784 Bd du Curé-Labelle, Laval, QC H7V 2T9, Canada
We went in with a party of five. Though we aren't Arabic, we wanted vegetarian and a new experience. Marouch did not disappoint. We were very pleased with the food; chickpeas and beans were very filling. Taste was very good. Loved the platter with lemon, onion, tomato, pepper and radish. Keep it traditional. Though the waiters could be more personable, the owner conversed made up for that, he's very nice. Esthetically, the decoration does need a refresh (walls are drab and wall pictures are dated)
I’d like to share my honest experience with breakfast at this place. Service-wise, it was good. We were welcomed politely, though seating was limited due to some guests having reservations. Despite that, they kindly asked us to wait a little while they cleaned a table for us. Shortly after, a gentleman greeted us, and we were served a delicious cup of tea. They also brought out a plate of vegetables and olives. Surprisingly, the green olives were tasty, even though I typically don’t like green olives—they were sweet, not bitter. I ordered Fatteh, a dish of foul, and a cheese Manoushe. I was eagerly anticipating the Fatteh, as I had been craving it, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. It lacked salt and had a strange taste, possibly due to the chickpea water. The foul also needed more lemon and salt, which I had to add myself. On the bright side, the Manoushe was large and delicious. One downside that I dislike not just here but at most Arab restaurants is that they don’t accept credit or debit cards. They have an ATM inside the restaurant to withdraw cash, which I find inconvenient. So, make sure to bring cash if you plan to have breakfast there. The prices also seem a bit high—$12 for a Manoushe is overpriced. I hope this review helps others who are considering visiting this restaurant!
Amazing service... amazing authentic food... and a very nice and cozy place and nice authentic music! Can't recommend enough! It's a nice family owned and operated restaurant, and every single plate we ordered was amazing... it will be my go-to place for brunch! The owner is super sweet, and his daughters are very hospitable and nice and generous! Highly recommend u folks getting the $140 menu... we were 7 and there was plenty of food left! Enjoy!
Crowded and noisy. Food is fine and we liked it. The free tea they serve at the beginning is horrible, bad cups and bad taste needs to change. They didn’t accept visa nor debit. They insisted on cash. No receipt was given when we asked for it. I couldn’t claim the expenses to my company. Won’t go back.
It is an amazing place to have Syrian Lebanese breakfast. It is a family business. They are so nice and generous.
Best restaurant for authentic Middle Eastern breakfast. You are immediately greeted with tea and a big smile, a true home-like atmosphere. Owner and his family are very welcoming and kind. The food is always fresh and delicious and portions are very generous. Definitely hits the spot!
The warmth of the people who serve is unparalleled. They have created a homely atmosphere and you will experience some glimpses of Arab hospitality from the way they would treat you. Food is awesome. Portions satisfying. Definitely a must visit place.
Hands down the best Lebanese fatteh, hummus in Quebec. The food is served with tea, a side of andalos pita and a plate of raw vegetables (onions, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, menthe and a pepper). We also got a side of foul and an omlette. Unfortunately I wasn't able to try the zaatar bread because the ovens close around 1pm. Overall great experience, worth the drive from Montreal.
Fresh and tasty products, friendly staff, more than affordable prices, what more could you ask for!!
Exellent lebanese rich traditional breakfast welcoming stuff owner as well exellent service everyone must try
Amazing experience at this wonderful family owned business! Will definitely come back soon
It is very expensive like more the 5 stars restaurant in Dubai
Authentic Lebanese breakfast and brunch plates. Foul modagmmas, fatteh, manaeesh and other tasty Lebanese food
Best food and best service. Authentic Arabic breakfast, feels like my mom made it and I m back home in Palestine eating. Thank you Marouch!
Best one in Town
Courteous service. The employees responded to requests immediately (whether it was a refill of tea, a special request and others). Smile always present. One point to note: this restaurant only accepts cash. There is a banking machine in the restaurant for cash withdrawal. Meal made with fresh ingredients. Calm atmosphere conducive to maintaining conversations without having to raise your voice. Well located restaurant with enough parking space for the size of the premises. Parking: Well located restaurant with enough parking space for the size of the premises. Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant located on the ground level, easily accessible for customers with reduced mobility.
Delightful
The real lebanies food test
It was amazing I lives the food the service everything was wonderful
Very good food and nice people.
Ooooh , the best traditional Lebanese breakfast
Nice family owned arabic breakfast! Amazing service and great food! The fatteh was really good and not too heavy. I wasn t a fan of the manakish though.
The Marouch restaurant is a gem for lovers of Lebanese cuisine. As soon as you enter, you are enveloped by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner is exceptional, he makes us feel at home which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Each visit is a true taste journey, transporting me to Lebanon with every bite. The dishes are not only delicious, but they are also prepared with attention to detail and authentic flavors. A big thank you for these unforgettable moments!
Great service, fresh food, fair pricing. We will return to this establishment.

The great Lebanese food
It is simple - great Lebonese food served with family love
Fire. One of the best breakfasts I ve had in Montreal!
I recently tried Omar s Choice, and it was amazing! This hidden gem served up a perfect Lebanese breakfast, letting me taste a bit of everything. I absolutely loved it the food was great and the staff was very nice!! I highly recommend it! 10/10!!
Excellent
Everything is always tasty and not expensive, something new ( needs reservations ) before coming Parking: Front of restaurants
Family owned ...delightful owner and delicious food
Authentic lebanese breakfast, very delicious, welcoming atmosphere. Give it a try, and you wont regret it.
Feels like home and food tastes like I m back in libnan! Highly recommend for comforting food!
Food is delicious!! Fatteh is a most. Food
What a delightful authentic Lebanese breakfast. As close to real authentic home-cooked Lebanese (like when my best friend s mom cooks for us) Family run and such a warm vibe & atmosphere. They are passionate about good service and they clearly care about their customers experience. I know dinner food but not breakfast and Rajhat was so kind and excited to teach us. Definitely recommend for foodies. Especially the Fateh Matthew! The simple decor is well superseded by the food quality and warm customer service. Reading the 1-star reviews.. it can only be competitors who can t provide such high quality food and service. It is what it is I guess. A Lebanese pearl hidden in Chomedy! Tell Ahmed I sent you! Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg options on the menu, but they do serve meat
5 stars for sure, great food, Fatteh is perfect, good price and cozy atmosphere.
Great
Simply incredible!
Great
A very warm and welcoming place, offering top quality lebanese food. Its a cozy atmosphere with amazing service!

10/10 for the taste, 10/10 for the portion. You should try the Fatteh with ground beef. Food
Very good and fresh
Best Food..Ambiance..Service..2nd to None..Highly Recommended..
Very good service from this young man! Thanks
Excellent traditional lebanese food with large portions and fair prices. We loved our experience there and will recommend it to family and friends as a must-try brunch spot.
Friendly staff, unlimited tea, original Lebanese atmosphere and cuisine. Going back for sure. Thanks Abu Omar for the food and tea. Food : 5/5
Authentic delicious homemade fatteh and foul, generous portions and excellent friendly service. Can t wait to come back!!!
Best food in the world good people there
Good service, but can t say the same about the food, used to love this place. Fatteh is watery, fool has no lemon and no garlic flavour. The egg awarma sorry but not edible. Not sure what it is, but quality went down. Don t mind the high price if food quality is good. Oh and the place is filthy.
Overpriced. 20$ for 1 manouche?
Truly the best lebanese breakfast

If you want AMAZING Lebanese brunch food this is the spot!!! The service, the food, the vibe, everything is so authentic!
We tried the Foul and Fatteh. The foul was great but wasnt impressed with the fatteh. Also the prices were a bit high.
Authentic Lebanese food. Family run business. Will visit again
My go to protein libanese spot in the morning the bowls are just amazing and especially halal hallal
Excellent food. Excellent service. Comfort food at its best... Best Middle Eastern breakfast in town
The king of chickpeas and fava beans
1 star for the olives. Meat taste spoiled
Unfortunately, a bad experience with no respect for customers.. and this is the first time I see a restaurant sharing with us the amount of manakish served Please use this experience without respect to your clients.. and this is the first time that I visit a restaurant partner with us the amount of manakish service.
Authentic food and excellent service!
amazing food and service
This is the place to visit if you re looking for authentic Lebanese breakfast. Family owned and operated, you will feel right at home with their welcoming energy and service.
Excellent place ever .good service people are so respectful and professional . delicious and fresh food ********
Excellent Lebanese breakfast. Very authentic. Reasonable price and quality food!
Authentic atmosphere of small family shops back in Lebanon. Its not fancy, but you can feel the warmth. the service makes you feel like family and the food is very delicious (especially if you like food that is a bit fatty, which i do) the homemade turnip pickles are delicious. I got the awarma eggs, very mild and refreshing and lets you control the amount of salt.
Good service, not enough collection. Fatteh is good
Service was fast. The Foul and the musabaha were amaziiinnnnng. The fateh was average. Not to mention you get the vegetable and tea free of charge.
Traditional lebanese breakfast very tasty. For some reason I felt like I was being duped by the price everything on the menu had the prices scratched off you had to ask for the price and it was in my opinion extremely high for a place that offers below average seating and basic restaurant comfort. Too bad I didnt take any pics to post.
Always go there when im feeling fir a traditional filling arab brunch or breakfast , it s family owned the food is very authentic thats coming from an arab food enthusiast .the taste is A1 and price is very reasonnable . Service is always on point very comprehensive employees.
nice service..delicious food
Great experience. Had balila, foul and fatteh. All was good but the fatteh really was great. Highly recommend trying this place and their fatteh.
Amazing food, excellent service by the lady and the guy who welcomed us, cant say any complaint on the food and the service and the restaurant in general. I wanted to rate 5 stars, but i felt duped when I went to pay and out of a sudden what was 38$ on the menu became 55$ saying that maybe the menu I received was not scratched by mistake; credibility is a major thing for me. On top of that you cannot pay by card, as a tourist i depend on my credit card when I travel and I hold minimal amount of cash just for emergencies.
Delicious!!
Too expensive,
Specialist in Lebanese breakfast. To discover for those who like this type of breakfast.
The loveliest, informal brunch. Delicious food and excellent service.
2 stars for the food. Non professional service
Very nice family owned business. Highly recommend their foul and hummus with awarma.
Always fresh and tasty ! So generous owners !
Always a pleasure to eat at Marouch!
Best Lebanese breakfast in Laval
Honestly we were pleasantly surprised and definitely going back again.
Amazing food, feels like home made
Good customer service
Small portions, not expensive, good service
Good option if you re looking for an authentic arabic breakfast. We tried fatteh, aworma omelette, and manoosh. Everything were good. Sadly they did not have everything on the menu when we were there. Will give them another try for sure.
Way over priced.. Poor service. Bad choice for weekends time out. Food
Loved the food being cooked exactly the right Arab way, loved the atmosphere felt in Beirut
Busy , quick and alive , the person who seated us and kept passing by our table to check on us was very respectful , big smile and impressive hospitality skills , clearly wasn t surrounded with talents like home however everyone did their role yes not professionally but in a timely manner in a way where it was accommodating the need , food was good some plates weren t top however the rest were great considering the staff issue and the busy time we were there , I would definitely go again , I loved the vibe the people and definitely I would send people to the at there .
Nice atmosphere . Delicious arabic breakfast . Recommended
Very place for Mediterranean style breakfast. Feels and tasted like yummy homemade food. Very good with children too as they even give them toys at the end of your service.
Very generous, hospitable. Delicious food and nice atmosphere.
Great place! Highly recommended
Authentic Lebanese cuisine. Traditional family restaurant, welcoming and warm atmosphere. Good value for money.
Yummmy excellent service
Best breakfast in Montreal! Food
Very nice and comfortable place for tasty Lebanese breakfast for the family. Very welcoming friendly service. Their Zaatar/cheese/labmeh manaqeesh is a must try
I went there for lunch and it was excellent! . The service was quick and the dishes were tasty. It was worth leaving Montreal by public transport to get there!
The fetteh was amazing!!!!!
Excellent service and attention.
Food was alright. Nothing out of the ordinary. Their service was good.
I decided to visit the Resturant when I visit Montreal from Vancouver. The service exceeded my expectations, what a great family working in this restaurant The hospitality and the meet and great is truly unique and outstanding I felt home seeing my mom and family Food, simply the best breakfast I had in Montreal since I came last week I am in love with this family running this restaurant Me and my wife and kids love to support hard working families in small business and this is a great example of our middle eastern women, they succeed in every arena Will come back next time for sure
The food is not bad, but very expensive. Man2ousheh zaatar 11$ et assiette de labneh 14$... Food
Exceptional authentic Lebanese food. The owners are the kindest. Great atmosphere. Feel like home. A must try restaurant. Just WAW
I havent eaten yet, but Im just fascinated by the courtesy of the waitress and the cashier...thank you very much
Hello, the hotel is open every day
The chickpeas were good, the prices are borderline exaggerated
Its a little expensive compared to the choice we chose a meal for 2 called Omars choice (2-3 people) at $55 on the menu. It contains a plate of foul, plate of fatteh, labneh, plate of hommos and 2 eggs. Served with tea, bread and olives. The service was a little slow. Otherwise I had a good time with my sister. Vegetarian options: Foul, hummus, zaatar pie
Dont even know where to begin! The food, wow!!! My friend treated me here and we ordered the meal for 2-3 people. Its so filling and so healthy! Their Humus is THE BEST hands down. They give you unlimited refills of tea, which is soooooo perfectly brewed. I had Fattah for the first time and I am in love! The service and atmosphere is amazing, as I walked out i realized, the whole while in there it was as if I was in Lebanon! The friendliness, the care, the smiles and above all the feeling of being a guest rather than a customer
This is one of the best places I have been to. Very friendly staff, and amazing food! This place will be a regular for me and my family and friends from now on.
Wow,,, its a treat with natural food,,, very good service, a clean place,,, everything is good and delicious,,, I highly recommend it,,, thank you Go blindfolded, you wont regret it
Nice Breakfast place, friendly family business
Excellent food and service thank you
we came from US Everything was great, the food was very delicious, the lady who serving was nice, highly recommended
Excellent restaurant, the welcome is even better, with good food. Long live you, Abu Omar
Avoid: Went as a group and reserved. No more menu items or mint leaves. We had two children and while we served tea we asked for water for the children. We were told to buy bottles of water or juices. For 14$ labneh and 18$ manouché for example, I think asking for glasses of water for children and being denied was in poor taste. While the food that was available was good, I recommend going elsewhere.
Always 10/10, impeccable quality, taste and service! Almost 5 years I come here
Going to eat here feels like home. Quick service we love to have breakfast and brunch here. The Fatteh is unbelievable i love it so much.
Lebanese lunches can be discovered at the Marouche restaurant! What a great experience both in the plates and the service where we explain the recipes and ways to taste the dishes. All the staff were very welcoming and proud to share their traditions. Incredible discovery! Parking: Right in front of the restaurant.
A great experience. Food and service okay no more.
my favorite restaurant for lunch/brunch
No quality for food. Tabes and chairs was not good. Terrible service
Delicious traditional lebanese food at a reasonable price. The service is also really good
Marouch offers a delightful Arabic breakfast experience with flavors that transport you. The tantalizing dishes are a feast for the taste buds. However, the inconvenience arises as they only accept cash, necessitating a visit to their in-store ATM, albeit with a fee. Despite this hiccup, the savory dishes make it a worthwhile stop for breakfast enthusiasts.
Amazing food! Try the Omar combo to try a bit of everything.
We had breakfast and ordered different plates - Everything was delicious, the service was great.
Beautiful place and the food is amazing, the service is extremely friendly and you really feel at home in lebanon. Its a must if you like lebanese real breakfast and like feeling at home. ( PS: they only take cash )
Best breakfast place in laval! The fatteh is amazing!!!
This is the lunch place I recommend to all my friends. All the dishes were delicious! Thank you for the generous service.
It was my first time trying Lebanese breakfast food. The woman at the counter very kindly explained the best options for first timers. I got the fetteh which was absolutely delicious! All vegetarian and very fresh. I definitely recommend this for anyone wanting Lebanese but into trying something other than shish taouk/ tabouleh / potatoes Friendly, family run restaurant They only accept cash, only caveat. Vegetarian options: All is vegetarian friendly, lots of vegan choices as well.
It is very very delicious, very good service,a lot of parking, you can eat there, free tea
Beautiful people, beautifuly delicious food and beautifuly great atmosphere!
Delicious place but they shoud review their price. Extremely expensive. 3 plates for $55. They only take cash.
Very good traditional Lebanese lunch restaurant. The family traville inside and are all welcoming and smiling The choice of dishes is varied. We tasted Bayd b2awerma and fattet Hummus. They offer you bread, vegetables and tea which are included in the prices. Very good dishes and I think we will go back to taste something else and especially their fresh man2ouché, balila etc. The two small remarks I will leave. We didnt plan to pay cash. They dont take cards (neither debit nor credit) but there was an ATM on site. The second remark is the condition of the premises, bathroom, the floor and the passage to go to the bathrooms must be cleaner and redesigned. Maybe it was a weekend and there were people.
Very authentic middle-eastern restaurant. Incredible breakfast options with delicious flavours. Must visit. Amazing service as well!
The food was good and the service was quick. Tea is complimentary and they keep refilling it. Just thought the fatta had a bit too much garlic. but the portions were very filling.
