At first glance, Sergiolino stands out with its unique decor, where attention to detail adds charm to the overall atmosphere. While the service was slow and somewhat amateurish, the staffs warm smiles and kindness did the job. The food was tasty and very good nothing extraordinary, except for the NY-style pizza, which was honestly very, very good and deserves a special mention. Despite some shortcomings, the overall experience was positive, and I will sure come back! Thank you!

The first time I came to this restaurant they told me they are fully booked and there is no space (it was on a weekend). I went there on another day a few weeks later (On a Wednesday). We couldnt have a regular table, they told us is fully booked (even though tables were empty, and it was around 6pm). So they put us at the bar. We ordered two dishes and glass of wine. First we get the appetizer, bruschetta. What can I say? I mean, if you call this bruschetta a bruschetta.. first of all, the bread was literally soaked in the balsamic so you felt as if you were drinking balsamic with pieces of bread and second of all the bruschetta was covered in cheese & lots of onions.. The pizza margerita was our second dish. The pizza was the worst pizza i ever ate. Tasteless, hard, not enough cheese.. Wine was good. The decor is ok- however, it gets too loud when they put the music for the birthdays, and the lights are too bright, a lot of pink - it makes you dizzy. Service was slow, barmen always talking to eachother, took time to clean our plates. Overall: mehh, will never go back.

A stand innovation for Mademoiselle Anick (our waitress of the night) that made our night most outstanding after trying the place for a second time, because our first visit to the restaurant was a disaster. It had been 2 months of opening and everything was wrong, the order was wrong and Annick made sure it would never happen again (like our first visit! ) She took great care of us, took all orders right, the food was generous portions and tasty even and great music to feast the night away. Merci encore Anick you deserve this review.

On Saturday, December 14, I showed up for my reservation for 2 people at 9 p.m., but the table was not placed until 10 p.m., an hour late. When booking on the site, there is the 2 hour reservation policy, but this restaurant does not enforce it. Which creates a lack of professionalism and management. I can understand a 15-20 minute delay, but waiting an hour for a reservation of 2 people is completely ridiculous. This is the first time I had this kind of experience where I waited this long for a reservation. Although the food and atmosphere were good, the excessive wait detracted from the experience, and I note that several other customers also had to wait between 30 minutes and an hour even though they had reservations. If it werent for the excessive wait, I would easily give it a 5/5.

Excellent service, great food, amazing atmosphere. Our waitress Maya is exceptional. We went to celebrate a team synchro skating win and she was great with the kids!

I attended the company s Christmas party here. The variety of food was limited, and they brought out desserts quite late. I ordered two cocktails, but the quality was inconsistent between the two. However, the live music was absolutely amazing and made up for it! Overall, it was a good experience.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The salmon and squid were delicious and so was the tiramisu. The cocktails are very good too and nothing to say about the service. Very nice evening at this restaurant.

But what an experience! The pizza is excellent, add basil and burrata and you will be transported to Italy. The tiramisu is the best Ive had in a restaurant, the same for the cannoli. Thanks to Laurent for the excellent service, I recommend+++

What an amazing experience, great food, smiling staff, amazing atmosphere and best manager ever! Shout out to the supportive and hard working team, we waited nearly 50 mins and we had no hope to get a table, my kids were hungry and tried, the manager Sepehr made it happen. Quality food, number one service and great vibes. I will definitely come back and 100% recommend this place. keep up the good work guys

I have been to this restaurant twice and both times were exceptional, the food is good and the staff is amazing, they always go above and beyond to make guests feel special...a shout out to our wonderful waiter Christian!

Food is nothing special but if you want to wait one hour before your entrée and then another hour or 2 between your entrée and your main be my guest. NEVER reserve as a group there!!! They don t know how to properly manage a restaurant.

I ve been here multiple times, and the service has always been amazing. On my last visit, they went above and beyond, letting me and my date stay late without us even realizing the place had already closed talk about hospitality! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff are fantastic, and the food is absolutely delicious. Everything is great for the price, and I can t recommend it enough. I wish I had more photos to share, but somehow, they ve disappeared guess I was too busy enjoying the moment! Parking: You can park indoors in the designated parking lot where you take a ticket upon entry. Once you re in the restaurant, the host takes care of validating the ticket by processing it through their machine, making parking super convenient and stress-free.

I give a rating 5 for our ENZO server!! The reservation was for 2 hours and the boss didnt seem happy that we had overstayed... but lets face it, 2 hours to have a cocktail, starters, wine and a meal is clearly not enough. A 3 hour would be more convivial especially given the busyness of the restaurant! Our server Enzo NEVER put pressure on us, he was courteous, funny and what can we say about his impeccable service!! We had a great girls night out!! The food was good too Thank you ENZO 10/10

My friends and I got such a great experience at Sergiolino. The food was fantastic and our waiter, Leopold, was amazing!! We got such a great service from him!

I tried to give this restaurant another chance but on a second go at it, it was even worse. Service like the first time is awful they for sure have insane turnover when it comes to staff none are trained properly. I had to ask for water 3 times not to mention that the waitress dropped utensils on my girlfriend twice. The food is insanely overpriced for mediocre Italian food. Pizza tastes like store bought sauce (100% from a supplier and not homemade) and gnocchi were so over cooked they could ve been mashed potatoes. Now the biggest issue is that we reserved 2 weeks in advance and said we would be a party of 12 for a birthday you would expect all 12 of us to be seated together but no! We split into different booths. Honestly this place gets a lot of hype from instagram and tiktok because all the cute girls posting pictures that they retook 30 times of their drinks and food. The food is bad and the decore tries to make up for the bad food. All show no substance save your money and go to nonna s house or better yet heat up chef boyardee.

Wow, what an incredible experience! It was without doubt the best birthday celebration Ive had in a restaurant. The atmosphere was truly exceptional, and I loved the moment when they brought me my cake, it was magical! Additionally, there was a real singer who livened up the evening with incredible performances, which added a unique touch to the atmosphere. Food was bland, I had to add a ton of hot pepper flakes , that weren t hot, to add flavor The bread the bruschetta was served on was soggy and reminded me of a thick bread used to make French toast or a sandwich . Decor is very nice , love theme and 8o s music . Overpriced like all restaurants today, plus 10$ for underground parking . Parking outside is non existant .

The decor and vibe of the restaurant are lovely, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. We visited on a Saturday night during the last service and had to wait over an hour for our table. Despite following up multiple times, we were repeatedly told, it will be ready in 10 minutes. Meanwhile, larger groups who arrived after us were seated promptly. They mentioned the manager would speak with us, but that never happened. Instead, we were left standing awkwardly in the middle of the restaurant, constantly having to move out of the way of staff and other patrons. It was an unpleasant and chaotic experience. This was our first visit, and sadly, it didn t leave a good impression. I hope the management can improve how they handle reservations and communication in the future.

Here s a revised version of your review: Extremely Disappointing Experience I had reservations for 8:30 PM for a party of eight, but after waiting for over an hour, I had no choice but to take my family elsewhere. It s frustrating to have to give this place one star only because I can t rate it lower. The restaurant was incredibly disorganized, and we were left awkwardly waiting around tables where others were eating. A truly disappointing and chaotic experience.

If you have a birthday coming up, try celebrating it here! They make it a party! Ambiance and atmosphere are fun & charming. The whole vibe is 80s/retro, from the music to the decor. We had absolutely amazing service from Anick our waitress and the food was delicious. Will definitely come again!

Positives: Great Atmosphere Overall: We were seated 1 hour after our reservation time. Food is just ok. Nothing special and not consistent. Tried same paste on 2 different plates and tasted different. Sharing menu consisting of Salad, Calamari, all dressed pizza and pasta ..ridiculously expensive for the quality. Had a wonderful evening at Sergiolino. First time there and the cocktails were good for the price. Great caesar salad, the pickled sardines were a nice touch. Pasta and pizza, you cant go wrong! I visited Sergiolino with my family and I was thoroughly impressed by the service, particularly from our server, Michel. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcomed and valued. So pleasant and so funny and made our diner and more particularly my night so special with his sense of humor. Michel took the time to explain the menu and offered excellent recommendations based on our preferences. His attentiveness was remarkable and he checked in on us at just the right moments without being intrusive. Overall, the combination of delicious food and outstanding service made for a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning!

First off, being AMEX-friendly is a huge plus! We had a wonderful dining experience! The calamari, rigatoni Bolognese, and ricotta ravioli were all delicious, and the pepperoni pizza was a standout. The ambiance was fantastic, earning a perfect 10/10. The service was exceptional as well, also a 10/10, with very attentive staff. I highly recommend this place! Be careful with the tip, it is included in the prices. But before paying with the machine no mention of the waitress. The machine gives a tip percentage like in all other restaurants. Very disappointed with this practice because it is not common in Quebec.

A great experience! We went for a supper amongst friends and it did not disappoint! Drinks were amazing, food was amazing, portions were great. Went there with a group of 6 before a Rocket game. Would recommend to go there in advance as service is a bit slow. While slow our server ; Enzo; was super courteous, funny and helpful. Must have : -fried calamari , they were tender and just seasoned to the point -Cesar salad was damn good ! The sauce had a nice blend of flavors yet nothing over powerful The rest - pizza was ok . Too much sauce and its too sweet. Dough is good - gnocchi were good sauce was ok but I have had better - fettuccine frutti di mare was good but was missing something. Maybe some olives -bruschetta were ok but nothing exceptional. If you are a fan you wont be disappointed Service wise Enzo was really attentive . Im taking a point off because it took a good 20 minutes to get the bill and had to ask for it again. I would come back Parking: I have not used it but they have free underground parking . Our waiter told us about it Wheelchair accessibility: Its on the ground floor , no steps. Table next to us had a lady in a motorized wheelchair

I couldn t reserve online and I don t know why I was having issues. I called 1st time and a girl answered and advised her that I wanted to reserve for a specific date and she put me on hold for awhile. Then she hangs up on me . I called 2 other times, someone would pick up and put me on hold right away and not say anything , just hangup again and again. This is very disappointing because I heard so many good things about Sergiolino and really wanted to try it. I am wondering if the service at restaurant, would be the same as what I got by phone. Also, I wouldn t think it s because they are busy, as per my photo it says that not busy.

We are frequent restaurant goers and Sergiolino s is one of our favourite over we go to frequently. Truly exceptional food, presentation, ambiance and service. This restaurant is really one of a kind. The decor and vibe are impeccable and the staff is very friendly. Service was good and fast considering the place was full. The calamari, meatballs and Caesar salad were amazing!! We also had the tricolori pizza and the ravioli (extra chicken ). Both were delicious! The 80 s music is so nice and let just say, their birthday celebrations made me want to go there for mine! It s the perfect place to go have a fun evening with friends and family. Highly recommend!

Everything was bursting with flavor, fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. The service is friendly and attentive, making you feel like family. It s a great spot for a family dinner. Amazing vibe, great food and the service was on point !

The place is so-so... its 80s themed, so lots of photos and music from the 80s. The food is Italian, pasta , pizza, and some seafood. We each tried a Pasta dish we had Gnocchi, Penne, Fettuccine, and a Spaghetti. For appetizers we had eggplant parmesan and Calamari. According to the people I was with, they say that theyve had better pasta dishes at other restaurants. The 80s music is nice, but its a bit too loud, cant talk to someone sitting beside you, need to shout to be heard. The service is decent, food comes out quickly...but theres no wow factor ...nothing to make you say Im getting my moneys worth. It is expensive...but I think were paying for decor and ambiance, more than for the food. Everyone at the table agreed that Gatto Matto is better, and Gatto Matto is just across the street from Sergiolonos. Weve been to Gatto Matto a couple of times...but I dont think well be going back to Sergiolonos.

2nd evening at this restaurant Friday evening. Music too loud this time, we were shouting at the table! We were kicked out before even having dessert because others had reservations, insulting after having spent $81 in barely 2 hours!!!! It was the last time.

I would like to start off by saying, overall, it is a modern and interactive place. My friends and I enjoyed the atmosphere and the music. I would also like to state that I did give the owner (it was a lady, I believe she was co-owner) some advice based on what I am about to write for future experiences. We got there for our 6h30pm reservation. We finally got asked our drink orders by 6h45-6h50 as well as our appetizer for calamari (No complaints, very fresh and flavorful!) and we received our drinks at 7h05pm (photo proof if needed) and our calamari at 7h13pm (photo proof if needed.) we then gave our main orders ( one penne broccoli, one all dressed pizza and one calabria pizza.) I had ordered my drink off the MOCKTAIL menu and received with alcohol, our waitress stated I needed to say VIERGE (VIRGIN.) I stated its fine she didnt need to change it. To be honest, it wasnt bad and I also dont trust sending things back out of fear they will temper with it. When refilling our water, we got remanence of something white. We fished the filaments out with our spoons. Not great but manageable. It was a busy night, many birthdays so we understood the rush. We received our main meals at 7h49pm (picture proof if needed.) Not to complain but the broccoli chunks were huge dipping size broccolis and some were burnt. Also, my pasta was slightly over cooked. My friend that ordered the TOUT GARNIE (ALL DRESSED) received a pepperoni pizza. By 7h58pm we finally found our waitress and asked for her to let us know what she wrote down. She said she heard PEPPERONI... She offered to have the pizza remade but we werent going to wait another 30-40 mins. She was compensat4ed with an extra glass of wine. By 8h20-8h25, when our waitress came to retrieve the plates, we questioned if we wanted coffee/ tea/ dessert, thats when she informed us our time was up and she would be giving us our bills... Since our reservation was only 2 hours if not, as she stated I would have offered it to you. yet she never told us we had X amount of time left nor did she check in to see if we would want. Already it took a while for our food to come... The table next to us sat FOUR people AFTER us and they had ordered TWO appetizers and got their meals before us and were in the process of finishing their dessert when they were brought their bills and they looked confused and were told too it was a two hour reservation and they had to pay and leave... I get wait lists and turnover, as well as the multiple birthdays that it seemed all waiters had to participate in but the communication and the handling of this was all wrong... We were forced out and ultimately they just lost business as we went over to Gatto Matto who were very accommodating to us... Lastly, when paying, she didnt seem to thrilled with our tip... Naturally, if weve had all these issues and have been easy going but yet you still have a dismissive attitude, of course it will reflect in your tip. A tip given nonetheless because we understand its a livelihood but the service wasnt great. A waiter in the section next to ours was constantly there, interacting, joking, checking in with his tables. Maybe ours felt overwhelmed but we felt it in the end which kind of dampened the evening. As I said earlier, I tried signaling this to one of the owners, but all I got was an Im sorry, I hope you come back. We would like to but what ensures us this wont happen again?

Very good restaurant! I had no expectations and I was surprised! Beautiful atmosphere with music and Miami-style decor. Beautiful bathroom with beautiful details! The food was excellent, good portion for the price! We had the waiter Michel who gave us excellent service I recommend this restaurant!

Good food and service, nothing blew me away though. The place has a great vibe. Its worth noting though that they do a ton of birthdays and celebrations and when dessert comes out, they jack up the music volume and come out swinging napkins. Normally I dont care, its fun, but they had at least 20 of these in the 2 hours we were there.

My friend and I dined at Sergiolino yesterday night. While we were eating, a big decoration object from the ceiling fell on our food. The impact was so loud, we got so scared, and everyone around us were shocked and asked us if we were okay. Except for the waiter, the staff and management who pretended like nothing happened and simply collected the object and laughed, even though my friend is 6 months pregnant and was really shaken. When the waiter came back, he didn t even acknowledge the situation. The couples next to our table told him that this is dangerous, shes pregnant, she could been really hurt. So the waiter said he heard about that, and offered us a desert. The waiter took away our half unfinished food which was dirty since the object fell on it, and didn t offer a replacement or reimbursement. No one from the staff apologized about the situation and no one from management came by. Considering the mediocre food and lack of professionalism, customer service and safety, we are not coming back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly, i am still shocked from what happened and cant get over the fact that no one from management came to apologize for what happened and ask us if we were okay! I truly believe that customer service is a crucial part of an eating at a restaurant experience. We got offered free dessert, i believe it was after the waiter heard all the people around us talking about how ridiculous it is that nobody from management came. Overall, food was not good, music so loud we had to scream to talk to each other. Safe to say we wont be coming back

We liked our first time there but after last night we wont be coming back. We had a 6pm reservation last night for the 6pm singer show and once seated, we waited 20 min for someone to come see us. The place wasnt packed, the servers just completely ignored us. We saw a table leave after 20 min of waiting for someone to come see them. We ordered 2 starters and one main dish to share. After we were done with our starters we waited another 20 mins for the main dish which is pasta.... We had to ask two different people twice for water.... And the 6pm show started at 7:15pm fyi. The food is okay, Im willing to pay the overpriced menu but to be disrespected like that, no thank you.

C était, sans aucun doute, le meilleur champagne que nous ayons jamais goûté ! Le personnel était incroyable, et l ambiance était à son comble. The dishes offer an originality that you wont find anywhere else. I was pleasantly surprised by the Ravioli alla Vodka: a little suspicious at first, but it was delicious! I cant wait to try the other dishes.

I came here last night to celebrate my birthday with my parents. Getting to the host desk, I mentioned that I had a reservation for 7:15pm but came a little earlier. There was a mixup with my reservation with someone else s and I was going to be seated with 6, when it should ve been just my parents and I. I laughed with the confusion and made a remark saying, I mean, it s my birthday, I don t think anyone it was going to be a surprise supper ahaha. The owner of the establishment didn t look thrilled, didn t even wish me just a small happy birthday (I think is the bare minimum) and I didn t really feel very welcomed. Fast forward, when we got to our table, we ordered a few items off their menu. Small Cesar salad. Large Penne a la Gigi. Large Chicken Parmigiana. Small calamari. One All dressed pizza. A well over $200 bill for three people. They brought the pasta and parmigiana BEFORE the salad.. I couldn t understand that. We were already half way done our LARGE plates and then the salad came. I forgot to mention, no one offered if we wanted cheese or spicy oil... we ordered A LARGE plate of pasta in an italian restaurant, and weren t offered cheese?! Our waiter didn t even come by to ask if we needed anything it was management (I m assuming since he was wearing a suit) that brought our food to the table. So now after eating our mains BEFORE our salad, the calamari comes and it s practically cold. I m assuming it s cold before our waiter was so preoccupied with the delivering drinks to other tables the whole night long. He came at one point to see if we needed anything ONLY AFTER we practically finished our 2 large mains, and calamari and I wanted more water. Our pasta was practically gone by the time he came to the table, hence why I didn t ask for cheese at that point. We practically busted through all the plates and then the pizza came. Pizza was cold by the time it came to the table, probably was sitting for awhile before our waiter attended to it. I was a little disappointed considering it was what I was excited for all day. I felt as the our waiter didn t really give us the time of day because we didn t order alcohol.. At the end, we paid the bill, still gave him a good tip but I was very disappointed with the service. As someone who works in customer service AND grew up in restoration, I felt as though our waiter Kevin really missed the mark. We didn t feel welcomed from the beginning and we certainly didn t feel great at the table. It was a birthday supper that just felt lack lustre because of the staff. It s a shame because the establishment is stunning and loud and bright, and I absolutely love it it s not for everyone, but I absolutely love the vibe of the restaurant. However, to have staff that aren t happy to have you sit at their section, it s just distasteful. I could ve eaten somewhere else and I chose here to celebrate my birthday + my mothers. Also.. the table NEXT to us had a Christmas decoration FALL ontop of them. They had Christmas decorations hanging and one of them FELL on a pregnant woman. No one from management came to see if she was okay, or even apologize.. Did people just forget that customer service is more important than the food??

A little disappointed by the bruschetta but my Gigi penne was exceptional...a special mention to our server Michel, an extraordinary person. We will come back, the atmosphere is incredible. Have a great evening of celebration!

Loved everything about this Restaurant. Went there last night to celebrate mine and hubby s birthdays. What an awesome vibe as soon as you walk in. The music is not overly loud as is at many other restaurants. The ambiance was just amazing with the 80s themed music and pictures all around the walls. The birthdays are celebrated in a fun way. A GenXers playground. The food was great but above all the service was spot on. Our waiter Michel, gave us amazing and personalized service which is quite rare in our day and age. Can t wait to go back. Hope you never change anything as do many restaurants after their initial opening. Bravo! Parking: Parking was a little tricky as there was a concert at Place Bell next door and it was quite chaotic. You have to mention to the parking lot guys that you re going to the restaurant and that way they ll let you in to park. Also don t forget to validate your ticket from the restaurant to get free parking.

I came for my mothers birthday and I was amazed by the quality of the meals, the atmosphere and the service of our server Enzo. I have never had such good service, it was impeccable. Very nice restaurant and vibe! We were a group of 10 that showed up last minute and they were very accommodating which we truly appreciate. Food and service was excellent. Great for kids and families as well as a great date night spot.

Service was slow, the bathroom was horrendous. The garbage was overflowing and one toilet was continuously flushing. The food is not worth the price. Our server was kinda... bitchy sorry to say it.

The atmosphere is there, I just found that the music was too loud. I had to speak loudly to be heard. When I arrived, on the street near Place Bell, I didnt know which way to get back. I just didnt see the restaurant. I had to call the receptionist for more direction. That would be something to revisit. Plus I didnt know there was free indoor parking. I had the penne alla gigi, it was good but my friends spicy chicken penne was delicious. Im going to find that for that. The service is good.

We had a reservation for 9:30pm and when we arrived they told us the people at our table juste had to finish eating, pay and leave we got our table at 10:10pm. After that we waited maybe 20-30 minutes before the server came to see us (he was really nice I just think he was too busy, not blaming him). The entry was really good but quite expensive as everything else on their menu, I ordered a cheese pizza for 26$, and it was not worth the price in my opinion. Really the only reason I m giving a 1 star is because the server was nice. Don t go there, not worth the hype

One of the best restaurant experiences in a long time, from the welcome to the service to the food! We showed up on a Saturday without a reservation and the hostess managed to find us a place even though the restaurant and reservations were full! Our server, Michel, was incredible, he recommended us well and was super attentive! The food was excellent, the bruschettas were some of the best Ive had! The portions are super generous and the atmosphere and decor are exceptional, we will definitely return! Thank you very much to Michel and the whole team!

Excellent service from Enzo! Every time I just ask for his section if possible! He explains everything on the menu and makes sure we don t miss anything! The food is great too! Were not even hungry anymore but we continue to eat anyway! Beautiful atmosphere and very beautiful decor! We feel like we re in Miami! The only problem is the loud music when there are birthdays (when its every 5-10 minutes since there are several parties at the same time) we cant even hear each other talking but otherwise everything else is It was perfect!
