Very warm welcome! Great atmosphere! Good pizza. A little difficult to cut but great taste. I will come back!

The team works great, getting expensive for pizza and appies. The lamb lollipops being bit ridiculous and charging for tomatoe sauce for the calamari

I was pleasantly pleased by the delicious pizza cooked in the (wood-fired?) oven. The spicy oil that I also ordered was perfect. Really the ideal place for a lunchtime dinner with colleagues

Our waitress was very attentive, the food excellent and the wine selection impeccable. They have a daily menu which is not on the website, which gives more choice. Very nice evening at Bottega!

Very nice discovery in Laval. The food is really good, the service is still good and the atmosphere in the restaurant is nice. Small downside on the welcome upon arrival and on the prices which in my opinion are slightly too high for what we eat/drink there (pizza and wine in my case). I recommend this pizzeria :)

What a bad experience Delivered by UberEats the extras were not on the right pizzas nothing matched the initial order. Also so disappointed by the UberEats service which was not understanding. I had to sort all the ingredients. I do not recommend using the service.

On my first visit the pizza was excellent but on my second visit the pizza was moist in the middle as if it had not been cooked enough!

Large restaurant, very noisy and at night with little lighting on the center tables, you couldnt see the menu The waitress was too friendly, she came five times unnecessarily without us calling her. I guess looking for the long-awaited tips. The thick, hard and burnt dough. Very little amount of ingredients. I dont recommend ordering it without tomato, please. An Italian would throw the pizza at the head of the that is in the oven with the shovel.

Great discovery! We wanted to eat there but too many people and noise. A family atmosphere with canteen-style tables, there is really this atmosphere of sharing. This explains this success. So we took takeaway. Very warm welcome, smile from the hostess and very fast service. We had the Quattro Formaggi, Tartufo Nero and the Diavola, all delicious. Its so nice to eat real Italian pizza! These are one of the best pizzas I have eaten. I will come back... probably not long :)

Spent over 100cad as a solo business dinner. Noisy, slow service with an attitude... As a solo Patron I was ignored a lot when needing help. Pizza is exceptionally good and true Neapolitan grade. Good salad but.... Mediocre deserts: cheap Tiramisu (where is the mascarpone?) what can I say mine is better! Sad Pistachio gelato, great consistency but taste just like sugar, and I was given a sad attitude from the Kitchen when I sent it back. Anyway, I would go back but will stay away from the deserts.

The pizza is super good, and the tiramisu too

Ive been a regular for well over a decade, and I can not gush about this place more than I do. Great pizzas, the menu is amazing. The staff have never let me down. Lovely place to have a meal for a variety of reasons. 100% recommend.

Exceptional service, very good food and good wine

This was a first visit. We arrived 3 adults and 2 toddlers with no reservation. We were seated quickly and without hassle. The food was of good quality and quantity. The only thing that I noted was it took a long time to get our bill and pay. We had to stand up so our waitress would see us. I believe this could have been a one off as the resto seemed short staffed. While there is no kids menu our waitress Sophie did offer us options that were very good and kids loved it. Noise level was pretty high but again its not something that is easily controlled. Will give it another shot the next time we are wanting Italiam

Delicious Pizza and the service was top notch.

Overall really very good. Food being the strongest. Very good quality and execution in the daily specials and overall. I cant give 5 stars because its simple cuisine. But if we compare to other places of the same type I would say at least 4.5 but 4 if we compare to all types. The service is excellent but not up to the standard of a large hotel restaurant or even one with a great reputation. The choice of glasses for wine, utensils, table setting etc. Good but quite simple. The servers are very nice and the service is adequate. But it doesnt come to the level of changing the utensils or even serving the wine etc. So a 4. Really better atmosphere than I expected for a restaurant in Laval. Beautiful light, very clean. The terrace is a bit cheesy and small. Should be on the side and not in front or at least extending. I would say 3.5 on certain aspects but I would say a 4 overall on the interior. Better than initially hoped. Clothing I would say take care to look good but this is not a place to be overdressed. So interesting for a whole group The wine list is quite large for this type of place. I would even say better for its choice which is not limited just to bottles of simple Italian wine. The price compared to that of the same wine at the SAQ is really reasonable. In conclusion, this is not the restaurant I would go to for great experiences or unforgettable events but certainly an excellent choice for a great quality evening with friends where everyone will find satisfaction and happiness. For Laval, this is clearly a choice not to be ruled out!

Pizzeria Bottega is a restaurant that I highly recommend for several reasons: 1. Food and drink: Dont just limit yourself to pizza! The starters are just as delicious and full of flavor. The wine list is very complete and they have an affordable wine that is a bit all-purpose (See the photo). 2. Perfect atmosphere: Even when the restaurant is full, it is possible to talk to each other easily without having to raise your voice. The customers are respectful of other customers. 3. The service is also very good. Our waitress was obviously very happy to be there and recommended some very good meal choices. 4. Price: Now prices in restaurants can be very expensive for this quality of food, but at Bottega the total bill is quite reasonable. For a dinner or an evening as a couple or with family, I recommend Bottega!

We went during the week, 3 people. We ate our meals without more. Its missing the final touch that makes you want to say omg its good! It is only the bill that exceeds our expectations!

How do I not start with the end. One of the best deserts I have ever had. A moist dense zucchini and almond pound cake covered in mascarpone and a strawberry compote garnished with a mint leaf. To die for. Authentic Italian oven baked pizzas with few other dishes and specials that change regularly. This place never disappoints. Ever. They should also run a school for training hospitality staff because they all make you feel like you are a guest at Buckingham Palace. Or at least how I would imagine a guest at Buckingham Palace would feel. Well done.

Best wood oven pizza ever!

Wow wow wow!!! by far, the best wood oven pizza I have eaten!! Me and my daughter loved it!! I hope you will maintain consistency... normally I only change when the cook makes an error in the cooking or taste of my pizza, otherwise, if I always receive my pizza like the last 2 times I came, I will be your customer for a long time! excellent service from all the staff! Well done !! I honestly find the arrangement of the chairs a bit odd!? the first time I was seated in the corner of a restaurant and the second time facing the pizza oven lol!!! but hey!! I found the pizza so good that I was hypnotized!! ahh I almost forgot, the arrancinis are SUBLIME!!!!!! wooooooww!!!

First time customer, very dissapointed. Our food wasnt anything to brag about, wasnt impressed. Besides that, the restaurant practices not being tranparent with their customers. Ordered a beer with my wife while we waited for our friends to join us, the waitress offered if we would like a few olives with our beer while we wait, she didnt mention the few olives she offered were $8. We ordered a bottle of water that was like 750ml for $9. My wife ordered arancino and it was one ball served dry, waitress asked, would you like some tomato sauce with that? She didnt mention you need to pay $2 for the 2 teaspoons that should be already be included. Not surprised that it was only half full on a Saturday night. This message is to all restaurants, not only Botegga Laval, the practice of not being transparent with your customers to inflate the bill is very bad practice. Stop, it will not end well for your business. First and last time our table will ever step foot there again, and we will make sure we tell our friends about this experience.

Buratta salad, arancini and margarita pizza were very good. Pizza is large enough to split between 2 especially when ordering an appetizer. Pistachio Gelato was delicious but pricey for gelato ($10 a scoop). Only complaint was that the 6 of us were seated next to the entrance and the waiters kept on bumping our chairs when moving behind us to get to other tables. The restaurant wasnt full and the table in front of us would have been a better placement since it remained empty all night. Vegetarian options: Several options available

Our server Adriana was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the menu, and the specials. Her wine suggestion was spot on, it was delicious, and we had two bottles! She was personable, polite, kind, & she took very good care of us! Thank you Adriana for a wonderful evening! Food

First, such a great ambiance with a beautiful terrace and music.. Secondly, the pizzas are simply delicious. I made a slight request and the manager dealt with it with so much class and generosity; the service was simply impeccable.

Was there yesterday service was great had Arancini and lamb chop got an order of rapini. Everything taste good. The rapini 12$ for a few strands overpriced!!!

So delicious! 2 couples and we shared 4 entrees and a pizza. Amazing pear bruschetta, asparagus plate to die for, authentic tasting bolognese sauce with rotini and the 4th was succulent lamb chops and a truffle pizza omg to finish off ! We shared 2 desserts but we were already full. I should go more often, it has been a few years. The chef knows what he is doing! what an artist.

Service is good but they dont have pasta choices. I wanted shrimp pasta . So they combined two plates . Plain pasta and shrimp entrance and my plate ended up being 46$ which i find very overpriced

We have been going to La Bottega Laval for many years. Although we live downtown and Laval is far, but we went because they have the best pizza, amazing dishes and great service. Today we found the service just as great (Marie) but the food was not up to their normal standard. The burrata was delicious but I cant say as much for the shrimp. The pesto on the tomatoes was so bitter that I couldnt eat it. The endive salad was a joke. Tasty but I make endive salad at home all the time and I can tell you it wasnt even one whole endive in my plate tonight, and at that price. Ridiculous. But the worst part of the evening was this group of maybe 20 people drunk and making so much noise that people around us started leaving. We couldnt hear ourselves talk. One person from the group kept screaming and cursing. The manager did not do anything about this obnoxious group who did not care about the other clients in the restaurant. As we left I spoke with the manager who did not seem to care about what I had to say. Therefore, we have decided to never go back to La Bottega.

Pizza cooked in a wood oven, we chose two different pizzas, the pizza dough was delicious but there was a drastic lack of toppings. I took the funchgi one, so I was expecting to eat a pizza that tasted like mushrooms. Unfortunately, I was able to find some pieces around 7 pieces on the whole pizza and very little cheese, my partner had taken the vegan option, still a little more vegetables but still very poor in cheese p .the addition almost 100$ for pasta which is quite good and beer, in my opinion it is a bit exaggerated.

The pizza was really not edible. You cut with the knife and the cheese comes off...the crust is so thin that you cant pick it up with your hand or fork...I found the sauce really safe...at home I had bad diarrhea and heartburn. It cost me $350 5 pizza 3 cokes 3 starters. 3 desserts at least the desserts were good apart from the chocolate nut cake and the green tea which was really not drinkable. Last time

Delicious salmon tartar! Pizza are delicious but bottom crust is a bit too soft. Needs more cooking. But still delicious. Very nice staff.

I went to this restaurant yesterday with my boyfriend and we were both shocked of how delicious the pizza was! I never tasted a pizza like that before, it was incredible. All the flavours were there, everything seemed fresh. We also had desert, the ice cream was chef s kiss. Also, the staff was great. Everything is 10/10, I m very satisfied!

We were served by Mélissa. Very good service, courteous, smiling, friendly and whats more, Mélissa made us laugh. I also noticed that the hostess as well as the waiters and waitresses all have a great attitude, easy smiles and are all customer service oriented. The portions are generous. Very good cuisine. One word, wow. Excellent from start to finish. Impeccable service, waitress who knows the menu like the back of her hand and the wine list as well. The starters were excellent and what can I say about the pizza, simply the best I have eaten in my life. And the cannolis are delicious, the cream is added when ordering, its so fresh. My new favorite restaurant, good continuity. Dietary restrictions: Seafood allergy.

Pizza cooked in a wood oven, it makes all the difference.

First of all, if you have ever been to Italy, you will find the taste of fresh and authentic pizza and pasta there. Then, if youve never been there, heres the perfect opportunity to enjoy a typically Italian culinary experience. To know : 1. pizza dough and pasta with sauces are made on site, and you can taste it! Really delicious . 2. A Mocktails menu is also offered if it s not an evening for drinking alcohol. Or for children who want to be like the grown-ups . 3. You have to ask for bread, because it is not served automatically. BUT ! What bread! WoW, a soft foccacia style bread also made on site, ask for it with a starter and dip it in the delicious olive oil offered. Ultimately, we were a group of 20 people and the service of 2 waitresses was very appreciated. The rhythm of dinner, on a Thursday evening, went very well. A chocolate and walnut cake was brought for the group, homemade taste, not very sweet and very good to end the meal. So don t hesitate to celebrate as a group by booking a few weeks in advance. I highly recommend Bottega Laval. Thank you to the entire team for your welcome, for this successful birthday dinner!

I have eaten Bottega pizza before but never at the Laval location. I got a chance to eat more than just the pizza (which is always delicious), but a good amount of many other dishes and it was all phenomenal. The atmosphere of the restaurant was only bettered by the incredible and kind staff. An incredibly authentic Italian experience I cant wait to go back again. HIGHLY recommend!

Our best Italian restaurant! All the pizzas are good (special mention for the funghi and the trunchetto!). These are really good Italian pizzas and the crust is just perfect. And I cant do without an arancino as a starter (I ask for a little extra dish of tomato sauce!). We have been customers for around fifteen years in Montreal, including a few visits to Laval, we highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

Quality pizza with fresh ingredients. Affordable

The pizzas are very good, the products are quality, they are real Italian pizzas. The olives are delicious too. In terms of atmosphere, a lot of noise inside and the tables are very close. Outside its a little nicer. I found the service very friendly but a little too present during the meal. And the other downside I would say was that the water was not fresh, not even put in the refrigerator or even with ice cubes, its a bit of a shame, especially when its very hot. I advise you to make a reservation to be sure of having a place. I recommend this restaurant if you want a good pizza.

We took the recommended entrees of the day, calamari, Capriciosse and Provola pizza. Peach desert was amazing. Definitely recommend, will visit again!

The service was very good , I had gnocchi and they were delicious , I can tell they were homemade and the tomato sauce was one of the best I ever had. Pizza was good too , although I prefer it more on the crunchy side , the ingredients are top and the wood oven did the rest. Recommended.

A wonderful meal in a timely manner--Italian food done right. Entrees consisted of a plate of calamari and prosciutto with burrata. The calamari was well portioned, fresh and well seasoned; the tomato sauce that came with it was light and flavourful--absolutely excellent. The prosciutto and burrata was also delightful; it had chew with no sinew. Our main course consisted of two pizzas: one with burrata, tomato sauce and basal, the other with rapini, sausage, and mozzarella. Both were cooked to perfection; the usual error of overloading the bottom of the pizza with flour to avoid sticking in the oven was not present--the chefs clearly know what they are doing! Crust was light, crispy on the outside, and had a good, flakey chew. Flavours were very much on point, and well salted. The rapini and sausage pizza was on the dry side as there was no sauce, but olive oil was provided and ameliorated the dish. The deserts consisted of a meringue and an ice cream; I found the ice-cream to be slightly underwhelming--it was somewhat solid when I was expecting a soft and light texture, though the flavours were certainly there. The meringue, on the other hand, was out of this world. Light, sweet, and well portioned. One other note: I ordered an espresso (as I often do) and was blown away by the quality. At every other restaurant I have ever dined, the espresso is always burnt and watered down. Though it was somewhat thin, and the schiuma not quite formed, the coffee itself was sweet, and slightly bitter, as it should be. While not the best espresso in the city (you will need to suffer an Italian bar for one of those), this was far an away the best espresso I have ever had at a restaurant. I ordered a second to be sure I was not mistaken, and was not disappointed! Overall, with tax and tip, our bill came to just over 200$--well worth the money.

Excellent Italian restaurant

Special restaurant the owner brought the tiles for his wood oven from Italy, I think its from Naples. Located in the middle of the restaurant, the pizzas that come out of this oven are just different. You have to taste them to understand. For me it s double tomato basil pizza mmmm mmmm mmmm and a good red wine. The atmosphere has a European feel. We feel good ! Go for it !

So disappointed, we ve been clients for 7years. We got there for an early supper. The hostess tells us we can t have the table at the window because they re all booked. We left at 6:20, 3/9 window seats were open. The waiter, when discussing the menu talked quickly enough that we didn t grasp that there was blue cheese in the pasta. We took two bites. They charged us without telling us. I would ve brought it home. Anyway. Really disappointed.

The best pizza Ive eaten, the traditional oven dough, the sauce and the cheese just salty enough. The eggplants and rapini are also delicious! I drive 30 minutes now when I want a really good pizza. Thank you also for your efficient and welcoming service.
