed potato which received.linguni pescatore.sauce like heinz ketchup really ordinary.rubber squid They were floundering there. I had the Tuscan polo. Recommended by the waitress. $37.95 per plate Warm chicken, cold vegetables and cold mashed potatoes. I mentioned it to the waitress. She said do you want to reheat it? Hello, your cooks should serve hot plates. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant and will order more for delivery. For $143.00 go elsewhere.this restaurant and the owners over price

I am obsessed with the pasta here, particularly the Gamberi Capellini « Piccantino ». Food is so good here, friendly staff and great seating. Beautiful place. Recommend for special occasions.

The plate of salmon to avoid! No seasoning, no taste. I would have made better salmon at home. Its really embarrassing to be served this in a restaurant. Carbonara pasta dish tasted only of cream without any seasoning too...honestly there was just the warm bread as a starter which was good. Veilliot restaurant which deserves a change of recipe or cook.

Very disappointed with my experience, despite the recommendations I had I am not of the same opinion at all. An hour and a half from ordering to serving to receive a Meli Melo dish of burnt and far too salty shrimp and scallops, served with mashed potatoes probably made from dehydrated potato powder.

Large service 0. Large pizza 0. Minestrone was a chili. You should stop making Italian food. Pizza lacked tomato sauce. Luckily we were outside, the noise inside was hellish.

Good food and great service, my only quibble is that there was more of a breakfast place vibe than I was expecting based on the prices and the fact they dont even serve breakfast... Kid-friendliness: They were friendly to both the children and parents and were ready with crayons, paper and booster seats.

Really slow service

Fantastic service from the entire staff, Vito and Maria surpassed everyones expectations catering to 40 people! They made my moms 70th birthday extremely enjoyable. Also, a special shout-out to Peter (owner) for helping to coordinate the entire party. Excellent service all around

Pay $36 plus tax for seafood pasta. With 4 mussels, one of which is not open and a single shrimp. No thanks never again.

I loved eating. Its been several times when he goes. You can bring your own wine. The food is excellent. Go for a walk. You will not be disappointed. The interior is beautiful too

We ordered the fried squid (nice portion to share and perfect texture). The linguini with shrimp and mushrooms was excellent (the pesto cream is a must, nice portion of shrimp). The penne with goat cheese and sausages were very generous.

The best place ever

Its very good. Delicious. But its very, very expensive... Sorry, but nothing can justify a pasta dish - vegetarian, at that - for $30. This is exaggerated. Even, pretentious. Im giving 4 stars because I really enjoyed said dish, so I dont want to be ungrateful. But given the price, I wont eat it more than twice a year, max. (Not that I cant afford it, but there is still a limit...)

Food and service are excellent

This place can be very friendly and very romantic at the same time! The food is very authentic and delicious! As my daughter said, the spaghetti bolognese is the best ever! Bring your own wine is a plus! Plenty of parking available. The servers are very attentive and fast!

Everything was perfect

The service was OK, but the food was mediocre, the vegetables served with our dish were not fresh, the lamb chops were almost raw, not good, the only thing we liked, these callemard, we ordered chicken breast, was dry and the artificial mashed potatoes tasted nothing, I think we should have ordered the paw or pizza, that will be for next time

We were a group of 48 people for a surprise birthday, we were given a beautiful private room, everything was perfect, the service and the food, the atmosphere! Thanks to Peter for his collaboration with the organization which was a real success

Nous sommes aller hier soir pour le nouvel an , moi et mon mari avons pris escaloppe de veau parmigiana , les pates était très al denté et froide en plus , mon fils a pris une soupe minestrone et ma dit maman je pense quelle est vieille , ensuite il avait commander des cotelettes dagneau et a été vraiment déçu , en ce qui nous concernent cest la dernière fois , 200$ et nourriture médiocre

Dishes were quite expensive for a Byob. Large quantity but lacking in taste. Penne a la Gigi sauce was very runny and had way too many shallots, the prosciutto tasted more like cooked salami than prosciutto. The penne arrabiata tasted like plain marinara. The plate of lamb chops was started in the oven and finished on the grill. The squid and zucchini fries starters were excellent although a bit expensive for the quantity on the plate versus the cost. Service was good although some of us got our meals while others waited. Overall an OK experience.

Its been a while since I last visited the place. The prices of the dishes are expensive for the quality. In addition, my pasta sauce was very salty. Excellent table service. The restaurant was crowded on this Saturday evening.

The quality is not great, for the price and appearance we expected more. Very disappointing salmon pizza, it looked like a street corner pizza, a big layer of smoked salmon with a good thickness of cheese which made very mushy, not at all Italian pizza style, The squid starter was good and the prosciutto melon starter came with a green salad without sauce or oil, certain that we will never return

There are a lot of choices. Big plates with a lot of food. Salty and greasy. Not high-quality food . Service was excellent and very fast and efficient. In business for 20 years + most mean something.

Celebrated my moms 80th birthday and had great supper. Our waitress Louise was fabulous! Great food and price. Very accommodating for our bug group of 25. Thanks so much ! Will definitely be back!

My son ordered out yesterday on 15th May, 2023. OMG the meatballs were hard as a rock, and the tomatoe sauce was the worst sauce I have ever eaten. Certainly not real italian food and it tasted like ketchup from a bottle . Will never order from there again and very pricey for 3 golf balls . Would never recommend that awful food. They should hire a real italian chef with experience. :(

Our waitress was warm, friendly and attentive. Service was great and we did not feel rushed through our meal. Everyone at our table of 7 enjoyed their plates and cannot wait to go back to try other items from their vast menu.

Wow! I love going to this restaurant because there are a lot of choices. Good big portions and tasty sauces. There were 7 of us on a Saturday evening in January, we all really liked our dishes and we were served very well. Good warm bread on the table and its a BYOB restaurant which saves a few dollars. I am surprised by the bad comments from some customers. (Maybe less lucky)

Beautiful restaurant, nice atmosphere. The portions are huge. I shared my fried squid starter with 5 work colleagues. Nice big pieces on the plate. The only problem, my chicken was way too dry. Otherwise it was delicious!

Visited on Saturday and restaurant half occupied and slow service. Nice but impatient waitress. The plates served in a cavalier manner. No need to serve large portions, prices could be lower. I wont go back there.

Very good meal served via Uber Eats. Generous meals, in dishes that retain heat. Hot rolls and parmesan cheese included!

This is the first time I have tried out this Italian restaurant. This place was so crowded though it worth waiting to get a table. The food was pretty good . You can bring your own wine . Overall it s a good restaurant. I would definitely recommend it.

Once will have been enough for my partner and me! All our dishes were not very tasty and HYPER salty. I was served ketchup sauce with my lasagna without any vegetables. Only salt and disappointment!

We love Luganos for our dinners as a couple, with family or friends. The quality/price ratio is very good, good portions, we often have some to eat later at home. On the other hand, I do not recommend it for large groups, because we have a time slot to respect and we are in a hurry to order and it is always tight in time.

Food is heavy and overpriced, veggies from frozen on the side of every dish. The selection of pizzas are uninteresting and their extensive menu is underwhelming. The server was nice and courteous but the food is not worth the price.

The menu seen on the internet seemed expensive for a family meal. But it s a restaurant where you can bring your own wine. And there is an SAQ 200m away! I ate the Capelli d angelo alla Ciapparelli. Delicious! For dessert: Canolli. Yum! Very nice decor and very clean (including the toilets). Nice atmosphere. And excellent service! We live on the south shore but we will come back!

We hosted my sons baptism here and the owners were super accommodating! The food was delicious, everyone loved it. And the service was fantastic our waiters were so kind. 10/10 would recommend. Linguine pescatore is a must try!

I ate at your place on Saturday at 7:30 a.m. I ordered mussels, they were as small as beans. I ordered a filet mignon, it was overcooked, it was like eating sand, with the sauce so flavorful, it was inedible. Additionally, I ordered squid starters which were chewy. THANKS.

Im not a negative person but it was the worst meal Ive eaten in my life... and so was my daughter. Our plates were distributed almost full and there was no question of me taking the leftovers back in a doggy bag. Our waitress Vicky was super understanding and attentive to my comments, hats off to her exceptional service. But for the rest I dont recommend going there to eat, the food is completely bland and I think cardboard tastes better! Save your money to eat elsewhere!

Mediocre food, tasted like something youd get in a public canteen. Not worth the asking price in my opinion

The food arrives piping hot and the portions are generous. The fried squid was good, but was a little lacking in seasoning. Portobello and goats cheese starter not worth it, very little goat, but it wasnt bad. For my part, the mussels with mustards were good, but the sauce a little too vinegary. The Romanoff pasta and the pescatore pasta were well appreciated. We received our starters quickly, but the main meal arrived late. All in all, a lovely evening and good food.
