Although this place has some good reviews My experience wasn t so pleasant The Lasagna not recommended some of the pasta sauces such as Alfredo are too rich and Cesar salad not enough taste But maybe some of the other dishes are good but the staff are friendly

Excellent meal Poor, slow and dishonest service. The server laughed at my wife when she asked for the dressing on the side for her salad. (unbelievable but true) He did not have the bottle of wine requested, they offered us a similar bottle CLAIMING that it was the same price. On the bill they charged us double the price for the bottle of wine. Their explanation is the same price, but for half a bottle (More honest than that, you die). I had to ask for my glass of water to be filled In addition, the service was extremely slow (too slow). I had to ask for a separate invoice for each couple. (they did not consult us and made a single invoice) Even though the food was good, I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BE SCAMMED AND INSULTED LIKE THIS AGAIN.

Il y avait 4 serveurs, dont un seul souriant. Par chance cest lui qui nous a servi. Évitez les soupes... Nous en avons essayé deux et elles manquaient de goût les deux. Nous avons commandé une pizza et nous avons reçu la mauvaise et serveur a rapidement corrigé la situation. Pizza délicieuse et pleine de saveurs..Crème brûlée extraordinaire. Nous y retournerons pour essayer les pâtes.

I finally found a real Italian restaurant. Im from Italy so I can say that. All the dishes are delicious and a selection of incredible Italian wines, and not just Italian. The service is fast and all the servers are very nice and smiling. Im going back there soon

Very nice discovery of this restaurant, everything won me over from start to finish. I advise you to take the veal tortellini with the wonderful cognac flambé sauce which I loved. It is certain that I will return there with great pleasure.

Friends and Family hosted a baby shower at the restaurant from 11-4pm Owner/ manager and chefs were all phenomenal. The food was absoluetly amazing. ( cake is not from restau however ) * Pizza was so good. I dont even eat meat much but the porc was so tender and well seasoned. Very impressed ( normally dislike porc ) Very nice. Def recommend. Would go back for some pizza

We have been going to Terracina for years for its excellent food and warm atmosphere. The service is always very friendly, but sometimes leaves something to be desired in terms of speed.

tldr; its delicious and you are well attended to. you should go. went to this place with a friend. nice atmosphere, not too loud- I find most restaurants these days are playing music way too loud! this place was perfect noise level. few choices for red wine by the glass but was a good pinot noir nonetheless. service was very friendly and welcoming. on the edge of too much, but was much appreciated! much prefer being more attentive than not at all ! menu had great variety of classic Italian dishes. we got soup, caesar salad, spaghetti bolognese, and gnocchi. everything was delicious.

Simple restaurant in a small shopping center. But dont let this simple decor fool you. The food is fresh and cooked perfectly. Calamari, veal chop, rack of lamb, pizza; Everything we ordered was delicious. I have no hesitation in recommending this table.

Good and not too expensive!

To begin with, extremely cold service from a past date waiter without emotion, the starters tasteless carpacio no taste no seasonings, we are used to carpacios in Italy and everywhere on the planet it was tasteless, bruschetta like frozen tomatoes bread not even toast lets say no effort to impress.. Luckily the main dishes were better, the vongole very good, trio of veal apart from the burnt pepper sauce it was good with the risotto. Here again... The service of the gentleman a big 0.. never came to the table asked if everything was OK, never came to ask us if we needed anything extra and chatted with our backs to the customers, its been 40 years Im owner of a fine cuisine restaurant his server was gone.. no interest in being there.. no follow-up. Apart from the main dishes, its not a place I recommend, sorry. Luckily the other server is on....

If possible, Id give 10 stars out of 5. The atmosphere was relax and intimate, the food was fresh and excellent and our waiter Giovanni was wonderful and choose very good wines to fit our taste! Bravo to the team and long life to the business!

Great quick service and very pleasant experience with server and service

It was my first time...there were 14 of us...I liked my meal but I chose arugula salad, parmesan shavings and red onion and ultimately I had neither shavings nor onion...and my fettucini Alfredo pasta and prosciutto...in the end no prosciutto in addition to persisting when I showed him the menu he told me it was a printing error a big $2 off

First time there for group birthday event. Nice decor. Awkward bathroom location in back through restaurant service station. No hand towels or air dryer. Inconsistent drink and food portions. Pricey for set menu. Food good but bland/ordinary. A bit complicated for payment but it was quite a large group +-70ppl.

Food with exceptional taste, but not generous portion, excessively long service...we had starter and main course, without aperitif, without coffee or dessert...arrived at 6 p.m., and left at 9:30 p.m....its downright killing the atmosphere...no, I wont go back!!!

This restaurant is super good. I was surprised, the pasta is fresh and the taste is present in each of the dishes. I really recommend this Italian restaurant. The servers are also very nice and welcoming. Continue your good service and maintain the quality of the meals.

The food is good. Very little choice of wine, beers or others. Very limited menu on meals and starters available. The service is very very slow. You have to constantly ask for water or something. We were served our meals not all at the same time and the meats had to be turned over because they were not cooked enough. I dont recommend it at all.

My husband and I reserved at Terracina for a very special evening, our 51st wedding anniversary. It was a disaster! Except for 2 tables, the restaurant was filled with a large group celebrating a first communion. There were bongo drums and loud music the whole time we were there. Service was terrible; our appetizers arrived after one hour of waiting. Food was excellent but the experience was terrible. Never again.

Good wine list at moderate prices by the bottle or glass. Excellent, fast and courteous service. I really recommend it. Bill with tip included is less than $200 including 2 tables dhôte, 2 beers and a cocktail and a bottle of wine.

Updated 6 years later, post-pandemic; They renovated everything, the style that was unique is no longer, now it looks like any other modern restaurant. The service was OK but I preferred it before. The owner recognized the customers, and when new customers came, he took care of them personally. I was totally won over by the service and the atmosphere. In short, I still had a lovely evening but very disappointed with these few changes which changed the soul of the place.

First time at this Italian restaurant [Sept. 17 @ 7:30 p.m.]. Slow and inattentive service: waiter [an elderly gentleman] did not come to the table, endless waiting [30 min+ before receiving the dishes!], no follow-up, no explanation or excuse, etc. I understand the idea of understaffing and all, but he didnt have that many tables to tend, and that doesnt really explain the lack of zeal, apologetic, or attention... My dish [fettuccine alfredo] was good and the pasta cooked to perfection [al dente], which is sometimes not always the case even in Italian restaurants (!). It was perhaps missing a little garnish in my opinion like a little prosciutto or shallots or a few slices of truffle, the dish was also lacking in garlic according to my taste. There it was just a pasta dish with creamy sauce [v. photo], so a bit barebone or bland in presentation, and the pasta was eggy and dry, commercial pasta in fact. $20. Relatively generous portion. The desserts [tiramisu and limoncello cake] were impeccable and relatively fine, just sweet enough. Fresh, simple and delicious in house desserts! Sublime [long] coffee! $104 for 2, but terrible service! 3.5/5. We gave the required 15% tip, but the service was never worth that! Quality of service to absolutely review! For this type of restaurant, we expect much better! Re-evaluate the presentation of your pasta dishes [fresh herbs, garnishes or additions (prosciutto, shallots, truffle slices), more spicy flavors (garlic), etc.], because they lack color.

Not a typical take out place according to the gentleman that served us, but OH WOW!!!! Wish we had known about that place before. Both pasta dishes were delicious. Will do take out from there more often....until confinement is over and we can go sit down to enjoy. Support local businesses, this one is great!!!

Tables well spaced apart, wearing of masks enforced for customers entering and circulating within, Staff wear masks all the time. We felt we were in good hands. Perfect for celebrations and moderate size events. Free parking, easily accessible. We will be back.

Discovered this restaurant to eat there on the evening of December 31st. A success from start to finish. Beautiful atmosphere, attentive service, every dish is delicious!!! The pasta tastes of Italy and the veal melts in the mouth and the dessert completes the whole thing wonderfully. First visit to this restaurant but we will be loyal again!

We waited too long for the food and i ordered a veal with three kinds of sauces.the veal is too thin like nachos you cant even find it inside the sauce.my husband ordered poulet parmigiano and hes not satisfied with the taste.its like a thin nuggets withtomato sauce on top and its not even a parmagiano cheese they put on.

I dont often go to Laval and it is rarely to dine. My cousin invited me out for dinner at this non-descript restaurant in a Strip Mall on a Saturday night. You do not go to this restaurant for its decor or charm .What you do go for is some of the best pasta ,veal and sauces I have ever had .Service is not quick but it is well worth the wait. I especially enjoyed the tortellini in a mushroom sauce and the manicotti in a rose sauce. The wine choice ,a red from Sardinia was excellent ,dry but full.

Well, the first time I was with my partner it was a wow charm. I absolutely wanted to go there with my sister. I went back this evening and it didnt meet my expectations at all. Waiter not attentive, very slow service, pasta not cooked enough, the waiter never came to fill our water glasses or ask us how the food was, etc... In this type of restaurant, I expected to much more but I do not recommend as a place.

We booked the restaurant for a 60th birthday party. Despite the number of people, the children playing, the people standing talking at another table and blocking the passage, the staff was infinitely courteous and approached us with a smile throughout the evening. It was enjoyable for everyone, young and old. The food was delicious from A to Z. Many thanks for everything Terracina

My biggest favorite of the year. The veal escalopes are to die for, the pasta offered as an accompaniment tastes of Italy and the waiter Eric is very kind, competent and pleasant. I very highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.

This is the 4th time weve been there and were never disappointed. Fresh food, good service and very welcoming.

Came here for lunch and ordered their cannelloni plate. I..... LOVE.... CANNELLONI! My plate consisted of 3 thin cannellonis and I left feeling I could have eaten more. I found the price-tag expensive and I feel theyre far more suited for dinner situations where you can wine & dine with family & friends or a date. The place is pretty with ideal decoration to make it look European without screaming : IM ITALIAN!!!! in your face. Music was a little loud but perhaps it was due to the fact there was only 6-7 patrons during rush hour. This brings me back to my previous point where I didnt find value in my meal, I feel it should have been a table dhôte with a salad with coffee & dessert. With this in place and time, you can draw far more than half a dozen people during lunch-time. The food was quite good and as an Italian I can attest this however people value their meal and paying $20+ for a small plate of pasta is asking too much of them. At this rate just open for dinner. Service was fast but not necessarily very friendly. In conclusion, good food but the plate is economic. Price-tag is too high. 3.5 stars rounded down.

The groupon allows you to test different restaurants, certainly at reduced prices, but it is an opportunity to build the loyalty of new customers for the restaurateur. Unfortunately, in this establishment, I felt a difference in treatment compared to other customers. Just the menu in the form of paper like a tea towel leaves something to be desired, and the water which is served an hour later, is an unacceptable failure. Of course I wouldnt recommend it even if the dishes were generally good.
