Been going to 3 amigos for a long time , since the first restaurant on Sainte Catherine st. It has been a little while after a bad experience on the one in Saint Denis st . This time around , despite seeing waiters were very busy , service was cordial . Music was a bit too loud for a late lunch . What I find very cheap is they now limit the amount of nachos and salsa you can get . But as we were a table of 8 we should at least have had a quantity enough for all . Food was good though

Reservation for a Saturday evening, 2 people. Table near the door, so always someone behind us to welcome people (so always get hung up). Table so close to another. That the waiter who was taking care of the other table had his body pressed to ours. Server no smile. Never came to you to see if everything was ok or if we wanted something else. The food was good. But we will not return to this restaurant.

Waitress wasnt listening. Waived at her 3 times to get the bill and she looked straight at me without noticing cause she was too busy playing with her phone instead of serving us. She made us repeat our order 3 times each and wasnt really listening or caring. Her mood was bad to say the least. Never smiled and was almost frowning. We go to that place every week now since the food and price is good but next time i will ask for another waitress or waiter if im stuck with her again. We come here a few times a year and I must say that the staff is A+! They served my little one as soon as their meal was ready and even came to the parking lot to bring back my forgotten cell phone. Drink as it should be and everything served quickly and hot. Kid-friendliness: They have chairs and plastic cups for kids.

Also the place is located near a shopping center (Centre Laval) and it has ample parking space. The Les 3 Amigos restaurant is a must. N.B. I highly recommend the Piña Colada. Yummy!!!!!

I celebrated my birthday last night surrounded by the people who are dearest to me. The restaurant was perfect, the food delicious as usual and our server was 10/10. I really had a magical and happy moment, its such a shame that subsequently one of my friends who organized this beautiful event since July escaped and let me know that one of the employees was arriving (man, hair tied in a ponytail) was very rude and condescending to her and two of my other guests. We are all (my guests and I) customer service workers so we are very accommodating and understanding but there is a way to address people. Really disappointed but I wouldnt let it ruin my evening. For the moment I will refrain from going to 3 amigos Saint Martin for my future events.

Little thing a friend brought me dinner for my birthday there were 2 of us we are supposed to have a special birthday that we didnt have for the only reason that there were just two of us because the table behind us was 4 and she got it right pk!! We had a horrible experience. The waiter was all over the place and got everyone s order wrong. He didn t seem to take us seriously, even as he was writing down our orders. We waited a long time to get our food, only for it to be wrong. The birthday celebrant got his food 30 minutes after we all did. The whole experience was unpleasant, from the service to the food to the atmosphere. I even ended up finding a plastic string in my rice. Not once did the waiter apologize for his mistakes or even offered any compensation. At the end, our bills were wrong but the experience was so awful we just wanted to get out of there and didn t even bother asking to rectify it- that s how bad it was.

Let me tell you about our adventure. It was a supper for a friend s birthday. Immediately you feel the floor is slippery, felt like I was skating. We sat at the corner booth and few minutes later we started feeling the heat, my skin was becoming sticky, we had to use a portable fan to keep cool, essentially no cool air, we had to step out 3-4 times to refresh. Went to the bathroom, smelt like wet mop, very unpleasant, floor was slippery there too. A pitcher of water was put on our table and the water tasted like left over sangria or something sweet. Drinks served and few minutes later were ordering. We were about 20 people. Waiter seemed disorganized jumping from our table to the other table as guests were still looking at the menu. Food arrived, this is where review stars took a downhill. At least 50% incorrect orders, inconsistent items, sauces were not right, sides were not respected. We asked for the appropriate sauces, was served several minutes later and was the same one we asked to replace. Other guests asked for rice as a side, it was served with fries, asked to change it, didn t arrive, reminded the waiter, didn t come, asked one more time (meal almost done), finally arrived several minutes later, one of the bowls included a plastic string in the rice. The celebrant did not get their meal until everyone was done their plates!!! Food was very mediocre, lack of finesse, especially with the heat it was even less enjoyable. Went out for fresh air, returned for the cake, the waiter took all our cups, had to ask for more cups and water. It came time to pay, one of the guest wrongly billed, they contested it with the waiter and it was a too bad type of response, it turns out they paid an item for another guest (it was more expensive than the item they ordered). Quite disappointed with 3 Amigos as this is the second one I go to with a year or so where it was an unpleasant experience. Would not recommend. 1 Star.

We ve liked the food it was really delicious the staff was friendly but we were surprised at the end as we want to pay our menu cash we gave the money to the server and we gave him about 12$ tips but he refused and asked us to give him more he said that the servers even the chef is paid from the tips !!!! Terrible Service Ruined the Experience at 3 Amigos in Laval I recently visited 3 Amigos in Laval, and while the food itself was just okay, the service was an absolute disaster. From the start, it was clear the staff had no idea what they were doing. Several times, servers brought other people s food to our table, asking if it was ours. It was frustrating and showed a complete lack of organization. To make things worse, they messed up our orders, and when we told them the food they brought wasn t what we had ordered, they insisted it was correct. One person in our group received their meal 15 minutes after everyone else had finished eating, leaving them to eat alone. Despite the inconvenience, the restaurant didn t offer any kind of apology or compensation. The tipping situation was the final insult. The supervisor was incredibly rude, pressuring us to pay the full amount of the tip, even though the service was awful. When we pointed out that tipping is optional and based on the quality of service, we were told that we wouldn t be welcome back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff s attitude and lack of professionalism completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable meal.

We were a family of 6. Me and my niece ordered the same salad (I never eat there and they come often) so decided to just take the same thing. When we received the food my niece said to me it s not the same salad that I usually eat, maybe my mom chose the wrong one . So we ate the salad but I still had some left. I decided to look online on the menu and saw that they didn t put cucumber, cheese, olives. And I swear the avocado in my plate was small like a 25 cents! I said to the server Listen I know we almost finished our plate but there was lot of veggies missing . He goes in the back and come back to tell us that we can t prove what I am saying it s true They really think we ate the cheese, olives, cucumber and then tried for a discount or something????? I really wished I took a picture before to show how boring was my salad. Shame on this restaurant! Cheap cheap cheap!

Tacos were insanely good, no complaints at all. Each plate was full and they didn t skimp on the portions. We all had leftovers. Desserts were yummy as well and they brought my friend a cute birthday ice cream on a churro. Drinks were good but a little light on booze. Atmosphere was lacking. Super dark in there and vibe was kinda dead. Workers didn t wanna be there and I couldn t blame them. Overall good service I just felt bad for workers cause it was depressing.

The reception was welcoming. The staff were courteous. I ordered burritos filled with seafood, but there was disappointingly little seafood content. The sauce had a pleasant flavor. We opted to sit on the terrace, as the music volume was quite loud for a restaurant setting. The prices were reasonable, making this a good option for beer enthusiasts, Mexican food fans, and those seeking a family-friendly atmosphere.

Parking: Big bullshit, be careful where you ride. Lots of space, but they were all taken. I parked at the A&W next door.

What a great night with delicious food, refreshing drinks, great service and a wonderful atmosphere! It felt like we were on vacation!

Reservations respected with quick seating. Table sticky and chairs dirty. Lots of flies. Service was fine but place is too noisy (live act). Food was ok , average but affordable . Good selection of cocktails. Easy parking.

Live singing made the ambiance lively, however not all were partial to it. For a party of 13, service was rather poor, orders were placed in front of the wrong people, sangria pitcher was not consistently decorated. The waitress had a hard time understanding what people wanted (probably due to the almost excessively loud music). Kid-friendliness: Kid menu available, performer attempted to cheer up kids. Non alcoholic drink options offered.

We went yesterday for my friends birthday. The tables were super dirty and greasy, the service was long and the music was too loud. My salad was not good. They gave me pieces of inedible lettuce and a piece of brown avocado. (I got a 50% refund from the server, instead of a replacement or a full refund). The edge of the tortillas was too greasy and not delicious. It didnt have enough sauce at all. To top it all off, we asked the waiter at least 3 times for ice cream and water. He was super slow. Plus, when it came time for the bill, he yells at me and did you forget the service? and this in front of my 2 friends. I explain to him that I left you a tip is optional and it depends on the quality of his service. I left him an 11% tip. He answers me stupidly, I find that my service is excellent and the tip is necessarily 15% in all restaurants. We were served by Jerad who I definitely dont recommend. Besides, her long hair is in her face, which is super unhygienic. Really disappointed with my experience, especially since we went out for my friends birthday :(

Being seated, I could say that evething was going well untill the end , when the waitress just jumped in front of me and grabed the dishes that I was still eating. That was not professional. We were a group of 14 people, and everyone agreed that they loved the experience! Not always easy to do with groups! Great food, fast service, and something for everyone! Kid-friendliness: Varied menu for children. The strawberry daiquiri for children was very popular with our little ones!

W been to 3 Amigos at Montreal after having nice reviews from our closest friend and I love Mexican food very much and I am just tired of having common Mexican foods at Toronto. At the first of entry they have good pleasant vibes with different colours of walls and dinning area. One of their staff member named Alam welcome us and provide our seat and menu. He at the same time brought complementary Nacho Chips and salsa( one of the best welcome dish I have ever had at any restraunt- Nacho chips were so crispy and hot and goes so well with cold salsa- amazing ) He informed us priorly about portion size for any single dish so we can order accordingly. We ordered some beverages- cancun breeze, Mango Pinacolada, Vergin Strawberry. All drinks are juicy and refreshing. We ordered at one time and funny part is Alam remember everything at once we were surprised whether he actually remember or he is just pretending however he indeed remembered everything without making notes and served as per ordered to every person on our table. In our Main course I have personally ordered Tostada as I have already tried Tacos,quesadillas and enchiladas, therefore I want to try something new and that s the main reason Tostada s description fascinated me and it was actually the way it has described in menu and it most likely I can say like Mexican Pizza however the crust of tortilla was outstanding I can say I don t have words for it- so soft upon one bite , crispy at the same time, taste was delicious along with veg.Caesar salad and my fav. Mexican rice( one of my again most fav dish from Mexican cuisine) Mexican rice at 3 Amigos must try dish we have ordered extra Mexican rice beside. Rest of the dishes that we ordered were Tomato enchiladas (good recipe to try with spinach filling and served in hot pot), 3 Amigos Tacos(all time fav) Chimi Changas( full filling with Mexican stuff wrap). The food was very good, the waiter very nice. He made a very small mistake, he forgot to note to remove the jalapenos from a dish for our child. But as soon as we saw this, the waiter apologized and it was already forgotten for us. The dish came back from the kitchen after being remade, but all the jalapenos were simply buried under the salad which was bathed in jalapeno juice. The dish goes back to the kitchen and they prepare a new one for us. Surprise, its no longer the same kind of salad that is brought back to us. The waiter was uncomfortable. The manager asks us our version, we explain. They say its not a big deal, we can do with this other kind of salad even if its not the one ordered. The manager insists that its the right one, I explain to him that no, the ingredients are not even the same as the first dish, but the manager continues to persist and leaves! A manager comes to see us, asks us for our version and leaves. The waiter brings us our bill, uneasy. These errors would not have taken away our desire to return there because to err is human, but the bosses are stubborn, so lets see!

The service is rubbish, the fajitas that they put on special on Wednesdays are rubbish, no quality, the beef was rubber, the chicken had no flavor, it was filled to the brim, but if youre not capable to honor the special on Wednesdays and expect so many people dont do this kind of special there the special comes with the quality too, Anything disgusts me as a customer I will not come back there again neither my family nor my friends. I made a reservation on Saturday morning for 6:15 p.m. and the restaurant took the trouble to call me to confirm my reservation, which I appreciated. On the other hand, when we arrived there, on time, it was chaos. I waited with my group for 1/2 hour without ever being able to speak to anyone, because the staff was busy managing requests and customers. At the reception we were jostled by the entrances and exits of waiters, singers, customers entering and passing us in line, customers exiting. Finally, disgusted, we went to eat elsewhere.

Very disapponited, ruined my birthday party, got reservation for a booth, gave me a small table next to the entry, ordered beef fajitas, got mix of beef and chiclen leftovers, the fajaits were folded and cold. no dessert, because the server said it was not good. One of the best Nacho spots in Laval. I went there just for the Nachos and Ill go back to try more things but its promising. When you want Maxicain... its a must. Thanks for the experience!
