We have been to this restaurant for a celebration. We were a group of 12 people. We had to wait at least 40min to get the entree. We ordered the chef’s menu and unfortunately were disappointed by the quality and the taste of the food. We ordered a stake AAA with no potatoes; we got potato and a chewy steak, one of the worst cut of steak with no seasoning and a fatty ok sauce. Also we were recommended the lobster which started with very tender bites but ended up with a superchewy uneatable lobster tail (to be fair the sauce was good). For appetizers, the burrata was good and fresh. The octopus lacked seasoning and per my opinion avarage. The ceviche lacked the citrusy and fresheness. All in all, for the price we paid, this is a disappointing experience.

the atmosphere of the place is nice, the service is slow, and the food is for people with no appetite, the portions are very small and the taste is not good, the price does not go with the quality and quantity, expensive and regular.
Friendly staff, good service, I found the filet mignon sauce and fried a bit to salty but the meat was good
Quaint, personalized service with consistent, delicious food. With kids or with adults, everyone was satisfied with their meal. Tender gnocchi, perfectly prepared veal and tastes-like-home spaghetti. They even do take out if you ask. Great any night of the week.

This is the second time in 2 weeks that I've gone to La vielle Banque and we were 6 each time. The food was exceptional as was the Wine which was reasonably priced. I recommend that you try their Foie poèlé and the Veal Marsale.. Bob Teolis

Small high quality restaurant with 40 seats! Excellent welcome and exchange of jokes with all the staff. The seafood is of great quality, you wont go wrong. The only reason for 4 out of 5 stars on the food is the pulled pork fettucini...not to be had at all. Octopus, scallop, shrimp... what a delight! Yum!

I swear it s DELIZIOSO.. I only took a photo of the starter and the main meal (I took a lot more in my belly) drink , dessert , funny coffee , EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING, is really GOOD. The welcome, waiter, waitress, chef ALL are warm.. We feel the love in every bite A cozy, intimate, warm place... a super beautiful heated terrace... Honestly, I loved everything about this place.. It was our first time, certainly not our last

Not at all the canteen atmosphere that you have in most restaurants, you can talk without shouting, its calm with a little background music. I really liked my spaghetti bolognese and the servers took great care a little nugget

All the dishes ordered were delicious. As a starter, Proscciutto and melon and grilled squid (special mention for the squid). Then as a main course, veal with lemon and Mediterranean sea bass. To finish with dessert Duche de leche and crème brûlée. A slightly outdated decor but one that is quickly forgotten as soon as the dishes are served.

Although I love this restaurant, my last experience was terrible, we received our starter after an hour, then 2 hours after arrival, we were told that the chef had come to us for the main course which will arrive 30 minutes later, so 3 hours for this dinner, so I think we must have gone after everyone else, it still cost me $180, not sure Ill go back, and the meal was of passable quality , lukewarm and small portions, sorry for my guest

My partner and I went to eat there! The dishes were excellent! From there to dessert! Two small downsides, my partners salmon was more than dry, perhaps serving it topped with Dijon mustard sauce would be delicious! For my part, I didnt like the sangria, it tasted sour with an aftertaste of cinnamon, something tangy, it was translucent.. I offer you a good homemade sandria with a good fruity wine as well as orange juice ,grand marnier. It didnt seem to be homemade and you expect that when you go to an Italian restaurant.. excellent service, fast, attentive but no thanks for the tip which was nevertheless generous! THANKS!

Good little typical Italian neighborhood restaurant. Impressive wine list with a multitude of privately imported wines, all from Italy. Very professional and discreet server. Perfect atmosphere for couples. The only negative I could say is that the food was very salty. Otherwise I highly recommend it, especially at such a reasonable price!

Ive been going there for years. I like the calm atmosphere and the decor that is just as modern as it should be. The food and service are still excellent and the plates are better stocked than the majority of trendy restaurants. Vieille Banque style langoustines are the best in the world! (too bad they are so expensive...) A restaurant that I recommend, without any hesitation.
